Team i have made an order no 182641 on 14-oct-2018 on www.makemyhobby.com and made the payment through upi of rs. 481.15 and post payment i have confirm about the same on mentioned number [protected] but they have not read out my message and not even dispatched the order. They have not provide any contact information and taking payment trough upi platform. It seems that this is fake website and not making money from this.

Hi,

Am prasanth, i bought few live fishes from this website on 08th oct'18 using pay via upi id (Vpa): [protected]@upi. Amount debited from my account immediately, but payment status still shows pending even after 2 days (10th oct'18).

I tried to contact them via gmail and whatsapp number, but no response from them, attached photos for reference. I want either refund of my money or want them to ship the product at the earliest.

I have ordered few live fishes on 08-oct'18 using instant money transfer, the amount is deducted immediately and the payment status is still showing pending even after 2 days. The item is not yet shipped. I tried to message in whatsapp number and in email but nobody responded.

I do not have an option to cancel my order too, please either refund my amount or at least have courtesy to respond me back on the status of delivery.

Hi, i ordered few fishes using the online portal of makemyhobby on 04/09/2018. As soon as i paid the amount, they changed the order status to "processing" and since then its in the same status. There is no contact information provided to contact them except a whatsapp number [protected].

When i messaged the using whatsapp there is no response and they didnt even read the message. There is no way to contact these people. With the name as online store they are getting money from people and cheating them.

I have sent lot of message from them to cancel the order and refund my money back. However no response from them.

Please help me to get my money refunded and also take action against this online frauder.

I had placed an order of rs 4, 492 on 14/08/2018
Payment was made on the same date. I sent several messages through email and whatsapp for the product delivery status. Absolutely no response from the seller.
It's been seven weeks since the date of purchase. No word yet from the seller. Absolutely irresponsible.
My order id is 172070.
Whatsapp number provided only acts a one-way contact. The admin will communicate only when he wishes to.
I am not sure even if they have the intention to deliver the product or not. I just want my money back.

I have purchased aquarium fishes and plants from makemyhobby.m, order id 175217, they have delivered only plants to me but my fishes are yet not delivered and now they are not replying to me neither my order status is updated by them.i just want to know hen my fishes (live) will be delivered to me.they told that the fishes will be shipped to me soon but they are not providing me any date to which the fishes will be delivered .

I had order ocean free paraclear 50 grams pack to make my hobby online shopping website allegedly located under humayun nagar post office, hyderabad. This guy is playing with customer money and has no respect of customer satisfaction. I feel bad about the money i spent for such a service and deeply regret on not checking the review before ordering. Other buyers please be careful before making a deal

I ordered a Maxspect gyre for Rs. 20, 484.50/- from www.makemyhobby.com on 28/06/2018 order id #161153. It is 6/07/2018 more than a month later and I have not yet recieved it. My client Id is [protected]@gmail.com on the site.

I tried following up on the order to realise that there is no contact phone number apart from a WhatsApp number and a webform. Sent message on the webform about 2 weeks ago but no response, sent message on WhatsApp number and no response. There seems to be no other contact number for this company. On doing a google search I found plenty of complaints similar to mine of money being taken but no delivery of products.

I have ordered brine shrimp and few fish it only costed to around 300rs but i had been expecting the update, but there was none, then i checked the reviews i saw these comments here and there and its a fraud company. As a hobbyist people were exicted to get fish but there were cheated. I do not care about my money but to those who ordered for more price really its a bad thing. Should find therse guys and properly give them. Is the address real or fake?

Please donot buy anything from makemyhobby.com. I once placed order of rs.2500 for plants, but they dint sent anything, neither they respond to emails or calls. They dupe people. And the people who are writing good reviews in this column i believe they are people from the company only.
So people please stay away from this company. There are numerous good websites out there, so stay away from mmh. Stay safe.

As i learned after payment to make my hobby.com .i understood that this is a fraud website, after 10 days there is no response from the seller.and they just provode watsupp no . Only for contacting that also no repaly. and there is no cancellation option also. So no refund also .

So please take necessary action againt this cheating company.

I had placed an order at make my hobby of fishes on 16th june 2018 and done the payment by paytm to their account. And the next day when i had a conversation with them on whatsapp number [protected]
They told me that they do not ship to my location. So i asked for a refund. They told me that they will issue the refund by imps. I shared my bank details with them to issue the refund. But now they are neither replying on whatsapp and nor reverting to my mails. I'm tired of messaging them now. Never buy from this site anything. They are frauds.

Dear sir, i placed the order through order id no 153538 to makemyhobby.com for four items of aquarium supplies and make the payment of rs 1324 on 26-05-18. Till today, i have not received any dispatch details despite the repeated reminders on mail and whatsapp of company. This company has defaulted to all most all the customers in supplies after collecting the money and this is proofed by reviews on the net. They are quoting the lowest price and after receiving the money, they become silent thinking that no body will raise voice for purchase of rs[protected]. This is a totally fraud company.
Pl ban this company and take strict actions.

I purchased 4 x sunsun sl-1000 18w 100cm, led lights - color: white/red (Sku: 15-09a-884) on 21 apr 18 for ₹10, 693.84 (Order #145136). The delivery time was 1 to 4 weeks. I followed up on whatsapp on 26 jun and got a response next day that stated “due to high temperature shipping live items is on hold.. We are expecting to resume shipping somewhere about coming week
Pls bear with us as the is is climate issue.. We dont want our customers to get dead plants or fishes due to temperature.”
When i reminded that i had placed a live order i was informed that it was general info and my order will be dispatched in the coming week. Still no update or delivery. I have sent reminders and tried to call but no response
