    Dear SIR/MADAM,

I introduce my selves as M.SABARI NATHAN situated in Coimbatore. In this i had booked a MARUTHI SWIFT DEZIRE LDI in M/s.JAIKRISHNA Automsales Private Limited, Coimbatore on 11/03/2011 wide your order booking Callahan No:2783. And I had payed Rs.10,000.00 as advance also. In this the Deputy Sales Manager Mr.K.CHITRARASU (+91 [protected]) had committed me that the vehicle will be delivered with in 90 days. Here I followed him again 25th MAY 2011 for knowing the status of my vehicle. On that time he misbehaved us wrongly. Then he convinced us and committed us that the vehicle will be allotted to me before 11/06/2011. And also he send me a SMS to my mobile that he will deliver the vehicle definitely with in 11/06/2011.

According to his commitment I Booked a FANCY registration Number for my vehicle in RTO Office by paying Rs.8000.00 on 01/06/2011 and its duration is only 30 days. Then i contact the SALES MANAGER Mr.DEVA ERRAKAM on 07/06/2011 and he told that to change the model from LDI to VDI due to the production stopped in your factory. And he committed to deliver the vehicle SWIFT DESIRE VDI before 29/06/2011.

In this i arranged the LOAN Amount from my BANK. Now that LOAN time also going to elapse. Today (29/06/2011) I visit the Show room personaly and I met Mr.MANI - Sales person for taking the vehicle delivery. But he asked me to contact allotment manager of JAIKRISHNA. He said SWIFT DEZIRE is production was stopped and also he asked me to contact MARUTHI Sales Area Manager Mr.KOUSIK (+91 [protected]). So I contact Mr.KOUSIK and he said that the status of production and delivery can be confirm after 20 days only.

Here I explained the hole story to you all very clearly, How your persons & representatives are giving responsibility to the customers. I never had such kind of experience in my life. If you are not able to deliver the Vehicle with in committed period then why are you booking the vehicle from customers. Then why your persons are playing the customer as a TENNIS BALL. And I refereed my friends to book vehicle at AMBAL Show room Coimbatore but there is also it was happened to them also.

I cant understand that what kind of service you are giving to the customer. This the last i am going to approach you. If there is no response from your side I will think about to book FORD FIGO or FIESTA or Mahendra LOGAN etc., Because they are giving delivery with in a Week. If I booked the vehicle with them i may used it for last 2.5months.

Thanking you for your poor response and customer treatment.

    Regards,
    M.SABARINATHAN

I am an owner of a Wagon r DL-3C-AG-2482.. Car is registered under my name : Sagar Sharma

My car had been given for insurance claim @ Isum Motors 2 months ago..

The damage was only exterior with a cyclist crossing the road.. All engine parts were untouched..

      Now my complain is :

1stly, the insurance survey person denied insurance being paid for the left side apron which had got hit by a rock on the side of the road.. He stated that the apron was already damaged with water overflowing from the battery which lead to rusting of the apron.. and now I will have to bear the expenses.. Being an old vehicle, I had no issues getting the apron changed @ my own expense.. So no complain there

2ndly, a week ago I was told that my car battery is dead.. to which also i responded with a good attitude and decided I will buy a new battery.. no problem!

3rdly - I was informed my car is ready, I was travelling to delhi for work while I was informed about it.

So I came back to tezpur [28th] yesterday to collect the car.. During the test drive, the car's power steering wasn't working and the gear shift was acting funny too..

Then the car went for another check and they took out an electrical device [ power steering controller] under the steering which apparently has now got carbon and water in it.. This is due to negligence of leaving the car with the top being removed for repair and not giving the car proper shelter as I can understand..

So now, I have been asked again to pay for another part that had not been damaged and was in perfect working condition when I gave the car @ Isum Motors.
The Insurance person quoted approx amount of an extra Rs. 7500 or so..

Also in order to try getting the device repaired, the device was sent to a TV repair shop out of all places.. This is completely unprofessional..

Pls take necessary actions regarding the damage to the "power steering controller".. As it is completely due to the carelessness & negligence..

Being an old customer, and a family that has always stuck with maruti cars.. I trust the company blindly.. I am not making any demands regarding the battery of the car or the claim which wasn't provided for the apron.. But the damage to the 'power steering controller' has taken place when the car has been with Isum Motors..

Pls get the necessary action taken and I request the part to be changed @ Isum Motors 's expense or another alternative similar solution..

Awaiting your reply urgently, I am meanwhile putting up in a hotel in Tezpur till these issues are fixed and my expenses are increasing unnecessarily..

You could contact me on [protected] or [protected] ..

Thanking you and awaiting a response.

      Warm Regards

      Sagar Sharma

This is regarding TR Sawhney Service. Recently I took my car (Alto) for Service as there was some problem with it not running well with AC ON. I was told that there is a problem in engine and I was given an estimate of Rs. 35000. So I asked them not to do anything and hence paid for just service - Rs. 1022. But when Car was handed over to me It was not at all starting on CNG (my car is dual fuel car) and as this has always been problem in past as well, so I specifically instructed the person who made job card to take care of the same (while handing over the car in the morning) and I was assured that it will taken care of. But when I complaint about it not starting on CNG, then I was told that it was not working on CNG earlier as well (though it was perfectly fine on CNG) and we do work only for Petrol settings. I asked them look into that but they refused & then I asked to call for Service Manager (to log my compliant) but even after 30 mins, no one came to take care of the same and I had to came back.

After that I took my car to a local mechanic and it took him only 30 mins to resolve all problems (including the one for which Maruti estimated Rs. 35000). I had to pay only a service charge of Rs 150 to that mechanic and now my car is running fine both on CNG/Petrol and with AC ON.

So with this episode I have lost trust on all such dealers who charged a lot of money for service, ask for feedback but when there is actually a problem, there is noone to listen that. Even mechanics are not qualified it seems as in my case though problem was not resolved (as discussed) but rather new problems introduced in the car.

There is noise in the engine while it is driving apart from heavy smoke. Complaint was reported to Mithra Agencies, RTC 'X' Roads, Hyderabad on[protected]. Vehicle was kept in their service centre for 12 days. But complaint was not rectified and advised to observe upto another 5000 Kms. Thereafter, On[protected] the vehicle was handed over to Mitha Agencies for rectification of the said complaints. Again they kept the vehicle for a period of 12 days and not rectified the said complaint. Again the noise and smoke is causing much inconveience. Requested to take appropriate action and to rectify the complaint.

                    Address: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

                    Respectfully submitted as under:-
                    1. That I got my car No. DL 6CE2163 serviced from Jeewan Motors (P) Ltd. Industrial Estate, Govindpura, Bhopal on 04.06.2011.
                    2. That the Siren of Central locking System of my car was damaged during servicing by throwing water on it. I immediately brought this to the notice of the concerned officials several times on phone and personally to Mr. Mukesh, the concerned service executive but no one wants to take responsibility for the damage done.
                    3. That the service done was of poor quality. Just after four days i.e. on 08.06.2011, I had to again get the tuning done from another service centre by paying again.
                    4. That despite taking payment in cash, even the cash receipt has not been issued. This is an unfair trade practice on the part of the company.
                    5. That during servicing, the genuine Plug wires were replaced with fake one. This I came to know later on from another service centre and I had to pay extra money to the other service centre for getting the genuine ones again.

I lodged a complaint on 06.06.2011 with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070 but it seems that the company has authorised the Authorised Service Centres to loot the money from the public under the guise of car servicing.

I had booked a Maruti Swift Szire ZXi with AAA Vehicleades, Malviyanagar, Delhi in April, 2011. When I went to take delivery and checked the car, it was having improper alignment of bonnet and dirty door handles ( inside). The dealer sent the car to workshop to rectify the defects. Why the Maruti company engineers don't exercise proper checks / tests about bonnet alignment. In general, when I saw other dzire cars, there is no proper finished alignment of bonnet and the gaps between bonnet and body were not uniform.Maruti engineers need to take note of it and try to deliver proper finished cars.

                      maruti suzuki/swift — Improper servicing.

We had sent our vehicle no MP07-CA 0848 SWIFT for servicing to Prem Motors, Gwalior (Authorized Dealer of Maruti Suzuki) on 25.04.09. Customer ID [protected]. To our surprise none of the work done by the workshop personell was satisfactory & when we brought it to their notice they requested us to send the vehicle again. We sent the vehicle again on 29.04.09 & to our dismay the work was not completed. The Gates were opened but not fitted properly, the car was not washed, nor was it properly greased, wheel balancing was not done properly & there is noise from the silencer. The power window switch which was operational when we sent the car is not working now, probably damaged by the person who serviced the car.
This has happened earlier also, today we talked to Ritika, Mr.Chauhan, Mr.Nair and Mr. Iqbal who have accepted that the servicing was not done properly and once again requested to send the vehicle.
Cash Memo no. BCO 9014555 dated 25.04.09 for Rs.2762.00 has been raised by M/S Prem Motors, Gwalior. M.P.
I am thankful that AAA Vehicleades replaced the car within a week. But the Dzire Zxi 2011 Model given to me, does not have good fuel efficiency . The average inside city is between 10 to 11 on AC. Maruti should improve finishing of its products, fuel efficiency and workshop services.

Any way, it was good experience of tension.

                            13th June, 2011

                            Dear Mr Partho Banerjee

Many thanks for your letter of May 7th, 2011.

It is with deep distress that I am writing to you about my ordeal that I had with the dealer, Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd., Lajpat Nagar.

Details of the car : WAGON-R (LXI) BS-4, Date of delivery : 22/4/2011.
                            Reg. No. : DL2CAN4248
                            Chassis No. : MA3EWDE1SOO 241307
                            Engine No. : K1OBN 7016524

I exchanged my 3 year old WagonR (LXI) with M/s Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd., Lajpat Nagar. A couple of documents can be scrutinized (lying with me) about the false promises and cheating by the said dealer.

My specific complaints are as under for your perusal and active consideration :

                            1. Initially they tried to pass on a vehicle with a crack in the front grill.
                            2. No mandatory 5L petrol was provided.
                            3. The vehicle was not delivered at the mutually agreed time.
                            4. 4th year warranty was offered free by the agent in his own handwriting, but they have charged additional rupees 4000+
                            5. I was never informed that the music system is not company fitted. They have neither provided the receipt confirming that it is worth 10,000 rupees. They have also not provided the manual and the remote.
                            6. Sale detailed papers were delivered almost after a week that too after reminders.
                            7. The car was not even properly washed to look like a new vehicle.
                            8. In the first service “Maruti Master Service” lost my service booklet, though they replaced it later (that is the kind of service and confidence we are supposed to have With Maruti.).
                            9. I was not provided Gate Way Magazine.
                            10. I do not wish to prolong my agony and therefore would request quick remedial measures. Otherwise, I will have only one option to go to Consumer forum and Media.

I would request you to depute some experienced engineer to take a test drive of the vehicle as it is already making some strange noise while speeding and the pickup is also slow.

                            Thanking you and with regards

                            Sincerely yours

I BOUGHT A DZIRE VXI FROM APRA AUTOMOBILES, VASANT KUNJ. AFTER BUYING, SMALL PROBLEMS STARTED CROPPING UP OUT OF THE BLUE WHICH I WAS ALWAYS PROMISED WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. BUT, EVEN AFTER INFORMING THE SERVICE MANAGERS DURING FIRST AND SECOND FREE SERVICE OF THE PRIOBLEMS, THEY HAVE NOT YET BEEN SOLVED.
DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND CARELESSNESS DURING THE 2ND FREE SERVICE, THE COOLANT BOTTLE WAS LEFT AS IS IN THE ENGINE WHICH CAUSED THE CAR TO STALL. I HAD TO CALL A MECHANIC FROM THEIR 24*7 ON CALL SERVICE. THE MECHANIC CHECKED MY NUMBER PLATES AND MY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, AND THERE I REALISED THAT I WAS GIVEN THE RECEIPT FOR A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE WAS FOR ANOTHER NUMBER. I CONTACTED THE MARUTI DEALER THEN AND THERE AND WAS PROMISED THAT THIS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED LEGAL ISSUES. THIS HAPPENED 2 MONTHS BACK, AND I AM STILL USING THE OLD NUMBER. HAVE REPEATED CALLED THEIR SALES MANAGER WHO EXPRESSED SYMPATHY, BUT COULD DO NOTHING BEYOND. THEREFORE I CONTACTED THEIR GENERAL MANAGER AND HAVE BEEN PROMISED REPEATEDLY THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE NUMBER TOMORROW, BUT, TOMORROW NEVER COMES. I HAVE WAITED GOD KNOWS HOW MANY TOMORROWS. I FEEL HARASSED, BEAT AND CHEATED. THE LAST STRING OF FAITH HAS DIED. I AM NOT SURE WHETHER MARUTI EVEN KNOWS ABOUT THE PLIGHT FACED BY THE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THE MISTAKES OF THEIR DEALERS. PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS.

Maruti Suzuki DZire Vxi — Delivery

I booked Suzuki DZire Vxi on April 1st and was informed that the delivery will be in 6-8 weeks. Till now, there is no update from the dealer or the company on by when they expect to deliver tha car.

If the company has issues with production, they shouldn't have started accepting booking.

maruti suzuki swift dzire vxi — increase in price and delay in delivery

I have booked a Maruti Dzire car on 5.4.08 through ARAS Nagercoil . The Model was launched on March 26 th only. I was told that the vehicle will be delivered within a month's time since I have booked the petrol version. So far the vehicle was not delivered to me.
Hardly within a month's launch time the maruti suzuki has increased the prices of the vehicle by Rs.18, 000 even though the early booked customers have not received the vehicles . It is unfair on the part of the maruti suzuki to raise the price after getting the bookings enormously for the above model .
More over, the tamilnadu government has decided to raise the road tax from the present 6% to 8% from 1.6.08 . By delaying the delivery of the vehicle, one has to pay extra not only the raising cost of the vehicle but also the increase in the road tax and insurance charges ( roughly about Rs.30, 000 )
It is the same with all the customers who have booked the swift dzire vehicles in tamilnadu and were unhappy with this act of maruti suzuki
The poor staffs and executives at the dealer shops are unable to answer the customers . So I request the maruti suzuki to reconsider the price raise for the newly launched model " swift dzire " atleast for the customers who have booked the vehicle before the price raise.
                              thanking you

hey told me 15 days before from now (today is 22/03/2010), about my car being delivered and demanded for the full payment. I paid the full amount and it was all cleared with no problem from my bank. Since then there has been no proper answer from any of the higher officials like Mr. Rajan (Sales Head), Mr Pandey (Sales Manager) and Mr Tarun (Sales man).

They are making weird excuses about the delivery of the car. These people are making the brand name of Maruti Suzuki to suffer. They are not replying back in time and when ever they reply, its not proper and against the code of conduct.

There is no mistake or problem from our side, we are just waiting for our car.

Can anybody help us because we have already sold our previous car due to there false commitments and we are in a big fix.

Kindly take some action so that the rights of the consumers is not harassed by such ill-mannered people, and they should always keep one thing in mind that they are sellers here but they will be customers everywhere else.

And i pray to god that these cheap people should get some taste of the law and order of our Country.

                              Regards.

Shame on Maruti as none of the previous complaints were addressed such as
                                1. None of the doors close properly without using excessive force
                                2. Defective color of the Car.
                                3. Rattling Nosie/ vibrating Noise from Drive Side AC Vent even if the AC is switched off.
                                4. Wet Mud Smell as soon as AC is switched on.
The list goes on & on………

To Add to the list is an embarrassment I faced while on road when the tyre busted all of a sudden and caused a huge traffic jam.
I went to PRATHAM MOTORS PVT LTD-HAHALLIOUTER RING ROAD
                                #16, BELANDUR, SARJAPURMARTHAHALLIOUTER RING ROAD,
And they informed that they need to inspect the tyre and will let me know within 3 days.
Shame on PRATHAM MOTORS PVT LTD too as they failed to provide me with a spare tyre . I am still without spare tyre and later as any one would suspect , Some one from Pratham Motors sends SMS saying that as per some “forensics investigation” they found that the tyre had busted because of some external Damage
Can some one explain how will tyre burst on the Side near the Steel rim instead at the bottom where the chances are more.
Like always I know I am just wasting my time and energy in sending this Email to Maruti.
I am just creating my documents to take Maruti and Pratham Motors to Consumer Court for cheating with me by selling me a defective Car which has all the problems on the earth.

                                DEAR SIR,

MY VEHICLE DL1CN6709, ENGINE NO D 13A313122 COLOR S.SILVER WAS PICKED AND CHECKED BY SERVICE CENTER OF RANA MOTER AS WELL MARUTI SERVICE CENTER NARIANA, WHERE BY THEY DECLARED MY SAID VEHICLE IS FIT FOR ALL PURPOSE BUT,
SIR, I AM FEELING ASHAMED OF BEING A SWIFT VDI OWNER. WITHIN 18000 KMS, THE SWIFT BELONGING TO A DOCTOR/ ADVOCATE AND BEING DRIVEN BY A SINGLE HAND, HAD CLUTCH REPLACEMENTS DONE ALREADY 1 TIMES, AND NOW AGAIN THE VEHICLE NEEDS UR URGENT ATTENTION.

THE BIGGEST POINT IS, THAT THE LAST TIME AN EXPERT TEAM DIRECTLY FROM RANA MOTOR AND SERVICE CENTER NARIANA DELHI ATTEND THE VEHICLE, AND REPLACED THE CLUTCH PLATES AND DID RESET THE VEHICLE TO FACTORY SETTINGS AT 21000 KM. AND AUURED ME OF EVERY THING GOING TO B FINE NOW ONWARDS...

BUT ONCE AGAIN THE HISTORY HAS REPEATED ITSELF WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF BEING INSPECTED BY HIGH PROFILE PROFESSIONAL TEAM OF EXPERTS FROM MARUTI BUT AGAIN AT 31000 KM, THE VEHICLE IS NEEDING COMPANY’S ATTENTION.

ITS GOOD THAT, HAVING NO FAITH IN COMPANY’S MANUFACTURING AND ITS QUALITY, ITS GREAT THAT I DID TAKE AN EXTENTED WARANTY ALREADY, MUCH AHEAD OF THE EXPIRY OF MY VEHICLE’S WARRANTY.

PLS ADVICE ME TO WAIT FOR UR FAVAOURABLE REPLY OR MAKING THE STORY PUBLIC VIA SOCIAL MEDIA BEFORE PROCEEDING TO COURT OF LAW.

                                WITH REGARD,

                                  Dear Sir/Maam,

I, Bidhu Sekhar Mishra, a resident of Vill-ThanaThana, Po-Mangalpur, Via-Pipili, Dist.-Puri, Orissa-752104, purchased one car Maruti ALTO Chasis No. 1736360 on[protected] & the payment duly made by the financing bank HDFC Bank on[protected], inclusive the cost of road tax, RTO registration & insurance, from M/S. NARAYANI Motors, 56 & 57 Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar-10. While selecting the dealer I have come across the good name & fame of NARAYANI Motors.
I was assured by the dealer that the RC book would be handed over within 7-10 days of the purchase.

                                  1. I kept waiting for RC for more the than 3 months, During this waiting period, I contacted the dealer's point a number of times but got unsatisfactory reply. I also contacted the customer care cell of NARAYANI Motors, the person there was also side tracked suggesting me to wait few days more.

                                  2. But after more than 3 months I received the RC book dated[protected] on[protected].

                                  3. Thus the dealer M/s. NARAYANI Motors shifted the date of purchase from[protected] to[protected] on the RC book.

                                  4. By such false declaration in record I might face trouble during MV checking & moreover this falsification in record has put the RTO in revenue loss. It will also create non coverage period of insurance & road tax period.

                                  5. On pointing out this mistake, the staff accepted that to avoid the penalty by RTO for this 3 months delay period in registration, they have done so.

                                  6. Finally on[protected], the RC document was handed over to me showing the registration date[protected] no. OR-02BL 7716.

                                  7. During waiting period for RC, I could not utilise the vehicle inspite of having dare need, kept standing the vehicle in the garage. Hence, I had to hire the vehicle from the market by spending a huge, which was very much harassing. With this wrong date furnished to MV Deptartment, my problem grown bigger & still exists.

I had written to the authorities of M/s. NARAYANI Motors twice on this but haven't got any reply.

I hope you understand the gravity of my problem created by the dealer M/s. NARAYANI Motors. I need your kind consideration on this & seek your advice.

                                  Thanks & Regards,
                                  Bidhu Sekhar Mishra
