I bought maruti swift diesel in 2008. I took three years extended warranty. My car had a steering problem. It was quite hard to drive the car. I told the batra automobiles dealer from whom the car was periodically and regularly serviced at 21000 kms and he told me that its your misconception and the steering of diesel car is hard.

I was proud owner of Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire VXI purchased on 7Th March2011 ( PB65N-1294 Chassis No.340260 Engine No. 1093874) until I was hit by a speedy vehicle from back side causing bumper and luggage compartment damaged.

We have recently bought a Suzuki Access 125 from the delaer at borivali. Post 10 days it got defects in coil, battery and lights. We have given back the same to the dealear to get it replaced. Now it has passed 10 days and still no solution to it. They are saying that there is no stock availablity of parts.

I was a complaint with my scooter that was before 2-3 months i went to the service Suzuki service center and back to my home now also i am facing the same problem.Before 2 weeks my brake jammed and i call that fellow in service center and a person came but he is doing the pvt work not related with Suzuki ...he didn't gave me the cash slip and demand me for money.......now i am thinking i am just trapped with this vehicle........so pls...

Here I want to inform you that,when i had taken my car to maruti suzuki service center ,at Prem Motors 20/9/2011 (sudarshanpura ind.area,jaipur),basically the fault was of poor milage & poor pick up according to me,
But They told me that the problem was occuring in the clutch boxes car . they provide me an estimate of rs.1700/- for solving the complain & service too, i had make it clear...

Hi i purchase Maruti SX4 diesel model from Khothari wheels , i dashed my car so i claimed insurance for it so my car was in Khothari wheels service station , when they returned back my car there was no diesel in it i got stuck in middle of highway near khardi bypass. so i compliant about this to maruti service station but they replied me that they can't help in this , so i feel purchasing car from Khotari wheel is my biggest mistake...

Ur maruthi Suzuki service verey poor in Trivandrum...

All Maruti Suzuki dealers in kerala are charging an extra amount as Handling charges they incur during the Pre delivery.Handling charges includes Driver expenses,Petrol expenses, Transportation charges,Transit risk coverage and other incidental expenses.

I think this item is already in the actual vehicle cost. Cannot understand why the dealers are penalizing the consumers by charging this as an extra amount above the MRP?...
