Respected sir,
With due respect it is requested that I purchased a bolero XL, bearing no- B0081200 on dated 01.02.2005 from Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd, having their corporate office at Sadhana House. 2nd Floor, 570, P.B. Marg, Worli, Mumbai-400018, at loan agreement of Rs. 250000.00.
But from the financer sides the loan amount was repay as per schedule i.e. under the agreement, in 35 month of Rs. 8800.00/month.
It was agreed by financer sides that he should be collect monthly installment amount by his person.(i.e. door to door), but this facility not provided by financer & facing a lot of problem to submit my monthly installment.
Also this facility was provided by financer sides that if I submit full & final payment before time then he should be give me rebate some amount, Due to the facility I was decided to submit balance due amount after rebate(Rs.15000.00)
(Total amount was Rs. 249000.00- Rebate Rs. 15000.00= Balance due Rs. 234000.00)
After rebate I submit four nos. cheque (145834, 145835, 145836, 145837) of IBDI Bank Renukoot of amount Rs.58500.00 each cheque (Rs.58500.00*4= Rs. 234000.00). So total balance amount rupees two lacs thirty four thousand( Rs.234000.00) paid by me to financer on dated 19.12.2005.
Today after three year through a letter of his legal advisor Mr. Amit Pandey ( advocate), Behind p.k.school, Urrahat, Rewa ( M.P.), Phone[protected], mob.[protected]), is given to me that Rs. 15000.00 ( Rebate amount) is now due, & is necessary to submit. Otherwise he would be complaint against me in court.
Till date the N.O.C is not given to me by him.
Lastly I am agree to given this amount ( Rs.15000.00) if they return bank interest of before drawn amount from my account (Rs. 234000.00) by cheque.
Hence therefore it is requested to you kindly look this matter & suggest me, if necessary please take necessary action.

    Hi, I am Ramesh Sanap, I have 2005 Scorpio CRDe SLX which was having some minor electric issues.
    So I went to do the repair at NBS International which is M & M's own service center at Sewree.

    the service I got there was horrible. The guy Mahesh Dalvi has not given proper answer to my questions.

    indeed they said that my car has big issues and need more time to repair.

    in mean time I hav done minor replacement of parts like wiper there.

    I told them that I will not wait and they charged 300 for loabour for doing no work.

    then when I checked it throgh local mechanic he solved my problem within 10 mins by replacing 2 faulty fuses in cicuit board.

    shame on Mahindra Guys. they dont know their cars better.

      Dear Sir,
      Attached please find herwith the details of Tranfer letter sent by my current employer Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd to The office of The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Aurangabad.
      My ex employer was Goodyear South Asia Tyres Pvt.Ltd, Waluj Aurangabad.
      Since Jan 14/01/09 i have not received any feedback from comissioner office neither my corporate office.
      Your intervention in this regards will be highly appreiciated.
      Sir, Please arrange to tranfer the money as soon as possible.

        Hi,
        I purchased on Scorpio VLX in March 2008 and was having problem with Audio system for a long while. In September 2008, I registered a problem during the service call, but did not get it right.

        Later, I went to show room (Oct 2008) and asked it to be readied/replaced. Even after 2 weeks, when it didn't come back and when I made noise about it, they installed another one till mine comes back. This system caused serious problems to power management and my battery started getting drained (I noticed later that the system continued to draw power even when the vehicle is switched-off). This system went for repair and returned 4 times, but my problem is not yet solved.

        Running the most expensive scorpio on sale without audio system for more than 6 months and strangely, very little action from the dealer...

        I purchase mahindra maximo viechile about eighteen month.my viechile is trouble very much becase the show room mechanic are not work my viechile properly.before two month ago I purchase one rail pump at cost price 12000/- becase rail pump is damage. after one month my viechile gas kit is damage then I purchase gas kit but they take labour chrage 3000/- I donot know the gas kit price is is 600/- then labour charge is 3000/- how first they written in the job card 800/-& charge after fitted the gas kit 3000/-. so that time I paid the charges amount & realese my viechile then after 15 days again the gas kit damage then the OSL auto motors staff tell me your radiator is not good you change your radiator in new version model after we change your gas kit & their crarges about 3000/- to 4000/-. sir how can maintain my viechile again &again.sir please do somthing becase I loose my cinfident on mahindra company.OSl ato motors situated in sambalpur, orissa. kindly help me sir.

          I was working with M&M at Mumbai and have been an HDFC Credit Card customers for couple of years before I lost my card somewhere in January ’07 and then got it blocked by giving a call to the bank call centre. My last transaction / shopping done on that card was sometime in Dec’06. My last payment done for the said credit card was around Rs.18000/-. I used to make the payments through internet banking since I was having my salary account with HDFC Bank ( A/c. NO.[protected]. I had attached my HDFC Bank Master Card Gold Credit no. [protected] to my salary account and used to view and pay my bills online. Since the card was lost and subsequently blocked, I was not able to view my credit card bill statements, online since Jan’07. I have not recd my bill in hard copy at Nagpur, where I moved in Oct’06 from Mumbai, despite putting the request at the call centre.
          I have written mails to the bank for reissue of credit card but have received no response. It been more than 2 years that I am following up with bank to no avail. Now the issue is that the bank is claiming around Rs. 7400/- whereas my actual outstanding or the money spend was only Rs. 1100/-. Now why should I pay for the non response of the bank. I have suffered a lot in absence of a credit card on top of it bank is unnecessarily claiming huge amount. I am getting calls every now and then for the recovery of the said amount from me. This has also put my name on the CBIL.
          I would like to mention here that I am responsible corporate citizen working with a Corporate like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. I have been a sincere user of HDFC Bank Credit card and paid all my dues in time. Am I being punished for loyal with Brand HDFC.
          I request you to kindly look into the matter and help. One thing is sure that I am not going to pay any charges on the current outstanding which I have not used. I will pay only the amount I have used that too after getting an explanation as to why I have not be reissued a card, and why my name has been put on to the CBIL.

            Hi,
            I have salary a/c in HDFC, Nasik, Thatte nagar Branch.
            On 9th Feb My relative put Rs.2L in my a/c thru check. I got credit of the same. After that i have issued a check of Rs.2L to my Builder for payment of house. on 16the feb i was surprised to know thru netbanking that the check was bounced twice from my a/c.
            Imdly I call phone banking & asked the details. No clarification was given. Then after some arguments he accepted the mistake & requested me to go to bank & discuss. As it was their mistake I refused to go to bank & asked him that The Br. Manger should give me call. He agreed for that & asured me that the manager will call me within an hour. After 5 days not a single call came.
            Again I called the phone banking. Cute answer was given that the Manager tried to call me but I couldn't be reached on cell. I asked him how many time he called me. no answer.
            The phone banking do not have the Branch no. (???)
            I am going to file a case of fraud with bank.
            Can anybody tell me the procedure?

              i have taken car loan form ur madurai branch on may 2006(car no.TN59AC3593-M.Nirmala)

              i settled my payment on jan2009. more than 20 days we are going to ur company to collect NOC they are telling different reason for each day(ur manager and accountant)

              first reason1) to pay extra rs 5000 to get get NOC
              2) ur check was bounced .so pay rs 3000. so we went to bank and enquired .they told not even one check is bounced
              3) atleast pay some amount to get clearance.

              kindly take necessary steps to get my NOC as early as possible.

              Truth alone triumphs, I hope your company is following this. But I don’t think it is in your vellore office. I bought Mahindra Rodeo bike for my daughter and got lone from your esteemed company. As a customer, I finished my duty by paying the entire installments on the month of June 2011 without any arrear.

              But they did not give my R C Book of my vehicle(Vehicle no: TN 23 AK 6637) yet. When I approached the Vellore branch office on 9th September (Friday), they told me to come on Monday. When I approached on 12th September (Monday), they started searching my R C book only after that. When I asked the Branch manager, he said “we are searching it” and went off casually. With the diabetes complaint in me, I waited there in office for more than 4 hours, but they couldn’t find my R C book. They did not say me any remedial yet.

              They just did not care about the customers after enrollment. Is this the customer satisfaction they are striving for?

              Rise is your logo. But these people are making you to go down. Is this the way they maintain the records?

              This is not like pointing the mistakes about your esteemed company; instead this is a misapprehension to your memory about your branch office.

              Respected adjudicator, Please take this issue as very serious and give us justice. Please teach them company ethics and maintain morality to customers, which I was striving for, from your company.

              Hope I will get my rights(R C Book) soon from your esteemed company soon. Waiting for your execution.

              It was an unexpected event of robbery of my car parts from a reputed firm like mahindra finance. Which I was trying to figure out thru all means of communications and I did not get any proper channel for fair settlement and the loses I incurred due to missing spares (all four tyres and original battery).


              Anyways, as per my discussion with u I was assured for fair settlement of the foresaid issue.


              I am ok with paying the actual amount pending i.e Rs 32216/-, if I get back the missing spares or the cost of the same.
              It was an unexpected event of robbery of my car parts from a reputed firm like mahindra finance. Which I was trying to figure out thru all means of communications and I did not get any proper channel for fair settlement and the loses I incurred due to missing spares (all four tyres and original battery).
              today when I went to the office of MMFSL, with a copy of this letter, again Mr. Karthikeyan, purposly wanted me to come to his cabin, to show is power, WHEN I ASKED THAT HOW CAN A JUNIOR STAFF MR. A. C. BALAJI INSULT ME IN A VULGAR WORDS, TODAY ALSO HE JUSTIFIED THAT HE CAN TALK, SINCE WE ARE THE DEFAULT COSTUMER WE HAVE BEAR THE INSULT.

              BLOODY KARTHIKEYAN - THE MOST IN EFFICIENT PERSON RUNNING A OFFICE LIKE A ROWDY.

              HE SHAMELESSLY TELLS THAT HE HAD NOT SEEN MY LETTER DATED 12.03.2013 AND 11.05.2013, AND HANDING OVER THE CAR DOCUMENT DULY SIGNED BY HIS STAFF MR. GOVINDIAN.

              MMFSL SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO APPOINT A STAFF LIKE THIS.

              Re : Our Loan Agreement No.1483193, dated 02.25.2011.
              Ref : your letter no. 14K-NPA-SEC-21:467/2013. Dated 24.06.2013.


              Respected Sirs,

              I, received the copy of the letter sent to the GURANTOR, which was received by the Guarantor on 1st July and reached me on 3rd July, as a Borrower I should receive the letter simultaneously, which I have not received till now and I will not receive in future also.

              Your client did not update my new address in the office in spite of knowing my new address on 01.03.2013, 12.03.2013, 11.05.2013, respectively.

              I have changed my address two years back, and same was intimated to your client MMFSL, during the 2nd week of March 2013 and address was SMS to the one Mr. Govindian and he came to my house ON 12.03.2013 at 1335hrs. Where I specially requested that, I want the close the account by full settlement b4 31.03.2013. I also handed over a letter and got a copy of the acknowledgement.

              Why your client did not inform you that the borrower want to go for settlement b4 last financial year itself.

              I pretty well know that NPA is 90 days and your client just want to prolong it to longer days. I think you advocates should be the advisor of this.

              As an advocate do you know about this fact? Did your client show me the letter o[censored]s dated 11th May 2013.

              Mr. Pandian came to my house where I faced hell a lot of INSULTS, STRESS, MENTAL AGONY, NOT EVEN ME, MY WIFE, WAS ALSO INSULTED BY ONE MR. KARTHIKEYAN AND OTHER STAFFS MR. A. C. BALAJI, AND MR. BHARATHI – who always threatens me that he will make the problem with the Guarantor, who is my Boss.

              (This Happened on 11.05.2013, Mr. Pandian entered into our house at 0945 and left our house at 1430hrs). I would like to inform that our Family boarded the train to Karaikudi at 1700hrs @ Egmore – imagine the stress we have faced not only me, even my family for the whole day.

              And recently Mr. Pradeep – Area Business Head – LMV, along with one Mr. Vinayak and other gentleman who was residing from Thirukalikundram visited my house,
              ( around 2nd week of June, and talked to me nicely and I also informed them that I will go for settlement by July definitely.

              When Mr. Pradeep – Senior person in the Company, and Mr. Govindan and Mr. Pandian all know my new residential address, they have not updated my new address.
              This is the bad shape of your client – you should be ashamed to have a client like this.
              WHEN A BOROWWER WANT TO GO FOR FULL SETTLEMENT – THEY ARE ONLY SHOW their INTEREST ONLY ON THE INTEREST.

              Your client will come to our house us without informing by any mode, as if they are going for a Black Money Raid. Even your Clients senior officer Mr. Pradeep also does, the same, and I have to advise him about this.

              I presume your will get lot of files and good fees from your client, because your client has trained their staffs to make the disputes – and you will make a stereo style printouts and send to the persons without knowing the fact of the file.

              My simple logic is, when I want to go for full settlement during March itself why your client do not want to do so.

              I was sure, I could be tight in my financial position during April, May & June due to collage and school admission of my wards.

              Why should I meet the Arbitrator, in what way I am liable to get this kind of nasty notice from your office?

              Mr. Pradeep – the Territory Manager came to my office and he apologizes verbally, and I also informed him, I will for settlement during the month of July end.

              As mentioned in your para 3 – there is no way your client asked me for full payment i.e. full settlement, INTHAT CASE WHY ARE YOU MENTIONING LIKE THIS, on other words, it was me requested your client AND initiated your client that, I would like to go for full settlement. Can you furnish any evidence regarding this please ?.

              As mentioned in your para 4 – Only your client made disputes with me and to my guarantor, giving lot or mental stress and insults during the month of May.

              I can settle the amount – BUT in what way you can give me the compensation for the mental agony experienced by your client. ( Indecent talk “da” by Mr. A. C. Balaji, when my wife reported the matter to the Manager Mr. Karthikeyan he spoke
              Rudely AND INFORM US THAT SINCE WE ARE A DEFAULT CUSTOMERr we have to BEAR THE TALKS OF MR. A.C. BALAJI ( we cannot digest this kind of response from the Branch Manager ) PRESUME BOTH WERE SITTING TOGETHER WHILE TALKING TO US. INDECENT TALK WAS ALSO LISENED BY MR. BHARATHI SENIOR OF MR. A.C. BALAJI AND MR. BHARATHI KNOWS HOW I GOT OFFENDED, since the call was on conference)

              My self esteem is affected, even though I have to pay the money to your client, I am not a slave to your client, why your clients always have the habit of talking only on phones, PRESUME THEY DO NOT WANT NOTHING TO BE IN BLACK AND WHITE.

              Your client shows only interest is on Interest and not on settlement.

              You should be ashamed of your client – please check the site there are lot of grievances.

              On 11.05.2013, on your clients visit to my house, please refer my letter dated 11.05.2013 since I WAS EMOTIONALLY AFFECTED, BY YOUR CLIENTS RUDE BEHAVIOUR ON PHONE ( A.C. BALAJI / MR. KARTHIKEYAN ) I WAS TOTALLY UPSET, I DRAFTED A LETTER ADDRESSING TO MR. PRADEEP ( TERRIRORTY MANAGER) SAME DAY I MAILED TO ALL OFFICERS YOUR CLIENTS HEAD OFFICE.

              For your kind information till now there is no reply from your client in a B & W.




              LATER I MADE A PROVISIONAL HANDING OVER DOCUMENT WITH MR. PANDIAN AND HANDED OVER THE FOLLOWING

              1) Car
              2) Car Key
              3) Original R. C.
              4) Original Insurance
              5) Other relevant document pertains to car – like old insurance etc

              Mr. PANDIAN SIGNED THE PAPER AND HE WAS WAITING SINCE HE MADE SOME CALLS TO NEARBY OFFICERS IN THRIVANMIYUR OFFICE WHOM THEY WILL VERIFY AND CEASE THE CAR.


              LATER HE CALLED MR. KARTHEKEYAN AND later he LEFT MY HOUSE THROWING THE LETTER AND THE SIGNED PAPER ABOUT THE HANDING OVER THE CAR, EVENTHOUGH WE TREATED HIM NICELY WITH LUNCH AND OTHER KINDNESS.



              VERY IMPORTANT

              YESTERDAY 08.07.2013 AROUND 1700HRS MR. KARTHIKEYAN WENT TO GURANTOR HOUSE, WITH ANOTHER PERSON WHO WAS RUDE TO THE GURANTOR, ( EVEN THOUGH I ASKED HIS NAME MR. KARTHEKEYAN DO NOT WANT TO REVEAL HIS NAME, IF HE IS NOT RUDE WHY HE CANT TELL HIS NAME ) ABOUT THE PAYMENT, MADAM CALLED ME.

              I CALLED MR. KARTHIKEYAN THROUGH THE MADAM’ S LINE AND WITH THE CONFERENCE CALL TO MR. PRADEEP, THE CALL LASTED FOR 45 MINUTES, I ASKED SIMPLE QUESTION WITH MR. KARTHIKEYAN, WHEN MY CASE WAS DECLARED AS DISPUTE ( ? ) & WHEN YOU COMPANY HAS APPOINTED A ADVOCATE AND ADVOCATE ALSO APOINTED A ARBITRATOR, WHY DO YOU APPROACH THE GURANTOR, SAME QUESTION WAS ALSO RAISED BY MR. PRADEEP, PRADEEP CONVENCIED ME THAT MR. KARTHIKEYAN WANT TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.

              Due 45 minutes talk over phone answering simultaneously four persons Mr. Karthikeyan, Mr. Pradeed, Madam and hearing nasty scolding’s from my Managing Director (Madams Husband) I was made emotionally commit to settle the amount by 22.07.2013, which is not possible right now.

              My Payment and Grievance should be handled simultaneously.


              Mr. Pradeep should understand Mr. Karthikeyan visited Gurantor house without calling me or informing me not to SOLVE THE ISSUE, but MAKE A BIG ISSUE.

              in what way MMFL staff Mr. Karthikeyan can disturb with his rude attitude.

              This speed of work, as a branch manager he would have taken action to my letters dated 12.03.2013 and 11.05.2013 itself.

              As a Branch Manager he do not knew that your client has issued notice through you and there is still time to reply or action from my side.

              ( He should be ashamed for his admin qualities for not seeing the letter dated mentioned above’s and not knowing the legal notice of yours, as a advocate advice Mr. Karthikeyan the inefficient Branch Manager to update my new address for future correspondence)

              As a advocate – how do you justify Mr. Karthikeyan approach to the Gurantor, WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY ISSUED A NOTICE TO ME.

              1) You are a Authority – Like to know in what way you can punish the MMFSL staffs for their rude behavior. I borrowed money from your client and not from your clients staffs parents and we are not slaves to lose our self esteem even though we have borrowed money, MMFSL always want to make a dispute and then solve the settlement with a person like you, because they will get aleaset 6 months more interest.

              2) You are a Agent – for us or to MMFSL.

              3) You are the Power – Can you take proper action against MMFSL for not taking immediate action to my letter dated on 12.03.2013. My simple logic is, when I want to go for full settlement during March itself why your client do not want to do so, because I was sure I could be tight in my financial position during April, May & June due to collage and school admission of my wards.


              4) You are the Judge – Till now there is no reply to my letter dated 11th May 2013 to my Grievance letter. And to my various emails sent to your MMFSL, Mumbai even to the Vice President. When I was ready to go for full settlement after that too before NPA period of 90 days i.e. vide my letter on 12.03.2013. If MMFSL do not have my bank instruments they should contact me well before. Can You please read my letter addressed to MMFSL dated 11th May 2013, and give JUSTICE TO ME. In what way you can give justice to our grievance.

              Since your position should be without bias




              5) You are the Arbiter – Can you punish Mr. Iliyaraja MMFSL staff who took bribe of Rs. 10, 000.00 from True Value and made a duplicate Insurance showing high IDV Value, to process high value loan, it’s a second hand car worth Rs.3, 00, 000.00 noted normally 70 % is given as loan and how can MMFSL can give Rs.3, 25, 000.00 ( it’s a simple logic).

              5a) Can You Punish Mr. Govindan who informed MMFSL that he had visited my house 10 times and presume that he had claimed some beautiful convenience.

              5b) Can You please read my letter addressed to MMFSL dated 11th May 2013, and give JUSTICE TO ME.

              5c) In what we I am liable to get this Notice when I was ready to go for full settlement at the end of last financial year itself.

              5d) MMFSL staff always threatens me that they will trouble the Guarantor who is my boss wife, because MMFSL always knows how to irritate the Borrower.
              Please refer my email dated 20th May 2013, addressed to all senior most officers in MMFSL, Mumbai.

              6) My simple logic is, when I want to go for full settlement during March itself why your client do not want to do so.

BALAJI ANOTHER USELESS , NEVER SAW MY LETTER DATED 12.03.2013 WHICH WAS STABLED IN MY FILE ACCORDING TO MR. PANDIAN THE STAFF WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE ON 11.052013, FROM 0930 TO 1445HRS.

              SINCE THERE IS A DISPUTE, AN ARBITRATOR WAS FIXED, THE FRAUD KARTHIKEYAN WITHOUT KNOWING THAT, AND ALSO WITHOUT CALLING ME, ARE APPROACHING ME, AND NOT KNOWING THAT ONE OF THE SENIOR STAFF HAS CAME TO MY HOUSE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.               WHEN I LOGICALLY QUESTIONED IN FRONT OF IS JUNIORS, HIS FACE TURNED LIKE A REAL GINGER EATING MONKEY.

              WHEN I ASKED HIM WHEN I WANT TO GO FOR FULL SETTLEMENT BY 15.03.2013, WHAT WERE YOU DOING, HE COULD NOT ANSWER, BECAUSE HE HAS NOT SEEN THE LETTER.

              IT IS REAL JOINT FRAUD OF BALAJI / BHARATHI / AND BRANCH MANAGER KARTHIKEYAN.

              TO PROLONG THE DISPUTE.

              TILL NOW THAT INEFFICIENT BRANCH MANAGER KARTHIKEYAN DID NOT READ MY LETTER DATED 11.05.2013.

              KARTHIKEYAN IS REALLY A CURSE FOR MMFSL.

              KARTHEKEYAN WILL NEVER GIVE IS SENOIR OFFICER CONTACT TO ANY BODY.

              FINALLY I MADE A COMPLAINT ON KARTHEKEYAN FOR HIS INDECENT BEHAVIOUR WITH US AND GOT THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR THE COMPLAINT.

                I purchase brand new Logan GLX1.6 from Vijay Auto, the authorized dealer of Logan in Bangalore city.

                1. To my Horror I learnt when my car suddenly after stopping bye for 2-3 minutes, in mid way would not start due to Battery failure and the Dealer’s Battery experts from M/s Exide came & very specifically informed me just after few months of delivery that battery is out of warranty as it is more then one year old.

                • This fact that Battery was old and it is dealers mistake, was accepted by Dealers Sales and service team too. And I was promised that they will replace it with new Battery. My battery replacement is promised but still not done. Every time I follow up, they simply ask since last 3 months next week we will do but next week is not coming to an end. I am afraid warranty will expire and dealer will wash off the hands.

                • From my logical investigation I have concluded that the car delivered to me itself was one year old lying with dealer. I have paid fro brand new car and got Old car as How some one can put one year Old Battery in new car??

                The Front panel Glass was having Viper scratches from day one and I was informed it will be replaced but not yet done. When ever I enquire they reply we are awaiting replacement from Mahindra & Mahindra Factory.


                2. During demo ride I was explained several driving features highlighting ease to maneuver during peak traffic- Such as we need not change the gear even if speed goes down to 10 Kms/hr from 4th to 1st. We just need to raise the accelerator only as gear box is ver hight tech almost like auto transmission. After taking delivery I reported to Show room Sales as well as and Dealers Workshop that these features are not there because from day one even at speed of 25-30 kms /hr, I need to drop the gear to lower one from 4th if speed drops other wise it will not take the load.

                Now the question is how openly Mahindra & Mahindra and /or their dealer can cheat customer in Broad day light and sit cool/

                I want replacement and compensation to me from to Mahindra & Mahindra and /or their dealer.

                    It is a pathetic car. I have a 4month old car and I was stuck on the Delhi-Gurgaon highway because of a faulty pump that cools the Engine oil. As a result the engine oil and coolant got (as explained by the service engineer)The service engineer said there have been some other cars which have come with the same complaint.
                    I had given my car about 2 months back for servicing to Sri Durga in Delhi and had a complain that the coil light did not go off. They fixed it. However, today I was told that the wires to the sensor were all cut as a result my electrical warranty stands void. I have taken pictures of it also. I did not know this how a Mahindra and Mahindra company worked.
                    However, now I understand that if a company can make such a low quality car then surely it can make dealers/workshops who cheat the customers.

                    i can give my logan at your service station in surat gujrat india i have a small problem in my logan only oil lekage they toll me i can give you after three hour just little problem then i can call her after 5 hour they tall me something like tapec cover problem i can give you after 1 days i can't tell any thing then after 1 day i call her car ready they tall me i can give after washing i said no problem after they call me and tell me turbo injector problem i want to replace turbo injector how is possible before he say is complete after say turbo problem how can is possible problem like this is your repairing engenier falt now they tall me i can give yor car after 10 days what can i do with out my car is not my falt is your company falt that's why coming like this problem if you are not taken action on this latter i can complain live on media mehendra renaul company is froud all over in india i also a media reporter.

                    This is my first service, and already, it has been very very dissapointing. The bare minimum of washing the car and cleaning the inetriors were NOT EVEN TRIED, forget done.!! I am sure a company trying to scale up on J.D. Power has enough water in stock to wash the cars!!!.. but havn't put in any effort for customer satisfaction.

                    As expected, I got a call from the service desk post service, asking me if I was satisfied, ..any my answer is NO, then and now.

                    What's worse, someone posing as the "Relationship Manager" called back as promised to pick up the car the next morning(today), to hide his team's inefficiency and carelessness and as expected.. no body came or called to pick it up.. I am not surprised, as I am sure its the management's misleading tactics and cold attitude to customers. Sorry, but my claim to JDPower, is a total 0 for you this time.

                      My son (student) has opened an saving account with ATM debit card facility, with HDFC thattenagar branch, Nasik on 27/04/08. without consent of customer, HDFC bank has issued him a International Gold Debit card, with 500/- p.a. already debitted from his account. After follow up with HDFC they realised the mistake & agreed that they will replace & reverse the debit transaction, even my son has submitted an application without his fault. As a student he needs only a ordinary DEBIT CARD @ 100 p.a.. So far around 15 calls have been made to concerned person with whom account is opened. Evry time excuses were given & as of today no progress. Can HDFC play such a horrible game with clients that too without a single apology or phone call about the reminders from client?
                      I hope customer care will take the notice of it & matter will be resolved.

                            I have purchased a scorpio slx crde model 2007 from Nexgen Solution's (p) Ltd,Ranchi and using the vehicle in Orissa state in a place called Barbil where Mahindra & Mahindra has good amount of customer's but No service station's the only service station here is Utkal Automobiles Ltd,Barbil where we all of Mahindra & Mahindra's customers are treated like street dog's.

                            I have reported this to Mahindra & Mahindra and the action's has not yet been taken from them from past few month's.The next service station that Mahindra & Mahindra provides is 350km's away far from the place so this all reveal's the bad experience which I have from Mahindra & MAhindra Company.

                            Can this report help me to get justice?

                              First of all I would like to introduce myself as a BIG Scorpio fan. I own a 2003 model, Scorpio DX, of which I am very proud. The vehicle has been a joy to own and I am very possesive about it. In other words I know and love my cars. Besides this I have also influenced my friends and family and have been instrumental in their choosing the Scorpio as a means of transport...
                              But... as of late I am starting to have my doubts.. Just recently I was told that the Company have started adopting a policy where by Scorpio Parts shall not be sold by authorised workshops to consumers if the vehicles are not repaired in the work shop....is this true ??
                              If so I would like some clarification as to who came out with this smart idea and what the company stands to gain by it. In a place like where I come from... other than the Authorised work shop there are no other retailers selling original parts for scorpios. In such a scenario what is one expected do ?.. . sell off his Scorpio and look for a more maintainable mode of transport???.. of course keeping in mind the treatment and harassment that is usually metted out to coustomers by the so called authorised work shops...
                              I could go on and on but is it of any use??? I for one am seroulsy thinking of selling off my scorpio to some poor sucker...
                              I would like to request you all at Mahindra to clear up your act... if what I have been told is true..
                              As a parting word of advice ..... instead of trying to force customers into using your workshop services by monopolising your spare parts sale it would be better to actually improve you service at these so called authroised workshops.. or else you may just end up killing your goose that is giving you your golden eggs ...

                              Hi,
                              My friend Mr.Eril Gomes recently purchased Mahindra Scorpio about 2 days back ie on 06/01/2008 from Bhavsar Motors Worli. While o receipt of the vehicle immediate after passing from RTO he noticed that the problem in gear box. So he immediatly broughr to the notice of dealer and asked him to replace the vehicle. Bur dealer expressed his inability to do so and he said he will repaired the same and hand over the sameafter repairs.
                              My question is it fair to do so? , when one customer buy a vehicle and on receipt brand new vehicle if he noticed that there is problem in gear box, is it not company's duty to withdraw the vehicle from the dealer and hand over the troublr free vehicle to customer. Just because customer has paid for RTO TAX and INSURANCE amount and even if in this case company should bear the entire cost and replace the vehicle to new one. Example is How one of the international car manufacturar has called back his all cars from the market and alloted new to their customers. Also there is another example of NOKIA how the company withdrew their defective batteries from the market and replaced with new one.
                              Mahindra & Mahindra is a international brand and every Indian is proud of the product. Can any body satishfy this customer.
                              Can Mahindra & Mahindra Customer Care Divn. or India Customer Care Forum look into matter and mke this customer happy.

                              I have purchased a Scorpio Lx on 11th December 2008 from Goel Motors (p) Ltd. Mohali for my company NAND IPL which is first Nano Technology company in SE Asia. My foreign clients were coming to visit our upcoming plant in Una so I purchased it one month earlier than planned. After taking the delivery I drove it to Delhi. Than in night I went to IGI airport to pick the clients. But when I put on the AC it was not working. And the British clients asked us that which company's car is this as the AC is not working first day. When I told Mahindra they told same company which has tie up with BT and joked. After that we stayed at hotel in chanakyapuri for few hours as we changed the plan due to ac not working and than hired a innova for coming to Una.

                              As we don't have time to get it repaired but when I went to get it serviced on 9th we got to know gas of AC is not there. So it is because the Pre Delivery Check up was not done and it had given us problem and humilation. This is a big fault as PDC is essential and Goel has not dne its duty. After we was confirmed customer they don't entertained s properly.

                              I also not got the service book of Scorpio and when I called few times they told me I will get it same day or in 2 days but no calls from Goel or nor I got it. On 9th they told they will send it soon. But not till today.

                              I also not got call after delivery which is expected in 72 hrs what they told me at time of delivery and after experiencing the problems I called many times to Goel and they said I will get call soon. And they also told me I will get call in 2 days from there represntative in HP for registration but no calls. When I called on 5th Jan after getting my Scorpio registered they said its your responsibilty i said why u told just for selling it.

                              So a very bad experience. I have Toyota, Maruti, VW and TATA but mahindra is worst in customer service.
                              I was planning for a Innova/Xylo but with this experisence I will say no for mahindra to all whom I know. I can say ur dealer is worst.

                              So please look in the matter so that my opinion for Mahindra changed.
