I am booking Suzuki access125 in Race Motors Pvt. Ltd. Mehsana. his employee told me that a booking online direct company through, booking price is 5000Rs and waiting period is 1 year. But i was searching information they will be direct sell access125 on extra cash collect from customer and get delivery at that time. Also i was nearest showroom get information they told me that maximum 6 month waiting period in all over Gujarat. The showroom employee not given proper answer. Mehsana race motor pvt ltd dealer is illegal sell acess125 and to rob a customer.

    i think that is a fake mail, please take some action against this fake mail......

      I have purchased Access 125 Vehicle from the Shree Sai Suzuki from Bhiwandi but starting from one month i am facing different problem from last nine month and due to that that i m very much disappointed on Suzuki vehicle.
      three times Odometer wire broken in last nine month & there is huge noise in breaks,I have done 6th free servicing of the vehicle on 25/01/2012 from Suzuki Authorised service centre at Bhiwandi,but from this date there is problem of the oil leakage till date.

        I kept my car for accidental job on 9th December 2011 at Popular Motors, isanpur, Ahmedabad and they return it on 6th january 2012 and I find some technical problem with my car on 7th january 2012, so I returned it on 8th january 2012 and company's mechanic find some problem in collen chamber and blah... and they estimated around rs 19000/-, and company not giving proper answer. so please do the needfull and i am not willing to pay daily for your fault and i have not bought the car for your premises.

          ON 30.08.2011 I HAVE GIVEN MY VEHICLE FOR FULL SERVICING TO PREMSONS ( KM-17378). THE CAR WAS SERVICED.
          ON 14.11.2011 MY SON GAVE MY CAR TO M/S. PODDAR MOTORS PVT. LTD., RANCHI, AUTHORISED MARUTI SUZUKI SERVICE DEALER ON ( KM 19218) FOR HAVING PROBLEM IN CLUTCH & THIRD GEAR. THE ENGINEER OF PODDAR MOTORS TOLD THAT THE OIL IN GEAR BOX IS DRY AND IT REQUIRES REPAIRING, ON THEIR OPINION THE GEAR BOX WAS REPAIRED, BEARINGS WERE CHANGED AND I HAD TO PAY ABOUT RS. 4500.00. AGAIN AFTER FEW DAYS THEIR WAS SOME NOISE IN THE VEHICLE I RUSHED TO PODDAR MOTOR FOR TROUBLE IN VEHICLE, BUT THIS TIME MY SON TOOK THE CAR TO PREMSONS. THE MECHANIC MR. BABLU TESTED THE CAR ON 14.01.2012 AND TOLD THAT THERE IS PROBLEM IN GEAR BOX. MY CAR WAS COLLECTED BY THEIR MAN ON 17.01.2012.           Maruti Suzuki — Damage the Equipment While Service

          Hi,

          I have buy the car in Jan 2011 and given My vehicle Maruti Suzuki Swift UP-15S 4448 for 3rd service in Jammu at maruti authorized dealer High Lander in Jammu in July 2011.While service they damaged the power window equipment.First they didn't accept the damage but after discussion with manger they agree to replace it but given me 15 days time as that equipment not in the stock. So i visit after 15 days then again they said to come after 15 days ,right it more than 1 month i am visiting the place.But they are saying me come-2 again again.

          Kindly help me in these issue. So that can be replaced.

              hello team,

              This is to update you that i had purchased access 125 from Pune (Bharat Suzuki) as in kolhapur it booking is closed for new vehicles since mar 2011 till date.Bharat suzuki gave me best service till the vehicle was in pune.

              I had purchased it for my dad who lives in kolhapur and shifted the vehicle to kolhapur, but the service centre(Chougule automobiles) is not providing proper service, and they also speak arrogantly. Even if we ask something they don't respond properly. Even if any accessory is faulty as told by them and if we ask to replace it they say that its not in stock,wait till 15 days. To my disadvantage this is the only lone service centre in kolhapur.


              Request you to kindly help me to resolve my issues such as proper servicing of the vehicle.

                I had given my vehicle for service i.e. just to paint only the bonnet on 18.1.12, they informed me that I can get the vehicle with in 48 hours, i.e. on friday but later when I only called what is the status of vehicle that time informing me about painter or concerned staff is on leave and Saturday at any cost will get vehicle.
                On saturday morning around 11 am I called and he said around 2 pm will let you know delivering of car based on availability of driver, but time is passing like anything, 2 pm over, 3 pm over, 4 pm over 5 pm over, still no information from the Maruti service center. I called at 5 pm he was replying I had many customer at the moment also I have customer, not available driver too,hence please come down to the service center and collect the car, actually earlier I clearly told him in the noon I will be out of home and not able to collect the car to deliver it.... but he was keep saying and at least if drivers not available personally will delivery to the nearest place from there he requested to collect the car for this I have agreed. Till 7 pm I have waited for him, that I tried to call up him.. but fortunately he has turned off his cell... due to this reason inconvenience caused...

                This what kind of service providing by Marti Suzuki? how can I claim the composition from them? to paint one bonnet really 4 to 5 days is required?

                  I have purchased my maruti swift desire on[protected] I had maintained its service record the company recommends the service after 10000km but I service the vehicle after 7000km for better result and satisfaction I was on holiday in himachal pardesh on coming down the hill from narkanda the brakes got failed they were free as clutch pedal.we were shocked and after waiting for 30 minutes we recheck the brakes they were ok.but there was no harm to car or passengers but it was very risky and we faced death I guess this incident got happen in july 2011

                      I had booked a maruti swift vdi white on 24th june, 2011 with Rs 5000 booking amount at Hira Automobiles Ltd. Patiala by the name of Anish Gupta with the Cash Reciept no. 12310. At the time of booking,i was told that the vehicle will be deliever in about 5-6 months i.e near about November-December 2011.I called the dealer and some lady on the call answered me that vehicle is going to deliever in 1st week of january 2012.I told her that they said they will deliever the car in 5-6 months and she started making excuses that due to the demand, the car is not available.

                      As one of my friend booked the same car at Hira Automobiles Ltd. Patiala abt 3 days before me and he got his delievery two months before. Becaue, he had some approach or what ever it is. Now the question is, how can he gets his car delievery so quick and he replies that this depands on maruti that how they deal their dealers....Now that makes no sense!!

                      If i would be known that this can take such a long time and harrasments too,I would never be going to book this car.i would prefer other cars in the market.Now i am stuck in between, dont know what to do!!

                      Should i get the car thgis week or not reply me i[censored] read this as early as possible

                        I had the similar mails from maruthi suzuki, tata motors limited and hero motocorp limited. Guys be aware of these fake mails.
                        i keep getting these kind of email after every 10 days, i have seen so many complaints of similiar nature on the fourm, i can not belive that the police and the company's whos name's these fraud people are using are not noticing it .
                        just can not undrstand why there is no action taken by authourities,
                        tracking these people is far so easy that if you want catch them you can easily do so .they give you the full add, ph no :-, person whom to contact
                        i some cases they give you their full a/c details .

                        i am hoping that these fraud people will be caught and authorities will bring them to justice .

                            I have purchased a new Wagon R on 13.05.2011 (Regn. No: TN 02 AR 3951). The driving of this vehicle is quite comfortable. At the same time the mileage of the vehicle is absolutely poor. Gives us only 9-10 Kms in city (Slightly acceptable). But in Highways the mileage is only 12.82 when my husband who usually drives the vehicle. Twice we went to Tirupathi (Not on Pilgrmage tour. Only to relative place) and found that the mileage is only under 13 KMPL. Two days back when I was about to clean my vehicle because of dust gathered outside the vehicle. I found on top of the vehicle that the painting has not been done properly (MANUFACTURING DEFECT). I never expected that these kind of silly mistake has not been noted down while sending the vehicle out from their factory / yard while sending the same to the dealer locations. Moreover each and every customer will not look at the top of the vehicle while taking delivery. So far I have not taken up this matter with the dealer from whom I have purchased. I will definitely take up this matter with the dealer and ask them to rectify it immediately. If they do not respond properly I have to take the alternative steps. CAN THIS CONSUMER/CUSTOMER MESSAGE WILL GO TO THE MANUFACTURER. IF SO WILL THEY INFORM THE DEALER SUITABLY.

                            P.S.: I have not given my mobile number. By giving Regn. No. the mfr will get my entire details and can inform the same to the dealer. Shall wait for their response. Will wait and see.

                              Dear Madam/Sir,

                              This is regarding Supply of Damaged Vehicle by Maruti dealer M/s Anand Motor Agencies Ltd, Lucknow. I had written several mails to the dealer M/s Anand Motor Agencies Ltd, Lucknow as well as Maruti Suzuki officials, which are not even replied till date by any of the officials of MARUTI. The mails were sent on several occasions to Maruti officials, since I was continuously being harassed by their dealer M/s Anand Motor Agencies Ltd, Lucknow from the date of purchase of a Maruti car i.e. 4th September 2008.

                              Although I have filed the matter with consumer forum at Lucknow also but till date not a single hearing is done & I am getting dates only. Now I am in a position of dilemma, since I do not know what to do to get justice hence I was left with no option but to write to you for this matter.

                              I would like to bring to your kind attention the sequence of events leading to this dismal situation:-

                              "I was very happy when I intended to buy a Maruti product thinking to be part of MARUTI brand, which I thought takes lot of care for its customers. However I am pained to write to you that I have not been relieved from the agony I have passed through, since 4th September 2008(Date of delivery of Swift DeZire car) till date & am now frustrated the way I was being dealt by Maruti Dealer M/s Anand Motor Agencies Ltd, Lucknow & MARUTI itself. To sum up the matter: I purchased a new car (???) Dezire VXI (Engine Number-442919, Chassis Number-119819) on 04/09/2008 which I got delivery on 04th, September 2008 from M/s Anand Motor Agencies Ltd, Lucknow by paying total amount of Rs. 5,53,353.00 (Rs. 1,05,353.00 by Cheques + Rs. 4,00,000/- Loan DD from SBI & Rs. 50,000/- against my old car under true value).
                              • On 04/09/2008, at the time just prior to delivery, the car was in bad shape i.e. the Dashboard was very dirty & had a small cut & appeared as if the same was being used for quite some time.
                              • On my request, the vehicle was cleaned & polished thereafter & I took delivery of the same in the evening around 7.45 PM on 04/09/2008.
                              • Same day, when I was going to Temple with my family, I observed that there was some water on the back seat of the car, but I thought that the same may be due to entry of some water may be because the window might be open during washing of the car.
                              • Subsequently, when I went to get the seat covers for my car, it was observed that the whole of the back seat foam was soaked in water & the metal parts for holding the seat were badly rusted.
                              • The same was being brought to the representative of M/s Anand Motors, but with no satisfactory reply/action.
                              • During this period of time, I observed that there were two more problems, which existed at the time of delivery of the vehicle but came to my notice subsequently; 1. The combination switch for lights was faulty & the headlights of my car were on for almost half a day. 2. The washer function of the windshield was also not working.
                              •Thus I went to the workshop of M/s Anand Motors on 18/09/2008 & met with the GM (Workshop), who told me that the combination switch is having no fault, however with new/improved technology.
                              • Subsequently, when I argued about the matter, the same was referred to attending person, who observed that the 'Combination Switch' was faulty & the motor for windshield washer was also not functioning.
                              • Both these items were replaced immediately from another car which probably was there may be for servicing, however there was no satisfactory reply for 'Soaking of back seat'. This was not even entered in the service register of the dealer.
                              • There was problem to the vehicle horn also & the same was repaired on many occasions subsequently. Moreover the same is creating problem now & then.
                              • This was shocking to me that there were such types of faults/shortcoming with a new vehicle delivered to me.
                              • These n number of problems & sequences led me to believe that either I am given a vehicle which has been used for a long time before delivery to me OR the vehicle might be submerged in water for a long time leading to all these problems.
                              • I doubt that some or other problems like these may arise time to time in future & am afraid that these would lead to severe damage to my vehicle & more troubles to me & my family. Further it is to be informed that the Registration Certificate no. UP32CQ2497 of the car (which was delivered to me by your dealer on 4th September 2008) was given to me on 14th February 2009 only. Before this an incorrect RC was given to me by the dealer deliberately to harass me & my family. Throughout this period of more than five months I had never enjoyed the moments of driving new car, since from the time of delivery of the car, I was facing multiple problems like:
                              • Condition of the car in which the same was delivered to me & for which I have written several mails but did not get even a reply till date as detailed above.
                              • The issue related to the registration of new car, which was got registered by the dealer on 27th November 2008 only after much follow-up & despite the fact that the total payment was made to the dealer before taking the delivery of the vehicle. Moreover the dealer had charged from me Rs. 1,800/- extra than the total fee for registration of the car.
                              • NOC of the old car no. UP78AE5459 for which I had to suffer a lot due to the fact that your dealer got the chassis tracing wrong three times & subsequently I have handed over the NOC to the representative of your dealer along with NOC from the financier. I would like to bring to your kind attention that no one from the side of Maruti Suzuki or the Dealer was explaining to me the reasons for the dismal/damaged condition of the car at the time of delivery. However I had sent to the dealer as well as Maruti Suzuki some of the photographs for the stockyard of their dealer for the month of August 2008, which are shocking & speak of the story behind the poor & damaged condition of the car delivered to me. These photographs were received by me later on. Looking to the photographs it can be concluded that I had been delivered a damaged car by Maruti dealer M/s Anand Motor Agencies Ltd, Lucknow, which is not acceptable to me, since I have paid for a brand new car & not damaged one.

                              Thus I had requested Maruti as well as their dealer M/s Anand Motor Agencies Ltd, Lucknow to:-

                              i) Immediately replace my car by a brand new car,

                              ii) Refund Rs. 1800/- being charged extra against registration of car &

                              iii) Compensate me for the mental agony suffered by me throughout this period of time.

                              I am attaching one of the photographs also.

                              The matter is already filed with consumer forum at Lucknow as already informed above, but it is taking so long time that it would be like 'justice delayed is justice denied' & now I am transferred out of Lucknow & have come down to Gurgaon.

                              I request you to help me out in this case if possible, through your esteemed channel.

                                  We lost our MARUTHI OMINI - KEY. We went to maruthi serivce center, warangal and request for duplicate key. They told me that duplicate keys some times not working, you will buy lock & key. Then we ordered Lock and key on 19/12/2011 and paid Rs.2000/- Advance. We contract the service center on 26/12/2011. He told me that we received key but not received the lock. We will reorder your old duplicate key. They promiss us to to handover the key on 29/12/2011.

                                  We engaged the vehicle for school for one year. Due to loss of the key we engaged other vehicle for school every day Rs.1000/-. This vehicle we purchased in finance. We loss Rs.20000/-. Whey they are harrashing us.

                                  Last year also we gave the vehicle for repairing purpose on Jan'10. They handover the vehicle after 45days. We lost Rs.45000/-

                                  We request the maruthi coustumer care for queck service. But they are not responsing for service.

                                  They are not responding properly.

                                  We wish to inform you that we purchase 8 seated maruthi omini 2008. my Vehicle No.AP28CB-5891. We lost my vehicle key. We approach your Adarsha service center, opposite LB College, Warangal, and Andhra Pradesh for duplicate key. They advise me to buy lock and key. We have given the order on 21/12/2011. But till today we have not received the key & lock.
                                  We engage the vehicle to school per day Rs.1000/-. Last time also you have delayed one and half month for repairing. We lost 45000/- hire charges.
                                  Now 12days Rs.12000/-. We lost. Who will bare this?
                                  Now your service center told us we have received lock, we have not received the key.
                                  Then they advise to order duplicate key. We ordered the same.
                                  As a big company why u r suffering like this?
                                  This vehicle we purchase on finance. Kindly think “Maruthi family suffer the common people.” Who will bare the loss?
                                  As a big company what is the worst service you are doing.
                                  We called [protected] complaints on[protected]. Your executive promises me to send the key immediately. But they did not response any thing.

                                    Maine tabhi MR.Kuttubbuddin ko iske baare me bataya ,lekin meri shikayat par koi action nahi liya gaya,OR mujhe kaha aap abhi to apni car le jao 4-5 dino k baad main iise theek karwa dunga Lekin sir main 5 din k baad me jab main car lekar aaya to mujhse car le li or kaha k aap kal gaadi le jaana main saara kaam karva dunga, mujhe 4 - 5 dino tak chhakkar lagne pade or uske baad mujhe kaha gaya ki aapko 1250 rs. or dene honge (SPEED METER CENCER OR NUTS K).

                                    maine kaha k meri car me to ye sab theek tha fir main kyon inki payment karoon.tab Mr.Kuttubbuddin ne mujhe DHAMKI DI kaha k payment kar ke car le jaao nahi to bhul jaao.

                                    Tabhi maine MARUTI SUZUKI k complain center no.[protected] par iski shikayant kari or mujhe satisfied karte hue unhone mujhe complain no. [protected] diya,lekin kuch dino k baad mere pass T.R.swahany se RAKHI MADEM ki call to aai lekin meri problem solve nahi hui.maine jab doobara complain no. par call kari to mujhe bataya gaya ki meri complain.cancelled kar di gayee hai.

                                    Ab main ye jaanana chahta ki without coustumer satisfaction maruti Suzuki ya T.R Swahany ne meri complain kyo cancell ki gaye ..

                                    NOW SOME MORE COMPLAINS AGAINST T.R SWAHANY

                                    1:- Workers are not doing his work properly & they are not care-full about costumers valuable cars & his time.
                                    2:- They are drive very bad when they take cars for service.
                                    3:-The maneger of the center is a very angry,proudi,& shellfish person.
                                    4:- They are cheat with the costumer by theaf the correct parts of car .
                                    5:- They are hide all the mistakes of workers together.

                                      had Booked a swift car with mondovi motors , Lavelle Road, Bangalore, on[protected]. while booking they informed that within three months the car will be delivered. Now the dealer is postphoning by another 2 months . i Find my friends in AP and Kerala who has booked Swift car after me has got delivery of the car.
                                      on Enquiry it is learnt that the dealers are delivering the cars on payment of extra 30000/.If that is the case, why such things should be done discreetly , and like the share bazaar index and gold rates fluctuations found daily the dealers of Maruti can put up Rates daily and the purchaser as well as dealer would be happy, and no customer like me would think iam fooled.

                                        I purchased wagonR 'DL9CQS 7207' in May 2008 from DD Motors Mayapuri.

                                        On 8th Nov 2011, I visited DD Motors Mayapuri with my car and asked them the cost to wash it, they finally billed me the washing

                                        charges Rs. 450 after bargaining. They made a billing of Rs. 450 which included: Rs. 400 for washing and Rs. 50 as Service Tax.

                                        At the time of billing I visited the payment counter and saw the pricing board where I found the washing cost of Rs. 350 +

                                        services tax.

                                        When I discussed with Manages, he told me that it was mistake by their employee.

                                        At the time of billing, payment counter executive visited to Manager to ask him what to charge me and he charged me the actual

                                        cost (350 + tax) and he also the asked me the billed slip give him back. So I have no proof of this fraud which was going to

                                        happen with me.

                                        I emailed to Maruti for this fraud and see what they replied:

                                        We regret the inconvenience caused to you

                                        After receiving your complaint we have checked up with concerned service advisor who had misquoted washing rates to you.

                                        Case was discussed with their management and appropriate action has been taken so as the same is not repeated in future.

                                        Maruti Suzuki — price difference in billing

                                        I have purchased one Alto LX silky silver from your Maruthi Dealership M/S Hercules Automobiles Intel Pvt Ltd, Alappuzha, with the invoice No: VSL08000120 dated[protected].Even though the new price has not been implimented on the billing date . Your dealership has delivered the vehicle in the new price only and they have hesitated to pay back the difference amount in price .
                                        I request you to take up the matter from your end with the above mentioned dealership and make necessary arrangemnet to get me the difference amount with a small interaction to me.

                                        Suzuki WagonR — NOt Provided R.C.

                                        I have bought One Wagon R LXI from T.S.Motors, Lucknow which is situated at Shahnajaf Road, Sahara Ganj. They have not provided us the Temp. registration document after taking the Payment for the same. Mr. Ravi Srivastav was the contact person at that moment. I have given him the complaint regarding the same but he has not given me any status and neither he is picking my call. Please help me out. My Permanent registartion is continuouisly going delayed from the past three months. Please help!!!

                                        Maruti Suzuki Wagon R — Not Provided Temp. R.C.

                                        I have bought one WagonR from T.S.Motors, Lucknow which is situated at Sahnajaf Road, Saharaganj in the month Of July. Uptill now they have not provided us the Temp. R.C. Mr. arvi Srivastav was the contact person at that time. i have made several requests but he has not provided any type of status. They have taken the payment for the same at that moment. My permanent registration is continuously going to be delayed. he is not picking my call. I am totally helpless and want to charge the file of Fraud and Misinterpretation against T.S. Motors, Lucknow.

                                        maruthi suzuki/wagonR — charged over amount

                                        post the accident repair at nallalam indus work shop. delivered it after 2months, 12days.and charged 50%+12.5%tax for changed door[its a 2months old car]it is very harmfull experience.
                                        Purchased Wagon R vxi in july 08, cost 3, 91000 rs add 28000 for acessories. engine is 16 valve . price list at delivery is 2, 71000. also scheem of 40.000 from distributer not given. no acess to check engine no. on request was the reply. what is a fc engine.also there is a anti threft system which i had to pay 900rs additional and is not working. was told engineer would attend. Purchased from Kotiri workshop Hadpsar. delevired at Kotiri Pune at yervada rd.
                                        Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Maruti — MISTAKE IN BILLING AND MISLEADING

                                        Sub: Purchased new A STAR, from Gandhidham Dealer.

                                        I would like to state that earlier also I have purchased maruti
                                        car but this time really I comes to know that how maruti is misguiding the public/purchaser.
                                        As advised by my friend I used internet and due to that one of the rajkot maruti delaer contact me., but at last it is true that purchaser is always looser and company/dealer always keep safe space for him.

                                        a. Rajkot dealers rep. said that dealer has to deliver car at your door so there will be no any logistic / transport charges/ petrol charges and same promise given by Gandhidham (smartly in quotation no. 4166/22.4.11 ) showing ex-showroom price* at Gandhidham, but at the time of delivery in bill they charged Rs. 4900.00 as logistic charges. How?
                                        b. I was having maruti also GJ 12 J 3143, just four days ago I sold it, when I contact my insurance agent ( united India insurance company ltd ) , they said that I will get benefit of no claim bonus and for this new car they will charge me only Rs. 8600, but I was forced that compulsory I have to get my car insured from BAJAJ and they charged me Rs. 12816.00. whether it is truly that maruti is making some money from the policy amount? And due to that I paid more money to BAJAJ. Why they forced?
                                        c. I was told that I will get Rs. 6000.00 extra accessories free of cost and I have to buy from them only, but when I told them that whatever amount u are earning deduct that amount and pay me by cheque, but that also they denie ( first they say that are not earning any on that/later they not given any reply ) therefore force bully purchased seat cover / mats/ freshener / CD bags, ( amounting Rs. 3755.00 ) approx 30% to 40% higher the market price.
                                        d. Rajkot agent said he will not charges any RTO expenses and number plate also will be free from company but Gandhidham Maruti charged Rs. 1000.00.
                                        e. Car was ordered on 26.4.2011 but bill date is showing 15.3.2011 ( suddenly on this date I was overseas ).quotation was issued on 22.4.2011 and invoice date is 15.3.2011.
                                        f. In bill additional tax of Rs. 8788.49 was charges , pls clearfy.
                                        g. Gandhidham Maruti given discount of Rs. 17000.00 but Rajkot offered me Rs. 22000.00, how the difference in same company and same product.
