I used flight services more than 50 times from MakeMyTrip and used Holiday packaged, all were perfect but this time i did not get direct flight so i tried for Bus booking on 30th Oct, Lucknow to Gorakhpur of 2 passengers. I tried to book around 10 times on different buses but all time money got deducted and finally got no ticket.

According their cancelation policy, if cancelation will done prior to 24 hours before check in, 50% refund will be given. I booked a flight with Makemytrip. I paid rs 4547 from my icici card and rs 984 from my payback points for booking the trip. I had ro cancel the flight and I got a message from MMT that I would get a refund of 2731 rs. I got only partial refund of rs 1747 in my account but did not receive Rs 984 back. Even after contacting them multiple times over phone, they are giving wrong explanation and denying the remaining refund amount of Rs 984....

I never realized i made a grave mistake of saving my card details in the make my trip app. I shouldn't have trusted these business apps that are purely for business and care zilch about their consumers. Add to that, the so called pathetic customer support that is good for nothing.

I had booked a ticket to trivandrum and back, for 3 members. Out of which i had to cancel for one member.

On calling makemytrip i was informed that i need to cancel it from the airline and was made to speak to the airline. After are ordeal of more than an hour i finally got one ticket cancelled. The airline told me that the ticketing agent (Makemytrip) would provide me the refund.

I had made bookings for 2 nights at this hotel from Makemytrip (30th Sep - 2nd Oct) from two different ID's but was allowed to check in only for the first night (30th Sep till 1st Oct).
