Hi, I booked my flight from mumbai-hyd-tirupati and return from vijaywada-hyd-mumbai. They confirmed tickets while taking payment but later kept emailing change in flights and now I only have my outbound flights confirmed.But they haven't provided me with my return tickets yet. I have made more than 40 calls each lasting 1hr plus calling from UK but no response yet since a week. It's pure harassment, I wonder how celebrities are supporting such companies who are not concerned about customer service. The issue is escalated but no resolution yet and none of the supervisors/managers take responsibility to call back. I am travelling with a baby and am really frustrated as only 1 week remaining for my travel and no tickets. Hope someone hears n helps. My email - [protected]@gmail.com and no - [protected]

    I had a round trip(FLIGHT) on date 23 Jan 2017 (From Delhi to Bhubhneshwar and From bhubneshwar to delhi) through makemytrip.com. I cancelled it on 23 Jan 2017 through makemytrip.com.

    I did not get my refund money of amount 2188 rs(550 +1638) but on makemytrip website it is showing that money has been transfered in my account.
    Kindly resolved the issue and do refund my money of amount 2188 rs.

        We (2)pax had selected Russian group tour from Make MyTrip.Com & sales person Ketan Mandora was handling the case from 09/01/2017.We had tentatively fixed 29/4/2017 as our departure date as we were to go on an extended Europe tour from 06/05/2017.The Land only pricing was agreed and since the GST was to increase on 22/01/2017 we hadagreed to make full payment before that.But on 19/01/2017 the European tour operator had informed us that tour on 06/05/2107 was full and 12/05/2017 was available.On that same day morning I tried in vain to Contact Ketan Mandora but I did contact his team leader Solomon Jani @12.30 through mobile phone & told him orally about the changed departure dates and whether seats are available ? He told me that even if 2 are going the tour is on.He wanted our Passports scan for names & the bank voucher.I went to the bank and sent money by NEFT @ 16.30 & sent bank voucher scan.The money received confirmation was sent only on 22/01/2017 SUNDAY.On 24/01/2017 I saw an E mail from Visa consultant of my departure date as 29/01/2017.I immediately sent an all concerned message of " wrong date of booking".Till date the sales team says I am at fault and I have to pay Rs 7000/= for change of date.If Solomon Jani had not interfered in this booking or conveyed the changed date to Ketan Mandora everything would be fine.Why should I pay for someone's mistake.There should be justice.I have all e mails to back up my case.Now Ketan says I should pay Rs.7000/= within 7 days or my trip will be cancelled.This is akin to rubbing salt in my wounds.Someone in authority should deal this case and decide either before 7 days or use clout and extend the time limit.Thanks.           I have booked flight for 6 pax BOM-DEL-BOM on 14th Jan 2017 for 23rd Feb 2017 and return on 26th Feb 2017, I have been wrongly charged for 2 different rates for DEL-MUM flight which is on 26th FEB 2017 that is 2 pax (Rs. 2776/-) and 4 pax (5630/-). I have contacted to Make my trip for resolution but I have not got any solution and make my trip has done goo[censored]p and spoiling the Vistara airline name. I urge you to look into the matter and arrange the refund for incorrect charges.

          Greivance : Overcharge for VISTAARA Tickets booked via Make My Trips:

          Details of my booking done on 14th Jan 2017 are as under:

          No of Pax: 6 Route:BOM-DEL-BOM : Mum Dep: 23Feb 2017 & Return 26th Feb 2017

          Booking done for 6 ticket when screen was showing rates as RS 2776/ Ticket but booking done as follows
          2 Tickets charged @ Rs 2776 ( as shown on the screen)
          4 Tickets charged @ Rs 5630 ( Changed at backend without any warning/ POPUP information to me)

          When contacted Make My Trips, they admit it is technical error but refuse to provide a refund. Since the Revenue is for VISTAARA, request you to liase with Make My trips and arrange for a refund, for the overcharge which is due to no fault of mine.

          I spoke to Miss Divya Sethi, Sunil Kumar, Jasmeet Kondal, and Bhrat Tiwari from Make my Trips and my complaint number is Reference ID:[[protected]]_

            We are family of 10 members including child of 3 yrs. we had booking with Go Air from port Blair to Mumbai via chennai, we had booked tickets online from Makemytrip portal. Flight date and time is 30 Jan 2017 and 11 AM, which was changed to 9:30 AM without any notification from Makemytrip, Night before travel we called makemytrip and confirmed booking on recorded call and also got etickets in which time is mentioned as 11 AM so we have reached airport at 9:30 AM, once we reached we came to know that Goair have changed flight timings to 9:30 AM. and already informed to makemytrip and it's their fault, we tried to reach makemytrip executive but nobody responded. We did not received any help from Makemytrip. We had to cancel all our plans due to this and this is great loss, we had to book accomodation for ourself and this situation is created by makemytrip only.

              This is with regards to booking ID IN1611B8S2465955. I had booked this package from your representative Nemat Hashmi.At the time of booking it was told me that the Hotel is 3 star and it was already communicated to your representative that I don't need such hotel. Your representative had told me that it's a very good hotel. Below are disadvantages of this hotel.

              1.Tap is broken
              2.Flush is broken
              3.No Toilet paper
              4.AC not working
              5.Lots of dust
              6.Dirty water Jar
              7.The hotel daily rental is Rs.1600 and I had paid Rs.36000 for overall package.
              8. It looks like lodge and not hotel.

                Respected Sir,

                I have booked My hotel at Palolem Beach Resort, During booking there was free cancellation at first screen without any star*, but inside policies varies room to room.

                Which was not clear. Now Make mytrip is saying its non refundable. Please help to get my refund.

                As It was not clear from there website/ Application.

                I have booked early so that I could have cancel and rebook for earlier date, due to schedule change..

                Now no option to change... :(

                Please help.

                  I was charged 3 times the room tariff !! I booked a hotel called Pinnacle in ahemdabad for 3days online .After reaching the city &hotel when the actual tariff was found out it was 1/3rd.when this was brought to the hotel authorities they blamed makemytrip for the error..No refund was done ..The quality of hotel rooms as poor with taps leaking /wall plaster peeling .The front office was rude.i would advice no one should stay in this hotel &makemytrip is a fraud company overcharging travellers..There seems to be a nexus between the company &the hotels

                    On 24th Jan 2017 morning, I Vikas sharma booked 3 bus tickets from dewas to Bhopal from Make my trip under MMT ID NU[protected]
                    My bus has to pick me up at 5pm, then I called at the number given by MMT.
                    They told me that the bus which u have booked is cancelled. And u should arrange urself to reach wherever u wish to go we dnt care.
                    I had a train to catch to catch that day and I was travelling with my mother and sister.I have paid the travel insurance along with the ticket price. They cancelled the bus and didnt even bothered to inform me. Me, my sister and my mother had to suffer a lot just because of them . my mother has undergone a surgery recently and they made her suffer.I paid insurance also with ticket price.
                    I want serious action to be taken against them they are fooling people.
                    Make my trip should be stopped otherwise more and more people had to suffer like me.

                      My Flight ticket was cancelled by the makemytrip end without my prior knowledge. I got two messages from VK-AIRIND one for rescheduling and other about cancellation with reason mentioned that CCU runway is not in working condition.
                      When I contacted the airlines Air India they informed the ticket was cancelled by makemytrip end.
                      Now makemytrip is denying the issue.
                      I got two messages with different PNR and Fight no.
                      where the fault is please resolve the issue asap.

                        This is regarding my Make-my-trip Booking ID NH[protected].
                        I had booked & pre-paid in full for a Double Room in Right Choice Inn at
                        Andheri West for one night for 20th January, 2017. On arrival at the
                        hotel at around 11 PM after our bus journey from Pune to Dadar, we were
                        re-directed to a nearby small Guest House where we were given a room
                        which was like a black hole that cannot be considered as a Hotel Room
                        at all. The matter was reported immediately to Make-my-trip on phone
                        and requested for an alternative arrangement as it was difficult to move
                        around with my family middle of the night. Unfortunately, MMT just
                        cancelled the booking & even did not bother to talk to us or make any
                        arrangement whatsoever. We had to go around for about 2 Hrs in Ola
                        Taxi and finally managed to find a place near Mumbai Central. Next day
                        I received a call but no talk about the refund. The refund has not been made
                        as yet and I demand an additional compensation of Rs.5000/- for my unwarranted expenses & harassment suffered because of deficiency of service of MMT. As I was traveling, it was not possible to file a complaint earlier. My email: [protected]@yahoo.com M:[protected]

                          I have booked a flight Airindia express TRV to MAA on 13 th March 2017 and the same was changed to 15th March, as the flight was rescheduled .Again the flight was cancelled and I cancelled the booking with Air India Express direct .They have allowed full refund, as the flight was cancelled by them .I am eligible to get the full refund from Make mytrip, as they have already cahrged the convenince fee initially .

                          Their site shows very very less refund, which is not fair without any reason .My PNR no of airline is OAX0R9.Pl guide me in this regard with full refund

                            Today I booked a hotel in Nasik and the hotel name is Seven Heaven through makemytrip app. The images which they showed and the amenities which they have mentioned on the app is all fraud. They have mentioned minibar, dvd player, safe locker, wifi, which they are not providing in the room which I have booked after my complaint they have upgraded the system and they have removed all the things from there website. I had a word with Anish in makemytrip he said all the amenities will be on chargeable basis, he said you can do anything you want to do we won't be able to provide all the things. Charges for 1 room which I have paid is Rs.3363 per night wherein I am getting turned quilt, flies in the room.

                              I have a refund for rupees 2245 due to page expiration and they have sent me an email saying that only 0 rupees has been refund i mean what are these guys serious? this is the second time make my trip has done this
                              last time they gave that its an system error when actually the server didnt respond from their end, i have sent an email asking if im gfonna get my money by any chance, tbut no response from them, as well as i have a service request updated which isnt worked after

                                I am Booked Train Tickets On 28 December For Rs 1109 From My Account And That Tickets Are Not booked But The Amount Is Deducted From My Account I Have Recived A Massage That My Refund Is Come In Between 7 To 14 Days But The Amount Is Not Credited In My Account I Am Already Complaint About This After my 1st Complaint I Have Recived A Sall From Various Numbers But They Have Askaed Only my Available Balance And Ask My Debit Card Number They Said On Every call They Send Me A OTP Number And Asked Again Available Account Balance When I Am Told Them My Balance Is 0 So They Have Disconet The Call
                                So I Am Confused What I Do How My Refund Is Come

                                    I have booked a ticket through makemytrip on 31/12/2016. While paying for the ticket, the amount was debited twice from my account. I lodged a complaint with makemytrip on 7/1/2017 (Reference ID:[[protected]]). I have been receiving mails from makemytrip for the last 15 days that the complaint will be resolved soon. But the refund is still not credited to my account.

                                      I am the owner of Vaco Home Stay in Fort Cochin and the guest had stayed with us for three nights, and they had paid this amount of Six thousand rupees to the company
                                      This to bring to your information, guest had checked in on 19th Dec and check out 22nd Dec 2016 -3 nights and a total amount of Rs 6000/== ( six thousand ) has to send to my bank, Many times I had called Ms Anu and Mr Nilesh from the company, first they said it will send soon, its has passed a month now, these officers are now answering the phone calls or responsible person is not send the payment

                                        Hi i have booked flight from blr to chd and chd to blr on 6th dec.2016. It was round trip from 31th dec.2016 to 8th jan.2017 and my payment had been deducted by two times from my account. First time was failure and second time was successful. Failure payment cannot refund by travel company to till date. I have called to many time for this issues but no any satisfaction response by travel company. I have already sent bank statement to travel company but not resolve. Travel company told me that no any other payment received from your side.
                                        Now what i do? I am sending you bank statement also. Please resolve my issue. Thanks

                                        Company told me that your payment has been credited in our account only one time and no other payment credited in our account. so talk to your bank and after that i talked to bank customer care executive. He gave me 45 days period for solve this issue. after 45 days i called to bank again and they told me that only one time payment deducted by us so you talk to your merchant company.                                         i had called to bank about this issue and bank was registered my complaint. Complaint no was M[protected] and give me 45 days period to response. After 45 days i called to bank again and this time told me that no any payment deducted by us. i said check my bank statement and they checked. After that they told me the issue is clear from our side so no any payment deducted by bank.

                                        Now what i do? i have suffered about this issue.

Second thing their staff n tour guide also lie with u and spoil u r mood. Recently I have done the Dubai tour with them.
