17 days the car stays in the service center for service, get transferred from one service coordinator to other and to the third after 7 calls and request to get the vehicle checked and getting a bill of rs 75000/- what i get is a unsatisfactory service. Is this how mahindra appoints service dealers. And this is not the first time i have to get this kind of a service. This is the end of patience where i am raising this request if some one can help me here. The car is not repaired as per expectation, basic checks are not done while car is sent back. I feel almost not to trust this brand again. Would appreciate if someone would have a look in to

    On date 07/12/2018 i have been booked mahindra xuv 500 model w-11 silver with shiv autowings pvt ltd (Savan ib autowings pvt ltd,) midc, bhosari, pune, maharastra.
    Full payments taken by him on 17/12/2018 & 21/12/2018 saying car is ready for delivery. But till the date they could not delivered the car. Every day they are giving us false commitments. We are frusted of the harassment by him & thinking of taking legal actions. Its a worst experience with mahindra dealership has given us. Till the date we have paid one loan installment for rs.20916 & another installment is due.

    Can mahindra help us to resolve this issue urgently???

      The vehicle if not warmed up even for a couple of days, the battery gets drained out. The vehicle has been purchased on 02.08.2018 and since then the battery has been discharged more than four to five times.

        Sir, i am rajeev kumar raghav owner of the raghav travels noida. I am old customer of cars of mahindra company since 2016, i already have three cars of mahindra company registered with my firm raghav travels. Their vehicle numbers are as follows :- up81bt5446, up81bt5443, up13at3287. Sir i have booked a new marazzo car from vineet automobiles (P) ltd. Aligarh u. P on the date of 26 dec 2018. I am also uploading his booking receipt as well. When i went to take car delivery there was a person in the insurance department his name is mr. Ajay godhani garg his photo is attached also who missbiehave and abuse me because i want to take another company insurance. But he forced to me insure another company.           With reference to the stated subject i have a proof that dms shows outdated information regarding my case.. Proof is that i have enclosed updated owner name from few online sites/apps. I think key lock installation is just minor problem but dms and service provider of mahindra and mahindra is a big problem.. Today i went to service center still same problem nothing progress.. I just had to loss my valuable time and money visiting service center often.. I don't think mahindra and mahindra will provide me back my time and money and so on..

            I am really upsets about my experience so far I have got from iconic Mahindra dealer/service center Nirjuli Arunchal Pradesh and to theirs north east Mahindra associaters also. My problem is so easy to be tackled but they are not even taking it interest in solving. If this problem happen by this weekend I will put my Mahindra Scorpio into fire I will burn it down for sure..Pliz don't mind Mahindra and Mahindra yours bad bad service provider letting me to think that way. Am sorry for that. I have attached few photos that is updated but yours service provider are not updating their site..

              With regards to the said subject my problem is that I bought 3rd hand Scorpio bearing RC CH04j8002 recently.I have provided all the required documents to iconic Mahindra dealer Arunachal Pradesh but the case is that they along with North East Mahindra associated are not cooperating to me very well for more than 20 days now..They said that vehicle is still registered to the first owner name where as I have found from several online apps/sites that the RC has been transferred to second owners name..I think they haven't updated theirs sites and causing trouble to us..I request Mahindra and Mahindra to look into my matter solve my problems as early as possible already I have lost my valuable time visiting Mahindra dealer and having mental agony for this.

                I have been trapped to buy discontinued model of mahindra xuv by local dealer kbs motors and the vehicle i received has many issues due to been sitting in plant/yard for about 7 months.
                Customer service level is very poor and we are very much shocked to see service standards of multinational company.
                I hope i can get to talk to someone from mahindra head office to discuss my issues.

After servile services they dint change the air-filter as i have purchased the vehicle from 2015. As i was traveling and the vechicle was giving some problems then after so much trouble i have to check the local mechanic, he check and found that the air-filter is not been changed. I have also have the issue with the dealer for service as i was having problem for the wheel aliment but they said they aliment machine is not working then some times we cant able to wash the vehicle as the washing machine is also not working.

                    So i am very disappointed with your services. Need to take a serious action.

                      Hi!
                      I have purchased a xuv 500 from your nexgen solutions ranchi dealer on 14th dec 2018. For the said vehicle i have submitted a challan of choice number jh01dg 7777 at your dealership office for sending it along with my registration papers to rto. I have paid an amount of 25000 for this choice number. On 24th dec 2018 i received a msg from rto office that your registration of new vehicle is under process with no. Jh01dg 8020. I immediately raised the issue with your dealer that there is some error please verify it with rto for correction, but nothing was done. I again received a msg from rto on 31st december that jh01dg 8020 has been allotted to you and rc is under process. Again i reported the same to your dealership but nothing was done. On verification from ranchi rto it has been verified that due to some error from nexgen's end my challan of choice number jh01dg 7777 was not considered while issuing the registration number. I immediately raised the issue with gm of nexgen solutions ranchi mr. Upendra but he simply denied to help stating that "ho jata hai mistake kya karen". He also told me that i should directly deal with rto as he will not help me in this. On insisting he was rudely rejected my request by saying he cannot help me in rectification. Then i took the matter with rto and still running from pillar to post for the correction. I have given the feedback to your call centre for such unprofessional approach during my welcome to mahindra new vehicle call but i haven't received any call from your end.

                      You are advised to look into the matter and get it corrected immediately before the matter gets out of your hand.

                      Such unprofessional and rude approach from you and your dealer's end is making me think whether i have made the right choice or not by taking a vehicle worth 20 lakhs from mahindra. Is this the way mahindra gives customer service or is this the way mahindra train there staffs, where a person like gm of your nexgen solutions dealership misbehaves with a customer.

                      I want this matter to be taken seriously and strict action against such employee and dealership must be taken immediately.

                      I am ready to take this matter to court as well as in media if solution of my problem is not done.

                        I have xuv 500 bought few months back from mahindra & mahindra located at saha, haryana
                        Few days back my front bumper got hit from driver side.

                        1. When i was dropping car to mahindra and mahindra service centre at saha i asked to check for any other defect except broken bumper. Every thing was ok. No dent, no discoloration etc. Even i told the service personal to check that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle.

                        But when i came to take the delivery of vehicle there was a dent at back side of car.
                        No one at the centre was taking responsiblity.
                        After 2 hours they agreed to repair it. They given me in written that they will get it repaired free of cost.
                        But what is this...
                        This is far more worse than 3rd class service.

                        I have marriage function at my home... So u know how bad i vl look a dented car at a marriage function.

                        Also it has reduced value of car. Who will pay for that?

                        2. Before taking delivery i was talking to the service person.
                        I asked him to check all the things before confirming to me to take delivery of the vehicle as i cant visit again and again due to busy business hours.

                        When i visited the service centre and when i checked my car... What i found is 5 out 10 nuts was not bolted.
                        Bumper which was changed to new, was not proper. It was out from one side.
                        They opened it again then fixed it again in front of my eyes. Then it become proper.

                        My vehicle wasnt even washed.
                        They washed it when i asked them to.

                        3. When i was buying the car i asked for full claim bumper to bumper insurance.
                        I was told that the insurance i am taking is of top of the line bumper to bumper, if in future i have to make a claim then i only have to pay for file charges.
                        But at the time of claim, they are telling me that its the lowest bumper to bumper insurance policy.
                        I have to pay for all the nuts, bolts, internal rubber and many more things.

                        I have already used cars from other companies and even i am still using other company cars.
                        This type of problem never came to me with any of the company as all of my vehicles services always happen in only company's service centre that is either mistubishi, hyundai or maruti suzuki. And i am facing many problems from the time of purchase of mu xuv car kike sunroof dashboard gap interior voices breaking voice. Is it of 20 lacs car or 50000 car. Bad experience of mahindra first car. Very bad
                        I am making sure that i will never visit that same service centre again.

                          Respected sir,

                          It is proud to see m&m devolepments around 360° almost all types of vehicles are running. Being a indian we proud of that & i love swadeshi, that's why i join as customer of 4 small vehicles i. E 02 x maxxitruck + & 02 x alfa for water plant.
                          Last cupple of months i observed that there is no proper servicing to update vehicles, because of that my vehicals are breaking down at enroute, somany times.
                          Kindly instruct them to provide best servicing.

                            I had given my xylo for servicing at ralas motors with a specific complaint of vehicle having starting problem. At the time of receiving my vehicle back they had assured that they have sorted all the problems & the vehicle is in good condition. Now the vehicle has come to halt otside the state with my aged parents in the car. Further they are running from taking any responsibility & i have to spend another approx. 6000/- bucks on getting the car repaired. They are telling that they are not responsible for servicing & that we have to bear all the expenses. Unnecessary harassment is caused because of there lack of proper servicing.

                            I am owner of Mahindra XUV 500 automatic, I met with and accident two days back and from front the car got severally damage but still airbag of my car didn't get open. This is a very serious concern.

                              2018 .. the dealer cheated me on all accounts but i still forgot that nasty exp... even the company does not respond i[censored] complain against dealer... now after driving 7000 km finding the vechile is absolutely a ### piece of enginering.. gears getting jammed .. clutch slipping .. tyres almost getting worn out... i dnt know what to do... and to top it all a lousy coustmer care... i am selling this car at any cost... i sincerely beg to my fellow indians newer buy a mahindta vehcile.. u will cry ...

                                      Dear sir/mam,
                                      We bought nissan sunny through mahindra finance in april 2013 and the last due date ended on[protected]. When we approached to get noc, the officials intimated that we have to pay 25, 000/- in a day (Though we finished all the dues, to obtain noc). As we didn't recieve any proper intimations in between, ln 2017 march we got a call to pay rs.35, 000/- for noc.
                                      We are from a middle class family. How is it possible for us to pay such a huge amount in a single day? After paying all the dues, why the extra amount has to be paid for getting noc?
                                      And again upon the belief we had upon you, to buy mahindra thar through mahindra finance, we got the above details.
                                      Kindly help us to get the noc.

                                        On 03/01/2019 i have given my xuv500 w9 for service in kushaiguda service center and it was my 2nd free service they charged me inr:2330 for oil change and some gear related issue etc.
                                        But there is no resolve on the gear rod sound & vibration and the engine oil is also black only when i checked and upon that they delivered my car with a 10cm scratch on front side near headlamp and next day i have informed them about that scratch and send the pics of that to service center person they checked there cctv footage and told its that its service person mistake and told they will repair. And i asked next day when i have to give my car for repair means they are telling some stories. Its been a week till now they dint rectify my problem.
                                        I want that scratch to be removed and resolve my gear rod sound & vibration issue to be solve and to be checked engine oil. I am not at all satisfied with kushaiguda service center.
