"Its not about the money, its about the false promises you throw".
Booked hotel mapple adhwryou in pune with booking ID NH[protected] on 8th of december, under the name of nisha narwal ([protected]@yahoo.in), mobile no. [protected] for dates 25dec, checkin to 26dec, checkout and cancelled the booking on 20th (due to some reasons), got a promising mail and text message that cancellation request has been received and The amount of INR 990 will be processed within next 7 business days.
rs 500 was immediately refunded into makemytrip wallet but the other INR 490 rupees which were supposed to be refunded in to my bank account were never debited even after one month of cancellation. i even called the makemytrip helpline numbers like alot of times, and every time every other executive was doing false promises saying it has been processed, giving me the reference id[protected], to share with my bank but even the bank is denying any such transaction. Tired of calling MMT customer care helpline (do you really care about your customer?? well i question that because service provided by you side is not at all justifying that, i used to be a regular user of makemytrip but no longer anymore. its not about the money. its all about the false promises you throw at your customers.
(PLEASE DONT PROMISE SOMETHING YOU CANT LIVE UPTO)
