I have xuv500 purchased from silver jubilee camp.
I have very much conflictions with your operating service team.
I have been submitted my vehicle on 15/12/2018 till i have not received my vehicle with assured delivery dates.

No. Of discussions but still silver jubilee in slip mode.

With very unpleasant way i had missed to have vehicle for my brother marriage ceremony.

Now i have business planned meetings and getting again this slippage date message from silver jubilee.

But dealer giving very pathetic response on work completion schedule after parking my vehicle for 20 days at his showroom

    Dear concern,

    Greetings!
    In reference to last service done (@24000km) by pratik mahendra workshop, ranchi (Jharkhand-834001); i would like to express my disgrace in service which further got worsen.

    Issues:
    1. Vibration in car
    2. Tight clutch
    3. Humming sound on an average speed of 40km/h
    4. Frequent gear stuck

    They charged approx 4000inr and told that they have changed clutch cylinder but when i took my car back after service, within 2 days the above mentioned issues got more worsen.

    When i received call for feedback, i told all these but nothing was done.

    Now at 30, 000 km only my car is broken down and its not moving.

      I have booked mahindra xuv 500 with 2.54 lac amount with g3 motors, they ensured car delivery on 7th january 2019, on 29th december'18. On which they asked the balance payment of 13 lac. We transferred the same on 29th december'18.

      Now they have rejected the delivery and asking for additional amount. It's clearly an breach of contract wat g3 dealer of mahindra.

        I have a xylo registered no sk 01z - 0684 (Taxi), purchased from sikkim motors gangtok in 2017 april. The vehicle is under warranty. On 31/12/2019 the vehicle was pushed to sikkim motors workshop for unusual sound from undergear and premature failure of hub bearing and other related parts. The maintenance manager mr ramesh refused to attend the vehicle under warranty. The vehicle is lying unattended in workshop for last 5 days. Upon persuasions he agreed to give 50 percent discount on parts which have failed prematurely. The negotiation is not clear to me and it appears to be his personal intension to harass customer and extract some personal gains rather than to serve customer as per company policy.
        Please note that, i have also made several complains through toll free registered mob [protected] but i am not satisfied with the response of customer care.
        As per the vehicle condition, the vehicle is frequently giving repeated problems expecially failure o[censored]nder gears parts within nominal running of vehicle. This is the third time i am sending the vehicle for undergear premature fail. Once it had happened that sikkim motors released the vehicle with loosened wheel fasteners. The vehicle failed after 30 km of running. Sikkim motor apologized nme but the damaged was already done. The present failure of hub bearing can be the result of poor servicing by sikkim motors. Pl see the complain dkne on 1/9/2019.
        Further the apathy shown by sikkim motors especially by mr ramesh to attend and rectify the failed parts is adding displeasure to me apart from financial loss. It is the legal duty of the workshop to attend and rectify the problem free of cost within warrantry.
        Similar complaints have been made by me against sikkim motors for lack of customer care, apathy, negligence and disregard for safety. Please see my earlier letter dated 1/9/2018 for unsafe illegal maintenance practices followed by sikkim motors.
        It appears that sikkim motors happen to be regular offender for lack of customer care and violating safety norm.
        I request you to kindly resolve the issue without further complications. I look forward to receive a positive response from you.
        Failing which i shall exercise my common law right to carry out the work and look to you to bear the cost.

          The mileage is pathetic. I received a august 18 car in end december18. I received the car with a mileage of 291 km. The main front screen of the vehicle has a defective glass. The vehicle shockers/seats creek in the backside when on a slightly rough terrain. Mahindra accessory "step" not correctly fitted. Doors do not close well and require extra effort to close. The side door accessory creek while vehicle in motion. The vehicle shuts down at times in normal drive mode on a slope or even gear change on a speed breaker..... And more

          I feel that the company should send their engineer check my complaints, take the vehicle back and replace it or refund me my money back.

              Sir,
              i am the owner of New Supro Mini van i purchased on December 2017,
              and sir main agenda is not providing good service center in our area, Sir i come to knoe it have 2 years warrenty but sir my van Staring Box its shakes after crossing 60kmph and its gives disturb and while pik up some time automatically stop sometime engine off.
              Actully we have small service center in Birpara Road, i took there they said it will complete within 7 days but they took 14 days. after that There is no changes in Van. some problem my van is facing.
              So sir now how we can trust to mahindra company.
              sir i want justice about this matter. According this total 13 months runing after buying Van.

              my intention is to not to make your moral down, but sir My van and I am facing lots of problem sir i hiring another vehicle which charge 12 thousand per month. so sir you think your self you have already van at home but your driving another vehicle in Hire, so sir how you feel. My van is facing since 3 months ago this problem.
              Sir i went to you the details of Van which doesnt work.
              1. Staring Box Its vibrate after crossing 50 sometime 60kmph
              2. Automatically Engine off while pik up and sometimes give different sound like MAXIMO.
              but sir my van is not MAXIMO its Supro DI engine so why sound is like roaring like MAXIMO.
              Sir in our School more then 2 Mahindra Vehicle but by looking my problem another driver worried for Mahindra (Not good costumer service)
              So sir kindly take rapid positive action. i will be waiting for your answer and action.
              sir i am uneducate people i passed just BA. but doing driving so hope sir you wont make us fall.

                I am a regular user of mahindra vehicles from the era of "international jeep". When the vehicle "scorpio" introduced i had purchased and thereafter the new xuv500 and lately in the 2017 a "thar". At present i own three mahindra vehicles including the xuv500 and with utmost pain and injury i am forced to write this mail.

                My xuv500 was bought in the year 2012 and from the day, if i had to repair or service i never approached other stations except the authorized service centers
                Of mahindra run by tvs (Both eranakulam and kottayam). Now the vehicle run more than 1, 20, 000 kilometers meantime i had taken the extended warranty till time permitted. My last service that too s paid service was done on[protected] at 1, 16, 284 of kilometers. While so the said vehicle had given to tvs kottayam near to matha hospital thellakom on 12 dec 2018 for the replacement of headlamp, rr window winder, parking sensor and updation of gps. The service adviser was mr. Robin poulose to whom i had narrated the work. On[protected] he rang up to me and said headlight set is not yet reached and sought time until[protected]. Further to that he told me that the battery is down hence asked me to purchase a new battery. So i went to collect the vehicle on[protected] with a new battery.

                After fixing the new battery the vehicle is started, but surprisingly and unfortunately i noticed unusual black smoke and sound from the engine
                Further, the engine has lost its acceleration too. Since the vehicle was not in running condition, i could't take that and i really shocked seeing my vehicle in such a damaged condition. I was not given the vehicle for any engine repair or oil transmission but for the replacement headlamp winder etc. Now they say engine need overhauling, change turbo and timing chain. That cost was intimated as estimated by them ad rs. 1, 80, 000 and above. The vehicle damaged only due to their miss handling and for that i have to pay such a huge amount it seems. Its a clear case of deficiency in service, irresponsibility and mischief. I invite your immediate attention to the matter as it is very serious. I have all the records of service and bills etc. With me to prove periodical and prompt services and thus evidence the present issue took place only due to mishandling of vehicle by the service center,

                I am not in a position to take the vehicle by paying the cost as they demand and for which i am not liable to. Now the immediate attention is warranted and the vehicle shall be repaired up to my satisfaction at your cost within 7 days of this mail failing which i shall be forced to approach appropriate authority for its reddressal.

                  My car is recived month of nov last, yesterday use my car but not repair properly car feeting is not proper and bonet feeting is not proper and central locking is issued, wiring is open not feting, crouse cantrol is not working. Car top is lickige and car roof is not packed prpoerly, car paint is not properly (Papdi chod raha hai) so please help us, it is very very poor service this authrized person, i am suuuferd last one year. This is final warnig other wise gone to consumer court and legale action.

                    Respected sir,
                    I am mrs. Anushka salvi resident of h. No 861, rai, siolim goa and a owner of your esteemed company vehicle kuv 100 bearing a registration no. Ga 03 r 3856 purchased in january 2016. I wish to bring to your notice that the said vehicle was pre-booked before its launch with great enthusiasm but there is a manufacturing defect in the said vehicle. At the begining only the ceiling light was not lighting up and the battery indicator was continuosly remaining on an the vehicle broke down on the way while we had taken it to belgaum and it had to be towed to the service centre. Our dealer muktar automobiles failed to rectify the error and made us pay rs.14000/- and replaced the battery. Again after putting new battery also the battery indicator started turning on in between. I got it serviced again and told them to rectify the problem. For some days it worked properly again i faced the same problem. We have used vehicles of different brands but not a single car made us put new battery within a year. Again it broke down while we had gone to kolhapur but luckily it started next day. Now i have given it for servicing on saturday 29th december but till today i have not got the vehicle and if i call them up they are telling me that they are checking the battery. They are not able to identify the problem and rectify it. A common service class person like me cannot afford to replace battery every year when the car has travelled only 11945 kms. The service centre of muktar automobiles is not prompt and cannot find and rectify the fault. I am not interested in the car anymore and let them keep it in the service centre as i m filing a complain against the company in the consumer forum.
                    Please take the required steps and do the needful.

                      I had select for purchase bolero zlx bs4, i was buy the car on 26/12/2014 in evening time (At himatsingka brothers dumka), since that pre delivery inspection was not done so we could not see the car properly when we arrived at home the car known as zlx bs3. I immediately called salesman, but his phone was not looking. I talked to the salesman on second day so he replied that this model does not sell here, okey this car was not available so you should tell me about issue before buying the car. But he did not speak anything, becouse this showroom sell trick of dicontinoues model that' he well known about this. I had two choice in bolero zlx bs4 or scorpio s2 bs4 which i already told him before buying, but the salesman mr. Manohar always pressured to buy bolero. I felt something not going to happen. I have been mentally afflicted with such purchase and still totally gilt. I want to solve my problem for out of my mentally sick. My vehicle no is jh 04h 4127. If can replace my vehicle.

                        It is regret to write that our vehicle no. Od07q5775 tuv-300, amt has taken from ecos eye hospital berhampur, ganjam to aditya motors bhubaneswar on 19.12.2018 for repairing purpose as the nearer mahindra service center is unable to provide service (Don't have facility to repair tuv-300 amt), as we received message of delivery of our vehicle on 31.12.2018 monday
                        At 5.20 pm, but as we talked with service manger regarding deliver of our vehicle he said till the parts of the vehicle has not yet came to the service center as it is in transit, as our vehicle is use in hospital work we are facing lot of problem as they have not provided any assistance vehicle, instead of that they said to hire a vehicle for our use and they will pay rs.500/- as daily basic from the date of received our vehicle to end of the day, it is really painful for a customer to have mahindra vehicle, take a quick action for delivery.

                        I can’t understand why so much delay to get a spare part to come to service center?Why there is discrepancy in communication?You inform us that our vehicle will be ready by 5.20 pm on 31/12 and your service centre has not received the spare part till then.This shows how callous you are to give service to your customers.Certainly not expected from a reputaed company like yours.I am much disappointed!

                          I bought a brand nee w 11 opt from pratik automobiles, ranchi on 25 dec 18. On inspiring the vehicle i found that the driver side bumper was not properly fitted onto the vehicle and a clear gap is visible. I reported the same to the showroom while taking the delivery to which i was informed that its a manufacturing defect and there is something or the other wrong with almost all xuv. This reflects very poorly on the quality control standards of mahindra. Despite, telling them the problem, they responded by showing their helplessness. I request you to please take immediate action and get the flaw in the vehicle repaired at the earliest.

                            Hi i have purchased my car kuv 100nxt from mahindra g3 motors on oct-17 & given for 30000km servicing on dated 24th dec-18 at mahindra g3 motors nerul, navi mumbai. On same day they committed to me that due to some suspension parts damaged, vehicle need to keep next 5 days at workshop. On same time they given me assurance that vehicle will repair & ready on 29th dec-18. I continued follow up regarding vehicles parts & they confirmed me twice that parts available & vehicle will be ready on 29th dec. So today as per there commitment i have visited workshop & found that they don't have received any suspension parts and still today there's nothing work happened regarding my car. They make continue fool of me and given false information. Now they saying that they need more 4 to 5 days.
                            So write here about g3 pathetic services. This is my 1 year old car and they said there's short of part's. But i don't know have new car models parts not available at authorised workshop.
                            Request you to improve your services & commitment, otherwise customer will not buy next time onward any mahindra car.

                              I shankar mitha had buyed xuv500 on 10th dec 2018, before buying we had asked provincial automobiles higna nagpur about december offers but they bluffed that our year end offers will be in march. Now i came to know that there is a cash discount on xuv500 for december through newspaper, so when i called them they are saying that you are not eligible for the offer.
                              Please do the needful thing for us. Thank you.

                                  Dear sir i'm using xuv 500 top end version 2015 i brought in chennai now i have problem in my front left side door power window i'm native from tiruvannamalai in our place mahindra service center i sent my car to service center i meet mr prabhakaran service manager he told motor problem you want to change its ok no problem please do coz any emergency front glass i can't open but that man mr. Prabhakaran way of taking to customer very cheap no response in that service center he told we don't have stock if you want urgent you go anywhere really i'm so upset i'm using mahindra car many models this is first time experience in tiruvannamalai service centre i faced please take some action are you lose your valuable customers no one there good responsibility person in that service center tn25ap4341

                                    I visited k s motors tonk branch for paid service of my tuv 300
                                    Even after paying 6690 rs, all problems persisted and gear stucked in mid of the road during heavy traffic, smell of kerosene inside car after servicing, multiple noises coming from gear.
                                    When i contacted mr lalit at ks motors tonk he didn’t behave in mannered way.
                                    During service the mechanics were fighting with each other and no body was interested in repairing work of car

                                    Hi I'm Dinesh Kumar I have purchased a new vechile before 2weeks yet now it's in service centre the problem is not yet cleared it's been already 2 times we have visited service centre Im confused that it's a new car or an Demo car or an Second hand car has been delivered to us please make a note that I need to clear my problems

                                      I have purchased a mahindra xuv 500 in october 2016. After 2 years i found the doors are corroded from outside and care ful inspection i found that all body and certain engine part are also started corroding i have launched a complaints to dealer.
                                      They have inspected the vehicle and send complaint to mahindra.
                                      But very slow response from mahindra side. The company agree to replace the rusted part but since whole body has started rusting it is not worth to replace the part by dismentalling the intact body from company. Once the rusting is started it is like cancer once it is started it will corrode all the body.
                                      Hence my request is to replace full body instead of dismentalling the original body. Otherwise after 6 month other non replaced part will start rusting.
                                      It will be worth to replace the body.

                                      I bought KUV 100 in 2016 and till date we change its clutch related spare parts three time with in gurantee approx. milage 20, 000 kms which is very shame-full for a New car. can this is solved by the company that i not need to change it

                                        We have purchased one bolero from sahyari motrs p ltd. Sus road, pune on 24 april 2018, in which they have charged gst of rs. 145, 972/- which is not filled by sahyadri motors. When we asked them, then they said bill provided by sahyadri motors to us is not system generated bill. So our complaint is for original bill is not provided to us & gst of rs. 145, 972/- not filled by sahyadri motors,
                                        Please solve the issue on urgent basis.
