Maruti - Esteem Stereo System — Poor Service & Response

Hi

I own Maruti Esteem vehicle vide reg. number HR 26 AF 7899 in name of Ritu Sanghi.

I had given my car for repair (Body Workshop) to Maruti Dealer ABT Maruti at Guindy, Chennai on 14th August 2008; On confirmation and after hearing from them when I was supposed to take the delivery of the vehicle on 23rd of August suddenly I was told that battery is not working and also not even getting charged and has to be replaced immediately. I am sure the vehicle was mishandled because at the time of receipt of vehicle no such problem was reported. (Also surprisingly no such problem in regards to battery/earth leakage was diagnosed in car service done on July 14’ 2008, SO I doubt that service quality is also very poor)

Now, as the battery was bought very recently I contacted Exide Battery people and after some diagnosis of vehicle they informed me that problem lies with the Vehicle Body and there is some earth leakage in the body which is not allowing the battery to get charged fully. On 24th August, on Contacting Maruti Service centre and requesting them for a solution, they removed and disconnected the stereo systems i.e. removed it from the dash board saying that earthing problem is because of the Stereo System as there is some leakage and has to be repaired/replaced. Immediately I was asked to contact another company called “Nippon” for this issue and I was given one number which is always no reply. i.e.[protected].

I had requested One of senior Manager Mr. Vivek @ Maruti ABT Guidy, Chennai and reported the same on 25th August and he also told me that Nippon people are the right people and they can not help it.

When I had bought the OEM fitted vehicle from Maruti, why I should be redirected to some unknown company and why Maruti should not take the responsibility of getting the issue resolved. Moreover I have been unable to call up any Nippon because of incorrect information. I also called Maruti Anytime help number i.e. [protected] where I was given two numbers [protected] (Wrong number) and another number [protected] (No reply)

I am surprised on the service quality offered by Maruti and would like to speak to any of your customer care manager before registering a complaint with H'nble Consumer Courts of India.

My belief is already shattered with Maruti and I am sure I am not in a position to recommend the products to any body in our network.. It is a shameful and irresponsible services response form Maruti Udyog limited.

Please take immediate action against the same and give me a solution. I do not want to contact and visit Maruti ABT Guindy Service centre any more because of poor handling and service quality.

I would like to bring to your kind notice and seek necessary action on this particular issue I am facing with your authorized dealer at Chennai. ABT, Guindy. They are trying to cheat me by covering up their fault occurred during servicing my car, They are also making me to pay for the replacement which occurred purely because of their fault.

I have a Maruti Alto Lxi, 2002 model bearing registration number TN01U 8333 with mileage around 39000 km. On 25th Feb 2009 (wednesday) I left this car for general periodical service at ABT Maruti, Guindy with some specific repair points like "Doors shattering noise" and "hard suspension". I took delivery of the vehicle on 27th Feb 2009 evening. However, the car didn't start at all from next day. I never faced this problem ever since I bought this car. I faced it for the first time that too immediately after servicing. I informed ABT and the car was towed to their service center at Guindy

I was informed over phone by their SA Mr Ganapathy that it is due to cam shaft position sensor failure and the same has to be replaced which would cost around Rs.5800+

Next day, I visited their service centre and saw the car. Mr Ganapathy showed me a sensor which he claimed as the failed one (located inside the Distributor Cap) disassembled from the car. When I doubted this failure could have happened due their recent service, he strongly denied that they never touched these parts as there was no specific complaint from me regarding ignition or starting problem. He knew that like many other people, I too didn't go through their bill wherein it is clearly shown that "Distributor cap" has been replaced. After all, he might be meeting (cheating) many innocent customers like me everyday with some technical names and jorgans. It is only the brand name and trust which matters to most of the customers like me rather than checking each and every part shown in the bill.

Still with a doubt in my mind, I met Mr Kannan, Service Manager (arrived to office only at 9.20 am) and sought an explanation. He told me a different story that the sensor would have failed due oil spillage inside the distributor cap and subsequent chemical reaction. He also said this is a very rare to happen. He did not give me an convincing answer to my query that why it suddenly failed with out any symptom at all before and why this was not noticed in their very recent service. Their customer care manager was unwilling to meet me.

I asked for a written technical report explaining the whole issue. It was denied by Mr Kannan. I asked them to go ahead replacing the sensor half-heartedly. But, putting aside the trust I had with ABT, I investigated the whole issue more seriously with technical inputs from many reliable sources.

The most possible thing that would have happened is that they have replaced the "Distributor Cap" while servicing due to reasons known to them. It is shown in their bill as replaced (which I had overlooked initially). As the same was not screwed properly, while the car was washed thereafter, water has entered into the distributor cap and lead to the starting problem. Mr Ganapathy might have diagnosed this but in order to save his skin, tried to cover up the whole issue by telling a lie that he didn't touch these parts at all.(exploiting my poor knowledge on the automobile parts as well as my ignorance of the billed parts)

Now the estimate for the Sensor to be replaced is Rs.5800+ taxes. I may also be asked to pay for the towing and labour charges. I am not going to pay for this as it is a fault of the service technician of ABT

My complaint is that this failure has happened due to the negligence of the service mechanic or Service technician of ABT, Guindy. So, why should I pay for their negligence and faulty work ?

maruti suzuki is trusted name of india.this company is get promiss for best service.
in jalgaon city all promises is not for trust.i have a zen stelo product of maruti suzuki and i m not stisfied from services.
i purchased ALTO LXI from your dealer at STAN AUTO G.T. ROAD JALANDHAR ON 20TH EPTEMBER 2009 ENGINE NO. N3690505 CHASIS NUMBER MA3EYD81SO1415011.
YOUR REPESENTATIVE MR. SAMUEL FROM JALANDHAR APPROACHED ME PRIOR TO PUCHASED AND PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL PROVIDE ME THE NECESSARY ACCESORIES ON PUCHASE. BUT SIR SORRY TO SAY THAT DESPITE HIS COMMITMENT (MAY BE FLASE) COMPANY COULD NOT PROVIDE ME THE NECESSARY ACCESORIES AS COMMITTED. AS SUCH FALSE COMMITMENTS ON THE BEHALF OF COMPANY OF SUCH REPUTE MAY AFFECT THE REPUTATION OF THE ESTEEMED ORGANISATION. KINDLY INTERVENE INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL
Shivam autozone provides very poor service. It starts from reception. If they say they will call back, they rarely do that. Privilege customer offer has one free service where they checked all superficial stuff and nothing from inside...dunno what servicing they did on my car.
Dear fellow customers,

I am also a victim of poor service by shivam autozone kandivli west. I gave my car for denting and painting.

guess what my car came out with central locking system problem, a/c was not working, music system was not working.

On top of that they call customers liars and say this problem prevoiusly existed. There is only one solution to this.

    Dear Team,

    This is to inform you that i purchase a new WAGNOR LXI from your respective showroom from (MARUTI SHOWROOM MAGIC AUTO) DWARKA on Aug 06 2011.But i have lot of complaints against this showroom.

    Complaints are as follows:-

    1) Showroom executives doesn't know how to speak with our customers, and i think they all are behave like .i already register same issues in your quality sheet by the time of purchase , but i think due to this culprate guy (Thakur) they can't provide you the same.

    2) One executive MR THAKUR ([protected]) working with maruti Magic auto Dwarka he wants my VOTER ID CARD for vehicle registration for one day .after one day i ask for my voter id card firstly he sad give me 5000 rs for new car party when i m denied he completely sad he dont have my voter id card and use abusive language with me .

    4) The below mentioned guy (thakur) commited me to give five accesiories with new car when i make full payment he denied there is nothing free with this car this is completely mis-selling of your product .and this is also to inform you that i m not intersted to buy maruti i m interseted in I10 hyundai but maruti guys convence me for the same so i will decide to buy the same car (wagnor-lxi).I ask one simple question from you maruti guys you know how to treet with the customers.you can't give me a free car i will purchase from your company on rs 4 lac.

    5)I completely dis agree with this type of services and i file a legal complaint in consumer court against the respective showroom executive ( thakur) because of this i have lost my voter id card ,.

    Dear Maruti Team:- Request you to kindly arrange my voter id card from (Mr Thakur) and give me a appology letter for the same from magic auto .and take serious action against Mr thakur and for your information your quality guys who sitting there as a dummy.please share feedback with your team also.

    Request you to kindly arrange a call back or send my voter-id card to my address .also let me know how many days you will take for the same.

RJ 05 CA 3758 after taking all paid service charges on 20000 K.M. service they had charged Rs. 630 a lumpsum amount and 560 Rs. for other checkup.         Hi,

        COnsider this as a complaint against Maruti service center MSSD Naraina. My 32 days old Maruti Swift LDI has been spoil by them after the first service. The car is with them for the past two days and are not able to diagnose the fault which was induced by them at the first place. (First service happend after 14 days). Car bought on 16 July 2011.

        I went for the first service of the car on 4 August 2011 and car had no problem. I requested for only the Oil change and regular inspection.
        Problem starts from here :-

        I took the delivery of the car which had a puncture tire and a bad air nossle of another tyre.
        the car started making whistling noise when brakes were applied.
        Car started to pull towards left (Strong).

        The above mentioned problems were not there before I gave the car for service. Then to get this issue resolved I took the car back on 17 August 2011 (I had complaint about the issues 2 days after taking the delivery of the car from 1st Service, over the phone).

        Then again I was told by the service adviser Mr. Vinay Panday that the noise from the brakes is normal and I should not worry about it. As if I have never driven a car before and I dont know how the brakes should sound. Anyways, this was secondary.
        I asked him to rectify the car pulling towards left as it is not an alignment issue. He said that we will check the alignment and will rectify it. However, as I said it was not an alignment issue and the blame was put on me that I have got Alloys and tyres from outside. But mind you i got the tyres and alloys changed after driving the car for 80 Kms. I did not have this problem before the service. The adviser has put all the blame on me that its because of the tires and not the alignment. I am not saying that something went bad while doing the alignment, but I am saying that someone purposely did something.
        Still he said we will check the alignment and give you the car in 2 hours. I went back to take the delivery and as soon as I drove it out of the service station there was another problem added to the car. A very abnormal voice from the left hand side front of the car when driving the car over 70kmph. I went back to the station and reported the problem.
        An adviser named Jeevan did a test drive of the car after I reported the issue to Mr. SS Gupta. He confirmed that there is an issue with the noises that are coming. I was asked to give the car in the morning to which I said i will give the car on saturday only.

        On saturday I gave the car at 8:30 am in the morning and the car was inspected for the first time that day at 10:30 am to confirm the type of noises coming by Mr. Durgesh. (2 hours later)

        He told me that he is not able to diagnose the noise and will have to keep the car for 2 days and may be more (this was his response without (SHAMELESS)).
        I told them that it is 11 am and that you can check the car for the rest of the day and I dont think it will take so long to rectify it, but to vain.
        I was supposed to go to enjoy my long weekend with friends to kasauli and all the books were done but these guys did not react. instead of taking the case on priority the car was left untouched for 3 hours.
        After a lot of argument I was told that I will be given a substitute car for delhi driving however the car was issued to me at 4:30pm. I was waiting for 4 hours and 30 minutes for someone to get back to me.
        And now I have been trying to chase Mr vinay pandey who is on leave and does not have an update. I called the service station who have no idea about my car. Mr gupta who told me he will get back to me soon and its been 2 hours since then.

        I feel highly cheated and will be taking this matter further as the car was spoilt by the service station and they are so casual about this. Highly unprofessional (Sarkari company feel) i got. I have a hyundai and fords but never faced this kind of a weird issue before.

        I have mp 04 hc 2877 Maruti Zen 2004 model car purchased from MY CAR MALVIYA NAGAR BHOPAL. from the date of purchase i am regular sending vehicle for srevice to the same dealer's service station.On dated 26/5/ 2010 some heating problem was in the Vehicle. so i gave the vehicle to MY CAR MALVIYA BHOPAL"s work shop on same date and received the vehicle on date 4-6-2010.After repairing the vehicle a new problem was generated during repair i.e OIL LEAKAGE from the engine.again i complaint and gave the vehicle for rectify the same fault.after receiving the vehicle what i observed my oil leakage problem was not solved.again and again 4 to 5 times i gave the vehicle to my dealers and paid the huge amount but my problem was not rectified so far.

        MSSD Naraina (owned by Maruti Suzuki) are cheating customers. Their technical services are comparable to local street mechanics and pricing is the highest. Nuts/bolts/spares/speakers were stolen from my vehicle during service. Complaints remained unaddressed during service and money was charged.

        Complaint (Service of Wagon R : DL3CZ 8622 N1A CRM:[protected] was raised over 2 months ago and Mr. Gupta and A.S. Sidhu (Territory Manager) continue to ignore my reminders.
        My Maruti Swift VDI got damaged and I sent to Maruti naraina for repair, my past experiance was also very poor. but I do not had any choice the only Maruti workshop nearby. but again I will explain in short WORST then POOR paint on Bonnet. also add a comment that this workshop is over staff and people are doing nothing whole day only few are working honestly. Ms. Nagpal (customer care Manager so called ) do not know how to handle do not know how to talk. getting heavy salary doing nothing also spoiling reputed company Image. I paid approximate 60000 Rs. every single penny. also coordinator was also the same. i do have choice so i have taken my car with poor paint. but noticed on the road that the indicator is not working. my KENWOOD music system also spoiled.

          Today i am writing before you in sheer disgust. I got my car serviced at Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd Village Tikkar Po Didwin NH-88 Hamirpur HP on 14/08/2011. It was running fine before service. But after servicing i found something black at the bottom. The car had lost its power. It moved easily in 4th-5th gear at the speed of 40-50 before service and ascend easily on hight(as my native aera is hilly) on 1st-2nd gear. But after servicing it denied to move at the speed of 40-50 in 4th-5th gear and i had to either accelerate or compelled to down the gear.
          Therefore, i am totally dissatisfied with the service. If this grievance is being read by the Officer from Sales & Marketing/Administration i want to utter that the work culture of above MASS is not up to the mark. You people claim your motto as "COUNT ON US" and "BUILDING TRUST, WORLDWIDE" how somebody can trust you or count on you? when your service is so miserable like this. I dnt know whether you act upon this compliant or not? But if you people listening, please do forward this complaint to said destination otherwise one day your boasting for giving good service will definately perished. IN THE MARKET OF COMPETITION ONLY QUALITY GIVING AGENCY WILL SURVIVE, OTHERWISE....

            First time when i went to maruti dealer at kiran motors, vadodara and
            described my problem to Mr. Ketan of continuous damage in color at various
            location in the car body. He didn't responded well regarding the issued
            and told me that this is the case of acidic bird-dropping. Since, i was
            not satisfied with his response and behavior i complained to maruti
            customer-care. Very next day of my complain, i received phone call from
            the kiran motors and they asked me to meet them to resolve the problem. On
            next day i went to kiran motors as called by them and met the Mr. Desai
            (manager). He told me that since you have already complained with maruti
            customer-care and move ahead o[censored]s, now do whatever you can do...Amazed by
            his answer, i told him to now what next. He told that we have already told
            you that this problem is due to bird-dropping.
            After receipt of your reply, next day i called to ahmedabad and explained
            the problem to the concerned person. He told me that he will call the du
            pont vendor and he will check the car. As per our discussion next day i
            went to kiran motors and shown the colour damage to the du pont person
            (Mr. Salim). Without going deep into the matter and by just looking the
            color damage he told me that this is the bird-dropping case.
            I am not satisfied with the reason given by kiran motors and the du pont
            person. I felt that they are having mutual understanding between them to
            tell me the same reason of bird-dropping. I feel that this is just because
            of my complain to maruti customer-care.
            Can you tell me that what kind of bird-dropping can cause this kind of
            serious damage to colour. I never seen or heard of colour damage to car
            due to bird-dropping. Also, this not the case in which the color damage
            happened at one or two places but it is continuously spreading to
            different location of car body. I strongely feel that this is the case of
            quality of car colour.
            I request to maruti, to look into the case to resolve the problem and
            satisfactory resolution to me at earliest. In case of non-resolution of
            the issue, i may have to take further move ahead to consumer court or so.

            today i gone to service centre of S.B cars, fazalganj, kanpur and my car problem was that my engine oil chamber was leaking they changed my oil chamber... and they have clearly written there the labour fees is 175per hour the chamber was repaired in 2:30 hours and in the bill they put the amount of 650 for labour ...and i tell u...that labour took whole 1 hour for there lunch and in bill they didn't deducted that time also...

            They took wrong amount of labour fees.
            SECONDLY
            They treat coustomers as there house servents. when i talked to them about that fee problem they were saying that i will only reduce 10% of labour fee as discount.
            They have clearly written 175per hour labour and they charging Rs. 650 for 2:30 hours...
            PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICES. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH IT.

              sir,
              maruti dealer Bhatia & company, sold a defective car " swift dezire" on 4 may 2011.the car have the starting trouble the mechanic said that their is a problem in the "throtle body or defect in the fuel injection system" I have contacted them about 4 times and give car for two services first and second free service but they did not sot out that problem. the defect in the car is from the first day. now suggest me what can i do.

              we have booked swift desire car on march 23,the dealer announced that he will submit the car within 5months but there is no intimation about the car till now about the delay in order of the car

                starting problem

                I bought a car TN 41 AA 5152 SWIFT DZIRE VDI is very low pickup and self starting problem.
                While, I driving a car suddenly it get stopped. When it was stopped the tool light is working. The car once its stopped it can not start again.                 My name is Sunil kumar.I booked a Access 125CC(Suziki) at 09/04/2011.During that time the executives told me for a period of 3 months delay to deliver the bike.Bt now till I didn't got the bike.I go to show room and ask about my bike.Bt the response from the executives and showroom manager(Mr Pankaj shah,his con [protected] ) in showroom is a bad behaviour and told me every time that after two days you will get .I am hardly unsatisfied in the behaviour of the executives and manager in the showroom.

                Hi . I bought new access 125cc recently on 8-6-2016.but vehicle stops automatically while riding and it has starting problem as well. I had been to service station thrice. Then too no use. Pls guide me wat can I do further. Vehicle is within warranty.

                  Please very careful while taking delivery of new cars form the these type of Dealers. These guys say they fix all accessories at minimum rate and as authorised by the Maruthi company but all the products are very outmoded and charge the price twice than outside. I bought an new Alto - K10 Vxi model car recently from Ambal Auto - Erode and said them that I do not require any accessories from you but unfortunately at the time of delivery I send my father, those area-wise sales executive said my father as above mentioned and music system i.e. SONY set, (really useless) was very good and the same has been approved by company, if you are using the set from outside (like Pioneer) that will damage your electric circuit which cost around Rs.50 thousand, so use the Sony or some other unknown system. Likewise they coerced my father and he booked music system for Rs.15,600/- but it can only play music (mp3) CD and USB, nothing more. So don't take any accessories from Ambal like dealers they simply put the knife on your neck.

                        I purchased new Swiftv dzire ZXi on[protected] from AAA Vehicleades, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. I got first service after completion of one month from MSM, Okhla Phase-II on[protected] On[protected], I took the vehicle to AAA Veicleades, Workshop, Okhla, Phase-I for repair of a minor scratch near front right fender. I got the repair done and took the car from the AAA Veicleades, Workshop, Okhla, Phase-I at about 1930 hrs. on[protected] and parked the car in the parking near my residence at Sector-1, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi. At around 2130 of[protected], I was surprised to notice a crack in the front mirror originating from the fender which was repaired and it was running diagonally upwards for about 8 inches, I again too the car to AAA Veicleades, Workshop, Okhla, Phase-I. The body shop mechanic informed that the crack in mirror could be due to gas inside car. I am still not convinced whether there is gas inside car which can break the front glass. If really there is any such gas, Maruti Suzuki should take a note of it and call back all Dzire cars for rectification of technology defect. There is also a possibiilty of any mishandling or willful defect generated at d

                          Dear Sir,
                          I purchased RITZ LXI on 27.05.2011 , Registration no:DL4CAM7180 ch. no. MA3EDKD[protected] E. no. K12MN7008523. The car did well till 22/7/11 (Done 2180 Km ). On 23rd July the brake pedal suddenly became very hard during driving and brake did not work. After some time the same problem was repeated. On 24th July I handed over the car to DD Motors for inspection. They reported to me in the evening that no fault was found in the car and it was ready for delivery. When I went to take the car they reported that the Brake Booster of the car was to be changed on the advice of MARUTI SUZUKI. To my dismay I found the rear left door having a great DENT and SCRATCH, which was caused by some mechanics during inspection at DD Motors. When i brought this in the knowledge works manager Mr. DEV VASHISTH , he told me that a vehicle is left at the responsibility of the owner.He showed me the terms and conditions printed at the back side of the job card. When i insisted on their irresponsible behaviour they agreed to change the door. In these circumstances i demand from the company to change the whole braking system of the car and adiquate compensation on behalf of DD Motors for damages to my car. It is further added that one cannot drive at ease when he is in doubt about the proper functioning of the braking system. I will accept the delivery of the car only after the written assurance of the service Engineer of the company that the braking system of the car is functioning properly.

                            My self Bhavin Panchal, I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 (GJ-1-MR-8701)from your outlet at Ashram Road on the date 18/03/2011.

                            I have already complaint at your workshop at same location. As per your workshop supervisor the issue is related to battery. He has suggested me to visit Nation Battery shop at Sarda mandir area. I have complain there and replaced the battery.

                            Again the same issue is repeted now twice within 04 months, Pls look in to this and provide resolution asap.

                              I wish to inform you that I have give my accidental MARUTI ALTO LXI car to your local distributor M/S. SHRI KRISHNA AUTO SALES on 26.04.2011. The mainly work required in car is only danting and painting of bonnat, left side both doors, roof of car and safe guard of car. Whenever we ask them for work progress they always misguide us, they told that work is going on, this part is not available, that part is not avialable, we give order for part, As per my knowledge they have not change any major part of car. 15 days ago when i go to your show room they told that gear box is not ok it will be changed, we are giving order for that and you wait for atleast 10 days. But when I go showroom on 18.7.2011 I asked them that gear box is changed, they easily told that gear box is not required for your car that is for other car. Now you can understand how your distributor is misguide to customer and spoil MARUTI requtation.
                              This is not last, after doing payment of car, he is not giving car he told that after passing cheque, we will give you car. Sir we are not thief we have good reputation in medical market, we have three firms in medical market have croroes of turnover, but I sorry to say that your dealer really hurt us, Sir I want you must take action against your distributor, he is not giving good service to your customer.
                              Sir, I have three cars of MARUTI siwft desire, swift and alto, but your dealer is also not give good service for car servicing, so we are give cars outside for service. And I wish to inform you that we are not alone who is not satisfied with your dealer, but many other innocent peoples who come from villages and dont know where he give complaint also suffers from your dealer.

                              Sir, I hope you will take action against your dealer and also satisfy us.

                              This is in reference with the above subject in which i wanted to do complaint against one of your dealer named Comet Motors, Pandesra, Surat, Gujarat.

                              I wanted to buy Maruti Dezire VXI and for that i booked my vehicle today after giving 30k cheque and wanted delivery tomorrow and for that i will give my Maruti wagon R LXI 2007 model for the price of 182500/- including exchange bonus as my down payment.On urgent basis i completed my Loan Formalities and ready with the DO (delivery order) of bank.Sales Executive also committed me for Accessories also.

                              At the time of booking i asked him that i will get the Insurance done as i myself belong to Insurance company so why should i pay extra to you.The sales manager of that showroom named (Rohan Desai & Mehul Naik) denied me for getting the insurance from outside.They said that it should be done from showroom only else you will not get the vehicle .They are being very rude to me and that time but that executive named Ashvin being so nice to me even tried to convince me.
                              But the way that persons deals is really not acceptable at any levels.Myself is also a Senior manager of Reliance Capital group and also in sales but the way they treated me is really upset me.Moreover they played with my emotions also as i wanted to get the delivery tomorrow as i m ready with everything but really fed up and frustated with the behaviour .

                              Can you please help me in this and guide me that from where should i get the best service and where people should be valued.I m using your car from last 7 year and every time i got the best service but this time i really didnt expect this.

                              I heard from many customers regarding the bad behaviour and the service of this showroom but now it has been proved.

                                My Father Mr. Suresh Kr, Chaun. purchased the SWIFT DZIRE VXI with CNG kit Fitted from the showroom on 24/02/2011 ,Engine no MA3ESKDISOO342077, Car no UP16AC9819. From Fair Deal Cars Pvt. Ltd.

                                First 10 Days we had very great time while driving the car but after that it was disaster .

                                First we had the problem with CNG kit and then we faced non stop problems ...

                                when we start driving on CNG mode it was not working properly and at the same time problem of break paddle while driving.

                                we complaint about this they take the car to their delhi work station, this process had been repeated at least 10 -11 times but still their is no solution we have found.

                                In such frustrated process their worker wasted minimum 10000 Rs. of petrol and thousand Rs of CNG.

                                Mean while we already had 2 -3 accident while driving the car because of break paddle gets jam and our life always at the stake.

                                Their Noida Work shop manager making us a fool every time by saying that break paddle has to be fully applied , but if i need to apply according to the speed and as it needed , how it could be possible to apply fully break in the speed mode .

                                How ever,

                                now their is another problem as CNG problem remains the same while conversion on the Petrol mode from CNG mode sometimes car just lost its way and their no pick and no pressure to drive the car on the Petrol mode.

                                Another problem is that we yet not received bill of CNG kit and also not mention in the RC and I am not confirm whether this kit is authorized or not and because of that we have faced a problem couple of time while police checking.

                                So sir thing is my father does not want this car because of such problems and life at risk ,
                                he wants to change this car he does not want any repair work as it has been done no of times and it has been just 4 month of this car.

                                MURUTI SUZUKI has to find the solution other wise we will take some more serious actions which could damage the image of MS .

                                Hi Nitin,

                                Fair deal must have installed normal CNG kit in you Dzire, But normal CNG kits are not compatible with Dzire, only Sequential CNG kits are compatible with it which fair deal cannot install in just Rs. 45000 as it costs around Rs. 60000. And Rc endorsement problem must be there in your case as CNG kit installed in your car is not approved for Dzire.

                                My Maruti Suzuki Dzire is less than 6 months old and driven less than 3000 kms. Everytime we brake, a loud noise comes from the front of the car. The cars agent said it is normal and all new Dzires have this problem. This is shocking after the amount of money one has to spend for the car. Does it have a defective front suspension that many car owners have this complaint.

                                  I got My Swift Dzire serviced 4th service (after 20,000 Kms).
                                  After service I have three problems
                                  1). Engine pickup is too low.
                                  2) Average (fuel efficiency ) is too bad
                                  3) AC is ineffective.

                                  Service was done by Fortune Motors Bhiwadi,
                                  After that I took it To Pasco Automobiles Gurgaon from where I had Purchased the car and Initial 3 services were done.
                                  They told Need to change filter for first two problems and service AC for 3rd problem.
                                  Both Actions were taken but still my problem is not resolved.

                                  Another Problem I am facing is there are too many spots on wind screen which are due to hit by small stones from the front vehicle.

                                  This is my second car and may cars (ESTEEM) I drove for approx 10 yrs even in that there were no such dents.
                                  I think the quality of tempering or hardness in glass is poor.
                                  Please tell me how to address all these problem.
