I had a very disappointing and cheating experience from brd card world muringoor.
When I thought of buying a compact suv, I decided to take test drive of vitara brezza. I had done the test drive of this car on September 24th, but I was not decided to buy it. On September 30th the customer executive Sudheesh came to me and told there are 2 cars which came before the price revision ( September 6th) and he offered me 10k discount on that model. Since I was not decided to buy this model I refused his offer.
Later on October, I done the booking with rupees 5000. I planned to buy this car on exchange of my santro xing model. Suddhesh gave the offer accessories list that includes 7 items and 6 paid accessories list. On October 18th, I blocked this car with the invoice amount of santro xing. Then on October 21st, I paid full amount.
I was asking the manufacturing month of this car, but executive didn't give any proper reply, when I checked with manager Jose, he told this is a fast moving model, so it would be October model and maximum 2 weeks old.
On October 22nd, executive proceesseed the insurance and done the payment of 27k. He came here to sign the form 20. I signed the form, and later when I asked he told this is July model car! what he Or his manager told before the booking was all lies. They told all these lies to get this booking. And now Sudheesh is telling if I need to get offer list accessories then I have to do one or two paid accessories. What the hell!
My family and friends were very excited about this car, but since this happened, all are disappointed. Sudheesh and Jose spoiled all the fun and happiness. Since the insurance and registration are done. I am now in a position to accept this 3 month old model. What the crap!
