Sir/Mam,
Its been only 8 months since I purchased a Baleno car from varanasi and its tyre got swollen up, on visiting the nearby Apollo tyre retailer he is explaining that this defect is not under warranty policy and even the alignment rod of my steering is damaged. My car had hardly covered a total distance of around 3, 000 km and it is showing such issues. Kindly help me in this matter ASAP.

    Hi Team,

    My car is not yet one year old. I have platinum extended warranty. Since last few days i am getting battery issue and had to jump start my car twice in one week. Today also i faced the same issue and called maruti for assistance to get the battery replaced. The engineer came and after several requests denied to get my battery replaced. The engineer kept lying when i escalated telling that i kept my car lights on so the battery drained down. First of all, i park my car in shared parking in my apartment with 24*7 security service, where keeping the lights turned on without the security informing menis not at all possible. Still the engineer kept lying to his manager. If keeping the light on was the problem today then i would not have faced the same issue again and again. When asked to get the battery change he kept giving excise that he did not get any battery and will not replace since it is a new car. Irrespective of the damaged battery provided by maruti, he and his manager continuosly denied replacing the battery with the reason that my car is new just because he will have to give it to me for free and continuously kept lying infront of me. I have also asked him and his manager to take my battery get it replaced and give me a spare one now, that was also rejected I need the battery replaced with utmost urgency from maruti or else i may have to go legal on maruti for frauding customers by taking extra money also and not giving service. When i asked for the manager's and engineer's name they kept saying that they will not provide those information also. The below i could collect from their id cards. Replace the battery without any fake reason or else i shall go legal.

    Maruti sent service guy. Checked the cell liquid said all good and left. Though there is little leakage of power in the battery. I cannot expect more from maruti. I will always repent my decision.

      Mail dropped to Maruti and service center AM autombiles, Lawrance road, delhi

      Just to further update you on this that yesterday I received the vehicle no DL-8CH 9474 from AM automobiles without resolving the noise problem that was coming from wheel bearing and only solution they provide us to replace it.
      At the time of servicing when handed over the vehicle on 5th SEPT'21 there was not that much loud noise but after servicing the noise was not bearable and it looks like you are driving tractor or motorcycle.
      This is purely the fault of mechanic and due to casual approach, not resolve the sound problem. As per AM automobiles service executive Mr. Rathi and Mr Ravi they all are saying please replace the wheel bearing which costing around 9000/-, why would I change the bearing as initially there was not that much sound.
      Today, I got the wheel beering hub replaced ( for just 1050/- including labour & partf) from local mechanic, though he told me that someone has opened your beering as well and problem got resolved, looks like AM automobiles executives are not competent enough to provide the correct cost of any spare part.
      Kindly refer attached pics of new wheel beering & the old one.
      I therefore requested you to get my some amount refunded as it clearly the fault from from service center end my wheel beering got damaged and there was tremendous amount of noise coming from wheel beering after the servicing.

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased the subject vehicle Maruti Suzuki VDI model no. GJ06-PC6795 from KATARIA AUTOMOBILE, Maneja, Vadodara on 2nd AUGUST `2020.

          Since the begining itself I face a problem in gear which when engaged in REVERSE GEAR gives `THUD' sound which when complain to the service center was given a lame technical explanation and the problem still persist.

          Secondly many times I have to fill in the air in all the tubeless tyres fitted (Brand ECOPIA - EP150 of Bridgestone make) as it was getting depleted and now the extreme is one of the tyre have develop 05 Puncture at once with 03 of them on the side walls, HOW ? and WHY ? after running my vehicle for just 11, 800 kms. in the last 01 year.
          On complaining I was told it happens and you have to get the same repaired and am adviced and directed to tyre dealer who will review and try to sort out the complaint.

          Also the pick up is slow and even after getting Air / Oil filters changed during their mandatory free services.
          On talking to the dealer they say its perfectly okay.

          So request to look into the above and advice.

            I am aditya kumar from hajipur bihar have purchased BREZZA Petrol Top Mode car on 10th August 2021 from REESHAV Motors

            Reason to write this is to A BIG FRAUD HAS BEEN happened with us
            When we visited showroom firstly they made all false promises about dates and all. Then we spoke about LOAN.
            we were investigating loan from SBI directly and in mid of that the SALES PERSON from REESHAV MOTORS told us
            that we are also assisting LOAN at very low interest at 6.2 percent
            We trusted on him as he is MARUTI SUZUKI EMPLOYEE and initiated loan with help of him
            HIS NAME IS PANKAJ CHOURASIA Mobile Number [protected]
            This guy PANKAJ contacted a guy name ABHAY from INDSLAND BANK. he promised loan interest rate as 6.2 Percent
            and told that he will gave written documents in 2 days
            After that the MARUTI guy PANKAJ called other day and told us to do downpayment immediately of 4 lacs
            by telling that loan is approved. after that we went at MARUTI SHOWROOM at same day by arranging all downpayment amount
            NOW THE REAL GAME STARTED of MARUTI SHOWROOM.
            actually loan was not approved and interest rate was about 12 percent instead of 6.2 percent.
            they did not gave the document untill my car got delivered. finally when they gave us loan document it was 11.2 percent
            Now we are badly trapped.
            PS Since we are cheated BADLY i directly BLAME on MARUTI COMPANY. i will spread these message to every plateform.
            I assure you by these tricks maruti is LOOSING GROUND. and i swear i will never ever PURCHSASE MARUTI SUZUKI product anymore and these message i will convey to all my known person,

            Believe me i really cheated by 1 lac rupees by MARUTI SUZUKI company.
            I am attaching all the relevant documents for your reference.

              I have a Maruti Baleno which I have been using for two and half years. After one year the batteries stopped working and I was told the batteries need replacing. I was a bit surprised. Anyway I changed the batteries. After another year the same thing happened, This time I asked the workshop manager why this is happening every year. Usually key fob batteries last for 3-4 years. I was told Maruti car batteries last for one year. I am writing to ask you if this is true and what is special about the Maruti cars that the batteries last for one year. Anyway after the job was done I received an email from the workshop that said the parts and labour cost for the job is Re. 0.00. But to my utter surprise I received a bill when the car was delivered.

                I have my car bought in 2016 and my chasis number is listed in the Faulty Steering Column list, Varun motors promised me that they will replace it with free of cost and then made me to wait for more than 6months saying the part is not available and now they call me saying that only 60% can be claimed and the rest of it should be paid by me
                They are chaging words and why should customer pay for the fault steering part given by company. Please call me immediatly because my car is still with them in the service center

                  I love S Cross but the reasons for me to avoid buying S Cross is lack of ESP and TCS.

                  I am ready to compromise on 6 airbags, no rear AC vents and no rear Charging Ports, but not on lack of ESP and TCS.

                  Such a premium offering from Nexa without ESP and TCS.

                  No wonder S Cross is not selling much in spite of being such a good looking Cross Over.

                  If you can provide ESP, and TCS in Zeta AT and ESP, TCS, 6 airbags, rear AC vents and rear Charging Ports in Alpha AT S Cross will sell like hot cakes.

                      Sir I am having car Ertiga VDI 2017 model registration no is UP80EC0027 my car was accident in farukhabad district on 06 June 2021 where it was repaired at MY CAR authorised Maruti Suzuki service centre through Maruti Suzuki insurance iffco tokio. Where there was following works done 1- front frame suspension
                      2- RH ARM 3- and dent paint of right front side etc After two months approx I get my car but within a week a sound of TAK TAK from engine was started. I took my car to Agra prem motors it's also a Maruti authorised dealer but after service that sound was not gone. After 2-3 days that sound increased and than I get to know that the front frame suspension which was changed at MY CAR farukhabad Uttar Pradesh it was actually a defective one and the NUT of arm fixed place is free. So it is dangerous to drive my car. Sir right now I am in Lucknow and my car is not in the position to take it to the farukhabad. Please make it repairable at lucknow itself.

                          Your dealer and you sold me vitara brezza vxi vehicle with a owner /service manual with owner name over written with my name on some other name hidden with whitner giving a very bad experience of as if they sold me a second hand vehicle on the day of purchase. When I asked for alternative vehicle or refund of money they behaved like sale is over with out handovering and getting signed on delivery challan. They humiliated my family from 5 o clock to 9 o clock until we accepted vehicle. This is my third car, very bitter and horrible experience. Extended warranty letter they gave after collecting 14000 is not visible. Free accessories they assured were not given saying that out of stock

                              It is my great help if i can received the Duplicate Invoice from company or letter of certificate from company value of car in year 2009 because in 2024 it is completing 15 years and i want to transfer the same in my name in utter pradesh for safe driving .

                                My Husband car is under warranty and Maruti Suzuki is not able to repair it and now when we visit to service centre we have to face Harassment from managers sitting in Maruti Suzuki office, Dealer also makes fun o[censored]s, Never buy maruti suzuki car there officers misbehave with customers, waste of money waste of time, very bad infact worst experience of our life.

                                    I had submitted my car in maruti rana motors for the manufacturing defaults of tyres weared from back side, this was the second time i had done the complain last time maruti has replace the parts in warranty but this time when i raised for same issue they denies to resolve the issue through the way of warranty they just got me a offer for replacing a part through insurance claim & i get agree on that because of they denies for any other solution i am understandable that what will i do if the same problem occurs after my extended warranty over and i had submitted my car on 19/07/2021. But till the time i did not get any results or update regarding my car.
                                    The offer was provided by mr alok jain and mr gp singh.
                                    I am attaching that job sheet.

                                      As i have bought maruti suzuki swift vdi vehicle in year 2018 due to the employee fault they have put up vehicle in hypothecation as we have paid up full amount. Since then i have taking follow up from showroom employee to resolve the issue from then they have telling up the reasons it will going to clear up in this year and bla bla now i am mentally stressed up as i have lost my mother in this covid pandemic and then also the showroom employee is not helping me with the issue so i request consumer forum to raise up the complaint against the showroom and please help me with suitable solition thank you.

                                        My vechicle swiftzdi+ TS06EX9905 which has steering column issue .so the workshop which i have in my town they said that they will change the steering column under warranty but after that I'm getting same issue and my steering is little bit hard and my drive is uncomfortable and im not satisfied with their work so i want new steering column which should be changed in my presence
