I made a purchase 7000rs of aquarium lights n filter in march, due to covid the products were delayed. Since the lockdown is open i tried contacting the team a lot, they told we will ship the product and stopped replying. They never reply no refund. Total scam.

Please take action n refund & block that website

      I had ordered water conditioners 1. Seachem clarity 250 ml and 2. Seachem pristine 250 ml on 27th may 2020. I had paid rs. 1803.34 including shipping and handling charges. (Vide order no. 266862) till date no items are delivered to me. No response through email or whatsapp after several massages from me. I also requested to cancel the order and return my money back to my source bank account but as usual that also not make out. Please help me out and help to return my money back. Thank you.

        It is still undelivered and no response for ticket raised #MMH342304 on 25th April 2019.

        This is a online FRAUD company fleecing customers from a long time. There is no phone number listed anywhere.

          Purchased Canister Filter value of 1923.53 rs through Credit Card on[protected] and order id is #274070.

          During purchase, the website mentioned that item will deliver in 2-3 days.

          After purchase, no update from Makemyhobby through Email or whatsapp or Audio call.

          Now in there website is showing Estimated Shipping: 1 week.

          Tried to raise an ticket from makemyhobby.com but unfortunately its saying Account confirmation required.

            Dear sir/madam i have ordered few live fishs from makemyhobby.com website. A total order of 935 was placed. After payment they have sent me a mail saying that the order was made and it would take 1-2 weeks. Since the order was placed on 4th of march and there is no response from the seller. Neither the online customer service nor the phone service is not at all responding. Therefore i want you to take a strict action orelse i need my money back asap. Please help me with this issue.

              Hi,
              I have made an order now. Was bit late to view to these compliants. I ordered 2 items worth 2800 odd. ORDER No-274583. It went through CCavanue and completed the transaction but it showed order denied due to security reasons. But money was debited from card.
              I was having doubt and due to my stupidity i tried again with another card and same thing.
              That order id is 274587. Again money deducted from card.
              Now i am worried after seeing these compliants if i will ever get my refund. I want the transactions reverted.
              I have pinged them on their whatsapp. No response. Also their service desk website doesnt seem to be working.

                But still no didn't receive anything and there not all responding

                I am unable track and get refund can any can help me on this

                  I ordered couple of live fish and invertebrates hoping they ship
                  I really need them, as my tank is suffering from algae

                  Now, i got a message saying it will ship when lock down is lifted

                  Dispatch of order only when shipping has resumed by indian govt or you can collect it from pickup point.

                  There is no way i can contact the guy, i tried calling in whats app, no reply

                  These guys are fraud people, don't buy ever from them

                      I have ordered live floating plants from makemyhobby.com on 28th march 2020 for an amount of inr 2143.19 and till date i have not received any items nor my complaint had been addressed to. Contact through whatsup is not yielding any results, nor supplier have a telephone number to resort for a reply. Raised numerous complaint through their complaint center and no reply were received. Request for refund is not been addressed to

                          I ordered a fishbowl, two live gold fish and some fish food.. I was told to pay the amount online and i paid for my order.. And amount got deducted but after that no reply.. Now even site is not opening it's showing surver error.. This company is a fraud..

                            Hello, i am writing to you regarding order 267386 placed on june-01 with makemyhobby. I have not received the product nor an update from the company. No response despite trying to contact via whatsapp, helpdesk and contact form on the website. The order is worth rs. 5900 /-

                            I think its a fraud website.

                            I would like the company to cancel the order and refund my amount!!

                                I made an order amount to a total of 3063 for 2 x sunsun ade 500c lights. On 18 march 2020. I was a complete fool to make a payment with this company. These pieces of # are total fraud. They will not reply for long. Once they reply over whatsapp. They will say it will ship soon. It has been almist 3 months now and the products are not shipped. I wantvmy money back asap. I'll send a court order to these #s. Fraud company.

                                    Ordered live fish on 3rd feb with order no# 253224 and made the advance payment of 756 as per website condition. Initially, my order was not processed and after opening a ticket in customer care status was changed to processing since then it's in the same status. After more than one month it's in the same status and no information has been shared with me through any way of communication. I am getting the error “reached maximum open ticket limits” when i am trying to open another ticket. I have no way to know the status of my order or cancel it ask for the return. Totally fraud company and it should be banned.

                                    The order no 238399/1/11/19 was cancelled on4/11/19, however refund has as till not been initiated inspite of repeated reminders. All the mails written are getting bounced, also the customer care no given is not accessible. This company is totally fraud.

                                        I placed my order #247596 on 4th January 2020 and my order went into processing on 6th january2020.The comment said "Estimated delivery in 1-4 weeks due to cold weather".It's been almost 2 months now and no update on order at all, I sent email asking for order update I got no response.
                                        I made ad ID on thier help desk site but never got any verfication mail, had to use other email ID to use help desk and they still havent replied yet
