Dear Sir,

We bought a XUV 500 in the year 2013, which is running exceptionally well till date except some corrosion and rusting issues on both left and right rear doors at the same sport, photographs of which is being attached for your ready reference.

The issue had been brought to the attention of service engineers many times during the regular timely services at your service center, however, there were no solution provided to resolve / rectify the issue and hence this mail.

We felt that this issue of corrosion and rusting at the same spot of the both doors is not a regular matter of concern and hence thought of bringing it to your attention, so that necessary corrective measure can be taken for further quality improvements.

We would appreciate if you could kindly look into the matter and instruct the concerned to provide us a solution to resolve / rectify the issue.

Any response yet? many like me are having the same issue, Rusts appeared within warranty, had them resolve them, now rust appearing right after warranty again and one door inner panel seem to be completely corroded by rust and is falling off like cardboard.

    I bought a marazzo on 12 oct.. Hardly 20 days old.. Its hand brake makes a lot of sound.. Whenever some vibration occoures in a car.. It shakes so hardly that its sound is audible to everyone everytime.. When told the agency about such.. They said they have repaired it.. But the problem continues.. Does anyone will solve the problem.. Bcuz agencies employs are useless they dont even know how to install foot steps.. They took 2 days to install it.. My car was standing in thier garage for 2 days... Apart from that.. Touch screen system is a trash.. It hangs a lot... Today i was having a drive.. N i installed a seat belt... After that meter board showed no signage as belt was installed... But warning was shown continuously for 5- 10 mins on screen untill i restarted the engine again... (Video is attached).. Even its gears stuck in between.. I dont think 20 days old car's gears should face that prob... Whn i approached the agency for such.. They dont even checked it.. Just answered.. It stucks whn clutch is not pressed properly... I was like.. Am i mad or wht.. Tht i will not use clutch properly.. They dont even consider our complaints... Overall its a bad experience.. On both sides.. Agencies side as well ad cars experience.

      Bolero power + sle was purchased on 24/03/2018. Vehicle serial no. Jzb57400, engine no. Wjj6b18671. The fuel pump started making a sound and a new fuel pump (Tank module assy costing rs 7233.44 and kit filter element costing rs 589.56 and fuel filter element costing rs 106.20, tank cleaning charges rs 1475.00) were replaced by ashok motors, tezpur, assam on 25.09.2018 vide their bills no rbc19a004394 & rbc 19a004393 dated 25.09.2018.

      The fuel pump (Tank module assy.) has again started making a noise. The vehicle was taken to ashok motors, tezpur, assam on 05.11.2018 and they stated that all the items changed earlier would have to be replaced again at a similar cost as incurred earlier. Ashok motors stated that the problem is occuring due to hsd being used.

      The garden has another bolero, engine no. 10609, chasis no. 83067 model 2010 wherein hsd is being put from the same source and there is no problem with the fuel pump.

      There is something wrong with the fuel pump (Tank module assy.) due to which the problem is reoccurring. There were other customers also at ashok motors on 05.11.2018 and they too had the same complaint regarding fuel pump (Tank module assy) of their bolero.

      Please look into the matter. Also, do i again have to pay for replacement of parts mentioned above. I have already paid once on 25.09.2018.

        I had given my vechile for service and claims. It takes 16 days for small service without any issue they made this much day delay. They damaged my key and damaged door. The claiming was done in bad way the work is not done in proper way i am totally upset with the company and vechile was not washed properly. I am a mahindra customer from 2012. I am totally angry with this mahindra

          Dear sir,
          Myself is a complied customer of mahindra xuv 500 kl 31 e 3141 which was purchased from your cochin branch on august 2012. I was really satisfied in using the vehicle till last year, but last week the above said vehicle has broken down and has refused to start. I have called your pathanamthitta branch and dropped of the vehicle there, but since now it has been more than a week and the condition is the same and as per the service advisor told us the immobilization switch and hill desent switch is not working properly and thats why there is no proper signal in starting the vehicle. Till now the car has ran only 39000 kilometers and we are facing these kind of problems. And as they have said the parts are costing more than 30000rs which we need to get discount as well which will be appreciated. And moreover we have done all the services in your mahindra autharized dealerships that you can cross check with the history of the vehicle.
          So please need to take urgent action against the same and we need to get a proper feedback as soon as possible.

              I have booked marazzo m2 variant maroon color on 1st october with an assurance from sales team of india garage, whitefield, bangalire that vehicle will be delivered by diwali. Now on 5th if november they say that i am the only customer who has booked maroon color and mahindra havent manufactured the vehicle. I am quite surprised to hear this silly reason.

              They are convincing me to take white or silver instead of getting my interested color. Please take action on such false promising showrooms and sales teams. Trust if lost once cannot be built in again.

              Spoke to sales team the explanation they gave is that since i am the only one guy who booked Maroon color and since car is not delivered yet they couldnt even do any alternate arrangement like giving others maroon color car.

                  Hello there we have booked mahindra marazzo on[protected] thru sireesh at yelahanka. They said we need to wait for 06 weeks as per the order form. After paying 10k as per booking order and received a performa for 15, 45000 now they say the car is not available and it's has increased to about 15, 67000 and also we need to wait for another month or more to receive the car.

                    Since the day i bought my vehicle. I m always facing a problem with this clutch assembly. Whenever i tried to change the gear sometimes the clutch don't work. And sometimes i never get any pressure on my foot when i press the clutch. And manytimes when i got stuck in jam the gear shift itself in 3rd no. After enraging clutch for longtime. I complaint many times regarding the matter but till now it's not solve. My vehicle no. Is nl07h3877. Hope their is permanent solution.

                      I purchased my tuv300 last year from royal motors kolkata. I am satisfied with the car. But the service quality which i experienced is pathetic. Last month i sent my car for third servicing to mohan motors service centre in kolkata. One person came to collect the car from my office, he was very nice, he explained me about car and i agreed to do rubber quoting colouring at the bottom of the car, he told me that if i do the colouring then it will take two days time to deliver the car because they will do the coloring in the evening and it will dry whole night and then next day they will deliver the car. I agreed. After the car reached service centre someone called me and told me that the front light of the car is very low and i can increase the light by changing the wiring and bulb, also he requested me to add fog light, which i agreed and asked him to do it.
                      Next day i got a call from service centre that my car will be delivered to me at 3.00pm. Also received so many messages about delivery time. I reached service centre on time and spoke to service advisor he told me everything is completed and we are ready for delivery, i was very happy. Then he showed me the car, when i touched the bottom to check the color then i found it is wet and the service advisor explained me that the color has been done 1 hours back and it will dry after some time. After talking to him understand that they forgot the job last day so done before delivery. I refused to pay for this kind of service and asked him to talk to his manager.
                      Then i checked the lights which was newly fixed but found one bulb is not working, again he called one electrician then he checked and rectified the wiring and then solved the problem. I was waiting for 1 and half hours.
                      At the time of billing i found there is no charge mentioned for new lights, while asking they told me that the person responsible has gone out for some work so forgot to give the bill but you pay now and he will send the bill after some days. I refused, then they started calling that person and after another 30mins they arranged a bill and the amount is also lesser, i was so angry that i told them i will not pay any extra amount for the bill. I paid all the bills and returned after 2 and half hours.
                      After approx 20days i faced another problem, starting problem. Car was not starting when i was mid of the road, i called toll free service centre number, and help of some local people (They pushed) i mange to start and came back home. Next day i called the service person (Who called me after calling toll free service number), he took my car to nearest service centre himmatsinka service. He checked and found the battery got damaged, there was not water in the cells. That means at the time of my last service the service person has not checked the battery and delivered without proper servicing thus the battery got damaged within 1years of purchase. I have done all three services on time followed the rules but now i have to pay another rs.6000 for new battery. Why i should pay due to carelessness of mahindra service centre. One thing you can notice in this big story of my experience that every where there was unprofessionalism and carelessness. Who is responsible for my battery damage? If the service centre could have done their job properly then this situation can be avoided. Requesting higher management of mahindra to solve my problem and ask the service centre to refund the money of new battery.

                        In march i have purchased a tuv 300 t6+ from your dealer mohan motor chowringhee, kolkata.

                        On 30th i gave my tuv 300 t6+ to second free servicing to your authorized service centre mohon motors mahindra workshop, mirania rd, auropota, dhapa, kolkata, west bengal 700105.
                        First they asked a charge of 5500 but later they asked me to pay
                        As per their demand i paid them 9294 but never got a receipt or details of work done. They keep on saying system is down. So i paid them a huge amount and dont know what for. This is your service?

                          I am a proud customer of xuv 500, who wishes to avail all services through mahindra authorised network only. Recently i made a payment of more than 50 k (Consolidated) for extended warranty and insurance renewal and got a manual receipt only for insurance and not any certificate for extended warranty from tvs mahindra service station in vyttila, ernakulam.
                          I found this manual voucher valid/acceptable to any authority for a month and then after needs the original copy. I am warned first time by police using the manual and contacted your insurance team in palarivattom using a number by online search and got a committment to issue the originals, within 2 days, its been 10 days i am not supported with same

                            My supro van indicate ingine sign & speed reduce. I admit to ratnaprabbha moters aurangabad m. S. They replace clutch plate bearing etc. Bill amount rs 7500 but problem is not solved by service centre 3 trails taken but solutions is not obtain finally they connect laptop and problem find out that clutch lever is normally jam then it solved. Then for what parpose parts are change on km.70000 is it possible? Check history of my vehicle. This type of faulty product manufacturered by mahindra motor?

                                  Hi i bought my car hr33d0005 mahindra scorpio 2 years back... I recently got it serviced from r. R aitomobiles gurgaon. Recently i noticed that write driving even at normal speed it is giving cal smoke and that too regularly. My car is new and in total has run 23xxx km n during the last service every oil and filter got changed (Same can be seen in the billing).
                                  2. Issue - i have purchased wheel cap of my car several times but all in vain as they again get out from the wheel. I have spent almost 6000 rs in wheel cap by now. Kindly explain the quality is weak or i have to keep ordering them.?
                                  Now today i have again given my car to r. R automobiles to look into the issue.
                                  Kindly specify me as to what is the reason for cal smoke.? A/c filter? Wheel cap?

                                  1. The wheel cover / cap is an extra fitment on the wheel rims. The same may come off in case of high intensity jerk during drive or due to loose fitment. RR Automobiles has tied the same with the tie clips so that the wheel caps does not come off again.
                                  2. The AC and air filter are made to prevent the entry of foreign particles in the AC system and the engine respectively. The blockage of these filters depends upon the atmospheric conditions in which the vehicle is being driven.
                                  Not for response, i am not satisfied so solve my problems in immediately

                                    God knows where all i have to complain and still no response from mahindra.

                                    1. I have bought scorpio s10 on 2015 and one of the eagred customer to buy the most awaited new generation scorpio.
                                    2. Vehicle is having major issue o[censored]pper body getting rusted (Pictures enclosed). The under body have been painted with anti corrosion paint (Paid) twice from mahindra service centres as we understand the vehicle goes through various terrains it's our responsibility. However the upper body rust started showing from the initial year, regular complain were done during the servicing of car. The service centres have not shown much interest n kept the issue pending even the vehicle has gone to service center on multiple occasions with bill more than 15k. The same details r available in ur system as well.
                                    3. It is regardless to say i been serving in armed forces hadly gets time to take the issue and run pillar to pillar to get my issue sorted out. This is the reason m writing this to you with lot of hopes and feeling as it's your one of the charter of duty to resolve such queries and sense of ownership towards your customers and some patriotism towards men serving this nation.
                                    4. We own a hyndai car as well which is 08 year old it doesn't have any such issue of rusting.
                                    5. Rusting in upper body even after maintaining the vehicle that under goes regular servicing from the authorised service centres. Issues we're brought to the notice of every service centres but as always they cared # about it. The rusting in the vehicle is purely due to the poor craftsmanship, poor paint quality, irresponsible service centers which is not expected from the known brand like mahindra.
                                    6. Request take the issue seriously and awaiy for your positive n immediate response.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I had booked mahindra marazzo vehicle m2 seven seater through shivnath automobiles pvt ltd ge road supela bhilai chhattisgarh on 1st of oct and i paid 10000/- rs as booking amt following to that i again paid vehicle advance on 10th of oct rs 114000/-. Dealership committed us they deliver the vehicle on 5th of nov on the occasion of dhanteras in this concern i paid the vehicle booking and advance amount as per direction and demand from dealership.
                                      My family members are very ambitious for new vehicle in our family we used mahindra vehicle for our business and personal use also.
                                      Now dealership denying to deliver vehicle on the auspicious occasion i. E 5th nov,
                                      So please resolve the issue to deliver the vehicle on time.

                                        I have complained 2 times on email also about cheating by your dealer koncept automobile safdarjang enc delhi... Nobody is listening. Shall i go to media n highlight mahindras poor image
