My policy number 12205110 from IFFCO tokio commercial zero dep insurance I took it from Maruti insurance brokerage.
I have given car for claiming on 21st of October 2021.
Accident happened on 20th having multiple damages so I took photos also from the place where incedent happen.
Since in my last claim they dint approved multiple damages since I don't have spot photo.

So come to the this cliam so I was in Maruti showroom given the documents to bodyshop person informed what happened and where the damages was .
mine is siwft deca 2016 Commercial
Right side rear quarter panel damagef and rear door damages.
Left side full damages both door fender quarter panel including left side mirror assembly.
Also impact in rear bumber.

So next survor has to visit and had to approve the claims
Since it's zero dep I have no worry and not went for any police complaint and there is nobody has harmed or injured.

After 24 hours which mean 22th Oct evening Survivor inspected my car This was informed by body shop person.

23rd Saturday I got call from Maruti bodyshop person said sir ur claim was not accepted since there is no validity fittnes.
Actually it's been expired two months back.
So the body shop person ask me to talk with Survivor i[censored] wish.

So I took his number and called survor he said there is no validity in fittnes since not approved.
I said since it's pandemic unable to renew even I tried in RTO that time they ask me to come later.
Then I m and individual customer informing the insurance Survivor about that central govt of nah has extended the validity upto 31st of October.
I have forwarded all the documents related to that news from Google.
Then he said he will check with his company if they got any updates regarding that.

Fine next days Sunday so then Monday body person called me and said ur claim is rejected regards different documents.

Actually I have different fittnes certificate for my contract billing purposes
So without knowing I have given the documents to Maruti in the beginning.

So again I contacted the insurance Survivor and informed why this happened.
He said no sir this come under cheating.
There is no way to cheat any insurance company since we r in india anyone can see anyone car details in playstore as well web portal.
So I said Its not about cheat it's about confusion in documents since I send it through my mobile.
So later after my word he said he will conform later about the claims.
So again next day body shop Person call and said only left portion has been approved that too at 80 - 20% which mean I have 20% from the bill Amount in my zero Dip claim insurance.
Then again I called Survivor to make it clear why and all that' Time he said since it's multiple damages he dint have spot photos.
I said I have submitted and asked him to check with Maruti.
Again he went to check more over one week gone like this and actually there is no spare parts they have ordered two door still not received so my car work so not yet started. I was daily visit the showroom and calling to follow up.
Finally on 30th of Oct body shop person has called and said sir Survivor has approved for left side portion and rear bumber with 80 =20% percentage. I told him he approved right u better start the car work whatever he approved .

Same day I call Survivor he not picked the call to know why not fully damages covered and wjy i should pay 20% when I have zero dep insurance claim in cliam period.

Once I said to Maruti bodyshop person that I have to cal to IFFCO tokio insurance company to make its clarify and make its complaint.
He informed this to Survivor and he said to bodyshop person that I rejected the claim.
This I came to know by Maruti bodyshop Person and I called Survivor why and so.
He Blackmailing me say I can easily rejected ur claim for ur cheat documents and ur car will be locked in showroom then u have to pay the full amount .
I have all the documents and call recording about this incident.
I don't know why I have to bargain with insurance company when I have a zero dep insurance claim and also I took it with Maruti brokerage . actually it's Maruti responsible to make the claim.to be settled.

Fine let me what best the company gone make thsi cliam I'm intimated thai to Maruti brokerage as well ask IFFCO tokio insurance company.
Its been more than one week I car is with Maruti will take another one more week for work need to be done informed by Maruti.
Since it's contract vehicle have hired another vehicle for alternative for my car I m paying daily for taht car too. And also I have renew my car insurance next month also I need to done fittnes Also so there is lots of expenses is there for me .

Two months back fittnes expeired but central government MORTH Extended until 31st October 2021 car insurance is in validity.

Taking into consideration the grim situation still continuing due to conditions for prevention of
spread of COVID-19 across the country, it is advised that the validity of all of the above referred
Documents whose extension of validity could not be, or was not likely to be, granted due to lock-
down and which had expired since 1st of Feb, 2020 or would expire by 31% October, 2021, the
same may be treated to be valid till 31%* October, 2021. Enforcement authorities are advised to
treat such documents valid till 31°* October, 2021. This will help citizens in availing transport
related services.

    I contacted Mr.Y.D.Sharma of Bhandari Automobiles Kolkata for renewing the above policy.The car which was in the name of National Insurance Co Ltd was transferred in my name subsequent to my retirement(copy of recent registration certificate handed over before renewal along with NOC from NIC ltd stating that they have no objection if accumulated NCB is transferred in my name as I was the user of the said vehicle).But to my surprise the policy was renewed without NCB and too with NIA though I had specifically instructed Mr.Sharma to get it renewed with NIC.This type of lapse cannot be tolerated and i want a proportionate refund for my entitled NCB.Incidentally Mr.Sharma is not picking up my call deliberately after i pointed out the lapses to him.

      Good day sir
      Please note, i mr. Leo P Dsouza owner of swift MH48S1160, has exchanged this vehicle for new purchase of s presso vxi, GA03Z6127 on 27 sept' 21. The above mentioned swift has a black listing at the RTO office in mumbai, reason being insurance cheque bounce 5 years back. Since then i hav paid 5 insurance premiums & taken one insurance claim last year, with out any problem, i have surrendered the swift vechile to maruti sai service mapusa goa.
      From mid sept '21 i hav been communicating with maruti insurance mumbai to resolve the issue of letter submitted by the insurance company to RTO mumbai but to date no action seems to be insight.
      Today the advicer from sai service mapusa has called me to inform that they have not received payment of ₹170000 from concerned party & transfer of sale of swift vehicle is held up.
      Person concerned at sai insurance mumbai, is ms mitali & her senior ms rohini.
      My humble request is that the concerned 'mauriti insurance, insurance company, maruti sai service. Take the matter up as urgent & serious and issue a letter to RTO Mumbai, asking them to remove the black listing so that the above vehicle can be cleared. i hav signed all required documents of sale & handed over the vehicle to sai service mapusa, having a letter issued by sai service mapusa, of no responsibility for the above said vehicle in case of accident or damage or theft.
      I have been a dedicated customer of 5 maruti vechicles, since 1996, having faith & trust in the company & maruti insurance, hence i deserve to be treated accordingly

        Sir/Madam,
        I want to register my complain against an ill-mannered employ of JAYBEE AUTO AGENCIES PVT.LTD. Dibrugarh who is currently in-charge of dealing matters related to your insurance policies. I would like to inform you that my renewal due was o 2nd Oct, 2021 which I have accomplished on 1st Oct, 2021. However, upon visiting DTO Dibrugarh due to some vehicle related work on 20th Oct, 2021 I was informed by the DTO officials that my insurance policy was lapsed due to non upload on the vahaan site. Upon telling I have already renewed the insurance I was directed by the officials to re-verify from Jaybee auto agencies. When I asked jaybee the person in charge confidently informed that it had been uploaded and asked me to tell DTO Officials the same.Again when I confronted DTO staffs that Jaybee has uploaded they have shown me in computer that insurance renewal lapse which is clearly highlighted. I have therefore taken the pic of it and once again showed to Jaybee staff at that time the concern person accepted the mistake done from their side. So I asked them to upload it immediately upon which they misbehaved with me and told me they need minimum one week to upload. This is really shameful behavior towards a customer and as a responsible customer I urge the concern authorities to look into the issue and take proper actions against such Officials so that these type of incidents don't happen again with any other customers.

          Dear Team,
          I am having car policy for my Dzire car Number RJ13CB8734. And having the insurance policy through Maruti insurance insured by Iffco Tokio.Poilcy Number is[protected].

          Now my car was hit the MS vertical and horizontal structure during reversing the car. It hit first with my bumper & taillight and further scarthes right side rear quarter panel.
          Now i gave the car to repair the damage occurred and taken the car to PASCO bodyshop at Rajiv Chowk, Gurgaon on dated 19.10.2021.
          SA mr Dinesh taken the car and opened job card. Claim intimation was sent to the insurance company M/S Iffco Tokio. Surveyour mr.Pawan Khatri was allocated and visited the bodyshop on dated 20.10.2021. On 21.10.2021 my SA Mr. Dinesh informed me that surveyour Mr. Pawan Khatri denied for claim requested.
          I immediately called to Mr.Pawan Khatri and asked about the reason behind the deniel of justified claims.
          Now my car is stucked at bodyshop because insurance person is not approving the claim.

                          Refer to trail mail, I clarify that was driving Maruti SWIFT VXI car vide DL7CN 9449 from Noida to Delhi dtd 26th August'21 on slow traffic across the sector 15A, Noida road, a new hyundai car vide number MP07CJ2136 was collided from the back by a unprofessional /non driving skill person favoring Mr. Vivek Singh Tomar vide aadhar number[protected] Photograph attached along with aadhar copy and DL) for your reference.

                          However, The collusion intensity was so high from the back leads to collusion with Mr. Gandhi's toyota altis car in front of my car vide cell number [protected].

                          Subsequently, Two traffic police officials reached at point of incident and informed three o[censored]s regarding the course.

                          Please find pointwise reply for your reference:

                          1. Most of the damages are pre-existing and old-The majority of claims pertains to back and front collusion of the cars dtd 26th August'21.

                          2. Damages demanded are multiple in nature- Front and Back high intensity collusion leads to multiple damages.

                          3. No fresh damages noticed in the vehicle which attributed to the cause of loss-Photographs attached which clearly confirm insurance company intent and negligence.

                          Also request to check my records a loyal customer of Maruti coming to Naraina from Noida from the past 6+yrs for servicing with insurance of Maruti only ( Please check my history of claims if any)

                          Look forward for a favorable response else may reach to competent authorities/regulator/social media for the same if not resolved in a day.

                            I took a 0 dep policy for my car number -DL9CAN5146 on 20th July 2021.

                            On 2nd Sep, my car broke down because of Engine damage due to Water logging. The surveyor informed that had "Engine Cover"add on been taken, I would have got the amount, but now I am having to pay the entire amount out of pocket.

                            I want to file a complaint for not being informed about this option when the policy was being sold.

                            On 2nd Sep, my car broke down because of Engine damage due to Water logging. The surveyor informed that had "Engine Cover"add on been taken, I would have got the amount, but now I am having to pay the entire amount out of pocket.

                            I want to file a complaint for not being informed about this option when the policy was being sold.

                                I am submitting my vehicle for claim . My vehicle stuck back side of bus and damaged right hand side front bumper, Fender, right hand side light and right hand side mirror. when I stuck with back side of bus my vehicle unbalanced and stuck with another vehicle then this vehicle damaged the left hand side mirror. when I stopped my vehicle then a three-wheeler slightly touched with back right hand side of my vehicle and damaged the back bumper and back right side back light.                                 I always prefer your product . But the satisfaction level is very low. I took a claim of back side mirror from outside party. they changed my mirror within 1/2 hour. I do not spent a single paisa and valuable time. But today is 3rd day but till now i could not get any satisfied claim and service. my vehicle is also hold for fifteen days after getting the claim. please do needfull so that I continue with your product in future

                                  I had renew my car policy on 01.09.2021 through marutiinsurance web site, but till date i am not getting otp to download my renew policy, but i am able get last five years otp to download the same instead of current renew policy.

                                        My vehicle car No HP-36 C 7056 .(Brezza) met accident in traffic jam on...and got dents and scratches on both sides.After completions of all necessary formalities such as FIR. I left my vehicle at vehileade Maruti agency Sunhet (kangra) for repair and necessary formalities on 23.08.2021.On 25.08 .2021 concerned surveyor made the claim. The surveyor made the claim of dents only but not entertain the scratches of both sides and back light etc .My vehicle is fully insured under non depriciation insurance scheme on 18.07.2021 .Due to delaye in repair l am compelled to spent Rs 1000/(one thousands) daily on my daily necessities from 23.08.2021.So you are requested to take necessary action to solve my vehicle problem as soon as possible otherwise I am compelled to initiate the legal proceeding against this injustice.
