I bought a maruthi suzuki celerio vehicle from kottarakkara indus showroom.The steering wheel did not return when i bought it.The same was informed the sales man manytimes and he checked the same and assured there is no problem in the vehicle.But the issue persists.So please rectify this problem.

      Service date: 9-9-2021, Reg No : KA53MG1064

      We had an issue with the dashboard screen ( mike wasn’t working) so we gave the car for service .Than after service the complete dashboard screen was not working then we immediately informed the service center. They said that to bring the car back to solve the problem free of cost so we returned it . They removed the Dashboard screen and said that they will return in 4 or 5 days . Now they told us we can’t repair the dashboard screen and pay 12000 for replacement .What can we do Now? And What is your Response? We are very disappointed about the service.

Only running kilometer is 37500 .but steering is tight and noice our near maruthi service center adviser said steering column wants to change .aproximate 45000rs .last 30 year I am only using maruthi car.l trust very much maruthi.please do any thing from your help.           Due to rain, I switched my ac to defogger mode, tried with cooling mode and heating mode as well, but it doesn't clean the fog from the windshield and impossible to drive. This is manufacturing defect, not expected from the Maruti.

            I am an avid maruti cars lover & I have had most of the maruti cars from 800 to Ertiga. Recently I bought XL6 in replacement for Ertiga. XL6 as a whole is a very good family MUV & it's comfortable for 6 people even in long journeys. My only grievance is the headlight, it is very useless while driving during foggy & rainy nights, you cannot see anything & I felt it very unsafe to drive with these headlights during rain & fog especially.during night on highways. I am sure your engineers might have checked everything before launching the car but even then my humble request you to drive it during night on a rainy day & during heavy fog so that you can appreciate the problem thoroughly. Pl change these headlights with the better ones atleast in future cars & also give a solution to upgrade these worst headlights.

              Dear Maruti team,

              With a very heavy heart and lot of disappointment I regret to inform that the car that I had purchased on the seventh of this month Maruti Ertiga tour CNG, Which went to Mussoorie yesterday and the clutch got free, I had to get the vehicle towed to the Maruti Rohan Motors service centre last evening, firstly the security refused to accept the vehicle and expected me to stay with the vehicle till morning. I reached hone at midnight. Most importantly now the service team is telling us that we are at fault where as the part in the car was weak and could not support a simple drive to Mussoorie.
              I wish Maruti understands my concern and provide me with a decent solution.

                    कार सर्विस के लिये दिया गया था, लेकिन कार का सेंटर लोक खराब कर दिया अब वापस ठीक करने के लिये मुझे पांच बार बुलाकर वापस भेज दिया कभी वर्कर नही, कभी वर्कर फ्री न होना बताया गया मुझे 4 महिने से यह समस्या आ रही है हर बार मुझे 40 किलोमीटर आना जाना करना पड्ता है मुझे पेट्रोल का व समय का खर्च करना पड्ता है I मुझे उचित न्याय दिलावे I

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had purchased new Maruti Dzire from the Adharsha karimnagar dealer in December 2018 and within a span of 3 years steering column has jammed. it makes noise while turning the wheel right or left. The service center has raised the complaint to Maruti company and they said that they have not yet received any response from company and they said that the chasis is not in defect car list, It cost 40000 for replacing a steering.

                      However it is strange for me that how can a column get jammed with such initial running. Is there a fault in the steering parts provided by Maruti in those lots.

                      I have started losing my confidence in Maruti cars now.

                          Dzire Steering Column

                          Dear Sir,
                          I had purchased new Maruti Dzire from the Shah and Sanghi dealer in June 2018 and within a span of 3 years with 22260kms running the steering column has jammed. it makes noise while turning the wheel right or left. The service center has raised the complaint to Maruti company and this would take around 15-20days to get the part. I don't know whether it will be covered under warranty.

                          However it is strange...

                            I booked Maruti Swift vxi on 02 Feb 21 at agency house A&N islands, and still I didn't get the car, when I booked than they promised me car will come in 45-60days of time.
                            Now almost 08 months passed.
                            Pls do the needful.

                              Even from minor Collison only, the paint of the body gets peeled off.
                              This is such a very bad experience with maruti suzuki that the body paint quality is so bad that you can't believe that when it touches from anything, firstly the paint got extracted from the body .
                              Please 🙏 do some favour and I also am having life example with me that I cannot believe as well that small touch only the paint got out...seriously very bad quality to be used by Maruti suzuki

                                  Greetings from Rajmohan Dhandapani to all of you at Maruthi NEXA!!!

                                  At the outset, I wish to congratulate the articulated efforts taken by Maruthi Suzuki in manufacturing people-friendly and pocket-friendly cars for INDIA and the world. Around six months ago had bought my first car " MARUTHI XL6" much to the liking of my son and family and the car has clocked around 4k odd kilometers.

                                  We had planned to visit our home town and prior to our travel had given the vehicle for thorough inspection and service to your Nexa dealer (Udupi-Service Centre).

                                  On 3rd October 2021, my family and I were returning back to Manipal from my hometown Trichy, Tamil Nadu and as we had approached near Agumbe at around 10 PM, we heard a loud burst from the left front of our car, and luckily I was driving at a 40-kilometer speed so I managed to stop the car safely and my family was saved from a major accident/catastrophe. When I got the tire replaced by the spare wheel, was able to notice that the tyre sidewall had burst. We have spent so much money on a car of good repute, why is the quality of tyres at stake?

                                  Also when we try to change the Stepney tyre, the Jack was also broken. It was really tough to handle those situations, especially on the dark night @ 10 pm.

                                  Kindly look into this very seriously, and take care of the safety of your customers’ life and of course Our big trust in your brand.

                                  Thank you for the Bridgestone report., as I anticipated, They washed their hands off the issue by citing numerous reasons. However, you must understand that we purchased the car on the trust of the Maruti Nexa brand, not on the strength of Bridgestone tyres. In fact, when I purchased the car, I specifically requested Apollo or MRF tyres from your salesperson. However, because it is a company fixture, they denied it. Then there was no choice but to buy the XL6 but since I liked that so much.

                                  Now since my car tyre had blown up just after 4100 kilometres, will you, as a customer, accept Bridgestone's negligent reply? But it's immoral to me. Brand-Maruti Nexa's customer support should not be like this.

                                  I request that Maruti Nexa investigate this thoroughly and respond positively to this matter. I've attached a few screenshots from the XL 6 owners forum on Facebook, which highlight many of the owners' complaints about the terrible tyres. I'd appreciate MARUTI NEXA to replace all of my car tyres at no cost with MRF or APOLLO. Because the safety of my family's ride is in jeopardy due to these low-quality tyres. Due to the busted tyre, we already had experienced a dangerous night in the jungle.

                                  I would appreciate it if you could organize to get the tyre changed from your side and also inspect the car for any other damages due to this incident.

                                  As a possible consequence, I politely request that you perform the needed as soon as possible. Look forward to hearing from you at the immediate earliest to resolve this issue amicably.

                                      Mujh par dabav dala ja raha he ki aap gadi ko accessories ke sath le mene kaha ki order book par mene yah likhwa diya tha ki me gadi ko bina accessories ke lunga to bhi khaded motor ke dwara yah kha ja raha he ki hum gadi bina accessories ke nahi denge.
                                      Isliye mujhe accessories jo 91040 ki he wo Lene par hi gadi dene ka mujh par pressor dala ja raha he aur mujhe mansik rup se paresan bhi Khated motocorp dwara kiya ja raha he.
                                      Isliye mujhe gadi ko order book ke anusar bina accessories ko lene ke liye me agree hu aur mujhe aapke dwara gadi di jaye nahi to me aapki company Maruti Suzuki ke khilaf Consumer Foram me aur contract ko todne ke liye aap par me Court me karwahi krunga.
