rats comes inside the car

I have mahindra xuv 500 w6 model since last 2 years but i am very disappointed.
From the first i suffers many tecnicals problem which resolve one by one
And now major issue is rat comes inside the car last month which i go to service center and check enginners gives the solution and now today. 1more rat comes and destroys many things
Kindly suggest that wht should i do

Service has not been done satisfactorily and even after describing the issues to the staff no action has been taken and the car was given as it is just after changing the oil and minor other things. They called me up themselves on sunday for service and now when they have taken the car under service now i am getting excuses for not even getting a car wash because the person is not available. Of all the issues mentioned, none of the issue has been solved

I gave my car for servicing in Samrat Car Vapi, Gujrat. but they have shown very poor response and the service has been done in a pathetic way. They are just greedy for money to be submitted. their head is even not talking properly and replying to the issues mentioned. THey themselves give a call for car service on sunday and when they take the car under service then they start giving some ### reasons for not been able to service the car properly. The car was not even washed and not even a single issue was solved which I mentioned them clearly to solve while servicing. Such a huge irresponsible nature towards customer, I have seen for the first time from any one.

    Dear sir,
    I am very upset about the services provided by the mahindra service centre (Tvs), pathanamthitta. According to the insurance claim registration, i have delivered the car for rectifying the complaints registered as per the claim. The workshop kept the car for 1 month in their workshop. After repeated follow up, finally after 1 month when i took the car back, i found that all the complaints for which the car was send for repair are still remaining. None of the problems were rectified. They claimed that the wiring were changed, but to my surprise the problems are the same. Additionally they removed the clips of the airbags and not refixed. The car became worse in safety, and i do not know what to do now. I will never ever give the car to the same workshop again.

    Please advise me what to do.

      • i am complaining about double-dealer or gyp dealer of mahindra tractor agency. Actually my father (Upendra sahani mob. No.[protected] has paid 4 lac rupees cash handover to the dealer (Contact no.[protected]) as like advance for booking a mahindra tractor model-arjun 605 di-i 57 hp with loader equipment in the end of month of setember 2018 but till now dealer has not given any response regarding tractor even they always tell a lie like that next monady, next sunday, after one week tractor wiil come and they crosses their limit and some time they say to my father you wait one month else you can take your 4 lac rupees after keeping 2 months crossing. I have only one question why mahindra company provide that types of fraud or gyp dealership who can not provide item to the customers and not keep happy of customer. Now you tell me plz wht we should do regarding deception with me by fraud dealer

        We purchased a xuv500 w10 car (Ka 41 mb 5733) in the month of march 2018, from anant cars mysore road bangalore karnataka. But we are experiencing battery problems, clutch problems, oil leakage problems.in a span of 8 months the car is been towed 4 times due to these problems. We cannot afford to face this again and agian. Please take back the car and give our money back or else we will have to take it to the consumer court.

          I bought a mahindra imperio car a while ago and today when i went to mahindra service center name sant autozone dist. Una they had treated me very badly even didn't wash my car and they had using some very bad language and than i get to know that he is the service manager name "satinder". I just realized today i might make mistake by brought this mahindra car because i don't expect this type of service from a reputed mnc. I want you to take strict action on this person name "satinder" or else i'll file a police complaint on this if you don't take any action.

            A week back I contacted the dealership in Kimberley regarding the Mahindra I want to buy. I submitted everything they wanted from me the same week... This week I arrange my insurance... My insuranve company phoned them and it was sorted.. I'm not staying in the same town as the dealership and couldn't arrange to fetch the bakkie myself so I asked if it could be delivered. at first there were alot of stories that they can't deliver although that's a service everyone gets when buying a car... after telling them to leave it, I will buy somewhere else, they suddenly will make a plan to deliver. Yesterday I told them, I'm leaving at 12, it must be here before that and I was promised that it will be here at around 10. just before 12 they phoned me, they will only be here at 2... 2 hours late while I still have to drive 7 hours. totally unacceptable

                I had bolero vehicle and services in your service centre bagalkot and they changed 17000 rs in bill 6.5liters of coolant billed only 1000 km vehicle runs and vehicle got overhitted i had checked some other centre they told me there is almost 3 litters of coolant has shortage how you people cheat coustemer and you people really able to solve this i don't believe because in your service centre bagalkot the don't know the manners to how to talk with coustemer i will strongly suggest to other don't go in your service centre

                    I own a thar (Reg no kl 58 t 8845) and recently i had an issue with coolant leakage. I have given it for service on monday (12.11.2018) to eram motors, kannur branch. For such a small work they asked to keep the vehichle atleast over night. Okey that is agreed. But till now i havent recieved my vehichle. They said it wil take one more day, and will get only tomorrow (15.11.2018). For such a small work keeping the vehichle for 4 days, doesnt it look insane. Have mahindra gone so bad that they cant even rectify a small complaint and deliver the vehichle to customer on time. Very poor response.
                    Also since the very month i got the vehichle the bonet cable is broken. I have got the vehichle 5 times to service center and it is still the same condition. Cant open the bonet without the help of an extra person. What should i do with this.??

                    See to it, and give me solution. Very much unhappy and frustrated.

                      I purchase vehicle in apr 2018. This vehicle cross was change by mahindra without warranty. 18000km foot rest break from direct from welding. This all was charged. Agency says cross was not in warranty. This all things shows hopeless quality of mahindra. M mahindra quality was very poor in this. As per my knowledge only wear tear parts are not in warranty. But in this case agency shows u read all books.

                        Sir, my car is kuv 100 next up 70ec9293. One day a truck struck my car on highway and my car damaged badly. Then i contacted to service center and firstly they charged me 2000 rupees against complaint. And then told me that they got permission from insurance company to release car but after checking it they told me that there are some more problem like balancing, black smoke, break shoe problem, and charged me approx. 10000 rupees against it. And 2700 rupees against procees fee...
                        Sir, please help me to get rid off it. If i have to pay this much then why i paid insurance fee for car.
                        This is ridiculous about service center, they had made me fool before also while free service.

                          Hi,
                          I own a mahindra scorpio, driven around 22000 km. It's barely 3 years old and the clutch plate is no longer in working condition. Contacted the dealer, raj mahindra india, for service guidance and to my surprise, the clutch doesn't come under warranty. If the part like the clutch has no assurance of long term durability, then i seriously doubt the quality of product mahindra provides and concerned whether it was the right choice to buy it or not.
                          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                            I bought kuv100 4+ petrol on 2017 january, within 1month i started experience heavy petrol smell within the car cabin while driving and irritable noise while car engine is on which fades when accelerated and appears again when car slows down... I complained to my mahindra showroom many times (Tirupur) and they did service twice without correcting the actual issue and still problem persists without any improvement... Everytime we drive with risking our life in this new car with heavy petrol smell... I m very much disappointed with the car and the service from mahindra showroom and service centre in tirupur district, avinashi road by giving me the new defective vehicle with poor service and spoiling my trust over mahindra products and services... Please do needful for the same..

                                Dear sir,

                                On 29.03.2018, i purchased a new vehicle mahindra xuv 500 from sant autozone pvt ltd, kangra and the same was subsequently registered at jammu @ jk02cb 9961.
                                On 31.05.2018, the first free service washing was done at sant autozone at kangra at 1010 kms. As it was a routine washing only, no srutiny of other parts was done by the service provider.
                                On 28.07.2018, i went to astro india, mahindra authorized service station at bari brahamna jammu for a second service at 6023 kms where the mechanics detected engine oil leakage. Accordingly they suggested repair of timimg part of the engine. Vehicle was kept at the service centre and was delivered to me on 30.07.2018.in this regard i advise that i am on the senior management of sbi and had to ask for the leave inspite of my important official engagements. The vehicle was delivered with the word that it is ok in all respects.
                                On a day possibly between 03.09.2018 to 16.09.2018, i went to astro india service station at akhnoor road which is in close viscinity of my jammu residence to have a recheck, where i was told that it is still leaking under engine area and said a bolt was slightly loose and perhaps leakage was due to that very reason, they tightened it and said it is ok. I continued using my vehicle in a normal routine way.
                                On 27.10.2018 at meter reading of 10465, when my third free service was due and i took the vehicle to astro service centre at akhnoor road jammu where before washing i requested them to check the leakage of the engine and to my surprise the engine leakage was still there. They advised me to take the vehicle to their bari brahmana, jammu service centre for repair. Talked to the gm of astro india mr jaiswal who advised to get the vehicle to bari brahmana service centre on sunday 28.10.2018
                                On 28.10.2018, the mechanic opened the timing component of the engine and reassembled the same. The vehicle was delivered the same day with the advise that the leakage could be checked after running the vehicle for 400 to 50 kms approx., which i did as advised.
                                On 02.11.2018 at meter reading of 10915 kms, i took the vehicle to astro india akhnoor road workshop for a recheck and to my great surprise and shock, i was told that the defect existed. The engine oil was still leaking. The mechanics advised to take the vehicle to their bari brahmana workshop.
                                On 03.11.2018, took the vehicle to bari brahmana workshop and on scrutiny of the vehicle, they detected leakage now in the chamber part of the engine. Again to my surprise and astonishment. Newertheless they started its repair. As usual it took hours for repair and finally they rechecked the vehicle, it was again leaking. At this they suggested to change the chamber part of the engine by a new one. They searched for its spare part in jammu, but was not available. They procured the same from pathankot perhaps and suggested me that the vehicle shall be repaired now the next date on 04.11.2018 at their akhnoor road workshop and selected a new team for its repair.
                                On 04.11.2018, the vehicle was repaired and a new chamber component of the engine was installed. After the repair work was over. The mechanics rechecked the vehicle for engine oil leakage. Sir, to my extreme astonishment, the fault still existed and remained in irreparable state showing the incompetence of your workforce.
                                On 05.11.2018, the vehicle was again taken to astro india, bari brahamna workshop, where they informed me that they are taking up the matter directly with the company plant officials and accordingly requested me to keep the vehicle there for two days i. E 05.11.2018 to 06.11.2018.
                                On 06.11.2018 after my enquiring telephonically about the status of the vehicle, i was told that they failed to resolve the issue and some officials from their maharashtra plant shall be visiting to resolve the issue shortly. On this i asked that this should be advised to me by email on which they showed their inability to do so. Even my feedback on “ with you hamesha” app was not responded, by the concerned officials of mahindra.
                                Keeping in view the aforesaid facts i feel that the vehicle sold to me had a pre-delivery defect and i feel that no proper pdi has been done on this vehicle by sant autozone, kangra, h. P. Wherefrom i purchased this vehicle and this vehicle has a defect abinitio. I have been put to a huge inconvenience by mahindra & mahindra and its associates viz. Sant autozone, kangra, hp and astro india, jammu jk. Accordingly i claim a brand new vehicle in place of this defective vehicle else i shall go against the mahindra & mahindra company in court and publicly also

                                A FEW TELE CALLS RECEIVED, BUT NO CONCRETE DECISION HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED TO ME SO FAR. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT HAS BEEN DECIDED THAT A NEW ENGINE ASSEMBLY IS BEING INSTALLED IN PLACE OF OLD ONE.

                                THE COMPANY IS NOT SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME.

                                  I purchased my vehicle xuv 500 w 10 in september 2015. Ever since i purchased the vehicle.. There were lot of issues which initially the authorised service stations failed to rectify until i gave an online complaint on the internet to make all consumers aware of the poor quality production by mahindra and mahindra..
                                  This time again i am making this complaint online..
                                  My infotainment system/ screen went off while i was driving my car... This has happened when i take excessive care of my vehicle and ensure timely servicings..
                                  When i approached the service station for rectification i was told to pay 38000 for getting the screen changed as it is not repairable...
                                  My vehicle is within the warranty period...
                                  Why should i as a customer should pay for poor quality products used by the company... This is very upsetting and now i don't have any faith in the company
                                  (Mahindra and mahindra).in fact it was my biggest fault to buy xuv 500 w 10.. And i will not recommend anyone to buy mahindra cars... Mahindra company is not bothered about customer's satisfaction and am very upset with the company... And i would surely not go for any other mahindra vehicle... Pathetic is state mahindra and mahindra...

                                  Sir, I have booked xuv 500 w7 variant on 22/10/18, and y dealer prooses to give me car in 7days, after seven days they take more time to deliver car, now today they promised me to give the car on tomorrow. They took 21000₹ advance from me. I request you to kindly cancel my booking and refund my booking amount, or else give me car on tomorrow

                                    I bought a mahindra thar 4×4 a year back. I did all the necessary company service in tanjore sri aran motors. I has completed 46000 km. I was out of my waranty period. My vehicle no tn49bk1247. It was breakdown on 3.11.2018 near pondicherry. I dropped my vehicle in shangalaya motors pondicherry. I was really shocked and disappointed that the technician said that there is hole in the pump on egr. So that the coolant is mixed with air. So my vehicle was break down on my way to an important occasion. I was really disappointed that i did all my service regularly without convincing myself. But this problem made me vexed. They rounded the bill for 22000rs. I just climbing that you have take responsibility for certain redemption for my money or help me in some other way to overcome my problem. This is fully because of the past poor service that i made before. I felt that all my money spend for service is not upto the worth. So please take some concern and do some convinence for a loyal customer. Thank you.
