It was my bad that i placed a order of 1400 rupees on makemyhobby.com on 17/9/2019.
On 18/9/2019 status got updated from pending to processing. I received an email for estimated delivery within 1-4 weeks. Till then i am waiting for my order. Makemyhobby has blocked me from their customer support site, nobody even replies upon whatsapp or so called phone number which has been provided on website.

I have order the sunsun led light on 21 jan 2020 and today its 25 feb 2020. I have paid the full amount in advance. But still i have not received the order. They are not updating any feedback from them. They are not replying to my ticket also.
If you can't fullfill my order, please return my money back. Its been 34 days passed. Please refund the money.....

I have made an order couple of days ago. I have 3k including fast shipping and i have not received any notification of accepting my order. I have emailed and used their whatsapp number to ask about the status but i have not heard from them.

There is no number to reach out to them and no active customer support.

After two days the status of the order changed to processing. After that i've been trying to reach out to their team regarding the dispatch status and status of my order.

We have placed order no 23880 on 4th november paid the entire amount through google pay till date we have not received any product. So initiated a ticket for refund. No response till date. They are just ignoring our message and not picking up our call. I strongly believe that they have created the website to cheat pet lovers.

Please ask them to refund the amount without any delay...

The website is fraud. I ordered two plants from the website two weeks ago. And they are still sleeping over it. Their customers support doesnt work. There is a whatsapp number given on website. Your messages will get delivered but no one will reply to it or attend your query. Its highly recommended that people be cautious and stay away from this website. There should be some way to shut down the website to stop it from scamming people....

I made an order on 22 july with order no. 225123 of rs 1131. On 3rd August my order get cancelled by them and they asked me to send my bank details and they will refund the amount after that i sent everything they need. After that I didn't received any money or Massage from them. I massaged them many times on there email, WhatsApp, complaint centre but there is not any response by them....
