I am stand mahindra xylo d4 at sonali chhapra but showroom is closed about three four years. I have many times contact of showroom representative for release of my vehicle but my vehicle is transferred to chhapra to patna before any information and not released my vehicle after request and contact. Please help me of release my vehicle of same condition

As per as commitment kuv 1OO millage is 20kmpl to 25 kmpl but my car it gives only 7 to 8 kmpl and always facing new problem during driving. Sometimes all four tyres release air automatically in 3 days. please find the permanent solution not temporary. if possible call me at +91 [protected].

    I want to bring to your notice that i have complained to the company regarding the hub part section in between of my rear wheels of a white mahindra bolero rj27 ta 7651 many times but the concern person not even bothered to respond and pay attention to any of my complain so i am not left with any other options rather than mailing you about the complain and expecting an immediate response from the prestigious company.
    Kindly help me out as soon as possible..

    I have scorpio s10.its showing engine light and missing race.i visited twice service centre for this.they take heavy amount charge for this issue and replace some parts as they all are well.my problem is as well as and company not interested to satisfy me and not give proper responce.please see the matter.

      Gallops motor rajkot. They have perfect team for doing fraud with mahindra customers, from seals to after seals. We had a horrible experience with them, even they can kiln any one for smaller bad profit. We are feeling helpless after purchase a new bolero zlx from them. What should we have to do we can’t understand.

        I have purchase a new mahindra xuv 5oo in dt 19/08/2018. From utkal automobile barbil, keonjhar, odisha. But after that day my vehicle head lamp is getting fog in rain time. Which create a lot problem to drive the vehicle in rain, that may lead for severe accident due to lack of required light. I have uploaded the photos when the light get fog, for this problem i have visited to your service station utkal automobile barbil for several times but no satisfactory result found. So i kindly request you to solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise i will take forther step.

          I have given my xuv500 for repair in jaipur on 19th oct. It was surveyed by surveyer on monday morning. After that they told to deliver in 2-3 days but failed. Then they told to give on fri 26th oct but failed. Then we rec'ed msg from company itself that the car will be deli'ed on sat morning. But car was not even delivered on sat also. They have failed 3 times to deliver the car for just a small repairing purpose. And now they r saying to deliver on monday... Let's see

            We have purchased a mahindra marazzo m6 and have in addition purchased rear view camera from the samrat showroom vapi.
            The showroom estimated the cost for the camera as 8000 inr,
            The same camera cost 2147 inr + 900 dealer location.
            When asked in the showroom they answered that fitting charges were not included. But when inquired at the customer care[protected], mr. Rahul confirmed that the cost of camera included the fitting charges also.
            How can a showroom charge so much extra.

            Mahindra dealers are charging much more for accessories than the rates listed on their site m2all. So requesting you to either close the site or tell dealers to take correct rate.

              My mahindra xuv 500 (Up32 jk 7553) is not even an year old, when yesterday (26/10/18) during a city ride it's clutch paddle failed at 7pm in a midst of a market place. I took the help of road assistance service. After waiting for 2 hours, at around 9 pm got my vehicle delivered at narain mahindra service centre in lucknow. And today (27/10/18) service centre people have called and told that you have to pay ₹24k as the clutch system of your vehicle has failed totally. I am failed to understand that how come a clutch system of a vehicle can fail so suddenly, when it is single man driven suv. I have been driving vehicles since 16 years and owned maruti, mahindra bolero, etios, honda city;but non of them troubled me in such a way - a sudden and acute whole clutch system failure.. Damn it! Is mahindra xuv 500 is for show piece? For what should i pay ₹24k... A faulty manufacturing defect piece of suv?
              Please. I need answers and solution of my query or else i am about to take strict action.

                mahindra thar key problems by dealer

Ranchi 834004, but at the time of reccived vehicale, they have given two key for engine starting, but both are different i have asked mr. Vicky who has staff of nexgen he told please come show room we have change the key, i have go show room he has unable to desolve my problems, and change the key which is faulty.
                Kindly solve my problems. And exchange the faulty...

                Dear Sir,

                This is with ref. to the above mentioned car purchased in Nov 2017 and is done 5k kms as on today. The car is rarely used as I am in a travelling job.

                Few serious complaints to be noted .

                1. Very sudden and heavy knocking while driving
                2. The jerk is so sudden and heave that the car jumps over the car in from and situation becomes tough to control.
                3. Steering is very heavy as it does not have a feeling of power steering, this might be possible because of the poor service done on the 1st service by GSP motors as they were not able to to the wheel alignment and balancing
                4. Very poor mileage with 10 to 12 kmpl.
                5. Music system and navigation hangs often
                6. When braking at speed it looks like the disc is overlapping and breaking from inside with heavy jerk and sound.

                Request you to pls look into the same and advice accordingly as it is becoming a life threat driving this car for self and others.

                  I'm very disappointed to inform you that on march this year i purchased a kuv 100nxt as hardly it's been 8 months i should get benefit under warranty period but it's surprising that when i went to the midway motor berhampur for repairing heater coil, they are asking for 3000 bugs. And interesting thing is that if i extend my warranty for another 3 year then it will be repaired on free of cost. I'm really disturbed with the services of mahindra company. You please resolve the issue or else i have to go consumer forum. Last time also while purchasing things got mashed. Now i will definitely take action

                      I brought xuv500 2 month back in august 2018, my vehicle numbers is KL-59-S-6001, and the case number is MA1YU2WTUJ6F18092. I find out that the body paint is vanishing and the screws are got rusting, in that rust the the yellow color spreed to the body. the body front bummer is not fixed properly .
                      i complaint to the service provider ERAM MOTOR in KANNUR, KERALA, when put the vehicle for first service they told me they recover and replace the things.now its 65 days no responds come yet . service provider or Mahindra cheated us .This the way you treat the customer, lot of other brands are there in market but only mahindra is not caring the customer properly.
                      im still worried that the car use cheap screw and get rusting, the car cost 17 lakhs -
                      i talked to service head but he told me they replace the thing, after the service no calls got from Mahindra service point .
                      can you please report it show the people, dont trust mahindra

                        One of your employee gitesh s manchekar, bearing token number 23039351, has cheated me time and again. We from sainik intelligence and security pvt ltd had deposited 5, 20, 000/- rupees into mahindra and mahindra financial services on 21 st august 2018. We were promised that we would get a tuv 300. That didn't happen for a month, so then we started following up for the money we had deposited.

                        He has only returned 2, 00, 000 yet. But because we needed the cars, we bought two cars from orrisa delarship and from mumbai delarship.

                        I never expected this to hair from an employee of mahindra and mahindra ltd.

                            I've purchased xuv500 w6 from silver jublee motors pune, on 19 oct 2017,
                            Ever since the purchase my life has become miserable. Despite several servicing, alignment, trials, test my vehicle is still having pulling problem.
                            In every servicing i request them to resolve the same issue again and again,
                            Its been my 3rd servicing still no resolution to my problem. This is my worst experience with mahindra.

                              Sub : availability of spare parts – vin plate
                              Sir,
                              I am the registered owner of a prestigious‘mahindra verito’ vehicle which was purchased by me in the year of 2015. I am a driver by profession and was using my vehicle as a taxi car. Unfortunately, my vehicle met with an accident on 27.07.2017 thereby breaking the original vin plate along with other damages. Accordingly, i handed over my vehicle to a nearest registered dealer for service. After due course of service, i am asked by the dealer to collect my vehicle and sent me an invoice for payment.
                              When i inspect my vehicle, i have been noticed that the vin plate which was replaced by the dealer was a local made one with very poor condition and unclear local punching of alpha-numeric digits on it. When i asked to the dealer about this, he replied that the original company made vin plates are not available and also promised me that he will order one and as soon as he receives the said plate, he will replace it and deliver the vehicle at the earliest. Believing his words, i returned leaving my vehicle at the service center and in the very next day the dealer had informed me that he had placed an order for a new vin plate.
                              Though, several months have been passed, the dealer neither bothered to replace the original vin plate nor giving any update on the order which he placed with the mahindra motor company other than the same dialogue “not available at the moment”. Now almost 14 months are over and my vehicle is lying still at the service center.
                              As per the provisions of the motor vehicle law in kerala state, a taxi vehicle has to be tested by the rto officials every year in order to renew the taxi permit. But i could not produce my vehicle for a test before the rta authorities with a local made vin plate as a result of which the taxi permit might be cancelled by the authorities without asking any further clarifications.
                              Hence, i am writing to you to know the truth of the following facts:
                              1) whether the mahindra company provides original company made vin plates as a spare?
                              2) if yes, whether the vin plates were available as spare with the spare parts division in the beginning of the year 2018?
                              3) if no, whether the dealer has the authorization or permission to substitute the broken original vin plates with a local made one with low quality unclear local punching of alpha-numeric digits on it in his personal capacity?

The sales manager, the assistant sales manager etc were too rude. I know everyone has work pressure. But i was treated there as if i was their slave. I will never do a job like this. They should keep the office environment cool so that the staff can work proper.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  This note is to bring your kind attention to some bitter experience i had from era motors, your dealer at trissur.
                                  Also i urge your quick and favourable action in this regards.
                                  On 9th of this month (October 2018) i had given my mahindra thar for its 10, 000 km service and to check and solve few issues like ponding water (While its rainy) at the top and platform of the vehicle.
                                  They took 7 days to finish the job! And i wondered seeing the bare tires without wheel cups! Even not washed!! What made me more upset that the irresponsible response of the manger, saying "we are helpless"!!
                                  Actually this wasn't my first such experience with them.
                                  The day i bought the vehicle from them, within a distance of merely three hundred meters from the showroom, got some disturbing noises and i forced to drive back the car to showroom again.
                                  It took hours to diaganose the problem and to fix it.
                                  So let me frank that, i don't recommend any body for any of the cars of mahindra, especially from era motors.
                                  At the same time i would be rather happy to mark my experience with mahindra as excellent if i get a positive and quick response to my grievances.
                                  What i need is to get all my issues resolved as soon as possible.

                                    I and my family have been customers of mahendra since ages. Over the years we have purchased many scorpios about 5 till date and few days back only bought one tuv.. I had come to iconic service centre, lekhi village, arunachal pradesh after having travelled more than 100 kms and taking leave from job for replacement of door glass after having given appointment date. (I had also explained details of the problem) however on my arrival at the scheduled time, staff were clueless whether they have the glass or not.. I had to wait for about an haur just to know whether glass is in store or not. When i complained to the manager, tamar gamme, he seemed to be disinterested was really arrogant.. He told me that he is not there to hear such complaints. Such kind of attitude of staff is really uncalled for., we expect professional treatment.. Nor they have the courtesy to make their customers sit nor they talk properly. I have never seen such poor hospitality... It is really shameful. This is not the first time, they always make customers wait, they give time sometimes at 9 am while staff arrive by 10 am. Kindly ensure professionalism and work ethics among your staffs.. High time to give them some good training
