Sir,
This is in regards the deliberate delay in delivery of car Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire VXI booked by me at Audi Motors Ltd, Bikaner ( email id : audi.bkn.[protected]@marutidealers.com) on 16 Feb 2012 ( Booking Receipt no- AML/08366). At the time of booking i was assured of the delivery of car by 15 mar 2012 but even after several visits in the showroom and making several calls to the dealer, the car is still not delivered. On 14 mar 2012 , when i gave a call to the dealer, they said that the car is ready for dispatch at the Maruti Suzuki Udyog at Gurgaon but is not being dispatched as the Udyog is waiting for the new budget to be effective and deliver the vehicle at the the new price which would definitely be more than the current price. This is a cheating to the customer as all my efforts to buy the car at pre-budget rates have gone in vain. I would therefore like to know from the Udyog as to why is there a deleberate delay in delivery of the vehicle and also the explanation to the cheating.

    This is my second complaint regarding the delivery of my SWIFT ZDI (white). The KTL PVT. LT. LUCKNOW just called me and promised to get car latest by 7th of march but till now i have not got any delivery or information from their side. Instead of doing so complaints company making fake promises and commitments.

    Car Booked in the name of R.P. SINGH ON 6th August 2011 and its been over 7 months and they are not bothered to do anything regarding delivery of my swift zdi.

      Dear Sir,
      I had booked Maruti Suzuki - SWIFT on 26/6/2011 for Rs. 1000/- (refundable - evidence available). But due to failure of "ONTIME DELIVERY" I had requested for refund. And for this I had visited City Cars, Satna (Waidhan Branch) and had telephonic discussions quite a no. of times. But till date I have not received my refund amount. Its almost nine months over.

        Original registration form, insurance, ICICI bank NO objection certificate, Insurance policy, for car No HR 26 J 5402 were handed over to the Receptionist of Maruti Suzuki dealer APRA AUTO- JMD Regent Plaza, MG Road, Gurgaon (Haryana) 121001 on 25 February 2012. The office has now lost the original documents and passing on the buck to the staff members.

        The customer is under harresment and threat loosing all original documents which will put the ownership of car at stake. Inspite og meeting various officials no progress is made

          I Have purchased my MARUTI A STAR FROM NAVNEET MOTORS Thane A Year Ago

          This is regarding poor service by the service center of "WONDER-CARS" in Pune @ Pimpri workshop. Yesterday I put my car for Paid service. But the approach of the service center people is really pathetic, they have least bother about the problems I want to share with them regarding my car. Seats & backside of the car was dirtier than earlier. Polishing is not done properly it seems they are in a hurry to get the things done quickly. I am really annoyed with the service of this particular service center " WONDER CARS " in Pimpri. My car number is MH-14 BK 3470(Swift-LDI).
          Main problem was mine cars RHS type was completely eroded & this problem i was addressing to the service center people from 8000 Km but none of them took me seriously & also my 5th was nerve ever taken out of the boot(dikki) even when i always told them to rotate the tiers, now when i have driven 25K i have completely damaged 2 tiers due to wrong things done by WONDER CARS service center then 2nd type was placed on 18K n with 7K kms of running that Tyre is also eroded.
          When complained the same to the service station people & had word with the manager named: Dayanand Chavan he to my surprise started shouting at me & was really about to pounce & fight, at that time i really was wondering that was this a MARUTI SUZUKI service & am i there customer?
          I need to compensation for my 2 tiers & an action against Mr. Dayanand Chavan for his misbehavior.

          Dear Sir,
          I had availed the services of Jamkash Vehicleades, Hyderpora Srinagar, Jammu And Kashmir for fixing the dented bonnet of my car.I asked them to replace the same and also made an Insurance claim.But to my surprise, they carried out the process of removing the dent without replacing it.Moreover, the said bonnet has been damaged with groove marks at two places and it reflects some noise when my car is in neutral gear.This all was done against what I was assured by their employees.
          I am therefore registering a complaint so that customers don't suffer in future.

            Dear sir,

            Last year in september I booked swift zdi car from Local Dealer Gulzar Motors . They booked my car with the booking amount of rs 10,000/- with waiting of 5 months wriiten on booking slip. Which means delivery of car will be in february. Now when I contacted the dealer they said that they will deliver the car in july . But when we talk about early/fast delivery they demanded rs 40000/- as black money .

              dear sir
              i would like to register a complain against the dealer of maruti suzuki m/s madhusudan motors agra
              i booked a car swift vdi with madhusudan motors agra on 25 september with rupees 10000 reciept no 3249 allotment no[protected]
              i was promised to diliver the vehicle in 2 3 months when we contacted the dealer in december we were told that we will recieve the vehicle in january
              as the new model 2012 we were later told that it would be dileverd in february as we wanted red colour we asked the manager about the car he asked us to deposit some extra money and promise to diliver the car in the month of february so we ve deposited the extra rs 160000 now in february last mr naveen manager madhusudan motors and mr dev kumar mathur,mr neeraj sharma asked me to pay the final amount before the billing so i paid rs 500000 in total rs 670000 before the billing and now as february is gone i have not recieved my car and manager and sales representative of madhusudan motors are not co-oprating they say that they do not have red colour available and i can take my money back if i want
              please see that it is harrasment on their part we have already paid the full amount and still no car i do not want my money back pls help me get the dilevery of the car

                i have booked new swift ZDI (white colour ) in the name of my father Mr, R P Singh from KTL Pvt Ltd , LUCKNOW in the month of august 2011 and i have been given commitment to deliver within 3 months but till i have not got any information and exact date of my delivery and there excuses are not rational.

BUT The owner of LAKULISH SUZUKI,LAKULISH MOTOR PVT.LTD GODHRA does not give me Warranty and Company Free Service Book. He said Stated Book is not given to you Because you have to must come to Service at my Workshop.
                  Sir,you know that It is right of owner is her wheecal do free service at any service station of Company
                  Please talk with him and say that the Stated book relay to me. Otherwise i wii go to Consumer court Againest above authorized dealer and Manufacture Company.

                    Dear Mr. Mohit.

                    Thanks for your comfort after yesterdays evening sad episode for whole day, I regret that despite my effort I was not able to move the gigantic structure of your esteem organization, Maruti. However, I take this opportunity to brief you on the subject, though I have already explained the whole thing on phone.

                    I bought the first Maruti 800, Vehicle no: CHM 5521 in Feb. 1986 and is still with me. The second car was Esteem, Vehicle no: CHM-9889 in 1989, then having developed some trust in MARUTI, I bought Swift, veh. no: CH04F-6741 and all these vehicles were being serviced from Maruti dealerships till date. The last experience has been of complete frustration as despite my insistence of changing the Cyclender Head gasket, all your dealership experts have taken a very casual approach and put us in deep trouble.
                    The vehicle history is under:
                    After it was noticed that there are fumes coming from bonnet and the vehicle is heating up, the vehicle was taken to M/S Rohan Motors, Mathura road on 11/2/2012 vide there Job Card no: JC[protected] at KM: 98306 and Mr. Mohd. Anis Siddique attended the vehicle and changed the diesel pipe of injector. I insisted that vehicle should be kept running for at least half hour to detect if there is any reason of heating., like leakage from any hose due to temperature rising, especially coolant. Please check the history at your end and confirm, They put the coolant in the car and delivered the vehicle after 5 hours and assured there is absolutely no problem now.The vehicle was running in Delhi and it was noticed that some fumes are coming from bonnet, which they described as normal. as temperature was not rising so it was presumed to be OK. Since there were long weekend holidays,my son traveled to Chandigarh on Friday.the 18/2/12 at night. The vehicle was not driven much in Chandigarh and it was washed etc.

                    On Tuesday, they started from Chandigarh at 6.30 AM towards Delhi and stopped at Karnal for breakfast at 8.30. After breakfast they started again for their onward journey and found that the temperature is rising but has not gone to danger level, and it was taken to Karnal Motors at 9.30 AM vide job card no: JC11015710 dated 21/2/12, The Vehicle was thoroughly checked and done some repair and cleared the vehicle after Cash Memo no: BC[protected], despite our request to check for any malfunction of the vehicle. However after their assurance the onward journey was undertaken. However, after 10 minutes the vehicle again started heating and vehicle was stopped and toe was arranged by us and the vehicle was toed to your dealership, M/S Harison Automobiles. There I personally checked that there was oil in the coolant and insisted though verbally to check the Head Gasket and replace the head gasket after phasing etc. I was aware that to do this job, the vehicle can not be delivered at least for another day. So I personally requested you , Mr.N.D Madan of karnal Dealer, and Panipat dealer to arrange the service vehicle. All advised that they have already talked to your head-office and something will be arranged shortly. By this time it was already 4.00 PM and we were told that the service vehicle cannot be arranged as vehicle has already covered more than 98,000 KM and is not within the policy of the company. However, the Panipat dealer meanwhile advised that there is no need to change the Head Gasket as there is no drop in compression and they have checked with the ENGINE-SCAN and they are sure about it. We insisted on doing the test drive on Hi-way for at-least 15-20KM. While doing the test drive along with the service adviser, the vehicle got over heated and engine got seized. After the vehicle reached the dealership, the works manager did not allow the vehicle to be taken into workshop, without we give written consent for repair of vehicle with the estimate of Rs.,1.00 lacs.

                    Now the conclusion is as under:

                    1.The vehicle was not inspected properly despite our insistence at M/S Rohan Motors, Mathura Road on 11/2/12 and cleared after taking their charges. In case it was properly attended this problem would not have occurred.

                    2. When vehicle reported in Karnal dealership at 9.30 AM, for complaint, and if it would have been attended properly, the overheating would not have taken place.

                    3. The Panipat dealer should have accepted our diagnosis and done as was being advised and not insisted and misguided that they have checked the vehicle by SCANNING the vehicle and cleared the vehicle. I personally asked you at 4.00 PM, that is it possible for the HI-Scan to identify the condition of Cyclender Head Gasket without opening the head. You too said that if the compression is not dropping then gasket is OK.

                    It is amply clear to us that the fault clearly and squarely lie with you (Maruti) for dealing with the problem very shoddily and therefore the responsibility of getting the vehicle back on road worthy condition lies with MARUTI.

                    I would like your response on the issue with a request to give us the vehicle at the earliest i.e. within 2/3 days.

                    The photograph of vehicle on test drive by Panipat Dealer is attached. We also have video recording of the whole episode. If you desire we can send that too for your perusal please.

                      I purchased a car of Maruti Suzuki from its dealer Reliable Industries (Dhanbad) in September 2009. The model of my car is Wagon R VXI (Yellow Eye). The sub-mirror of right side (driver's side) got broken last year. I contacted at Maruti Suzuki's dealer in Dhanbad for purchase and fitting of new mirror whose cost might be below Rs:200/-. But they told me that it does come and you have to purchase with full fitting whose cost is about Rs:4000/- which is too high compared to mere mirror. I will be very thankful if the INDIA CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM take up this matter profoundly and saves me from being harassed. I request the INDIA CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM to make the contact with the company to communicate my problem and resolve as soon as possible.

                          Respected sir I bought one Maruti 800 A/C (Reg No.KL 7 AR 4940) from AVG True value showroom in KOTTAYAM of 128000(model 2004).The service providers offered me ONE YEAR service warranty on this vehicle before I am buying this vehicle.But after I get the service book,they wrote only 6 service warranty only.And the vehicle also not good from their I got.Because so many complaints I reported and i felt in my vehicle after I got the vehicle FROM AVG TRUE VALUE KOTTAYAM.So the next time do not cheat other one,

                            in this vehicle I found noise in gear box and other problems . dealer not listen me not check my car only told this is Maruti manufacturin fault.

                              I seen new swift dezie yesterday , it is hopeless
                              Its cmpact version will be totally fail, only because redusing cost, customer will not accept short version, i feel very conjusted on back seat, interior is preatee good but it is useless while lenght is short, instead of making such changes in new version it was necessary to five all this feature in old version with incresae of 40 to 50 K price high , customers would have been accepted it very hapilly, but by this new version of dezire i am very disappointed and just waiting for ERTIGA, please take note , new version of dezire 2012 will be flop.                                 I own a New WagonR (2010 make), purchased through Sai Service Station, Ernakulam on 20/10/2010. The Vehicle is serviced at AGT Motors, authorised workshop at Pathanamthitta. On the 3rd free Service, I lodged a complaint at the Service Station regarding a humming noise in the Engine part which was identified as "Faulty Alternator" that has to be replaced at the cost of the Company. They directed me to approach Popular Motors, the Authorised Dealer of Maruti at Pathanamthitta. After examination, they also recommended the replacement of the Alternator and placed an Order to the Company on 3/12/2011. Even though a span of two months has elapsed, the Alternator has not yet been replaced.
                                The running of the vehicle is at risk.
                                Steps may be taken for the early replacement of the "Faulty Alternator" before the engine comes to a Break-down.

                                  I would like to request you that, i have purchased a Suzuki Access 125 from BITTOO BIKEWALA PVT.LTD. On date (9/6/2011) (Engine no: - F[protected]. But the first week it self the vehicle had few complaints like Missing, break is losing problem, on running condition vehicle is going an off mode in the middle of the road. The same complaints i mentioned in the BITTOO work shop many times to the manager in Okhla work shop. My 4 th service also done on 22/1/2012. But still they are not able to solve the problem. So please help me in this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    With reference that, for booking of this suzuki access 125 on showroom price I too much contact to company's officer Mr. Sakul sir, because Gandhidham Local dealer not accepting my booking on showroom price. Then after toomuch try & return call from Mr. Sakul Sir to Gandhidham Dealer, he has booked my suzuki access 125 Silver colour on showroom price as on 09.08.2011 vide receipt no.1835. Arounding before 25 days dealer has called me & say me that, Sir, presently black colour access is ready if you are interested so we give you, I say no i want my booked silver colour, thereafter again 2nd day he called me that, sir, grey colour is ready if r u interested to get delivery, I say no I want silver colour. Then after on 3rd day he again call me & saying that, sir come to showroom your silver colour access is ready, so kindly come to showroom & made remaining bill payment amount. When I personally meet at showroom & I show money receipt to the manager & concern person, after discussion with manager for remaining balance payment amt. of access 125, he saying that, i give you deliver of this vehicle on road price not on show room price. If you want on showroom price so talk with owner of showroom personally.

                                      I am Devendra Rakhunde, residing in Pune, have few complaints on the management and service given by Suzuki service station. I have done my servicing and road test to catch up the average value given by the company that is around 45 to 50. But i am getting an average of 25 to 30 km/lt.
                                      I had issued regarding this issue to the service station but I didn't get any response from their side.
                                      I have completed many servicing, tests have been done like road test, fuel test but still after these many options I am not getting the desired effect.

                                        I've booked a maruti suzuki swift on 2nd of sept 2011, n the dealer commited me in written that he will deliver the car in a tentetive period of 4 months. And the date given by him was 2nd of january. In that time cost of the car hiked by 13000 rs and that we considered coz it was in the time period commited by the dealer. But now the condition is that he has not delivered the car yet on today's date and now the dealer has told me that there has been another hike in the cost of the car by 20000 rs effective from 16th of january that is after the commited date of delivery by the dealer. Now my question is when the delivery of the car is delayed by the dealer why should i suffer the price hike of the car after the commited date by the dealer. who is responsible for it Me or the Dealer. All the reasons given by the dealer regarding the delivery is that they are going through production problems.

                                        my booking of maruti swift vdi on 29 nov 2010at YASH CARS ,BEED .at the time of booking dealer promice to give me car upto march 2011.so i paid 360000 ru at 2march 2011 but till now dealer is not agree to give car or tentive date of dilevary.i am so distrube pi. give me gareeny of car or my paid money

                                        Me too have the same problem. I booked Swift VDI on 15-Aug-2011, till yet no happy news from the dealer.
                                        Moreover Maruti is increasing the prices. Very bad experience.
