I had ordered for 3 varieties of live plants, and also some rocks for aquascaping.

I just received one type of plant. And when I raised a ticket, I was updated the remaining items would be shipped soon. However, the merchant failed to do so.

There is no update provided on my ticket as well.

Order id - 265152. I have purchased 5 aquatic plants from Makemyhobby.com and made payment for the same on 6th May 2020. At first they told me there was problem in Kerala border for delivering the products. But now they are not answering or refunding the amount.

Indidnt recive my order i think they r fake please dont buy fish from them

They didn't send "Widow Tetra" fish, the product is missing!
I have received my order by speed post. But there is no "Widow Tetra" fish. only plants are inside the package. Where are my fishes? It was mentioned that "Store credit issued for Rotala Rotundifolia, Pink SKU: 15-10A-260 x 12pcs. Could not dispatch due to quality issue.", but nothing was mentioned about the widow tetra fish which I have ordered and it was missing the package. Please return my money for this missing plant and fish, I want the refund, not the credits to purchase further. Please answer me. I am really disappointed. :((

As of date until writing this complaint I haven't got my order delivered.

I had ordered aquarium plants along with 6 tetra live fishes. The order was placed on 27/06/2021. I haven't received my products neither the amount which I paid nor any reply from them. Even I tried their Contact Us form or chat Live Help service online and also tried MMH Help Desk but no use.
Kindly Help me out with this. I want my product to be delivered or I just need my money back which I paid. I have uploaded a copy of the receipt of the booking and the payment as well. Any more details required please let me know.

I would strongly advise to avoid this site for anyone looking to order anything. These people are a SCAM. They do not have even a percentage of honesty or any kind of morals. I placed an order 18/05/21. I knew before hand that there might be a delay as states were in lockdown but these people didn’t not even respond or give me any kind of acknowledgment. I managed to speak with someone on their website through the chat option who was extremely rude and made it sound that I was at fault for ordering. After that day the chat option only vanished. I then managed to use their helpline site which till date is even a bigger waste of time than the main site. Overall I’ve had the worst experience I could have shopping online. Just thank god that my first order was just a test order on how their service is, which I clearly understood and will actually make it a goal not to promote or ever suggest this site to anyone. Truly frustrating experience. P.S. been a month and got no update or contact from their side.

Hello hi it’s been 2months since I have ordered live fishes in bulk paid the amount through UPI But there seems to be not reply or response from Makemyhobby at least they should confirm the payment received by them, but they are not replying neither to Watsapp neither mails, just let me know is my money dead. This seems to be very unethical by Makemyhobby it raises a doubt weather the company is live or not.

I made a purchase with full.payment details as given below, and order update shows as "processing". But to date there has not been any communication nora any response over email whatsapp numbers or bot chat over this concern. If you can't send the product due to some issues please refund the money. Seeing all these complaints, I wonder If this is a legit company at all.

I have ordered online few aquarium fishes and paid them through UPI. They said send update in whatsapp with payment screenshot and they will contact us for delivery. No-one has respinded after that till date.

My Order ID: #326928. I placed an order for aquatic plants, but the company is not dispatching it to me. I have send them many complaints on their Watsapp number but there is no response. I have tried to email them on the email address which they have given on their website, but nothing so far.

I have ordered aquarium fish and fish food from this website on 5th March 2021, order no 326276. I followed up on their WhatsApp number and email, but no one is responding. Its a fraud website and I would like to file complaint

I had placed an order for love aquatic plants along with some accessories amounting INR 935.24 on 24th September 2020 with order number- 293801. The Website isnt opening now nor a refund or delivery of the products is made.
