Also, i noticed such similar case they were changing there mobile number after few bank transactions(money) done from unknown poor peoples. I am requesting our Delhi or Indian police to take this as issue and find the culprits who are earning money in this company name. I attached the mail i received. I have recently purchased WAGON R VXI from Automotive Mfg., Dombivli with an Exchange of my Santro car.

This was my first time to go with Maruti car, as I was using Hyundia' model for last 8 years and was very Happy with it and its services.

But to my surprise, on the same day of my Delivery, there was some noise in the Silencer. I have to take to the Service center on the next day, they did tried to do some R&D but of no use.

A day after my Brother-in-Law Mr. Nikhil Pawar, who is also marked in the Cc and who work in the automotive field for last 14 years, personally took the Wagon R to the service center. The representative of the Service center, did tried changing few parts, replaced with the new one, but still no success.

I would presonally like your kind attention in these matter, as I am in the impression, that since I have been handed some inferior quality of Wagon R car as a part of Exchange of my Santro,. The reason is pretty simple, new car does not have to be having so much of issue.
If the service center is not able to resolve the issue, request to replace my car with another new model of Wagon R VXI.

My wife purchased a car SWIFT VXi in JUN 2005. This was from the first lot of Swift Cars,after launching,recd at Aurangabad,Maharashtra.
Chasis No.104564.Total run of this car so far is 92623 KM.In such a short run Engine has failed and we have spent approx 36K for complete overhaul of Engine.After purchase of car each and every servicing and repair is carried out at Maruti's authorised Service center, Automotive Manufacturers Pvt Ltd.,AURANGABAD-431006.
In a petrol vehicle I have never heard of Engine overhaul at such a SHORT RUN.
This should be a world record of poorest Engine life in Suzuki's History.
If somebody is aware of still lower life,please share with me.
I feel that when Swift was launched in India,Second quality engines must have been pushed to India,by Suzuki,taking Indians for Granted.
Suzuki should investigate this premature failure of engine and collect data/feedback from their service centers on all initial vehicles.

I would like to informed you that.i buy one swift lxi car from sarathi true.kollam. i exchange my alto car.and i pay 3lacks 5 thousand rupees. car model
0only 2006, actually the model prize oonly 2.5 lacks. but i dont have any problem for this . but they agree with 16 km mileage about this car.i ask them for checking mileage . but they didn't accept .so i buy the car .the next day i understand the car having oonly 9 km mileage . then i compliant about this mater to truvaly.finely i ask them can i do LPG .agree the sales executives.so i apply gas.the problem after 5 days car having some problem .so i check with truvaly.now the reply they cant do anything.because of they cheat me .and they cut warranty.i told them i will return the car for you only u have to give 2.7 lacks .but they are cheat me very good.

i dont have any problem .but maruti Suzuki is a grate company.but the truevally kollam .they try to get good name for for your company as soon.

I booked a maruti swift in May 2011. Dealer promised me a max period of 4.5 months. Meanwhile new swift was launched, so i got my booking upgraded to Zdi from old Vdi. After waiting till 1st Nov i registered a complaint in Maruti that dealer is not giving me any status of my car. After 2 days i received a letter from dealer in which he asked me to opt for new Vdi which he promised me to delever on 20 Nov. Now when i got my Loan Processed and Approved from HDFC via some other branch ( not from the agents sitting in Maruti Showroom), they have got me strangled again. Now they say that they will not give me car until the receive full payment and the bank says that they will not give me loan until they get insurance copy from Dealer. HDFC people tried to negotiate with Dealer but they are not responding.

Is this the way car loan are processed?

If any consumer doesn't have full payment by his disposal than he will not be able to buy car on loan as per this current scenario.

Kindly suggest me if i can register any complaint with Consumer Court in this case against Dealer or Bank, or any other way to get my car without hassle.

I have just driven my Maruti Swift Petrol 20,000 kms and till now my experience with Maruti is pathetic after buying this Petrol Version of swift it had several manufacturing complaints which I am facing till today and Maruti Suzuki have no shame at all, they close my complaint without even approaching me, service after sales is unbelievable you have to always run and in return your complaint will be taken for granted and you will recieve unnecessary excuses from Maruti TSM and from the dealer as well, I am facing a severe Issue with My vehicles clutch which has got hard and I have just driven my vehicle 20000 kms the condition of my vehicle is excellent have got it serviced on time and I drive it in a very smooth way however I am not at all satisfied with Maruti's customer service My complaint has been closed yesterday without any resolution, Is this the way Maruti Suzuki deals with Its customer Issues, I am regular Maruti Suzuki customer since 1990 and have not switched over to any other brand than Maruti Suzuki till now, however now I think I should never buy Maruti vehicle after this bad experience.

This is regarding bad sales services of BHANDARI AUTOMOBILES - Kolkata. We wanted to buy a new Wagon R- Lxi Model in exchange of our old Maruti Omni van. We got all the price quotations from this showroom 2 months back from sales agent Sumit Roy. However after 2 months when we wanted to make the final purchase, even after repeated calls to Sumit he did not return my calls. I had purchase a new maruti wagon R CNG car from T R Shawani Motor dated 7/9/2011 after finished of my temporary regestration on date 12/10/2011 after complet of anoter one month they could provide me parmnent regestration , meanwhile i have been given all nesessary document befor dade line and also i have visited their show room several time then i spend my time and many but no body give me proper reply after all that they told me pay penalty for late fee of RS 20000 then we shall be give you and also when i ask for extended warrenty they told me the amount is not add in your bill for extended warrenty but the time of deal they have taken or add all expenditure on the ex show room price .

so finally i awited their reply till now .

They demanded rs16,200 as security deposit and said that they would return just after interview.
Does this proedure usual for companies os it is a fraud.

My self navneet soni from sanwer dist indore (MP).i was purches maruti 800 at patel motors indore dewas naka indore. i was pay total amount of car but till time my car sale latter,invoice and form no.22 not given by dealership. Car purchase 03 Nov.2010 at patel motors but till time not given paper and also Car registration not process witout complete paper so i request many time last 1 yesr but not given proper response by Dealership,CCM mrs.saloni goyal and sales executive Munnawar Patel.
Executive saying that form no.22 not received by Maruti india ltd.gurgoan so we are not provide this paper and invoice and sale latter has been lost by dealership.

i m very disappointed for Maruti Service.if any problem in my car so Company responsible fo any issue than i m not responsible.
And if not provide any document by maruti / dealership than will be refund my car mony 2 lakh.

I have booked for a Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI on 16th March, 2011 at Indus Motors, Cochin Shipyard, Thevara, Cochin, Kerala.
I payed an amount to Rs.10,000/- to dealer while booking this car.

Later when Swift ZDI was launched, I changed my booking to Swift ZDI(Red Color). This was done on October 10, 2011.

I'm want my car to be delivered either by last of December 2011 or first week of January 2012.

But now my dealer is saying, they can't deliver me Swift ZDI by January 2012 first week.
They are telling if needed, they can deliver me VDI, that too the color of their choice.

By January 2012, I will be completing 10 months after I have booked the Swift car. Still my dealer is not able to deliver me the required car.

Please take necessary steps to deliver me the Swift ZDI.

Even though I have booked for Swfit ZDI RED color, I'm ready to take any color of Swift ZDI except BLACK.
I can understand Maruti was having some issues with labour strike.

i m a consumer have been using maruti zen for the last 6 years on august 29th 2011 i have booked the new maruti swift lxi model midnight black colour from bhandari automobiles pvt limited situated in gariahat kolkata . i have been waiting for the car for more than 2 months now !! waiting period is over bt now i get know that our name is not present in the despatch list whch we xpected nd the people from bhandari misguided us saying we will get the car by 15th now they are saying name is not there nd we would have to waiting till 15th of november till the nxt despatch list comes!! this is somethng i dnt xpct from such a reputed company !! i have recieved a call 2 days back from msil saying we are a valued customer but this is now way to treat a customer !! pls maruti look into this matter at the earliest !!!

My complaint is againt the car dealer prime motors , as i have mentioned we have done a booking of car maruti swift on 16/6/11 as per dealer they said it will take a months time time we agrred but later on they said they have come up with a new model of swift and old model is no more available , we agreed on that also but we requested that we need on urgently , they said fine , later we have done a follow up many times but the only revert we received that the maruti have stopped send ing cars they are on strike .............. god knows ..... when we again contacted them before diwali they said that we get it before that mean while we contacted directly to maruti they have send us a letter stating that they have dispatched the car from delhi and we will receive in 1 week .............which 1 week no one knows ..................now as we again did a complaint we have received a letter from car dealer prime car that it will take another 12 weeks to get the car ........i just want to know if the car was dispacthed where is the car ?? they say they have informed us but when did they informed that we will received the car in 1 year ..........rest now as per prime car we can take the money back ....but will they pay the intrest amount since the amount have been paid to them .................. .why every time untill the customer omplaint the solution has never come ............we just need a letter from maruti suzuki with reason for delay in car and also once we have received a confirmation that car has been dispatched to indore from delhi where the car is and the amount we have paid to prime car with the intrest amount as per the base rate of bank .
