Fake hotel reservation confirmation

Over and above the casual approach of the call Centre employee one Mr.sushil made things worse for me. I was rendered roosters at 12 am. Domestic flight refund

On 8th May 2015, I booked a flight on line from Mumbai to Calcutta, India.

The flight was paid for by credit card (8, 734 Indian rupees) and the booking confirmation was emailed to me. A little while later, I received an email indicating my booking had been cancelled due to a computer error and that I would receive a refund. Cheating - not refunding my money

Fraud in cancellation of our tickets

Bad service / wrong information

Please dod not use Make My Trip (MMT) for bookings. Especially bus bookings.

They sell tickets with wrong information. The pickup & drop information is not accurate and they do change bus timings and sometimes buses as well. They do inform you about timing changes but not the details. on asking the same, they will not provide any information.

When you complain to them, you are royally ignored and you would...

Duplicate booking and received no response yet
