Wallet money not withdrawing

Hotel denied booking after confirmation!

No updating done for flight timing changes

I request the make my trip team to please look into their website and desire to bring their attention to an obvious glitch.
Whenever the flight timings are altered by the respective airlines the same is not being updated in MMT website. This leads to a lot of confusion and flight getting missed. Other portals like ibibo are promptly updating the timings in their websites.

Bought 10 flight tickets (5 tickets x 2 times) through @Makemytrip. They charged me Rs 225 per ticket (Rs 2, 250) as the convenience fee. It is a hidden charge and that I came to know through the emailed invoices. I requested them for a refund of the amount but in reply, the customer support termed it as the Website Maintenance Fees and hence is non-refundable. Insane!!

These makemytrip and indigo people have no right to torture the consumers by causing inconvenience and not returning amount and harassing them without taking proper response.
