First of all they do not reply to the messages in time and they do not have any other alternate number. Till date the order status is showing processing. When i messaged them on watsapp about the order they do not even reply. Can you advise and register a complaint on

I have ordered recently on june 16 2017 on their website for worth 4643 Rs, till today 4 july 2017 their status is order processing, shipment in 1 week, they are fake company becoz, they dont have valid phone number on their websites, they dont reply emails, if you mail your mail will also get blocked after two emails, their provided address is also blank, since no street or clean specification of address spot, their moto is to loot money from eccommerce by trapping money in a calculation that only 1 in million will file a real complaint rest will just write up and soon give off becoz its just worthless to fight for 1000 or 2000, hence no written complaint no department action also laid on them.

I am filing written complaint to shut down the company, let see if they are genuine let them improve the standard of their ecommerce, or let them get arrested for money rocketting business

I had ordered 12 items from makemyhobby.com on 08/06/2017 amounting to rs.980.86. I did an online payment for it and contacted their watsapp number as mentioned on their website. First of all they do not reply to the messages in time and they do not have any other alternate number. Till date the order status is showing processing. Could not able to call them, so i have messaged them about my product updates but till now there was no messages from their side, so i messaged them as,
"totally rs.1556.92 has been transfered to your account,
Due to no response from your side am cancelling my order and refund my amount immediately"

There are lots of complaints on them still why that site haven't brought down?

They make simple statement on all their contact availablity, emails server issues, watsapp overloaded, no reply on contact form due to server issues, but payment mode works fine, i have been conned rs 4643.80 inr by makemyhobby.com on 16/06/2017, till today 19/06/2017 the order status is payment under verification, ok let me accept some technical issues, but they disconnect the calls, no reply on watsapp, my email has also been turned on into spam after questioning over my order via [protected]@makemyhobby.com, just got one reply stating order will be processed after payment verification and then i am blocked, its pure cyber crime for maintaining such a substandard ecommerce website. Anyway i wrote a to cyber cell to look into their originality,
Do anyone have further idea how to get my refund back, i have their bank details, they are operating within indian address of hyderabad, so they have identity

I saw this online site claiming to have lots of live aquarium fish and claiming to satisfy customers since last 7 years. I placed a small order for rs. 310/- to try out their services. I made the payment on 8th may 2017. The message on the site showed that your order is processing and you will receive the fish in 3 weeks. Now more than amonth has passed. I have tried to contact them through whatsapp, call and also through their website consumer service page., but no reply recd till date.

Kindly get them to refund my money

I placed an order on 21st May 2017. Done the payment immediately of around 5000. there is no live item I have ordered. they where suppose to dispatch my order by 24th may (Wednesday) by train which reach by Friday to my place. but not done so. I contacted them on WhatsApp as there is no other contact. they told me that they will dispatch it by next Wednesday i.e 31st may. Today is 8th June 2017 and there is no update from there side. and even they are not replying on mail or watsapp now. it seems to be completely fraud. on question of refund they are not replying.

I have paid online Rs. 2, 170.34 & 165.93 as S & H Charges to buy few items from Makemyhobby.com. The payment transaction date was[protected].

After booking all of sudden found that the estimated delivery time is 3 weeks.
I was trying to cancel the order as it was taking too much of time to deliver but nobody has responded. The products were never delivered also. I have sent many messages in whatsapp, but unfortunately, they didn't revert back.

I have ordered live fishes in Aug 2016 for amount of Rs 1000+ paid Rs 250 for shipping as well. They first responded on whatsapp saying few fishes are NOT available and then they stopped responding. In december they say sorry and said my order is ready. I said, i dont need give me store credit, will get some other items. I ordered cleaners and nets and waiting for more than a month again, they vanished. I do NOT understand, how we can leave this website with so many complaints.

I will give a police complaint this week about this website.

I have ordered live fishes for a total of 1661 rs on 16th dec 2016, but after payment they stopped communicating and live support and online chat are always offline. No reply or order status update was done 15days passed since my payment

First of all this is 100% fake site

I had ordered for aquarium plants 2 months back on 11/10/2016 and they never shipped they dont have a customer service over phone call
They only have a whats app number for which they dont reply at all
They also have 2 options in shipping (Literally blackmailing the customers)
I[censored] want plants alive pay 375rs or else pay only 30rs.
I selected 375rs

And i was such a fool fell for the bait

Such websites should be banned and all the customers like me should get our cash back

I made an online payment vide my credit card to Makemyhobby for Aquatic plants on 21 Sept 2016. Till date there is no delivery and neither is there any reply to my constant reminders.
After searching the net found similar complaints from other people.

Please guide me how to lodge a complaint with the appropriate authorities for this online fraud.

Placed an order with MMH for some live invertebrates - as i was building an aquarium at home. September 3 - 2016 : Placed my order (Ord. No 101684). Paid by net-banking the same day. Waited for a couple of weeks for an update on the same. By the 20th of September, I started to try to contact them through their Mobile number (which was given on the site), e-mails to their customer service, and another number given for whats-app communication. No response absolutely for innumerable requests to revert with status on my order. Everything went unanswered. My order status on their website was stuck at "payment received" since 3rd Sep!! Finally i got a reply to a whats-app query on the 30th of Sep. It informed me that the shrimps i ordered was not is stock!! I replied that they should have the basic courtesy or service etiquette to at least respond to my queries and inform of the delay. Imagine my shock when i got a reply "NOT TO BE RUDE"!!! I didn't have words to reply to this statement and "requested' that my order be cancelled and money refunded. Status of my order on their website immediately changed to "cancelled". I breathed a sigh of relief and made a mental not to stay away from this website. After a couple of weeks i realised that there was no update on my refund. Its the 30th of November now, and almost every second day, i call, SMS, whats-app and email them for the status on the refund. And just as expected, there is no response whatsoever! I am so frustrated - not for the refund - but for the basic lack of empathy and disregard to the patience of a paying customer. This web site functions out of Hyderabad and i even thought of going down there from Mumbai and see what kind of e-commerce is run by these people! I wish there was something that can be done about this.

I placed order Order ID: 101284 in August 2016, they have not delivered my order and not even responding to my queries

I have followed multiple times on whatsapp as per their website to contact on any queries. First they responded in September and clarified my doubts, post that they stopped responding post Oct 4th. All empty promises, now they have stopped responding as well.

It's been more than 2 months and an order of RS 993+ is just kept as processing. Nor they are returning my money, .

I want to raise a consumer court complaint

Order #103309 is not yet delivered and the status still shows processing since 04/10/2016.
It is almost a month now and absolutely no response to my mails or watzapp messages on order status.
Already i had to cancel my previous order as it was pending for more than 3 months and went for store credit after a long struggle and constant chase.
Topping up the store credit i place this new order and now i realize for the same.

Please deliver the product, else refund the money back to my account.

I had placed order no. 100495 on 08.06.2016 on thier online product web site. I had also made RTGS for Rs. 3136.58, receipt of which was confirmed on 10.08.2016 by them. As per their policy they had to ship the products within 12 working days from date of reciept of paymnets. However till date they had not despatched the products. They had not given any contact numder for query on thier website and they are not responding to online querry or my e-mails.

This is 100% cheating.
