All Maruti Suzuki dealers in kerala are charging an extra amount as Handling charges they incur during the Pre delivery.Handling charges includes Driver expenses,Petrol expenses, Transportation charges,Transit risk coverage and other incidental expenses.

I think this item is already in the actual vehicle cost. Cannot understand why the dealers are penalizing the consumers by charging this as an extra amount above the MRP?...

You made one of the worst Scooters and hopeless service center. At my first service I face bad experience of Petrol theft near about 2 to3 Ltr and same I experience at second service also. I have booked for swift Dezire vdi, midnight black colour, with Indus Motor co pvt Ltd,Opp.Cochin Shipyard,Perumanur.P.O.,Cochin-15 on 12/01/2011 by paying Rs.50,000/cash. they have committed to deliver the vehicle within 6.5 months vide their letter dated 14/01/2011. I find Maruti is not caring much for customer now. I bought a CNG wagon R in June 2011. The nozzle is non std size. Some CNG pumps do not have the fitting nozzle. maruti has not responded at all despite my several reminders, to provide at least some adapter to suit the std size. No response from Maruti.

Besides the nozzle is in rear portion, whereas most of CNG kits have nozzle in front in bonnet. The CNG pumps are installed...

RJ 05 CA 3758 after taking all paid service charges on 20000 K.M. service they had charged Rs. 630 a lumpsum amount and 560 Rs. for other checkup.
