Hello Ma'am/ Sir

I AB RASHID BHAT, Owner of vehicle WagonR, had got my vehicle insured with your company under policy no.[protected]. This insurance policy was valid until 13 February 2021. Unfortunately, the vehicle got completely damaged on 05 February 2021.

Presently, we are unable to get the registration cancelled as, YOU HAVE NOT UPDATED THE DETAILS OF INSURANCE which ended on 13 Feb 2021 on the online portal website of PARIVAHAN.
Even though the details of the said insurance are availble on mobile app VAHAAN but as per the requirements of RTO Srinagar, it is mandatory to be updated on the online website https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan// so as to get registration of the car cancelled .

KINDLY update these details to parivahaaan WEBSITE as it has been months together that I have suffered a lot and have made to go from one office to another office in the months.
Also, attached below is the copy of the insurance policy.

    I krunal Thadeshwar put on claim in Atul motors, Rajkot for my swift car, but insurance personale gives reson that my driving licence is not valid, but it's issued by RTO and valid till 2030, insurance personale gives ### resons just to avoid claim and refuse to pass the same... This is shameful thing for a renawed insurance company...
    If any reasonable person or authority reads this kindly contact me so I can give what ever information company requires

        Dear
        this maruti ertiga car has hit a truck from the wrong side with high speed and full
        neglegence and rough driving on 15 aug about 1pm - 2 pm and after it is seized in margomunda thana
        sub division - madhupur district deoghar case no -47/21.

        We have found the policy no - mru07984 ( vechele reg no - jh09u4111 )
        name of insured proposer - khalid nadim khan
        but on investigation on vahan website the name of owner has been changed / transfered on 16 august
        illegally / or by any means .

        This is only to inform you that the as per the norms the ownership has to be changed on the policy
        with proper documentation and inspection of the vechele .

        This is for your kind information and plz forward to your policy issuing authority so that something
        illegeal might not happen as matter is the honarable court and police station .
        The policy holder name should not change as the name on rc has been changed on 16-08-21 and accident has occured on 15/08/21 and a police case has been registered .
        Plz look into the matter as per law

          My car was picked-up by Jeewan Motors, Govindpura, Bhopal (M.P.) on 7th August 2021 for repairs due to accidental damage. The Insurance is by Maruti Brokerage Insurance under National Insurance.

          Following are the details of my Vehicle:

          Owner Name: Saurabh Kekre
          Vehicle No.: MH43 X 4190
          Mobile Number: [protected]

          Following are my concerns:

          1. Today is the 10th day with no conclusion of my insurance claim. The vehicle repairs have still not started. The excuse given is the decision pending at Insurance company's end. Should I take Insurance from Maruti ever in future?

          2. The damage to my Vehicle are very limited but as per Maruti dealer, its a major repair hence Insurance Company is taking time. One can easily make-out, it is a limited damage as the accident was not any major.

          3. The estimate is still floating and unsure. If the Vehicle is with your service center, why can't a certain estimate be made? 5-10% variance is well understood. The dealer is only threatening me that expenses on my part can go very high. If the vehicle is with you, why can't you make a certain estimate?

          4. I don't belong to the city (Bhopal) where the vehicle is submitted for repairs. How long can I wait here with no clear timelines. If it was my city, I could have waited patiently but I belong to Mumbai.

          5. The Team Involved at both from Dealer's and Maruti's end are extremely unprofessional and careless to help define clear timelines.

          6. When I am following up, the GM at Jeewan Motors is suggesting me to take the damaged Vehicle somewhere else if I can't wait. Does it take 10 days to start repairs? Is that Maruti's way of dealing with a Customer in trouble? It is obvious that there is a cost involved in moving a damaged vehicle hence the Customer is at dealer's mercy. You should not take undue advantage of the compelling situation.

          Please help to get an early resolution of my case. The overall experience at Jeewan Motors is reflecting extremely bad on Brand Maruti. I am your loyal Customer for last 11 years and all the Vehicles in my family are Maruti Vehicles. I have always serviced my vehicle at Maruti Authorized Service Centers and did Maruti Insurance. This is my only worst experience in last 11 years because of an unprofessional dealer Jeewan Motors and Maruti Team at Bhopal.

          The approach of the Teams involved so far is extreamly casual. The objective should not be to test a customer's patience but to extend a timely help.

          The test of real quality of services is when you need it the most. I am preserving this experience as reference for my future relationship with Maruti for my next vehicle and insurance purchase.

            Respected Sir/Madam,
            I Jitendra Singh is a newly member of Maruti form 02.08.2020. I want to take your kind attention on a fraud that, I am facing in name of your company.
            Sir/Madam, I Jitendra Singh get a call on 16.07.2021 from Maruti Insurance Broking (T R Sawhney) regarding Buying/Renewal of my Car (DL12CS7218 Baleno) Insurance Policy from Namely Kanchan. She told that as per the present scheme if I buy my Car Insurance from her on same date, she promise me to provide/give discount vouchers (03 Nos.) and gift like temple and perfume, But after buying the policy from her, the promise she made with me for providing discount Vouchers and gift, has not been received or sent by them as on date. On calling and asking about the promise or talking through whatsup chat she tell that she will sent the policy as well as the vouchers and gift through courier next day or through field executive by hand service at my mentioned address, But after a long period when, I didn’t get the courier, I call her again and again but she always replied that she will sent it “Tomorrow”. After get frustrated, I asked her why she don’t tell me the actual date see sent the courier and why is Ruin the company name by doing Fraud (Flash Promise). After that she tell that she have sent the mail to her senior/company for dispatching of policy as well as vouchers and gift. She also provides me the mail she sent (with me) and a Mobile No.(Namely Hema) who will look after the charge regarding the same. Talking with (Hema ji) on call she also gave the same wordings as earlier (Kanchan ji) says that “she will sent the policy as well as the vouchers and gift through courier next day or through field executive by hand service at my mentioned address “ On daily basis I am talking with her regarding the same ( Chat history with me) ... But she always said that " tomorrow" she will sent through courier or by hand. But as on date after nearly completed to one month of time, now I am decided to inform/aware you about the same frauds doing in name of your company so that you can be getting/showing interest on the matter, so that your customer did not get this types of problems and the Name of your respected company does not spoil.
            I shall be ever great full to you and your company for the kind co-operation in this regard, if it will be done.

                Maruti Insurance have not updated my renewed insurance policy in Parivahan / mVahan portal which is causing difficulty for online RTO transactions - when i raised a support ticket (MI[protected] to fix this, they simply closed this without fixing the issue

                I initially called up the support number and informed - they wanted proof that this is not updated and that too from mobile application. While most of the insurance providers would have taken the insurance number and checked themselves and would have updated but Maruti Insurance wants me to take proof in mobile application and send it - on top of it they just closed the ticket without fixing the issue

                    I have been insuring my Alto car MH03AZ4676 thru Fortpoint Mumbai. I have given my car to Maruti True value & booked new Wagon R. I have earned 65% NCB from my old car(s)-since 1984 when I have not claimed anything. But while buying the said new car, the sales executive at Autovista Baner Pune Maharashtra is at loss to understand on the modalities for giving me the benefit of 65% NCB. The certificate of insurance given by Iffco Tokio is already given to my present dealer Autovista Baner Pune Maharashtra

                    When contacted Iffco Tokio I was told that NCB certificate would be issued by Maruti Insurance Broking Pvt ltd as it's dealer policy. When I am buying my new car Maruti Suzuki's Autovista Baner Pune Maharashtra with the same company (Iffco Tokio), NCB should be seamlessly given while working out premium for new car.

                        Sir,
                        On 26th May, 2021 while I was driving with my wife to a city Ranebennur in Haveri district, Karnataka state. Before entering the city through underpass, a tractotr coming from opposite end dashed causing the right part thr bumper along with headlight. Driver of the tractor was a villager and took to his left to pass and past my vehicle and turned through his right and brushed the rear part of the car damaging the tail lamp and hind bumper.As in impact from front end the cracks have been generated on wind shield glass. The insurance company (icicilombard) is not ready to accept. Ready to approve partial ie only front portion and their plead is rear bumper and wind shield are pre dented.I being a retired Professor donot know how to fake the data.

                          Almost tried for more than half hour with hour executive, while my car was broke down in the middle of road at night & raining but no help found except time pass & just negligence.

                                From maruti insurance department requested me to avail their services bcoz of their brand and tie up with their franchise like ambal auto they are not explained in details of policy also issues (IDV) very low estimate when we ask them it is default system generated one thereafter customer will suffer.
                                For example my Swift Diesel 2009 model first owner market value Rs :275000/ but maruthi insurance IDV Rs:62500/ once we met accident go for claim that time Surveyor said you are in maruthi national insurance hub 60%idv can claim vehicle IDV also underestimated then I realized maruthi insurance people not clearly explained to me for their safety, business purposes they hided many points and forcibly taken policy through telemarketing.

                                  HI,
                                  I have Celerio vehicle KA51 MJ3273, have ICICI Lombard, last year due to covid1-9 lock down I am not able to renew my insurance within time period and hence not able to claim my 30% damage in my left side of vehicle, this month accident happened and damaged in same side near the areas, now Insurance totally declined .

                                  I am surprised to see this nature of Maruti Suzuki insurance department, due to covid-19 they should help more, instead they are luting people, I will definitely register complaint in grievance department of govt of India.

                                  I need a immediate help from Maruti Insurance if not then complaint

                                  Please find below remarks from Insurance team.

                                  "1) Below mention claim intimated with us on 28/06/2021 and accident date is 02/06/2021 and 26 days delay in intimation. 2) Survey done on 29/06/2021. 3)As per initial survey photos and Break-in photos we find same damages and there is no fresh damages, and also same damage condition. Because of Pre-exhausting damages we are not able to process the same damages and same thing informed to insured."

                                  First of thank you for taking this complaint, but also not happy that this complaint closed without a single word discussion with customer care .

                                  The reason has given below :-

                                  1. I think all of the people across India know about Covid-19 pandemic and state wise lockdown, curfew which is still there in Bangalore.

                                  2. Due to covid19 lockdown most of Maruti Service center has opened from 23rd June with 50% staff in Bangalore.

                                  3. Damage happened in same side that's why surveyor try to avoid this claim, now it seems,
                                  Example :- if your Left hand finger got broken in your hand you will not get medical insurance for your Left hand in future.

                                  I am totally disagree with the solution. I hope if this is a straight forward clear problem, if Maruti not able to support then definitely need to register in grievance department finally.

                                    My Access scooter was registered with a Maruti insurance policy. After last year's renewal of the insurance policy, I got to know that I am not eligible for the bumper-to-bumper plan (My scooter was eligible for the plan). I renewed the insurance plan through the direct link from Maruti Suzuki India. Please provide me the bumper-to-bumper plan in my third-year renewal of bike insurance.

                                      Good day,

                                      Please note i have made payment for insurance renewal for my vehicle on 21st may 2021, but still i haven't received my insurance copy yet and i didn't receive proper response from your team for 2weeks after payment, after plenty of follow-ups now she is saying some ### that she couldn't able to create insurance,
                                      Also note my previous insurance has been expired already on May 23, i don't understand what your team thinks about CUSTOMER patience, is that the right way to treat CUSTOMER, kindly advise if something happens who will take responsibility,
                                      Please take necessary action and solve the issue urgently and issue the insurance copy on priority, attached payment receipt

                                        Sir, I am Mr. Rajesh Kumar having a Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 VXI and registration number for the same is JK 08K 9198. My vehicle met with an accident on 01 MAY 21 and on 03 May 21 I taken my vehicle to Jamkadh Vehicledes and since then it is with them and even repair job for the same is not intiated so far. Everytime they are giving deaf ears to customers call which is a matter of grave concern. Please look into the matter.
