my policy is been blocked by mordern auto mobiles, ambala city.I want my policy from gurunanak motors. they want to bound me. please cancell my policy from mordern automobiles other wise I will go to other company for my insurance.please take immediate action.

I was using a car which got stolen on 8th June 2008. After duly submitting all documents , even the final report from police the insurance company is not acting and processing the claim. I own a Maruti Alto car DL5CF 1325. In February 2009 thieves broke the window of the car and stolen ECM. I lodged an FIR immediately and got the vehicle repaired in the workshop and have paid for the same. Till now 8 months have passed Maurity Insurance has not settled my claim.
