Iam sai kumar purchased Mahindra marazo car from Karimnagar, Tealanagana state i have booked black colour after enquiry of showroom, i have given booking they asked me to pay one lack to delivery the vehicle fast. i have paid as per their advised. i have waited till the commitment time but they didn't deliver. i went to showroom to ask they did not respond properly. the branch md sunil was there he also given commitment not delivered in time. i called to the dealor naveen mishra he also given comittment not delivered . after few days i again i went there were no proper response the sales gm of karimnagar branch jageesh was not responded properly he was very rude behaviour. while im talking he went home without intimating naveen mishra and sunil md of karimnagar gave many comitement to delivery the black color which i preffered. but they did not delivered they threatened me to take other color if not booking amount wil not refunded. they forcibly compromised me to take white color i have agreed aned they asked me to come 10.30am they delivered the vehicle 10.30pm the whole o was waiting for deliver . they not even asked me to sit and didnot offered me a glass of water also. they waited for me for accessories but the accessories didnot match. i was very much dis agree and felt un happy with the behaviour of karimnagar mahindra car showroom . i thought it was good reputed comapany but there was totaly opposite. kindly please do contact . hoping the best

    my vechie no is OD18H - 6822, i have facing problem reagarading service, on dated 25.04.2023 i have visit your work shop for serviceing, after serviceing i have paid Rs.4776/- for service charges, but the thay have not release the vichale, every time i have faceing the same problem. kindly look in the matter.

      I would like to bring in your notice that I have not yet received the product. I had purchased it for a very special occasion, I was informed by your dealer’s staff that the order will be delivered within eight weeks, but till now, it has either not been delivered or they are not confirming the booking details.

      I feel very bad because they are not responding properly after the booking of the car, before booking they used to follow up with me regularly to book the car, It looks like they’ll follow-up/support us till the booking only. Even I tried to reach out to the concerned showroom’s manager but she also gave false promises, when I said I’m going to cancel the booking, they simply said okay, instead we’ll try to deliver as soon as possible.They said that within 8 weeks they’ll deliver the car but even after 15 weeks they didn't bother.
      In my life time I didn't experience such a worst customer service..I called customer care several times but they didn't bother about it.. no action have been taken till know..

      I kindly request you to please look into the matter and inform me of the reason for the delay.

          Der was a problem in new thar in coolant section, we called at sutaria Belgaum Karnataka … Dey called us twice n Mangesh named worker not even came n saw the vehicle …v r frm village far frm Belgaum 108 kms leaving all our works v r going n coming back frm last week still problem is not cleared n checked….urgently cleare the problem v need vehicle in two days n misguided a coolant pipe

            I had purchased a Mahindra That ( Petrol ) Automatic on April 26, 2022 from Eram Motors, Kozhikode, Kerala. I was not having any issues till 12th of April, 2023.

            My vehicle suddenly started showing oBD warning lamp and then the RPM meter was going up and down. I lost the engine power and the vehicle was not speeding above 40km. Even when I tried putting the gear to reverse mode, the vehicle was behaving totally abnormally.

            I had called for the RSA and in an hour the RSA team arrived and towed the vehicle to the nearby Service Center which is the same place my vehicle was delivered.

            After reaching the service centre, one advisor had patiently heard all my issues and he asked a senior mechanic to take a test ride and he told me the issue was with sensors and there is nothing to worry much.

            After that each day am getting different reports from the service centre and I could figure out that the team has not got any updates about the actual issue. I had escalated the issue to the General Manager as well as the CMD of Mahindra and Mahindra.

            The GM had personally called me and told me they will resolve the issue and will deliver at the earliest.

            Last day when I visited the service centre again I personally spoke to the technical head and he was telling me that I had installed accessories and its due to that. I was expecting this and I showed him other Thar which were in the other service bay having much more bigger lights and as much as accessories fitted. I asked him if those vehicles have the same issues and he was saying it is not there in any other vehicles with the accessories.

            Finally he was telling me that after taking many test drives disconnecting the accessories the issue is still there. He told me that the issue might be because of "Sub Woofer" signals blocking ECU signals. I was so shocked to hear this issue.

            If I had installed the Sub Woofer on April 12th and this issue was after that then I would have easily swallowed what he said. Finally after a healthy argument he told me even after disconnecting the Sub Woofer the OBD warning lamp was there.

            Basically now it's almost more than 10 days since Mahindra service team is playing with this.

            I am seriously concerned about the knowledge of service centre team. It is clearly a manufacturing defect and now since they have failed in all lame excuses am waiting to hear the latest fresh version.

            If I Don't get a response and a relief in the coming week, then this issue will be taken to the court.

            I personally don't want to take this to media or law because I consider My Thar as well as Mahindra is a family since I love my thar that much, but the limit of patience is coming to an end.

            If anyone can help me with some solution please do advise.

              Haven't got the second key of XUV700 after 8 months of purchase

              I had purchased an XUV 700 A5, Vehicle No. MH46CE5920 from Bhavna Mahindra Nerul on 8th August 2022. At the time of taking delivery, I was given just one key and told by the executive that the second key will be delivered to me within two months. It has been more than eight months and I have been relentlessly following up with the Service Centre executive but I haven’t received the second key yet neither are the service centre executives...

                I have deposited my vehicle Bolero new UK 07 FJ 5382 on 3 April 2023 at Mahindra and Mahindra workshop Dehradun due to front bumper damage they promised me your vehicle will be repaired within one week but after laps of 3 weeks they have no give any response and not repaired my vehicles workshop staff not cooperate I am not pick up my phone saying that kid the item are demanded and will come shortly but there is no repair my vehicle after 3 weeks I am facing much more travels without vehicles kindly resolved with the my complaints at the arrest thanks

                      I Ankush Bhatriya from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. I have recently bought a Car ( Model - XUV700 Disel MT AX7 Luxury pack Colour - Mid Night Blue No. CG04PB4741) from one of Mahindra Dealer's RALAS MOTORS

                      Before receiving my car I took a drive to check, that is when I got to know that there is a fault in the DIFFERENTIAL ENGINE SENSOR to be precise was burnt due to which the car stopped mid way. I would also like to inform that my car's INSURANCE & RTO are all done before receiving my car on the delivery date... I'm facing such a big issue that is why I didn't take my car.

                      I want a quick and clear answer on this matter as this is not only about my car it is about the trust I have on your company.

                        I have been Encountering following issues since delivery of vehicle
                        1.) Steering & Suspension issue
                        2.) Clutch issue
                        3.) Doesn’t Accelerate all off a sudden while driving with check engine sign on display and the technician has to come and check the software. This every time happens while driving in the middle of the road( Which also a not safe as I was driving on highway two times when it happened).

                        Everybody knows the issues my car has at Mahindra Service Centre Vijayawada.
                        GM - Babu Rao & AGM - Krishna Mohan were trying to fix the issues from the beginning. I had dropped off my car six times for fixing these issues as they want me to do but they couldn't get these fixed. Today is the Seventh time I am dropping off my car An almost went on trail for 13 times still they were not able to fix the issues.
                        Yesterday Babu Rao said we changed and drove for 100km and still we see the problem. Someone from Mahindra will call you to discuss what need to be done an still I haven't receive any call yet.

                        Please help us to get the issue fixed I am paying my Installments without using the car. My car is still at garage from last 3 weeks( This is the seventh time I am leaving my car for such a log time) .
                        Our Family was disappointed and stressed big time as this literally a big thing for our family to buy such a big car and came to know from day one that it has such issues.

                            I have booked scorpion for 21000rs in july 2022 then i cancelled in march 2023 because of delivery not given to me then i submitted all the bank details in email .then they are not responding and not giving the refund amount the 1 month is already taken by the mahindra team and my account is not credited since 17 april what can i do

                              I purchased car in july 2023, wihtin 1k kilometer faced 3rd gear shift noise, after a deep search the service center find the issues of cynronise ring and they changed it taking more than 15 dyas, after this repair still gera shift noise it there, no serousness from service, after that the noise at driverside which was there in car from july 2023, which become noticable after 1st service done, then they found afult in steering rack, which is pelaced after 5 days as it was not in stock .Now at 18k kilometer the same noise was comming at front side and the link rod have an issues, which they dont have in stock and i m using the car with link rod issues as it is also not in stcok, many cars were in waiting for link rod issues . 3 days back i was in raigahd, that time car was woblling with yellow pump light blinks in speedometer, immediatly i took photo and whatsapp to my service associate and called him, he said he check and reply .But the reply was wait and no call .On second day i called him that time he told me bring the car to service center or show the car in raigadh to mahindra service . And no update for link rod availability . I dont want the mahindra car, please repay me the full payment which i done . Now no more excuses .
