I had taken a holiday package from makemytrip from mumbai to manali & back.
I requested them for an invoice for air tickets as i have to claim my lta, but they are saying we cannot give the same as it is against company policy.

This is not the first time makemytrip is behaving unresponsible, during the same trip the driver had threatened us.
Inspite of complaining again and again, makemytrip did not take any responsibilty....

I made one booking nh[protected] and by mistake i cancelled it.. I pressed cancel button by mistake, and i called customer support that i made cancellation my mistake kindly dont cancel it but they said me i will not get mt 9161inr back.. Its not a small ammount, and i dont want to make the booking cancel, i made new booking again but kindly refund me those money either in make my trip wallet but please refund...

I have deposited rs.25647 and rs. 27810 for hotel king garden in mahabaleswer and cancelled the booking same day but the make my trip said that the refund will not be given because the rules of refund were that if i cancel the booking before 7 days then refund will be given but how does this rule apply on me if i have booked the hotel for date change. So i booked hotel on 15-sep-2016 to 17-sep-2016 and next booked 25-aug-2016 to 27-aug-2016...

I have issued ticket for ixr-blr on 10.09.16 and return blr-ixr on 14.09.16, when i made the reservation i got server error displaying message' server failed'.
After some time i noticed that 02 duplicate pnr generated for same name, same date and same sector. As per the below details:-

I had booked a online holiday package to kerala through make my trip on july 7th. The travel date is august 19th 2016. It is a package of inr 30, 000 this includes flight bookings+ hotel bookings +local cab.
They had booked a cheap flight with air pegasus for 2 person 2 ways combined the ticket cost was inr 2425.
The air pegasus is having lots of issues in there service as per in most tv channels they were frequently calling...

I booked 3 tickets from chennai ms to ncj [train no. 12633 ] doj.[protected] on the internet, but the transaction failed due to the system fault at the irctc website. But the amount of rs. 1253/- was debited from my canara bank account. The transaction id is mentioned in bank pass book is 0203724,[protected], 21.22.37
Please consider my case and credit the amount in my account...

I have booked two tickets to pune. I have received message from mmt.
In which the boarding time was mentioned as 3.30pm from the boarding point i have selected.
I have reached the boarding point at sharp 3.30. Pm
But when i have enquired on the help desk, they told me that bus has already departed at 3:00 pm. They said that the bus departure timing is 3pm only.

Most humbly i would like to draw your attention towards my grievance. I had booked for a tour package with make my trip for indore and ujjain for a pilgrimage with my old parents. I had booked the tickets in june, 16 and my travel was for 12th august, 16. The cost of the package is 31000/-.

Today I booked a ticket in bus at Makemytrip. tried to cancel that ticket unfortunately customer care contact person dono what will be the cancelation charge and there is no proper communication to customer. this will be my last booking in Makemytrip . And the real fact of cancelation is due to bug in bus timing in which I booked. It's completely their fault . Customer care is worst to core please don't book in Makemytrip and get cheated...

They are providing Wrong hotel details, Actual condition of hotels are attached with the complaint. They can not waste our money by showing the attractive images, they must atleast inquire the hotels first or if they can't, then must not show this on their website. For This Shouldn't happen with anyone else after this I am posting on this Forum.
Check the attached images and either remove the hotel details from their website or change...

I had two rail bookings which are automatically cancelled due to waiting time. As per makemytrip term and conditions, the amount must be refundable in 3 working days but from last 60+ days to till date i did not get my refund. Very bad service.

Very bad experience with makemytrip, extremely disappointed. I booked flights tickets (Nf[protected] on 5th aug 2016 for november' 2016 from bangalore-delhi (To and fro).

Had took flight from mumbai to chennai on 18th of july, but flight was delayed beyond 2hrs due to this me and my family faces many problem and financial burden (As we reach late night). But airline and travel agent decline to give compansation.
