I have claimed for my vehicle repairs. The repair was to the bonnet and front bumper. When the vehicle was returned to me the issue was not fixed. The bonnet is still open slightly. Highly disappointed with the service provided. This was the first claim I have made and even with that I have to pay additional from my pocket and this is the result which I got. I want it to be fixed at the earliest. Thank you.

    Dear sir,

    I have my car Jk04E 8175 insured with univerersal sampo with policy no 2367/62239794/s0/0000 since last three years, Now that the steering of my car got damaged due to driving on big rock. I put my car in workshop and your surveyor is denying the claim stateing it's not covered under policy.

    I put my car under claim no CL20209719 and company now Denys the settlement.
    hence requesting you to please provide me the official latter of the same so that I can go for court proceedings, ombudsman and consumer courts for representation.

    Please advise.

      I have renewed my car policy on 02/03/2021 and it was intimated through SMS that Motor Policy[protected] has been issued in favour of my renewal. I have made it through ONLINE under the guide lines given by the representatives of M/s Indus Maruti Insurance, Mettukkada, Thyacadu, Thiruvananthapuram.(Mob No.[protected]). Till the date of renewal these representatives have called me frequently . After the renewal I have contacted them to send the policy to me by post and I have given my present address . Then I tried to contact them over phone and through Whats App. Surprisingly they are not even taking the phone or communicate any message in this regard. Despite of all attempts I am lodging this complaint for favour of further action. Kindly intimated the action taken through my mail [protected]@gmail.com.

        Sir my car met with accident..MVI report and police report given. ..my claim was accepted by insurance.. I Had Zero Depreciation add on cover. So by this rule the insurance paid all expense.but the rd motors maruti suzuki dealer had not shown me the receipts of all the repairs done by insurance . Dont you give a receipt copy of repairs to the customers also...

                Our maruti suzuki Alto 800 car crashed almost 3 Weeks ago. We had police case against that. Our car is now popular maruti suzuki service center. After that We submitted FIR during this month. Then now they asking clarification for our car crash. IDK why they asking more clarification than FIR.

                    I own a Maruti Swift Dzire which has been insured vide policy no.12218580 having validity up to 03Nov 2021. Recently, I had some damages occured to my car while I was reversing the vehicle, scratch occurred on left side back door running board. On one more occasion due to felling of coconut on running vehicle, dent occurred on Dicky. Both these issues were clearly told to AVG motors Tiruvalla at the time of renewal of Maruti insurance in Nov20 on which they had confirmed to settle the claim soon and repair the vehicle accordingly. It is regretted that till today my vehicle has not been repaired inspite of several complaints verbally and through customer care calling, although these are just minor repairs which can be settled very easily. It may please be noted that we are paying more premium for Maruti insurance than other outside national insurance companies, still these kind of services are not expected. These people asks us to buy maruti insurance only and they will say lot of benefits and do false promises like 100% coverage and all but now we would like to ask where is the 100% coverage.
                    Request to please look into the matter and settle the claim and get the vehicle repaired at the earliest.

                            Please be informed that this morning I had opted for renewal of my Car Insurance through your official website only and accordingly choosen New India Assurance Co. instead of my earlier Co. ICICI Lombard. After selecting the Insurance Co. I made the payment thru netbanking and after sometime I received an sms intimating that your Policy is issued.
                            Thereafter, I tried to download the Policy Document through the official website of New India Assurance Co. but failed to do so. Neither I could print out the Policy Document nor have I received any email attaching there to my Policy Document.
                            This is very unfortunate. In fact, I should have received the policy document within half an hour or so. But, it is almost 5 hours now neither I have received any communication from New India nor from your end i.e. Maruti Insuracne since the entire process was made by me through your website only. This is very unfortunate and absolutely communication gap between your company and the selcted insurance company.

                            Please, therefore, take up this matter with the New India Assurance Co. immediately instructing them to arrange to deliver the Policy Document to me without delay.

                              Dear Sir

                              I have taken my Car Insurance from SBI general (Vehicle No.-HR87A6225).
                              On 11th dec.2020 I have claimed my car insurance in TCS Maruti service center located in Sector-6 Faridabad (Haryana). In accidents cars are damaged from the front as well from the left handed door also. I have explained in claim foam as well.
                              But SBI-general Surveyor Mr. Kanan Kumar Mishra ([protected]) only considered front damage only. I try to understand the kanan kumar what is happening why you are not considering my whole claim which I mention in claim form. But he does not understand anything and not give any valid reason for that. I have explained everything again, but he his not respond positively, he behavior is very rudely.
                              He is considered only paid front part which he charged me 2.6k.So what is the benefits of taking insurance.

                              Its my very bad experience with SBI General Insurance. So I requested pls consider my whole claim as we mention in my claim foam.
                              Otherwise we have never taken any SBI general insurance policy in future. And also tell my family/friend circle/Social Media, what type of behavior and Service provided by SBI general Insurance.

                                      Policy not renewed even after payment

                                      I own a celerio Vxi AMT and am having an insurance policy with Iffco Tokio through MI. Policy document is attached. I had renewed my policy on 31 August by paying Rs. 8523. Snapshot of payment confirmation mail is attached. Renewal was done at Pasco Aotomobiles. The vehicle is currently at Maitri MASS, MASS code 2378, at Manesar for bodywork. But the insurance company has rejected the claim saying that they do not have any ongoing policy...
