I have online renewed my car insurance policy on 2nd January 2010. The spayment was made online on same day. Despite my requests to Maruti Insurance and Royal Sundaram Allianz Insurance co. I have not received policy. No any reply from companies in this respect. Further on my telephonic contact to Maruti Insurance, they have directed me to talk the Roral Sundaram. On my contact to Royal Sundaram, they told me to talk to Maruti Insurance. No body is ready to attend me...

Jaipur se Insurance Karwaya ha. Ma No Claim Bonas Certificate ke liye Jaipur (Vipul Moters Maruti Dist.) me contact kiya par wha se mana kar diya gaya ha. So Please help me. Thank You.
Please contact to Local Insurance co for the NCB certificate instaed of any maruti dealer. They will coordinate with their HO & arrange NCB certificate for you.
I have renewed my insurance policy on 06.02.2010 online but yet to receive my policy and policy number is WMP40292436.

    Hello,
    I would like to introduce myself as Jayant Banerjee whose vehicle maruti Estilo with No. CG07 M 6507 met with an accident on 2nd August 2009. We took the accident vehicle to Sparsh automobiles Raipur thinking of fast settlement. But only the survey has been done and no other procedures have been taken place till date.
    We filled the claim form on 3rd August and were cooperated by one Mr. Abraham from Sparsh Automobiles accident repair division. On 3rd August estimation of the damaged vehicle was done by the showroom and presented to the Iffko Tokyo Maruti Insurance company, Surveyor from Insurance company came for inspection after around 10 days..
    We continuously met Mr. Abraham who gave us the no. of the surveyor Mr. Shyam Chabra, and kept calling him at least 4-5 times /week enquiring about the development. We were asked what we want and we said we want a total loss and he filed the case accordingly to the insurance company and said lets see what decision comes. We kept getting very cold response from the surveyor. He kept giving us various reasons for more than 2 months which was not liable.
    After pressuring the surveyor he said total loss had not been accepted and we are trying for the body shell and filed the paper accordingly but no response after that from him. Then suddenly one day we received a letter from the surveyor asking to get an estimate for the cutting and welding of the body parts which when discussed and also confirmed by the surveyor that Sparsh automobiles have denied to do this kind of surgery which is not possible. Another inspection was done by the surveyor with his assistant Mr. Ganesh and they confirmed that since the repairing cost is so high we will give the order for the replacement of the entire body shell. Mr. Abraham asked for the work order and he said it will be given after the replacement is finalized by Iffko Tokyo. Then again 2 weeks passed and my father received a call from Mr. Chabra saying that you can ask Mr. Abraham to start repairing the vehicle. When contacted by Mr. Abraham he said he has not received the work order and he can’t start the work. I made a call to Mr. Chabra and asked Mr. Abraham to speak to him who again demanded the work order. Mr. Chabra said he can’t give the repair order in writing as this is not the policy of the company. My vehicle had been lying at the roof of Sparsh Automobile for almost 5 months and due to this all the tires had also been damaged. Kindly provide a suitable solution as this case is giving a very big mental harassment. The vehicle was financed by ICICI bank and we are paying the monthly installments regularly though our vehicle is lying at the roof.

    Maruti Insurance — Claims not being settled

    Dear sir,
    This is in reference to my vehicle MP09CA1648 wagon R given at Patel motors Indore body shop after a recent accident.
    I have given the vehicle on 20th aug 08, for which a claim was raised by the body shop for the amount of 45000 approx. to the maruti insurance. after which i received a call from the body shop to meet the surveyor as he has only settled a claim of Rs 7000 approx. the claim was rejected on the ground of multiple accident where in which the claim made by me was for one singe accident. but the surveyor seems to be adamant on the value sanctioned by him. since the surveyor was not getting convinced after lots of arguments I had requested maruti insurance to arrange me a another surveyor for which i has spoken to lots of people in the regional level and even after lots of assurance my claims have still not been settled.
    i would like to quote that initially patel motors has refused to accept the vehicle for the cashless service since they said this insurance policy is of Royal sundaram and we entertain claims from New India and national. I was not able to understand as in my view the insurance was from maruti and it had to be entertained at any maruti work shop.
    Now I am receiving calls from the body shop to take away the vehicle from patel motors and get it repaired at any other work shop since the say if insurance company is not settling up the claims we don't stand responsible and you may take your vehicle.
    This statement was a real shock since it came from the head of Body shop Mr Kohli.
    I just wish to understand that is this the after sales service promised by maruti at the time of making us Maruti insurance customer, we were told that it is a no tension policy where a customer doesn't need to get into all the struggle with the insurance companies and the vehicle would be delivered in completely repaired condition after a nominal payment.
    Has the services of the entire company deteriorated or is it the dealership. I am still awaiting for my vehicle even after 7 days. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me get rid of this problem which i got into for believing companies initial declarations.

      My maruti alto car BR1Z 9473 is insured with maruti insurance through New India Assurance,by Goods Car Care,Nishat ganj, Lucknow,( policy no.[protected],period of insurance 19.05.2009 to 18.05.2010), I have claimed for damages on 6,07.2009,survayour was Mr.Manish Srivastava and vechile was repaired at V.S.Motors, Babuganj ,Lucknow,yet the company has not made the payment nor has convayed any message regarding the payment.I have talked to Mr Sandeep dayal ( ph no [protected]) and Mr. Devesh Regional manager,New India Assurance (ph [protected]), but no proceedings have been made till date.

      maruti/alto car — Insurance claim not provided for complete damage

      I have two damages in my car and i gave my cover for insurence cover. But the insurence adviser only given clearence for one damage and asked me to reclaim for second damage aftrer one month. I would like to know what can i do know? this was happend one week back.

        I own a Maruti Alto car DL5CF 1325. In February 2009 thieves broke the window of the car and stolen ECM. I lodged an FIR immediately and got the vehicle repaired in the workshop and have paid for the same. Till now 8 months have passed Maurity Insurance has not settled my claim. I kept on calling the insurance officer at ghaziabad office. Envery body is passing on the bug.

          INSURANCE RENEWAL

          I GOT MY CAR INSURANCE RENEWED FROM MARUTI INSURANCE THROUGH ITS DEALER BAGGA LINK MOTORS, PATPARGANJ, DELHI ON 26.04.2009. I ISSUED A CHEQUE FOR THE SAME. HOWEVER TILL DATE THE POLICY HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED TO ME. THE DEALER IS NOT COOPERATING AND DELAYING THE ISSUANCE OF POLICY IS DELAYED. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

We took the accident vehicle to Mandovi motors Mysore thinking of fast settlement.But only the survey has been done and no other procedures have been taken place until date.
          We filled the claim form on 28th February and were cooperated by one Mr. Krupa Shankar from Mandovi Motors accident repair division . On 2nd March estimation of the damaged vehicle was done by the showroom and presented to the National Maruti Insurance company, Surveyor from Insurance company came for inspection on 5th March.
          we kept calling Mr. Krupashankar who gave us the no. of the surveyor Mr. Kothari, and kept calling him atleast 4-5 times /week enquiring about the development. We were told that since it was total loss we were supposed to have a meeting with The Divisional officer of national Insurance .We kept getting very cold response from the surveyor. He kept giving us various reasons for more than 20-25 days which was not liable.
          After pressuring the mandovi people a meeting was fixed with Insurance case worker Mr. Balaram on 30th March. Lot of personnel questions were asked during this meeting which we felt was not at all necessary. We agreed for salvage loss settlement, and they told us that the Insurance company would invite all the rick buyers for quotation after which our settelement will be done.
          Nothing has been done until now. when will our settlement happen . We have already booked another Dezire which we may get in another 10 days. Before that our vehicle loan has to be settled in the bank. we have undergone lot of mental stress from the maruti group as well as the Insurance company which we were not ready for, after the accident . What are we supposed to do .( How many days are required for the insurance claim settlement of such total.loss vehicle?) please explain and request you to do the needful as early as possible

          dear sir i am also working with gujarat s bigest maruti dealer kiran motors and i have a hudge expirience with all maruti insurance partners since last 6 years in your case this is a total loss case thats why and i sure that only in maruti insurance you got claim fastester no budy pay you less then 3 months
          i met with an accident dated 12th jan10 in which my car was totally damaged, I claimed in the company for insurance, they told me that my claim will be settled in 14 days if i will book a maruti product and more than 40 days if i will purchase a other brand product.Then i was agreed to buy a maruti product and i had given a sum of Rs65000/- in order to book a new maruti ALTO-LxI.At that time the General Manager of the Technoy Motors(UDAIPUR) told me that he will provide me the delivery of the car till 3rd february2010. Since from then i have got no response from the company.When i called on 3rd feb, he told me to wait for another few days.This was really inconvienent for me.If you are not providing me the car then please return my amount with interst.kindly take action against my problem, otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court.

            Dear sir,

            I own martuti 800 Ac car, three months back this car i had purchase from my company, and get the registration . on this basis i had asked fro rohan motores dehradun to endorresed my insurance on my also. but from last three months insurance executive of rohan mottors giving me fake answer that they are trying to endroseed and will be reply back as soon as possible, and from last three manths i am making call these people but not geying any satisfactory reply.
