I have cancelled a flight tkt with MMT. I was on a call for more than 24 mins today, with one Abhishek Mehra, and he was giving all round-round answers. There was no supervisor on the floor, he was busy doing some calculations in the air, he had no clue abt the service escalation channels or contact details.

I booked airline tickets through Make My Trip and within an hour realized the dates I put were wrong for return trip. I immediately called Makemytrip customer service number and told them about the same.

The agent told me that I would need to pay 150 rupees per ticket for changing date to one day prior. In Addition to 150, there would be a charge of 800 rupees. I said ok that is fine and upon which they said call us back in...
