I made 2 bookings by using my icici bank debit card for a 20% cashback offer on taj hotel. I already had rooms confirmed directly from taj hotels, but since they advertised in the paper for 20% cash back, i cancelled from taj hotels and made the same bookings through make my trip. I kept calling their call centers several times to ensure i get the cash back. Everytime their agents acknowledged my bookings and said i am eligible for cash back....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.
