Hii . I am anurag gupta from kapurthala punjab. I purchased maruti vitara breeza last year on 18 August 2020, license plate number - pb-09 AJ8721 from lovely auto sub branch kapurthala.
2 days ago on 31st October 2021 my car suddenly stopped working.. so I took my car to stan autos kapurthala Marwaha autos. They told me that engine is sealed. And they don't know about anything . Someone from compmay will come and analyize it. After 2 days some one from company came and he told me that they have to open the engine to know about problem.. I have purchased new car last year and it seems to have problm with the engine they keep on asking for more days to know about the problem and I m at no fault here. They are harassing me and doin nothing.. I m shattered that how my new car just suddenly stopped working. You guys are such a huge name and reputation.

    Sir,
    I purchase vehicle from indus motors commercial vehicle division muvattupuzha on[protected]. In rain time water leaked inside of the cabin. I already reported the issue in concerned office, but no response. I finally decided after two days no compensation received from your company. I will file a complaint in consumer court. And reported this issue in social media.

        We have claim insurance to service center in Patna Nexa Service (Reeshav Automobiles), Makdumpur, digha, Patna-800011. We visited today to service center to receive car and we find there are new scratches in the car that are not there when we given car to service center. So we ask to repair it, they told these were already there and said mad to us . So we why you were saying mad to us. They try to beat us with their colleague Abhishek. This is not enough when owner came and call police even not asked anything from us . He lock the gate and call police for lie blame of drinking alcohol. I feel that there one or two guys have already drunk. Finally police came and brought police station and tested for alcohol. As we were not drunk so we cleared the test, so police scolded owner Reeshav and ask why you sending to police station for lie blame if customer came for servicing a car. Finally we came home.
        This is very rude behaviour encountered in my whole life.
        If any customer take a car from Maruti then in reward of that they have to go police station.

            I would like to register the complaint on the Maruti service center
            for Overcharging for the services.

            The bill amount was 4901, but We were charged 5901 and the person who delivered the vehicle. He promised to refund the amount after returning to service centre, but in vain, we haven't neither received the refund nor updates on the Refund.
            Also the Air pressure on tyres wasn't checked and it was 15 psi when the vehicle was delivered.
            We have had consistent dissatisfaction from this service centre both the times the vehicle was serviced.
            Request you help us get the refund and do the need full. Appreciate your time and help

              During the accident, airbag of baleno car did not open... It is ridiculuous, that nexa car features works like that... If something happen with us then who is responsible...
              We are three members in car and on the highway, there is an accident of our car with truck in front of our car but airbag did not work during this accident...
              We dont know how it is safe...

                Am having a CELERIO VXI AMT; Registration no. RJ-14-EA 3189 ; chassis no. 157044; Engine no.1794549 purchased on 20.10.2014 from KP Automotives jaipur
                In my car there was a problem that when we use brake then there was a abnormal sound in front wheels. I visited SATNAM MOTOCORP PVT. LIMITED On 18.09.2021 to resolve the problem. At that time car milometer was showing 60958 Kms. The car was repaired and a sum of Rs. 5188 was charged from me (Rs. 1865 for parts+ 2388 as Labour along with GST). I observed that the problem was as it is I again visited on 19.09.2021 and made a complaint about the same problem then in a casual manner the brake pads were cleaned and it was told that now the problem has resolved. But it is sorry to say that problem is still as it was. I have used 750 Kms after the said repair. If such a pitty problem can not be repaired properly after charging a huge amount of Rs. 5188 then it is worthless. The said dealer is spoiling the great image and customer satisfaction level earned by MSIL.
                Pl take suitable action against the said dealer

                  True value is perfectly fake value, team completely cheating and selling demo cars and no check up you guys are doing

                  i owned a car from true value, told perfectly pakka car, single driven, managing director used car, Rc owner is Am motors managing director, no replacement in this car, time to time service, and all condition is good . no replacement (only co driver side headlight replaced, reason is projection lens issue )

                  i trusted, and purachesed, after my purachase i realised that is a demo car, many many of guys experienced this car, fully damaged car,

                  Replacement : main glass Replaced, bonner replaced, two head light replaced, bumber front and back replaced, roof repainted, radiator rad or stand replaced, engine room diver side rest founded .

                  this is you guys owned car, you the guys can only know what is the history of this car,

                  then you know what ? i purchased this car at the maximum price of ZDI plus 2018 model swift Rs: 7.25 lakh. in my delivery my gear is not working, then they took my car to service center, I think they used oil or lubricant to release that tight issue . ( 120 tested car )

                  after this issue i took this car to another showroom, checked this car they told me this car value is 5.5 to 5.8 is the maximum value . from i got this another true value show room .

                  you told true value checked all this 120 quality . what is the quality of you check it out in my car ?
                  this issues happens you guys owner car, then how can you tell trust cars from true value

                  i trusted that 120 quality, that's why I'm not asking history for this car before my delivery, i trusted true value cars, but you guys all are cheated me . no one is good in your company, all they know that all car is stupid cars and you all selling with the mask of true . name is meaning full but your performance and your cars are not .

                  "one of your company manager told, when i said I'm going to file a case against to you, lets see . then they simply smiles the told me 1200 Cr value is now our company we have 8 legal advocates, think it when you going to file . you just a normal person . "
                  yes, I'm a normal person, may be I can't do nothing,
                  so tell me where you get 1200 Cr ? that you guys get is from normal life persons, and middle class and lover class peoples, they are the customers,

                      I booked IGNIS ZETA AGS on 24.8.2021 from Indus Motors, Ksaragod district in Kerala state. I am a physically challenged person and wants to register the car under Adapted vehicle category. Even after the lapse of waiting period of 6-8 weeks, the dealer not delivered the car. They are now telling that it will take 45 more days to deliver the car. They informed me that due to some chipset problem the AGS car production is halted. I have alrady availed GST exemption certificate from Ministry of heavy industries, government of India. So please help me to deliver the car which I booked within a week. I already paid about Rs. 5 lakh to the dealer. Considering my condition for my free movement I badly in need of a car

                        21st October 2021 I given my new Swift for small paint work under insurance claim in nilamel indus service center in Trivandrum and they told that the work will be finished by 26th Oct 2021 by lucky when I passef through that service station I just seen my car in there delivery yard with left side two door was fully damged and the explanation which given by the manger is they just made the door bend to get claim as there were less works IS THIS IS THE WAY THEY ARE COLLECTING MONEY FROM MOST OF THE CARS WHICH WE GIVING FOR CLAIM AND WHO THE HELL ARE THEY TO MAKE SUCH DAMAGES TO MY CAR WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE if it's doesn't get claim first they have to inform me instead of making more damge it's not his/her family's money to make these ### damages to my car incase If they killed someone by accident who will be the responsible as the bend they are telling they made but it's still unbelievable take proper action against these crookers and get me the proper compensation and iam attaching the video and photographs records

                          Baleno Delta

                          I had purchased baleno delta at 19/06/2017. it's total running is 28000 km only. Steering of car is not proper working from one year. but i didn't know about them. when i went to service centre ramgarh today, He adviced me to change the steering. I have shocked. How it is possible, the steering of car is not proper working while it runs only 28000 km. and same problem i am facing from last one year. when i checked the review it has been foumd...

                          Sir my alto car front wheel are heating too much very badly, once while driving car tyre was busted, so i gone to sai sevice gadhinglaj maharashtra i told all my cars complain they told me to irder new aasembly set both right & left side, then i ordered after ordering 8/9 days mine order camed, sai service agent called me for repair, then they repair my car and both new assemply were put for front wheel, and after that they told me to take trail.i taken trail with their worker for 15 kilometer after that i came back to sai service gadhinglaj, then all o[censored]s seen that front both wheel were heated like fire work has done.nothing was changed after assembly changed, so i given their new aasembly back, but my problem was not solved, they told me that 100% problem will solve after changing assembly, but not changed any thing.i am not satisfied

                            Hi Team,

                            I had a very disappointing and cheating experience from brd card world muringoor.

                            When I thought of buying a compact suv, I decided to take test drive of vitara brezza. I had done the test drive of this car on September 24th, but I was not decided to buy it. On September 30th the customer executive Sudheesh came to me and told there are 2 cars which came before the price revision ( September 6th) and he offered me 10k discount on that model. Since I was not decided to buy this model I refused his offer.

                            Later on October, I done the booking with rupees 5000. I planned to buy this car on exchange of my santro xing model. Suddhesh gave the offer accessories list that includes 7 items and 6 paid accessories list. On October 18th, I blocked this car with the invoice amount of santro xing. Then on October 21st, I paid full amount.

                            I was asking the manufacturing month of this car, but executive didn't give any proper reply, when I checked with manager Jose, he told this is a fast moving model, so it would be October model and maximum 2 weeks old.

                            On October 22nd, executive proceesseed the insurance and done the payment of 27k. He came here to sign the form 20. I signed the form, and later when I asked he told this is July model car! what he Or his manager told before the booking was all lies. They told all these lies to get this booking. And now Sudheesh is telling if I need to get offer list accessories then I have to do one or two paid accessories. What the hell!

                            My family and friends were very excited about this car, but since this happened, all are disappointed. Sudheesh and Jose spoiled all the fun and happiness. Since the insurance and registration are done. I am now in a position to accept this 3 month old model. What the crap!

                            I am expecting a better response from your team.

                                  Last year I have purchased BALENO ZETA car from prahladnagar NEXA showroom Ahmedabad.

                                  Only in 3 months got AIR IN TYRE. Due to lockdown I have raised online complaint and visit KATARIA SHOWROOM but they are saying APOLLO team has rejected you claim saying that its not manufacturing defect.

                                  Do you really think that it is not the manufacturing defect ?

                                  I hope and wish I will get the solution ASAP.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have a BREEZA with no: HR98 4969. My car had gone for servicing to your center yesterday dated 20th October 2021. It was picked up at 12noon from N 45 South City1, Gurgaon. Driver Hira Lal had come for the pickup. I had asked him to inform me specifically that I need the car back at 5pm max. I had also confirmed this before sending the car that servicing would max need 3 to 4 hours but I was taking extra time in hand and had requested for the car to be sent by 5pm. When I had called Mr Ankur from Rohan Motors who was coordinating all this while with me regarding the service. I had a conversation with him at 1:30pm then at 2:11pm again at 5.06pm. At this time he said that it's taking a bit more time and the car will be at my place in half an hour. I had a meeting fixed at 6pm so I waited. I missed my meeting which was very crucial because of the false commitment of Mr Ankur. I called him again at 6:23pm and there was still no sign of my car. Finally at 7:09pm my car was sent to my place. I had lost my client because I couldn't go for the meeting because of the unprofessional approach of Ankur. He gave false commitment and did not imply it. I had asked the Driver Hira Lal when he had come to drop the car . Did he not say about the 5pm drop of the car? He said that he had categorically mentioned this to Mr Ankur who obviously doesn't value the time of his clients. I have the entire conversation with Mr Ankur recorded which i can share with you. This is such a horrible experience and I shall never ever recommend anyone to go to Rohan Motors in future because your employees don't value the time of their clients. I had booked another Breeza through Rohan Motors but because of this experience of mine with Rohan Motors i shall withdraw the booking and take the car from some other dealer. I had also tod Ankur that its only cause of his carelessness Rohan Motors has lost a loyal client of theirs.I had to report this incident hence writing to you. Hope you take some action and take out some time to train your employees to value the time of the clients.
