I booked my ticket from doha to chennai thru mmt on etihad. Dueto emergency, i flew down before the prescribed date. When i was about to return back on the same date, they denied me the boarding saying they have automatically cancelled my ticket. i have just booked a Bus ticket (5 Nov-2016 at 1:30 AM) from make my trip and i observed 3 wrong information on website(you can also see the attached image in series (Top to Bottom)).

1: in image 1 : it is showing seat type is seater but in image 2 you can clearly see that before payment/booking it is showing the cost 791 is for sleeper.

While payment was processing, got error message "Your payment has been processed, however due to a technical error, the system was unable to confirm your booking.
