I had ordered live fish from this site 3-4 days back. Payment was done using upi transfer. Without asking me or giving any prior notice, the company booked my fish on a train that was arriving at 4 am at nizammudin railway station, new delhi. On top of that, customer service whatsapp number refuses to clarify anything, not even making the effort to reple and resolve my queries. On reaching the station, i was denied the package because of lack of receipt. The picture i was given on whatsapp is not being accepted by the railway authorities as they require only original receipt. This is pathetic customer service. I realise they will not give my money back and give some technical excuse for it. But the death of the fish now is because of this carelessness on their part. Disappointing service, pathetic customer approach.
