I booked my ticket by following all the details mentioned under this scheme.
I used citi bank credit card and also timing was between 6pm and 10 pm. There was showing this offer code option on home page and went ahead to book by clicking on it itself. But still costumer care is replying that I have not applied this code.

Booking id is: NF[protected].
This is system issue of makemytrip and these guys are making me to suffer the loss for their software issue.
Its a serious cheating issue with a normal costumer. As a costumer I would be able to know what is running under your system. It's your mistake if your system could not identify the coupon code.

    I have booked a two way flight ticket from Chennai to Madurai Sat 6th Aug 2016 and retun on Sun 7th Aug 2016 through MakeMy trip site. But this trip was cancelled by the Airpegasus. We got the information from Make My trip.

    They also informed that, the money will be returned in 10 days. It happend in Aug 2016. I have called up many times the airline and everytime they say the money will be refunded in few days. Now, it is 2nd Mar 2017 and till now they havent refunded the amount.The booking id is NF[protected]. They also sent an email stating that Airpegasus havent paid them and they will be taking legal action. I called up Airpegasus and they confirmed that there is no amount due for MakeMytrip.

    One thing am not clear, Even if Airpegasus havent paid them, I have used my credit card and paid to MakeMy trip.How can they hold my money in this regard.

    I have also another 6 tickets through another site on the same flight. I have received the refund within 7 days.

    MakeMyTrip is really cheating in this case as there is no real reason why they are not paying the customers.I have been using MakeMy trip for 6 years and really lost trust on them

    This email is regarding the refund claim for your Air Pegasus flight.

    We appreciate your note below. The current issue is not isolated to you but to many others who booked to fly on Air Pegasus through not only MakeMyTrip but other agencies including airline’s own website.

    When you make a booking, the fare amount is transferred to the airline. When a flight is cancelled or when a passenger decides to cancel, the due amount is received back from the airline which we refund back to the Customer.

    At this juncture, the airline has not refunded the due amount back to us and the entire industry is chasing Air Pegasus. We hope you will atleast appreciate that we don’t run the airline. The situation of Air Pegasus is well known to all o[censored]s. What I can assure you is that MakeMyTrip is not holding your money and never will. The moment we get this back from the airline we will start the refund process. I also assure you once again that the issue is faced by all flyers regardless of where and who they booked their ticket from.

    We are constantly asking the airline. We will begin refund the moment airline directs us to do so.

    Request your patience under these force majeure conditions.

    I have a basic question, i have made a payment from my bank account to you and you are responsible for our money. It is not Air Pegasus, as we made payment by trusting your services.

    I have also booked my tickets(7 tickets, through makemytrip only one ticket) through another site on the same flight and i have received the refund within 7 days.

    How you can give reasons to your customer that you have an issue with the airline and not paying the refund.

    Your refund policy never say about the agreement between you and the airline and never talked about what will happen if the airline dont pay you back.

    As a customer we only see MakeMyTrip as a relaiblity and you need to ensure the customers are paid as per your refund policy.We cant think what is happening between you and the airline, that is none of our business as a customer.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I had booked three flight tickets from Jabalpur [MP ] to Mumbai dated 18th Feb-2017. I had cancelled all three flight tickets due to unavoidable issue. Regarding cancellation i informed Spicejet about a month in advance & on your helpline eight days on [10th Feb] prior to 18th Feb-2017. Your helpline person tolled me that Rs-7042/ is the refund amount but further Rs 900 & Rs-675 will be deducted & final refund of Rs-5467[Five thousand four hundred sixty seven] will be credited directly to my bank account in six working days. So by 20th Feb my refund amount should have been credited. But till date it is not credited to my bank account. I am highly disappointed with your service & commitment. Immediately credit my refund amount.

      On 20 feb. 2017, Irctc login failed so booking was not done but payment deducted twice I.e. 884.85 rupees and 880.85 rupees from my credit card.
      Total amount around 1766 rupees deducted.

        I had booked my ticket from Langkawi to chennai via Kuala Lumpur (booking id NN[protected]. The flight from Kuala Lumpur to chennai got postponed by almost 10 hours but I was not informed of the same. Me and my then pregnant wife were left stranded for 10 hours on the airport. We also missed our train in chennai and important meeting next day. On complaining to them we only got repeat emails that "we will contact you" but nothing happened.

          I cancelled the booking for ID NH[protected] on 8th Feb and was supposed to get a refund within 3 days, but it's almost 20 days and I still haven't got the refund...Since 8th Feb I have got calls from 3 different customer executives who ask for the same information, and promise a resolution at the end of the call Everytime, but I just keep waiting and never hear back from them again..One of them even promised a call back by a senior, which never happened ...So after the harassment at the hands of makemytrip's army of dumb customer service executives, I am posting my complaint here in the hope of a resolution

              Package inclusions:
              Promises services :-day 1: new delhi-manali by overnight volvo bus (Approx.1700 hrs/0900 hrs+1)
              On time board your overnight volvo bus to manali. The exact boarding time & place will be mentioned in your bus ticket. Overnight in the bus.
              Deficiency in service:-bus services provided from delhi to manali is not volvo as mentioned package name itself is “manali by volvo” i was tried a lot to connect with with agent mr. Sumit sharma he was ignore my calls again and again, after i send a mail about bus services to make my trip but make my trip is not responding my mail.
              Promises services :snow point with solang valley or kullu-manikaran sightseeing by individual vehicle (Depending on the availability of permit)
              Only kullu is covered by they denied for manikaran
              Fruit basket & cookies once in the room during the stay

                I have booked a holiday package with make my trip with booking ID NL[protected] in the name o[censored]mesh Chandra Yadav .At the time of booking they have never mentioned that the booking amount is non refundable. They have cancelled my ticket on 22nd february .They called on 22nd and that time they told me that if i will not pay the rest of the amount today will cancel the booking and they will not refund the booking amount of Rs 12000. Before booking they never mentioned that the booking is non refundable, today when i received mail in that mail they have mentioned that now they are not going to give me any refund. This is ridiculous how can they do that, this is total fraud that if any person is failed to pay the amount on their due date they will have all his mobey which they have given .                   I filed complaint for refund as the bus did not show up. Requested refund and do not get any response other than standard automated emails. The contact number provided for the bus operator was switched off as well. Total amount to be refunded is inr 3094. Waited for 3 hours from 8pm till 11pm and had to purchase another 3 tickets.

                    I made a single booking yesterday for return trip to MUM-BBI for 3 adults, 1 child and 1 infant for which I was charged Rs.1500/- as convenience fees for single booking made which is not logical and right and for which I called their toll free customer care no.[protected] and spoke with Jatin who told they charge it for website maintanence and I said I booked it through their mobile app but he did nothing to resolve than I raised the same issue on their twitter handle @makemytripcare and later on also their chairman and group ceo Mr.Deep Kalra's twitter handle and @makemytripcare who also made his argument and said that these charges will have to be paid as to cover payment processing charges whereas toll free cust care Jatin told it was for website maintanence and usage charges so both of them are saying different things and charging per passenger / per sector is totally unethical and wrong and I said I will take this matter to grahak suraksha if I need to, to bring this to its logical end. Kindly help in this regards to resolve this matter amicably if possible. My complaint raised through ticket no[protected] has been marked as resolved but I have given a feedback against the same as Issue not resolved yet!

                      I have re-escalated this compliant after not getting any positive response to my earlier discussions with Makemytrip Kolkata and Gurgaon teams in 1st week of February'2017 while this refund is pending since 22 December'2016 when I cancelled booking after making it on 21 December. My Credit card was taken for reference and later charged while booking was made under "Pay at Hotel"

                      Now have send them both Visa refusal letter issued by the Spanish embassy in New Delhi with cancellation charges waived off email received from Makemytrip online portal itself. Have posted this compliant twice on their Support link but they have closed it without given a resolution to me (customer).                         This is in regard to the Booking ID: IN1607B4S1257984, package to Kerala during Sep 2016. I wanted to claim my LTA for the travel expenses in my office. Since the invoice of the package is inclusive of Travel and Hotel charges, the claim was not processed at office, asked me to provide the travel expenses breakup as LTA allows only for airfare and vehicle charges (only travel charges). When asked for the travel expenses information from MakeMyTrip, they have clearly given rejection and informed that I will not be given such information. They have only automated service which generates only package bills and there is no one to generate or instruct the system to generate the break-up of the bill. So pathetic!
                        What use is this for, if we spend so much on the package and at the end cannot even claim for the travel? When informed about this in my office, the question raises "why did you go for such travel agency packages, who cannot provide you proper bills on travel expenses?"
                        Is this a customer friendly service provided by MakeMyTrip?
                        What is the difficulty in providing travel expense details on the amount I have spent? If this is the restricted service provided by a popular Travel agency, how can customer trust and plan any future trips with MakeMyTrip?
                        The Travel agents and customer service executives are having no concern on their customers. They delay in getting back to customer, will regret for the delay, but will not give any resolution for the problem. When asked about this unfriendly service and information abstraction, they say their policy says so. And the most frustrating part is when said about my concern for not continuing the membership with MakeMyTrip, they said "it is your call" (which means a customer is not at all of importance). Clearly they do not care anything about customers and this literally shows their customer service and commitment. How come MakeMyTrip be such irresponsible over complaints and customer services???

                        My sincere advice to all people out there. Do not go for any package booking if you expect that to be claimed in your office for LTA claim, as these people do not have such policy existing. Since I am really fed up of this customer service, will definitely not continue the membership with MakeMyTrip and will never plan for any trips with MakeMyTrip in future.

                          I made a booking from Make my trip for Kodaikanal to Chennai.(Booking ID: NU[protected]) Booking Date is 11 Feb '17, and they canceled on 12 Feb'17, and they inform me money will refund 3 to 7 day but i am not received money. after 7 days i called customer care. they will say it is take more 7 day,

                          please help me get my money ( Rs.5251)

As we have checked and found that bus got cancelled at the last moment. Hence refund of INR 5120/- has been processed on 20Feb17. Rest refund of INR 132/- has been initiated on 21Feb17. Within 3-4 working days, depending upon your bank's processing cycle the refund will get reflect in your bank's account. Kindly do let us know once the refund received by you, so that we can close the case.

                            I booked ahmedabad to kochi flight tickets on 23 nov 2016 for travel date 21st Feb 2017. I got cheapest option of Ahmedabad to mumbai and mumbai to kochi. I booked the tickets from online portal. I just came to know that Indigo flight is landing at domestic airport in mumbai while AIR VISTARA is flying from international airport. it was not possible to reach domestic airport to international airport within time gap of both flight. AIR vistara closes gates before 50 minutes. Total time gape is 1 hour 40 minutes. Minimum Travelling time is 45 minutes between both airport. Also it takes time to collect baggage and go outside of domestic airport, pick up taxi and then reach international airport. The option was itself incorrect shown by MMT. I complaint about it to MMT customer care but they said that i should be aware about the wrong option provided by MMT. There was no mention about this fact that second flight or connecting flight will take from international airport. How I would be knowing about this that there is less time gap then the time taken to reach at the international airport. Even I talk to Air Vistara customer care and they said that minimum time gap between both flight should be 3 hours instead of 1 hours 40 minutes. They said that they will compulsory close the gate before 50 minutes and they will not allow customer even if they reach 5 minutes late. I requested that provide me option to either reach early to mumbai or late flight of mumbai to Kochi but i have been only promised that they will take care of my worry but did not receive any reply. This is very short time, option itself is wrong, so kindly look into the matter and arrange either another flight without any charges. My parents are going for medical emergency and next travelling destination of chennai, hotels, train tickets every thing is already booked. We have even booked return tickets and if gets cancelled and delayed, we will be in too much loss.

                            I complained to makemytrip customer care but not received any proper reply. Instead of helping, they said that i should have known about the different airport and travelling gap between two airports. As the option itself is wrong and nowhere it was mentioned that the connecting flight will go from international airport, how i would be knowing that even if the option is provided by MMT, it is not feasible or possible to catch the flight even if the first flight is at right time reaching to mumbai domestic airport.

                              as per your offer i have use the code and send my reference to my friends. as per your deal money recd to my account & my friends account. But only 152/- Rs. use out of 1800/- Rs.
                              What is this? please clear this issue. And please don't resend fake new offers. (like this offer - Send your reference and earn 1200/- Rs.)

                              Please give us all recd amount uses. I am waiting your reply. otherwise this fake offers screen shots send to consumer forum.

                                I have booked ticket for my family through Makemytrip from Madurai to Chennai return in August 2016, but it is cancelled by the operator airpegasu, as I have booked through Makemytrip I have requested the refund, Makemytrip said try hey are waiting for the refund from the airpegasu and once they pay Makemytrip will back back to me, after several follow up till today no refund and no response, hence I want book case or complaint against Makemytrip please advice as I am in abroad leyme know how to complaint online

                                We are working with Air Pegasus's airline regarding refund towards your booking no. NF[protected] . As of now MMT has not got the refund from Air Pegasus's and we are following up with the airline. In some cases Air Pegasus call centre agents have communicated that they have refunded the money to MMT however it is not true. We shall update you once we hear from the Airline team and process refund as soon as we get it from Air Pegasus.

                                  My credit card is put on hold for a 'pay at check out 'villa booking in pattaya..i contacted the villa and they say they havent reeceived my booking nor they take pay at checkout bookings.. so i asked mmt to either cancel my booking or get me confirmed with the villa... its been a week simnce i am calling daily, all they tell me is they will look upto the issue and calll me back in 24hrs.. we are leaving for thailand soon and havent still been able to clear the issue with makemytrip...

                                    I booked Air France ticket for Delhi to Libreville (Gabon) for travel on 13th Feb 2017 through Makemytrip, but I was shocked when I was made to wait for over 2 hrs to check with valid ticket, passport and Visa for Gabon.
                                    Air France staff at check-in counter after making me wait for 2 hour informed that I cannot check-in as I do not have valid visa for France.
                                    Neither Air France nor Makemytrip communicated to me orally or in writing that I need Visa for France also for travelling to Gabon.
                                    Due to deficiency in services of both Air France and MakemyTrip, I went through harassment, mental agony apart from huge financial loss for not being able to visit Gabon for business meetings.
                                    When I contacted Customer Service of MakemyTrip on line at around 10.30 PM on 13th Feb 2017 from Airport, Mr Alam of MakemTrip told me that it is my fault and due to no-show no refund will be give for this Air Ticket.
                                    When I questioned him how he can say that there will be no refund for no fault on my part than he ask me to hold and he will check with Air France. After keeping on hold for more than 15 minutes, Mr Alam informed that I will get refund after deduction of cancellation charges of Rs 9, 197/-. and accordingly I go two email msgs from Makemytrip in one msg they mentioned cancellation charges as Rs 6, 458/- + MakemyTrip Service Fee of Rs 649/- and in second msg they mentioned cancellation charges as 9, 197/- + MakemyTrip Service Fee Rs 0.0.

                                    This purely the case of cheating on part of MakemyTrip and Air France, who made to suffer huge loss and mental agony due to deficiency in their services by not informing me requirement of France Visa also for travel to Gabon (West African Country).

                                    I shall very much appreciate if this matter taken up strongly and both MakemyTrip and Air France are heavyly penalised for harassing their customers.

                                      I am pissed off explaining my problem so many times. Simply I have tried to book train tickets on Jan 17, 2017. It was unsuccessful but my money has been deducted from bank. I haven't receive my money till now though I have been waiting for more than 14 working days intimated by the customer support. Check the mail copy attached. What the hell are they doing? I want my money back.

                                        Manipulated Invoice

                                        If you are a salaried employee and need a right invoice to claim money from your company and if you are taking a decision to book through Make My Trip...you have invited a trouble. This is a manipulative company which does not provide invoice unless asked. Be careful to check the right check-in and checkout dates on the invoice, make sure they mentioned the right Hotel name on the invoice, ensure the tax break up and the amount you have actually...
