I have booked ticket with MakeMyTrip with booking Id 'NF[protected]' dated 1st Dec 2015 for the amount 8581/-, of which I have used 2000/- worth eVoucher. The transaction has failed for some reason, and they have refunded only 6581/-. My 2000/- worth eVoucher is not refunded till now. I have been chasing MakeMyTrip 4-5 times. They have always given false assurance and my money is still stuck with them. Kindly look into this on priority. Regards, Prakash

    This is regarding booking Id IN1508B4S446600. I have booked an International Holiday package to Bali through "MakeMyTrip" on 11-Sep-2015, where I am entitled for 12.5% cash back within 21 days. It's now 4 months completed but still I didn't get my cashback which is supposed to be Rs 15000. I have raised this issue with Customer delight team, and send more than 20 mails but they are neither responding to my mails nor attending my calls, althought before going for the payment I personally visited Gurgaon office to make sure about this 12.5% cash back offer and I got the assurance that whatever is mentioned in the mail MakeMyTrip is entitle to give that no need to worry about that. I did the payment as directed by the travel expert who was taking care of this package and apply the deal code. But they said that their system didn't captrue the deal code, if it is so..then its the faliure of the system why would I bear this loss. Now the kind of the stress which has been created becuase of the attitude and ignorance of makemytrip it not at all accepted. This is unnecessarily creating mental pressure and every time I think of, where to reach out to get the solution. In my last conversation in last week of December, 2015 I called them again for the update luckly I got the response that there is some delay in process will update you within 2-3 days and today is 18 Jan, 2016 but there is no response and not even they are reply me on mail, again same attitude. This is my worst experience with Make My Trip. Below are few Ids I am try to communicate over mails and calls.       I am Jinosh S Joseph, kerala, india i have booked a ticket on 03.01.2016 from kochi to abudhabi travelling date of 05.01.2016.i have done till payment.money got debited from my account and got the sms from the bank also, but i could not get the final ticket on said details. same time i called up the toll free number of makemytrip.com and they said that the money will be refunded within 48 hours. now it is almost 15 days and i have not received the money back.Reference no for the payment which i got NN[protected]P01 amount 16192 rupees.

        Booking ID:NH[protected] Date of booking hotel: 3rd NOV'2015 Date of Stay: 25th Dec'2015 Email : shivank.[protected]@gmail.com Ph# [protected] Confirmation via email and message on phone. Also, recieved confirmation just before arrival to hotel. But I didn't get any room and reported by owner that MMT hasn't released payment to them. This causes mental harrassment, suffering, waste of time and money. I was asked to book another room on my own. Despite of 11 hours of journey I searched room and get settled. Charges of this room was promised to be paid by MMT on email and phone call. But they didn't come back to me even after several attempt made from me. I would like to make a mental harassment case & file lawsuit against MMT in accordance to Indian Law.

          I have not received the refund of tickets that were not provided to me for over 3 months now. I have provided them with all details regarding the transaction failure and yet there seems to be no response. They owe me around 4600 rupees and lost interest and extra booking charges due to technical glitches at their end.

            I have recently booked for flight+hotel through make my trip (booking id NP[protected]. Although I have inserted properly, their website did not take my co-passenger's name correctly. His full name is Johannes Martinus Smits, but in the booking "Smits" is omitted. I have called them and requested them to correct it (otherwise the airlines will create problems for us), but they are not helping. Olease help me so that they correct there mistake and we don't loose our money

              We got mail just three days before our travel that our ticket has been cancelled... They sent us a mail that it was booked using some wallet points which were not allowed and we will get our refund soon...since then it has been 2 months...when I call at there number they asked us to mail at [protected]@makemytrip.com..it has become our routine to call them and mail them daily and don't get any response...I am highly frustrated now..I could not make my travel because they canceled just three days before and now I am struggling to get my money back...it was 1000 Rs...then next step is to take the case in consumer court now..

Initially they have said they may provide the certificate however after 15 days they have refused the same.                   About my 12.5 % cashback on HDFC Credit card As discussed with ISH KUMAR, Before booking i already told him that if the EMI and discount is applicable for My package then you can do the booking. When i done the booking and pay the total amount of 72241/- rs with select 3 months EMI and put the code is HDFCEMI which he has given to me the same time. After at the same time i have received call from HDFC bank and they also told me that the EMI is not done after that i called ISH and told the same whatever i discussed with HDFC bank but ISH told me that "Don't worry Sir, the three months EMI process is already done and you will get the discount after 45 days". at the same time again i discussed about the discount and he told me that " Sir, you get the discount after 45 days and if the EMI and discount not happened then i will cancel this booking and refund your total amount 72242/- rs and do this booking again " But after that we have received the total 72241/- amount of credit card bill in month statement that means EMI and Discount hot done by ISH Kumar As per ISH KUMAR commitment - He need to provide the 12.5 % discount cashback on this paid amount (72241/-RS )."

                    I had made a booking for Sheraton Hotel, Macau which said PAY at HOTEL, where i needed to pay the hotel directly upon arrival. I had given my card details as a guarantee. After 2-3 days the amount of Rs. 18869.24 was debited from my card. Everytime i called i was told that MMT would call back within 24 hours, it has now been more than a month that i have been calling but there is no positive reply from their end. I even told that since the money has been debited kindly give me a receipt for the same so that i do not have to make a payment at the hotel again.

                        I booked a ticket from JAI to DEL on 14th Dec 2015 with booking id NF[protected]. However only after reaching airport I came to know that the flight was preponed by 3 hours. When I contacted the airlines they said they have passed the information to MMT. But I did not get any information from MMT. So I had to book another flight from Jaipur which costed me Rs. 9236. MMT is solely responsible for my monetary loss and when i talked to MMT customer care executive, he checked the details and confessed that it was their fault and I was told that the new ticket money will be credited to my account. Despite calling them for more than 30 times, a month has passed and still I did not get a valid response from them. Never expected such an irresponsible behaviour from MMT.

                          In fact I'm gonna write my experience in my travel groups on all social media sites to make sure they don't travel or book itinerary through mmt. You charge 300 for booking and 300 for cancellation .and how you have audacity to give us alms in form of wallet money and you deduct whole amount from my cancellation charges. .We who book thousands of trips would remember using your idiotic 10 percent amount evrytime. .you deduct my wallet money and I want 1200 to added to my refund NF[protected]

                              Booking id NH[protected], Voucher has not been sent even after 7 days. Customer care confirms everytime when contacted that the voucher will be sent in some time. Travel is in couple of days and no confirmation till now. Makemytrip sucks! [booking ID NH[protected] for Hotel Sri Durga Residency, for check in date 16/Jan/2016 and check out date is 17/Jan/2016, Room category is Double Deluxe for 2 adults.]

                                Hi, I booked a to and fro ticket thru this site at Jan 13th Noon. I got my travel itenary as well, within few mins I got another mail saying 'My tickets got cancelled" I raised a service request and complaint to MakemyTrip customer care thru their website as well customer care call support asking them that the cancellation wasn't done and i need those tickets. The reply given to me was so irritating, Insane. They said they can't give my tickets as it is already cancelled and also, they cannot give my money back as it is their rule. if it was cancelled by them, they will give full refund. I tried explaining them that 'I dint want to cancel my tickets, rather i need those tickets" No response, the call was put on hold and no response.!!! SUCH an INSANE FAKE SERVICE and POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

                                  I was trying to book ticket from UAE to Indian Ahmadabad on 29 NOV 2015 i paid money 2001 AED from my Credit Card for this booking, when i contacted customer care they said my booking ID is AN[protected] and they are looking into the matter ticket booking date 29 NOV 2015 there was no confirmation SMS sent on the provided number[protected] now they are saying the email ID was wrong and mail sent to wrong email

                                  AN[protected] – Failed transaction as for this booking we haven’t received any payment.
                                  Hence based on this fact please be noted that we will not be able Honour refund on your concern.

                                    "Its not about the money, its about the false promises you throw". Booked hotel mapple adhwryou in pune with booking ID NH[protected] on 8th of december, under the name of nisha narwal ([protected]@yahoo.in), mobile no. [protected] for dates 25dec, checkin to 26dec, checkout and cancelled the booking on 20th (due to some reasons), got a promising mail and text message that cancellation request has been received and The amount of INR 990 will be processed within next 7 business days. rs 500 was immediately refunded into makemytrip wallet but the other INR 490 rupees which were supposed to be refunded in to my bank account were never debited even after one month of cancellation. i even called the makemytrip helpline numbers like alot of times, and every time every other executive was doing false promises saying it has been processed, giving me the reference id[protected], to share with my bank but even the bank is denying any such transaction. Tired of calling MMT customer care helpline (do you really care about your customer?? well i question that because service provided by you side is not at all justifying that, i used to be a regular user of makemytrip but no longer anymore. its not about the money. its all about the false promises you throw at your customers.                                       On December 4th 2015 my grandparents who are 92 years old were scheduled to travel from Delhi to Pantnagar, Uttaranchal. We got to the airport 3 hours in advance and waited there peacefully, until Air India employee Mr. M.B. Rathore said flight won't depart due to bad weather in Pantnagar. We were told flight is cancelled and issued a letter signed my Mr. M.B. Rathore and stamped by Air India stating flight is cancelled due to bad weather in Pantnagar and we should be provided full refund. After this I called up Makemytrip.com and was provided with a hyperlink on their website from where I cancel my ticket. On December 19th 2015 I cancelled my ticket and was told by December 29th refund will be in my account. Today is January 12th 2016 and still no refund. Call center agents hang up on you, talk rudely to you, and when they don't want to assist you, they make up excuses regarding system update. All i get to hear and read through emails is please wait for 72 hours . 3 weeks= 504 Hours, but there 72 hours are still under process.

Further in regards to your complaint, please note that we have checked and found that airlines has marked both of the passenger as Flown on your booking that means that they have already traveled on this PNR, due to which we are unable to claim refund on this booking. Now as per the letter we have raised request to airlines once for advising this issue for which we are still waiting for their revert. Usually in such cases Air India takes a lot of time to revert, hence we request to kindly bear with us, or else you can visit Air-India city office to get status changed on your booking so that we claim refund accordingly.

                                        Refund complaint logged on website as well as on FB but they are not responding now . Completely unprofessional approach from make my trip as I am trying to get refund from last one year but now they are not responding.Even when I escalate the issue to next level in website after few day they revert it back to previous stage i.e they are not escalating the issue also.
