We have a major concern about Mahindra motors.

Issue - I took a new car at MAHINDRA T V SUNDRAM IYENGAR AND SONS (P)LTD which is in
107/1, Nelson Manickam Rd, Aminjikarai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600029.

Vehicle number TN10 BE 9444
We aren't satisfied on the delivery, they have delivered a display demo car to us..we already informed to that executive person (Name- sudha ) you shouldn't delivery that demo car to us (customer)because we took a photo of that demo car engine number before the registration itself.
Even though they delivery the same demo car to the customer.After registration only we noticed that engine number which we took is same in the delivered one.Hence, we had big fight with that executive person and to the manager to change this demo car into the new car from manufacture.
They are not ready to change it.They have promised like you won't face any issues on this demo car also they gave more assurance on it.we thought after registration it's not possible that's why we took a delivery at 7Pm though its a night time we didn't get chance to look a car fully in and out.Next day morning only we noticed many major issues on that demo car at the same time we raised a complaint to the showroom no one responded properly to us .
Sir, we aren't buying a second hand car right why should we tolerate this kind of things. We spend more than 12, 00, 000 RS to get this car but we aren't satisfied on it. So please kindly take a immediately action and replace it .also we are expecting your proper response if not we will go legally and face the further action.
