I placed an order for fish 6 months back and didn't receive the fish. I asked for a refund but thats also not placed.

I placed an order for acquirium plants on 23.10.2020 and made the payment through netbanking on the same day.But i didnt get the delivery yet and showing order status "processing" ever since.I think this company is cheating customers by taking money and not processing the delivery.Pathetic !!!

Dear sir, i amout of 2615 is not yet credited to my bank account and it was processed on 06th of dec 2020, i tried to contact customer service but no response from them. Please help me to fix this issue in the website also it showing transfer to Bank.

I ordered aquatic plants (details with price listed below) from Make my hobby on 8th November 2020 and paid full (INR 1088) in advance by debit card. Order ID is #304549. The status shows 'processing' :payment received, preparing order. I haven't received the materials and none of my queries are being replied to. I raised complaints ticket, sent info by Whatsapp, used their mail services, nothing induces a response.

So i placed my order on[protected] and after three days it shows me to pay for my order so I paid the amount and after some time the confirmation didn't show up so i thought my payment might get cancelled so i paid again but it still didn't work. I tried contacting them but they don't reply on emails and WhatsApp. I just need my refund back please help me.

Yesterday I have purchased jbl d.o test kit from you through debit card and money already transferred to your account, but information from you show order has declined, why, if order is canceled return my money to to the same account...

I had brought some aquatic plants from their website and order ID 274793.
Paid the total amount 574.27/- and WhatsApp them the confirmation of payment. Order moved into processing state. But after that no response. I have messaged them to cancel the order and refund and no response. I even raised a support ticket to them and no response.

I ordered for the product with full payment. My amount debited. But placed order not in ordered items. Which is the scam site. Please ban this type of site to make it the people as fool. Take necessary action against this type of scam online websites.

I completed my payment correctly. There is no response from the company yet, still showing as processing, I have texted them in whatsapp but no response. It's a fraud site . I lost my money nearly ₹3750/- at least i can't cancel my order or there is no refund options, every options shown in the site is just to betray .

I ordered sunsun hqj-700g tank powerhead sku: 15-09a-506, order id 281212 on 18/08/2020 for an amount of rs.475.70 and till date in the website it shows status as 'processing'. There is no response from their website in-spite of my repeated inquiries. They dont repsond on whatsapp text chat also.

Order id: #282906 on 23/08/20. One week gone. Not yet shipped. No response from them for complaints two times in their web site. Very poor customer service.

With full payment. Till now 26.8.2020 no response from makemyhobby.com I tried to contact via WhatsApp, there own customer care and there email too.there is no response from them. On order page it shows its processing almost 10 days it shows the same.
They said shipping will start when the government allows. But all other websites are doing great.
I don't know what to do
They are cheating I think.

I have placed an order in makemyhobby.com on 22nd May 2020. But till this date (26th Aug 2020) no item received. I have submitted a couple of tickets through their support ticket system however I didn't receive any response. Not sure whats happening

They only changed my order to processing and since then I am trying to get hold of them and they just don't respond.
