But four 4 days over no feedback will not receive from these department

    Dear Sir

    I, Darpan Ptel, your customer, am writing this mail with regards to need help for replacement of my original faulty tyre.
    I have purchased Dzire ZXI from Kataria AutoMobile Pvt. Ltd., Makarpura– Vadodara on 09/08/2021.

    In Only one month and 1280 km, I car tyre is damaged during the drive on Ahmedabad - Vadodara NH1.

    I had contact to my dealer Karatia Automobile, Makarapura-Vadodara. they directly told me that I need to contact apollo tyre dealer. we have not any guarantee for tyres.

    I also complained regarding this in Maruti customer care. after selling a car they even not care about their customer. Initially I got 15 day late PDI kit, after that only in one month my car tyre is damaged and also getting cheap product service experience from the company.

    Please help me for this.

      I am facing the same issue in my new 2020 Maruti Dzire. It is the top AMT model . The car was purchased in December 2020 and this is the first rain in the month of August 2021 but i had observed that if the rain water falls on the windscreen, the entire windscreen gets foggy. I have to run the wiper and the AC at full speed. Even after this, the windscreen has a sort of spots all over it. This almost reduces the visibility. I had cleaned the wipers and the windscreen with different shampoos, and other cleaning agents, but there is no improvement. Leave the Highway, as it becomes so difficult to drive the car even in the little drizzle in the city. In the parking slot i can clearly see that same amount of rain is pouring on so many different cars, but there is no fogging issue as it shown in my car. I feel so sorry and cheated that i trusted the big brand of Maruti!!!

          I Shahnaz Malik, I gave 8 years to Maruti, I am not leaving my job from Maruti due to illness, so why am I facing so many problems, I ask Maruti to answer things.My salary was not transferred even after I resigned by mail in August Rajesh & Anil Motor says they will not transfer me and will not give my salary.I worked continuously from 1st July to 29th July, got admitted on 31st, in the hospital I was having a few days off in the meantime, after that I joined the office again.In August, I took a leave of three-four days due to continuous illness, in the meantime I was admitted again, after being discharged from the hospital, I kept coming back to the office.There is neither AC in Rajesh and Anil Motor and there is no battery backup after the light goes off, due to the heat, my health used to get worse there.Due to respiratory problem, Seeing my health, due to which the doctor asked me for bed rest, due to which I had to resign from my job.The company tells me that I did not work in July and August, I request you to get the company's CCTV checked and ask for the record of my attendance.Today I ask for my PF from the company, then the company says you have no PF, Rajesh and Anil motor Maruti Suzuki's authorized service stations are not giving me PF, ESI and SALARY even after being private limited. Today I stood at zero in which today I need my PF money and salary. I am suffering from respiratory disease .In such a situation, it is absolutely not right for the company to treat me like this and harass me. Give me the answer of my salary and PF account and get my salary transferred, requesting you with folded hands🙏
          If I had the condition to come to the office to bring salary, then I would have brought it to the office till now, only after I made several calls, my owner & accountant did not pick up my phone.

            Dear team,

            I have purchased baleno car bearing registration no.UP 32 LB 2493 in October 2019 after that in one year my car front tyre got worst because of only Kirti kunj automobiles official situated at jaunpur uttar pradesh as from day one my car has been serviced at Kirti kunj and they have not taken care of alignment and balancing also there official charged me for alignment and balancing in every service period of my car due to their official I have faced financial loss of two tyre cost which I should not be faced .

            Again second issue is that during servicing of my car they have broken my AC FRONT VENT RIGHT SIDE.

            third issue is that now in my car, music system does not work but system is showing bluetooth is connected but music is not coming out from system.

            Now ball is in your court, make wise decision and take strict action so that customer will not suffer .

            Kindly intimate us for your action so that I will not go on another level of complaint escalation matrix.

                I purchase ertiga by magic auto dwarka sector 13 on 17.09.2021
                On 18.09.2021 tyre blast in running car next day i submitted tyre in mayapuri workshop by 19.09.2021
                After 3days i recieved rejection letter from maruti .
                I spent 12 lakh rupees on my new car but when i face problem maruti is worst in helping customer service
                I will share this experience to my all knowns about the worst service of maruti so that no one purchase the maruti product .
                Only tyre run is 200km and its blast.
                Kindly replace my tyre otherwise i will proceed to higher authorities .

                  I had booked a WagonR car with AadhiMaruti, Coimbatore on 23rd August 2021 by paying an initial amount of Rs.10, 000 and within a couple of days I paid the entire amount and sold my old car to them as I was promised a delivery within a week. Although the WagonR is ready, it cannot be registered as there is a discrepancy in the weight mentioned by Maruti (attaching the photos). I made the full payment by taking a loan for which I will have to pay interest, and the old car is also sold and taken by them. I now stand at a position where my money is gone, the old vehicle is gone and the new car cannot be delivered, all due to your negligence. I regret having invested in Maruti as there are better cars available at better prices and yet we went ahead, trusting your service. I am extremely disappointed by the negligence, as even if it gets signed by the RTO I will face an issue later when I decide to sell it.

                  I hope to hear from you soon with the right solution and action being taken.

                    Today, I have visited 3 of the Maruti Suzuki Dealers in Guwahati to enquire about the Maruti Suzuki SPRESSO VXI+ model. I want to purchase the vehicle for my personal use. They have given the estimate as follows:
                    1. Pallavi Motors, Guwahati-5: Rs. 534073.00
                    2. Poddar Car World, Khanapara, Guwahati-22: Rs. 533644.00
                    3. Bimal Auto Agency, Chandmari, Guwahati-3: Rs. 531648.00
                    The price includes (estimate attached):
                    1. Ex-showroom price
                    2. Insurance
                    3. RTO
                    4. HSRP
                    5. FASTAG
                    6. Auto Card
                    7. Teflon Coating
                    8. Underbody Paint
                    9. Dealer Processing Fees etc.
                    The dealerships said that they can not deliver the vehicle if I don't pay even for single item as mentioned above. As I understand, Sl. 1 to Sl. 5 are mandatory, but the dealers changing for Auto Card, Teflon Coating, Underbody Paint and Dealer Processing Fees are not understood. Therefore, I would like to request you to clarify the reasons for charging for above items. If charging for above items are not justified, than I request you to instruct the dealers not to charge for unnecessary items so that the consumer like us can also buy Maruti Suzuki vehicles in hassle free manner. This may be considered as CONSUMER ISSUE.

                      Hi I have taken Celerio car from JAYALAKSHMI maruthi Suzuki dealer in Guntur.
                      1. I could see max light focus is only 15 meters from car. I have most met accident twice due to not bad head lights. When I was purchasing a car, the sales person has not told all these defects. But I have told him clearly I need car for long drive and when I ask about celerio, he said it was excellent car but not told about head light focus is not good all also not explained all the features available in the car and he took from me 2000 rs from me to release the car out.

                            Its been only 8 months since I purchased a Baleno car from varanasi and its tyre got swollen up, on visiting the nearby Apollo tyre retailer he is explaining that this defect is not under warranty policy and even the alignment rod of my steering is damaged. My car had hardly covered a total distance of around 3, 000 km and it is showing such issues. Kindly help me in this matter ASAP.

                              Hi Team,

                              My car is not yet one year old. I have platinum extended warranty. Since last few days i am getting battery issue and had to jump start my car twice in one week. Today also i faced the same issue and called maruti for assistance to get the battery replaced. The engineer came and after several requests denied to get my battery replaced. The engineer kept lying when i escalated telling that i kept my car lights on so the battery drained down. First of all, i park my car in shared parking in my apartment with 24*7 security service, where keeping the lights turned on without the security informing menis not at all possible. Still the engineer kept lying to his manager. If keeping the light on was the problem today then i would not have faced the same issue again and again. When asked to get the battery change he kept giving excise that he did not get any battery and will not replace since it is a new car. Irrespective of the damaged battery provided by maruti, he and his manager continuosly denied replacing the battery with the reason that my car is new just because he will have to give it to me for free and continuously kept lying infront of me. I have also asked him and his manager to take my battery get it replaced and give me a spare one now, that was also rejected I need the battery replaced with utmost urgency from maruti or else i may have to go legal on maruti for frauding customers by taking extra money also and not giving service. When i asked for the manager's and engineer's name they kept saying that they will not provide those information also. The below i could collect from their id cards. Replace the battery without any fake reason or else i shall go legal.

                              Maruti sent service guy. Checked the cell liquid said all good and left. Though there is little leakage of power in the battery. I cannot expect more from maruti. I will always repent my decision.

                                Mail dropped to Maruti and service center AM autombiles, Lawrance road, delhi

                                Just to further update you on this that yesterday I received the vehicle no DL-8CH 9474 from AM automobiles without resolving the noise problem that was coming from wheel bearing and only solution they provide us to replace it.
                                At the time of servicing when handed over the vehicle on 5th SEPT'21 there was not that much loud noise but after servicing the noise was not bearable and it looks like you are driving tractor or motorcycle.
                                This is purely the fault of mechanic and due to casual approach, not resolve the sound problem. As per AM automobiles service executive Mr. Rathi and Mr Ravi they all are saying please replace the wheel bearing which costing around 9000/-, why would I change the bearing as initially there was not that much sound.
                                Today, I got the wheel beering hub replaced ( for just 1050/- including labour & partf) from local mechanic, though he told me that someone has opened your beering as well and problem got resolved, looks like AM automobiles executives are not competent enough to provide the correct cost of any spare part.
                                Kindly refer attached pics of new wheel beering & the old one.
                                I therefore requested you to get my some amount refunded as it clearly the fault from from service center end my wheel beering got damaged and there was tremendous amount of noise coming from wheel beering after the servicing.

                                Please sort out the issue especially the noise which is coming from my vehicle as it was not coming initially upto that level and please ensure your service center will never call me again for the due service.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have purchased the subject vehicle Maruti Suzuki VDI model no. GJ06-PC6795 from KATARIA AUTOMOBILE, Maneja, Vadodara on 2nd AUGUST `2020.

                                    Since the begining itself I face a problem in gear which when engaged in REVERSE GEAR gives `THUD' sound which when complain to the service center was given a lame technical explanation and the problem still persist.

                                    Secondly many times I have to fill in the air in all the tubeless tyres fitted (Brand ECOPIA - EP150 of Bridgestone make) as it was getting depleted and now the extreme is one of the tyre have develop 05 Puncture at once with 03 of them on the side walls, HOW ? and WHY ? after running my vehicle for just 11, 800 kms. in the last 01 year.
                                    On complaining I was told it happens and you have to get the same repaired and am adviced and directed to tyre dealer who will review and try to sort out the complaint.

                                    Also the pick up is slow and even after getting Air / Oil filters changed during their mandatory free services.
                                    On talking to the dealer they say its perfectly okay.

                                    So request to look into the above and advice.
