Dear sir / madam,

Reference no. : mahindra tuv 300 vehicle no. Hr 06 ak 6858

Subject : total non safe of mahindra tuv 300 on roads
Tragic road accident at sirohi, rajasthan

This is to bring to your kind attention that my husband along with his other 4 office colleagues were travelling thru above mahindra vehicle on 17.11.2018 from delhi and heading towards mount abu, wherein my husband was driving the said vehicle with utmost care & complete precautions, wearing seat belt in the entire journey.

After paying toll tax at sirohi at 6.45 am, he was driving at very normal speed, where at a 200 – 300 meters distance from toll, a truck suddenly came from right side and it hit the vehicle on the driver side. The vehicle could not sustain the hit and the impact was so severe that the tuv tumbled twice and rolled down into the small pit / bushes on the left side of the road.

However 4 people driving in the vehicle could some how manage to come out of the vehicle, but my husband who was at driver seat could not manage to come out, as his seat belt was jammed and which had to be cut in order to bring him out. Moreover even the safety air balloon did not open. Due to such big faults in your manufactured tuv vehicle, i lost my husband, as he died on the spot.

Also please note that as his seat belt was jammed & vehicle tumbled on left side, his head was badly smashed with the gear rod, which is wrongly modified in your newly launched tuv 300 – on the upper side, near the dash board, due to which his skull boke & very badly damaged his entire head.

My husband was only 39 years of age, he did not had any drinking, smoking, chewing tobacco habits. He is survived with his wife (Myself), 7 year old child and old age mother.

We have lost our bread earing member and we were very much depending on him. You are therefore requested to please look into and await your positive feedback.


Enclosed in the attached files are photos of vehicle after meeting the accident, death certificate of my husband & police fir copy for your ready reference.

I strongly feel that the said newly launched model of mahindra tuv 300 has not passed any safety tests, having many defects in your new modifications and as a result the vehicle is a total failure which should be called off from the roads, as it is totally unsafe for any human being to drive.

    I had given (At around 10:30 am) my mahindra scorpio for second free service to anant cars, #32/1, paramdhan, next bhel opp. Toindian oil petrol bunk, mysore road, bangalore - 560026 on 5 dec 2018 and asked them return the vehicle on the same day, but they were least bothered to accept my request rather they told me cock and bull story so called the service center and inquired they told me that, they will get back in 10 min but they were least bothered to call and did not return the vehicle on the same day. Today morning i again called them they again told me driver is not available and later they called me and told we will send the vehicle and i got the vehicle at around 12 :00pm. And i had clearly told them to check the spare tyre air but they haven't. What sort of customer relation do your service centers hold?

      मेरे द्वारा एक्सम यू वी 500 दिनांक 13/09/2018 को विन विन मोटर्स शोरूम होशंगाबाद रोड भोपाल से ली गई थी जिसका रजिस्टेकशन कार्ड अभी तक शोरूम से प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है शोरूम पर विगत 03 माह से संपर्क करने पर उनके द्वारा कोई संतोष जनक उत्तकर नहीं दिया जा रहा है रजिस्टेुशन कार्ड न होने के कारण मै विगत 03 माह से अपनी कार का उपयोग नहीं कर पा रहा हू क्रपया समस्या का निराकरण कराने का कष्टन करें। विनविन मोटर्स के मेनेजर श्री नेगी माेबाईल नंबर [protected] से निरंतर संपर्क किया जा रहा है लेकिन उनके द्वारा उचित रिस्पोंरस नहीं दिया जा रहा है। मैं विनविन मोटर्स कि सेवाओं से अत्यंनत असतुंष्टा हु एंव ऐसी स्थिती से भविष्यस में महिंद्रा का कोई भी प्रोडक्टै लिया जाना उचित नही होगा ऐसा मुझे लगता है।

        Good Day Sir/Madam,

        This mail is regarding the Technical faults/malfunctions encountered/found in the first 2 days from vehicle delivery (Mahindra Marazzo- M6 8str) - TN 02 BP 3892.

        Dec 2nd 2018:

        4:40 PM - We received the vehicle from Zulaika Motors Velachery-Chennai.

        7:45 PM - We noticed that the main line tube running to the engine was broken due to which the Diesel was gushing out of the vehicle on the engine side.

        7:50 PM - Immediately we had received out to the road side assistance for which we received immediate response and in an hours time the towing vehicle arrived at our place.

        Parallel we reached out to the Zulaika motors sales person for assistance; on hearing our problem they suspected it would be a Rat bite. We are deeply disappointed on hearing the reluctant response from the sales person. (on a vehicle delivered 2 hours before)

        8:01 PM- We further shared the videos and pictures on the tube break and fuel leakage with Zulaika Motors; upon which they arranged Engineers to come and look into the issue from Ambattur Chennai Mahindra Service Station. The Engineers responded quickly and arrived at our place around 9:45 PM with the replacement hose. Until which we had to hold the Tow service.

        9:47 PM - Engineers from Zulaika motors looked into the problem and fixed the leakage.

        10:35 PM The fixed vehicle was handed over to us; upon which we cancelled the Tow service.

        Dec 3rd 2018:

        7:57 PM - We noticed that the right side fog lamp was not ON. We immediately shared the picture of the same to the Zulaika Motors Showroom.

        Dec 4th 2018:

        9:35 AM - We reported another compliant to Zulaika Motors that the boot door was not closing properly. We had to bang the door real hard to close.

        9:55 AM - We received confirmation from the Engineer that he would visit us in an hours time. However no response from Zulaika Technicans till now 4:45 PM

        We came to Mahindra with high expectation on Quality and Service. However we are deeply disappointed to see such technical faults on the very 1st day of the Vehicle delivery. Hope we don't see more faults as we go on to use the vehicle. We seriously doubt if the vehicle was tested properly before a delivery to a customer. We request you to address our concern.

          Dear sir,

          I would like to bring an attention to an unsatisfactory experience from mahindra service and management.

          I have bought a new mahindra xuv500 on 24 oct'18and my car details are as below:

          Batch :j6f19622
          Engine no : wtj4f21038
          Chassis no : ma1yuwtuj6f19622
          Car no : gj6 ls 7717

          Within a month wheel alignment problem started. So we gave xuv for 1st service and they checked the car and found the problems.
          The problems are mentioned below:
          1) wheel alignment
          2) fuel tank door issue
          3) back number plate light not fitted properly.
          4) tyre puncture jake pending

          Please find attached photos for your reference...

          During the service, they traveled around 100 km to check car wheel alignment and other issue and one representative handed over car to us.
          However, wheel alignment issue was still there and mentioned problems was not resolved. So one representative took car once again on 27 nov'18 for service and again they traveled around 150+ km to check and they provided reason for misalignment was wheels (Issue in all wheels). So yesterday (01.12.2018) received the car from service engineer and he said all wheels are changed, so there is no alignment issue, however he was right but other problems are still exits (Fuel tank & number plate light fitting). So after i called them again, immediately they sent a representative and took car to their service center in evening same day and after couple of hours he returned our car to home and my father has received it. When i came home, i have come to realize that there are immense scratches on all mag wheels.

          The service is not what i expect from your side. So now i expect that service center is not responding properly and there has been no any seriousness about this costly car that you are selling. I think that service center technicians are taking this problems very unprofessionally and improper way.

          I am really unhappy with your service and i wish you look forward into this matter.

            A very great morning to you. Myself kailash pati yadav, a very old customer of your reputed company i. E., mahindra rise. I have a mahindra new scorpio car s6+ before that i have another automobile of your company. I am writing a letter to you in the reference of servicing of an automobile. I have drop my car for take a third service of it, on 13/11/2018 around 6:00 pm in your shiva auto car (India) pvt. Ltd situated on b-7, meerut road industrial area, ghaziabad, ph no. –[protected].

            I am suffering with some problem of your automobile i. E., it make noise when it runs on road and the rpm of the car is immediately gets higher than normal due to this it makes noise and this is the huge problem i suffered in your automobile. So, i said this problem to the one of the staff member and they claimed that the clutch plate of my car is not working and they have to replace it otherwise the noise and the rpm of my car is not in control. I spend more than rs. 20, 000 for changing of its clutch plate as they referred but the controversy is that, after spending a huge amount of money, i am suffering with this problem and now i have seen the other problem in it i. E., the moving of my gear is not proper.

            As my experience with your, servicing is not good at all and the staff is not good, as they do not satisfy customer with their service. They do not provide clear or, full information about an automobile and giving a wrong suggestion to me.

            So, it’s my request to you, to give me a good service and repair my car and give me full satisfaction with your service as its earliest or, i will take an another serious step against your service under the some acts which may fall under the fraud (Law of tort), motor vehicle act, etc.

            I had purchased xuv 500 in may 2018 from Lucknow but I am from Gorakhpur up. Service centre of Gorakhpur is very poor all staff behaviour is vary poor . They never help for the person who come service. They do not provide extra fecility for damages section and only service section.

              I get my car (Mahindra xuv) serviced at r r automobiles, wazirabad, sec-52, gurgaon. Vehicle reg no. Is hr26bv2904. Two issues for which i paid alomost rs 50000/- not rectified properly
              1. I got front blower motor changed on 20-oct-2019. The invoice - bill1. Docx is enclosed. The blower is giving whistling noise. I took back the car to get it checked next day. I was told that the blower is defective and will be changed, but currently out of stock and we will inform you once we have it. I was never informed and i had to call three four time. Day before yesterday on 28th nov when i called, i was told that blower is in stock you can come. Today i. E on 01/12/2018, when i went to get the blower changed i was told that the issue is with the filter. It is cleaned and will be ok. Nothing was done about it. I still have the defective blower which cost me 6500/-
              2. I got the issue with cluch plates, they were changed on oct 31-201, but the gear change is still not smooth. I went today (01/12/2018) to get it checked along with the blower. The tech. Assistant at the service center was quite resistant to accept and on insisting strongly he just greased the lever. The gear change is still not smooth.

              In summarry no issue was rectified and fake bill without mentioning why i went there or what is cheked was isued without stamp, signature etc. The copy of the bill is enclosed (Bill3-fake bill).
              I am very disappointed with the service provided and had to payt for the defective parts.

                I have purchased a new xuv 500 on 6/11/2018, from koncept mahindra noida, when i have submitted my car of the first inspection, nothing was noticed by me as well as the service engineer, but after 1 hour service engineer came to inform me that my came with heavy burning smell of clutch plates, that time i was shocked that how it can happin, i have asked to service engineer that how it is possible that the car was totally 1400 km drive by me and i was very careful while driving, service engineer told me that it happin when you put you leg on clutch while driving, i said that i have not done that mistake, and it is my new car how it can happin in just 1400 km, in reply he just smiles on me and said i have changed the clutch plates of xuv in just 60 km, after the discussion service engineer has taken the test drive of my car and said every thing is ok and nothing to worry, simaltaniously he has mentoined all the details in my service records that my car is came in the centre with burning smell, now the situation is even i can reverce my car by using clutch is smells like burning,

                My question is to the company is that, it is any kind of manufacturing default, did i wasted my hard earn money, because without using clutch it is not possible to drive the car in traffic, and with the burning i cannot accept this car as i was driving from 18 years.

                Kindly consider my problem and suggest for the same.

                  We have ordered supero t4 bs -4 mahindra business vehicle for commercial purpose at ashishta motors (Local mahindra cars & lcv's dealer).

                  Order no.[protected] placed on 19-11-18. Vehicle is not received since last 15 days even full amount paid through mahindra finance.

                  Many time i have contacted dealers and their concern workers for my vehicle delivery they are not provided proper reason for delay and they were given false promise to customer.
                  Because of their activities i had lost almost 45 thousand last 15 days.

                  I had paid full amount including installation charges. Please help me in receiving my vehicle on time. Every time i contacted at them all they can't give me a satisfactory answer.

                  Kindly take necessary action against dealer for their inappropriate services against customer.

                    Scorpio[protected] dl8cas1292. First owner.in name of meenakshi yadav.
                    Had never faced any issues in performance or any other types.
                    Presently using tuv 300 t8 top model dl8cas0352. First owner, purchased on navratri 2017 last year which is resisted in name of shri ajit singh yadav (Father)
                    But the car hadn't even covered 10, 000 kms and there is very very odd and loud engine sound, during standing even, and car is giving poor mileage as it not runs even 30-35 kms in rs 500/- diesel.
                    Which is quite unexpected, even the after sales services aren't up to the mark.
                    I was planning to buy xuv 500 w10 auto, in coming march 2019, but now getting dicy.
                    Request you to kindly look into this matter asap, as it gives negative and deteriorating reputation of the company.

                        A kuv100 k2 was bought in exchange of maruti ertiga vdi
                        The traffic cases against the ertiga were to be settled by your dealer on my payment of the fine.
                        An advance of rs.13800/- was collected.
                        Issue, therir is a no due reflected on the police portal. But for accounting purposes we need the receipts for the amount paid as fine.

                          We are proud customers of mahindra from 1997 we have a legacy of mahindra suv's but we purchased a scorpio s10 2017 model brand new and within a year the car had wind noise problem. It also had suspension problem it made weired noises.. The front windshield bidding got worn and it started making noise.. The fitting was not done properly.. We did not expect this cheap built quality from mahindra the quality control level seems cheap as such incidents happen how can manufacturers be so careless i want a proper answer to this problem

I had paid full amount including installation charges. Please help me in receiving my goods. Every time i contacted at m2all they can't give me a satisfactory answer. Dealers are selling these products at more than mrp. Please arrange the products without any delay.

                                I have recently a mahindra thar crde in october 2018 from muktar automobiles verna goa. Its hardly a month & there are some major problems to the car. The car is hardly driven 500km it has issues like the car goes only one side. Secondly the speedometer drops automatically. So we had to get the car to the service station. The staff at mahindra are terrible!!! They hardly have experience and know to deal with the customer neither do they know whats wrong with the car. Ii dont understand if they dont have experience why are they even hired. So this inexperienced service advisers has removed the alternator of the car and is saying that is causing the problem and the alternator needs replaced. Still the problem has not stopped and they are planning to remove another part. Now they are saying the alternator wasn't the problem. I would never recommend muktar automobiles verna goa.

                                  Another fraud came in light by mahindra dealer. The loan agreement number by m&m finance is 3365370 in the name if digvijay singh, in which im guarantor. We gave the vehicle to dealer and asked to settle the loan. He partially settled the loan & without the concent of owner he sold the vehicle without our concent by fradulently changing the docs, here im attaching the loan statement in which it is shown clearly the vehicle reg no ch01bg2995, this vehicle stands regd in the name of akash attri. This is sheer fraud, he fradulently, delebrately changed the papers & sold the vehicle by knowing the fact that the loan is still pending. Same thing he did with my scorpio, which case is still pending with h'ble court ambala.
