At 11.7.16 i ordered some aquarium decorative items from makemyhobby.com online and paid them by debit card rs.2000.81. My invoice number is 99325. Till today i didn't receive my shipment. They replied last time to my mail before 3 weeks that they will deliver it that week. They don't have any customer care phone number for complain or contact. Only way is e-mail to reach them. Https://makemyhobby.com is a online shopping portal for pet supplies. Had ordered a aquarium air pump along with a pair of loaches. The order was
placed on 17th of July 2016. Estimated Shipping span was 12 working days as per them. Its been almost a month I haven't received my products neither the amount which I paid nor any reply from them. Even tried to contact though email but its of no use.

It's an absolute forgery and SHAM site.

I have ordered few fishes and some fish food, it's been more than 2 months, still the products are yet to be delivered. When I spoke to the customer care, he started abusing and telling me to shutup. It's a total SHAM site. I'm now going to file a report with the police for forgery and running an online sham store. My order No. is 8533....

I had paid throught D.D. I have not yet recieved the products . I cannot access the website anymore. I feel it is a fraud company. Please help....

The sales team at www.makemyhobby.com do not have the right to insult any customer. i do not know if the following email from them is acceptable by any standard? i hope this company must weed out the arrogant elements and not make customers feel upset by their petty mindedness. wonder if they are part of the mafia / online terrorists ?

I am from Bangalore. I have ordered items worth Rs. 6000.00 Plants and Drift wood. I was told that the items will ship in 15 days time as the plants I have ordered need to be quarantined. Agreed. However, I have been making repeated requests on the Contact Us form of the website, but have received no responses so far and neither has my order been shipped. As an aquarium enthusiast, I was excited to see makemyhobby.com, a website that seems to have an unbelievable array of aquarium fish and accessories. I placed an order amounting to 3000 rupees and shipping fees for 500 Rs. Imagine my surprise when the very expensive plants I ordered all came back dead! The live fish didn't arrive at all. The only thing that came safe was fish food.
