I have placed my order on jan month and it's been more than 2 months, still i didn't get any reply nor my product got deleiverd. I don't get any response from them and emails are also getting bounced. Please verify reviews and confirm your order like this kind of fraudulent guy's please do one or more analysis in the reviews and confirm your order. My order status is still the same as the first day.

After this forum quickly forwarded my previous complaint to makemyhobby.com, they updated the order status to 'processed' on 23 feb 2019 and 'shipped' the same on 26 feb 2019. I received it today (1st march 2019) by speed post. I ordered 4 items as follows,
1) microsorum pteropus 'green gnome', on mesh pad; sku: 18-01a-020 (Received in good shape)
2) limnobium laevigatum; sku: 15-10a-334 (Received in good shape)
3) hydrocotyle tripartita honda; sku: 15-10a-182 (Received in good shape)
4) ocean free absolute planting soil 1.5kg; sku: 15-09b-707 (Not received)

Received hydrocotyle verticillata; sku: 15-10a-184 without being ordered. Not going to open this till i receive their response about further action.

Have recorded the whole unpackaging and sent to their whatsapp number (Which has been unresponsive so far) about the above discrepancy. Expecting their response asap.

My order number 199092, i had made the order on 29th january 2019, even after 4th week there was no response. Once i complained on a forum and they started responding and they denied my order.

They have a watsapp number as customer support, what a comedy.

They are a bunch of irresponsible people. I see a lot of complaints on this and other forums.

My order number 199782, and 200404 dated 2/2/19 and 5/2/19. On make my hobby.com site. I m waiting for further conformation about dispatch. But i show many complain's is pending here. If this is fake and fraudulent people's why govt doesn't action on this type of sites. Some body guide me for further legal action if anyone knows. If possible blocked this site.

Ordered few live plants and aquarium soil from this online website on 12/11/2018 with confirmed payment of rs.1264.44. (Attached proof is taken from their website on the date of this complaint)
Their portal reflects delivery in 2 weeks and till date, i haven't received anything.
I sent reminders through their contact us page (Which is not copied to me, so no proof available) and later via whatsapp messages (Proof attached).

After not receiving the order, i found that various persons were looted by this online dealer. I am sure, they are shamelessly making hefty money with just an online website up and running with updates every now and then to lure more innocent people. They either need to be made more transparent in their purchase process or should be stopped from making any more illegal money.

If they think, they can get away with someone's hard-earned money, they should be proved wrong. Hope you bring them to light on the above grounds and proof attached.

I am planning to write the same to hyderabad cybercrime branch if this forum doesn't have any objection for parallel complaints.

Being exited about the gallery shown on www.makemyhobby.com website, i placed order on 23rd dec 2018. My order number is #193830. The amount i paid for this order is 3361.87 inr. Initially the delivery time given was 1 to 4 weeks. So i pinged on 18th jan 2019 as i didn't hear from them. On 19th jan 2019, i got a reply saying "order will dispatch from monday onwards". Today is 11th feb 2019. That means 7 weeks completed. I followed up on whatsapp every alternate day. But no response. No status given. No delivery date given. I am very frustrated. Whomever reading this complaint, don't ever place order from makemyhobby.com website.

I had ordered two oscar fish completed payment via bhim upi took snapshot and sent to there whatsapp and its been 3 week nothing happening

Really bad packaging. There was no air gap in small plastic bags in which plants were placed. Plants got stuck to the sides and got destroyed. None of the plants survived.

Very unprofessional customer service. They won't reply to any of your queries through mail or whatsapp.

I ordered some aquatic plants and terrestrial planet seeds. None of the plants survived plus they didn't even deliver the seeds.

Was my first time shopping in makemyhobby. Worst experience. Not comming back here.

This is to bring to your kind notice, with regards to a SCAMMING and THIEVING Group, that deal with LIVE Fish (Marine and Freshwater) and other accessories.
The organisation that operates online is 'MakeMyHobby.com'.

Well, here's their modus operandi and with the sole view to CHEAT gullible and trusting customers.

1. I made purchases of several LIVE fish, for my natural pond in Bangalore, basis the advise of a so-called MMH expert.

2. On checking with other experts, I was forced to cancel a few of the fish, as ALL the MMH recommendations were obviously only based on their motive to increase spending.

3. The site does not allow a REFUND; however, it did allow me to increase qtys of the fish already FULLY PAID for, which I did.

4. There were delays in dispatching the FISH I fully paid for and when it finally did arrive (Delivered by an auto-rickshaw driver, to whom I had to pay Rs. 1300), there were several fish not sent.

5. I raised a complaint the same day, and received a revised and fresh order, with NO delivery date mentioned.

6. Despite more than 20 messages to the WhatsApp number (The so called expert on [protected]), the person does not have neither the shame, inclination nor ethics to respond.

7. I have tried calling the number provided on at least 5 occasions, to no avail.

8. I have used stern language vide email (7 emails), through their website (10 messages) and nobody at MMH seems to care one bit.

I have henceforth decided to make known this SCAMMING and CHEATING online portal intentions and urge each one of you to NOT engage with them in future.
I further request that, you share this extensively across the internet and all social media platforms, so that others may not lose monies to such thieves and unscrupulous platforms, who rely on getting rich by such fraudulent means.

The food we have ordered for the fish has not delievered yet and the cost was about 700 rs and we have ordered it nearly one month...
The product was for my flowerhorn fish i. E. Proredsyn gh-1 and the fish was not having food till four days and then we went to other shop to buy the food. So please provide your contact no and return the money asap. The site should be improved.

Order # 167117 / 168347, i have ordered few plants on 22.07.2018 from make my hobby website. I got a order conformation after 5 days of payment. And it was mentioned the delivery within 1 - 4 weeks. But didn't received the plants after a 6 weeks and asked customer care (Whatsapp) number. There was no response for any of my messages. After a month the said will refund the amount. But it is now almost 3 months over. Hope i never receive my money back. Such a fraud site.

The customer care is very poor in responding and testing the passions of the customers. They usually reply like "?, wt, hm". Such a pathetic response.

It is a fraud website and cheating the customers. Never purchase any product from this website.
