I was excited to see multiple variety of fishes that can be bought online and ordered fishes on 09/05/2018 for Rs 1, 183.02, Order no.- 149343.
The only response I got from their whatsapp no. is that the payment was received and my order is under processing.
I tried reaching them multiple times but no response after that I did not receive my fish or refund.
They are cheating people online.
I'am posting this just so that no one else gets cheated like me.

I bought a led light for planted aquarium without much research on make my hobby. Paid 1800 for light and 450 for shipping. It's more than 1.5 months and still i didn't get the delivery. Even there is no way of communication as only a whatsapp number give on which they never reply. Worst experience. Should be taken some legal action on them. Don't know how many people are suffering like me. They are a real fraud.

Mmh attract the pet users and they are not processing the orders after payment made they don't have proper communications approach to resolve query after payment. After watching this whatsapp person catched 15 days after payment made i asked about my order status he simply tells buy somewhere else i can cancel your order i said ok refund the money week later he asked for details same day provided to him, 10 days gone no fund received he not coming in whatsapp query raised no email or any other communication from mmh. This website needs to be banned to safe the pet users not to loose their money.

I placed and from makemyhobby.com they charged with 789.88 for aquarium fishes after paying the money they are saying that the money has to be from neft/imps but from my credit card already debited. And as per the makemyhobby the amount has been reversed but still not showing in my credit card. Im trying to contact with the makemyhobby they are blocking my phone numbers and they are not responding my whats app msgs.

Placed order with wwh in feb 2017 as per the site items are pen ding for shipping from 07.03.2017. I have been corresponding through their site for the last one year.
Once they sent a mail expressing apology for the delay (Due to website backend upgrade after gst implementation we had stopped order processing for a while and we will start order checkout by mid-night today.

We apologies for this delay.) on 10.07.2017.
Payment made on 28 feb 2017 icici bank ac no:[protected] with ref :[protected].
07/03/2017 processing estimated shipping: 1 - 3 weeks.

I had done a purchase of rs. 1375.40 for some fishes on 11 jan 2018. I was told that my shippment would leave from their site on 18th jan and i need to collect it at the nearest railway station. Also they had said would be intimating me for the same but till date there is no response nor my shippment. They are fraud and doing online scams. Plz arrest them

It is a fraud company. Please don't waste your money. They lure customers with less price and wide range of products. They garrante for quick arrival but don't send any thing. They don't have any contact details so you can't follow the order. I keep asking sending them mail to give me the tracking number. But not one reply from them.

This is a big scam website. Look how it works
First you enter their website and see a variety of fishes in a very cheap rate. U will buy them when they provide you the details of a gramin bank sbi. You pay them... They will show estimate delivery time more than a week.. U start to relax... But after a good length of time when u donot get any response u try to contact... But u see there is no contact number to call... Only a filthy contact page and watspp chat number... Which are nearly useless. If they see your chat and reply they will say wait or somthing soothing... But i[censored] ask question they will cancel your account, delete it and wil never ever ever refund you.. My request is to all of hobbyist please donot buy anything from this site i[censored] donot wish to loose money. I am a victim, learn from me.. Naam diya hai make my hobby... Dena chahiye tha make me chu*iya

I have order a fish on dec 29 its 22 jan but still havent received any reply from mmh . sent them many mail but this guy dont even bother to reply. i want to file a legal complaint against them. they also charged me for transport. i have ordered other fish from delhi which have arrived also but this guy of mmh dont reply.

This website is for scam. Stay away if you do care about your money. I had a very very bad experience with them. From my experience i think they have looted thousands of rupees from innocent people. They have written 9 years experience in selling. Do you really beleive this..9 years... A*shol*s have looted me. I am going for a police complaint now. U cannot take away my money like this. The site makemyhobby.com is a cheating site and has only a watsapp chat number in which you cannot call and no other contact facility except a contact form which is useless. i ordered live fish and they were not sending it from a month so i told them to refund. but now these cheaters have canceled my order and deleted my account also and no sign of reso|ponse for my refund for so long. i messaged them in their watsapp number but no refund.

i am going for police help now. this is too much.

they are big cheaters and must be punished

I had ordered order id: #127150 - this item on 29 nov 2017 amounting to 738.37. But still the status is showing as processing. Even though i send complaints through contact form and whatsapp which are the only way of reaching them but i have not received any reply so far from them. If you try to call the watsapp number it comes always as user busy. Been more than a month with no update.

Just too check i tried booking another item under order id: #130918 on 03 jan 2018 which were live items which requires them to send details for neft payment i receive an update from them with their banking details so that shows they are operative. Please help them get my refund for order 127150 amounting 738.37.

I have placed an live fish order on 30th october 2017, payment was done through neft on 3rd november 2017, as soon as i placed order i used to get sms daily asking me to do payment, but after i have done the payment there is no update. So when checked website it denotes it will be delivered in 3 weeks, there is no mobile number or email to contact them. The order no is 123198. It is a spam site.

I had made an online payment for some fishes. Thay are not responding to any of my mails and the whatsapp. When will i get my delivery. As per the website they will not process the order until they recive the payment which i did but no respose yet.

I ordered for live fishes on 10/10/2017 and paid the amount online on 10/12/2017 of rupees 1, 282.
Till now there is no response from the website and the person whose contact number given to contact over whats app is also not responding.

The website appears to be fake. There is no feedback option or proper contact details. I used to get a followup mail till i pay the amount but once they received the money, there is no response from them.

The only whats app number from which i was getting a response is - [protected]
I am unable to call this number.

Hoping to get a resolution! Or at least teach this fake people a good lesson.
They are celebrating 9 years for this october. Cannot imagine how many people they might have cheated in this 9 years.

My order for which i paid rs.522.22 through credit card is still marked as under processing though its has already been over two weeks. The company has no customer care number or email id for customers to lodge complaint. The live help feature is a sham; it does not work at all. The only way to lodge complaint is through the portal itself which has no mechanism for tracking the complaints as no ticket or complaint number is generated. The customer receives no acknowledgement and the complaints are not replied to. I have already lodged the complaint twice but with no action. Kindly help me get a full refund.

Hi i purchased a boyu me-175 led arts aquarium with light sku: 16-04a-373 from makemyhobby.com. I paid rs.3366.15 through my debit card. I received my purchase details from them. Another update mail came. They put my order on hold. So i try to verify with them. But no phone number no proper email i’d. They have a form in there website in which we need to fill. I did that but no response. Then i was worried and searched about them in google. There were lot of negative commands about them. The i came to know i was cheated. I tried to cancel my order but no way. Still no responsible from them no emails from them and my order is still on hold stating waiting for customer reply. How will i reply if they don’t have phone number and email. Pls help me to get my money back.
