I want a revert to the following quiry raised. Your company didn,t respond to my repeated enduiry.


"I have booked a maruti dizire VDI (Sovrgn. blue ) through indus motors Trivandrum by paying an advance of Rs.50000/--.(Recpt. No 1618). in may 2011. My booking priority was 4 and subsequently they informmed that the company has stopped the production of VDI (Sovern blue ) and my priority has slipped into 31 for new option - Silver colour. Please revert if such intimation has given to the dealer regarding lay off of the same and your information is crucial for me for further actions "

    i have send my swift dzire for service to maruti service masters , G T KARNAL ROAD, car number is BL2550 . They have charged 1,850 for gasket which is a get affected by its own . i have nothing to do with it .but they charged for it very high . My car is under warranty , and they still charging me for everything like my car clutch is not working properly and they are charging me very high when i asked them to repair it when my car sill have warranty then why should i pay for it .Maruti dzire has warranty in terms of km is of 60,000 km and my car km is 48000 km which means my car still have warranty . then why should i pay for all this . please help me as soon as possible otherwise i will do case on maruti service .

One year before my car had accident and at that time front right wheel , front and rear bumper was damage. At that time I go (karlo automobiles it is maruti authorised) service station. Its service is not good at present I also hed up for his service, Front and rear bumper also fed up , front right wheel also slide band. I hope you slove my problem. And also get action on dealer.

          I had purchased SUZUKI ACCESS 125 at IBAYS Motors from Hyderabad dt:15/05/2011,since from purchasing onwards we facing problem,as vehicle is not getting starting,when we have given for service they are saying that will see and rectify,however they are not doing any thing,simply they are charging and giving back the vehicle.Till now we had given 3 times for service and paid service is also from our end,simply they are wasting our money doing nothing.

          Since from purchasing onwards i am facing the same problem,By spending my money and roaming with your service centres really i am fed up by taking your vehicle,Request your intervention on my complaint and do the needful on priority.From seven on month onwards i am facing my problem your people are not at all responding,if the same thing has been continued further i will take with consumer court,as I am having all the proofs with me.

            This problem started in the last year after 3 months of buying a new Swift Dzire VDi from TCS Faridabad, i am appending below my previous communication to Maruti, Now again i am facing the same problem & still the service centre people taking it as a routine problem:

            THE BELOW WAS WRITTEN ON JUL 8th:
            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            I bought a Swift DZire (vdi) from TCS Autoworld Faridabad in Oct'10 first week bearing Chasis no: MA3FSEB1S00297708. Prior to this car I used Maruti Alto for Six years & drove that for more than 170000 Kms in 6 years (alto still being used by my wife).

            The first set of brake shoe went bad just after 8500 kms in 3 months from DOP. When I discussed at service centre that how the brake shoe can go bad only in 8500 kms, the person dealing me refused to comment then I met the manager he said today is sunday I will let u know tomorrow, next day he confirmed to give 50% discount and charged around 1500 rs on brake shoe but didn't give me any invoice. Now again at 17500 kms Brake shoe have gone bad and I am clueless what to do.

            Please help in rectifying this manufacturing defect.

I Deposited Rs 14800/-(fourteen thousand eight hundred only) in State Bank Of India ,name PRAKASH KUMAR Account No [protected] on 22/10/11 as REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSITE for the interview in advice of Mr. Aiko Hiroko .Again i have received a mail to pay 23800/-for Letter of Guarantee and verification from the Home Ministry Anti-Terrorism Clearance Certificate Supreme Court Letter Of Clearance .I replied that i cant pay the amount due to my financial constituents .Mr. Aiko Hiroko called said that he can give one more day time to arrange the cash .even though i couldn't do it from the next day i tried calling Mr. Aiko Hiroko to explain the situation.but all the phone numbers are not in use till date no reply from his mail also.

                        I have recently purchased WAGON R VXI from Automotive Mfg., Dombivli with an Exchange of my Santro car.

                        This was my first time to go with Maruti car, as I was using Hyundia' model for last 8 years and was very Happy with it and its services.

                        But to my surprise, on the same day of my Delivery, there was some noise in the Silencer. I have to take to the Service center on the next day, they did tried to do some R&D but of no use.

                        A day after my Brother-in-Law Mr. Nikhil Pawar, who is also marked in the Cc and who work in the automotive field for last 14 years, personally took the Wagon R to the service center. The representative of the Service center, did tried changing few parts, replaced with the new one, but still no success.

                        I would presonally like your kind attention in these matter, as I am in the impression, that since I have been handed some inferior quality of Wagon R car as a part of Exchange of my Santro,. The reason is pretty simple, new car does not have to be having so much of issue.
                        If the service center is not able to resolve the issue, request to replace my car with another new model of Wagon R VXI.

                          My wife purchased a car SWIFT VXi in JUN 2005. This was from the first lot of Swift Cars,after launching,recd at Aurangabad,Maharashtra.
                          Chasis No.104564.Total run of this car so far is 92623 KM.In such a short run Engine has failed and we have spent approx 36K for complete overhaul of Engine.After purchase of car each and every servicing and repair is carried out at Maruti's authorised Service center, Automotive Manufacturers Pvt Ltd.,AURANGABAD-431006.
                          In a petrol vehicle I have never heard of Engine overhaul at such a SHORT RUN.
                          This should be a world record of poorest Engine life in Suzuki's History.
                          If somebody is aware of still lower life,please share with me.
                          I feel that when Swift was launched in India,Second quality engines must have been pushed to India,by Suzuki,taking Indians for Granted.
                          Suzuki should investigate this premature failure of engine and collect data/feedback from their service centers on all initial vehicles.

                                I booked a maruti swift in May 2011. Dealer promised me a max period of 4.5 months. Meanwhile new swift was launched, so i got my booking upgraded to Zdi from old Vdi. After waiting till 1st Nov i registered a complaint in Maruti that dealer is not giving me any status of my car. After 2 days i received a letter from dealer in which he asked me to opt for new Vdi which he promised me to delever on 20 Nov. Now when i got my Loan Processed and Approved from HDFC via some other branch ( not from the agents sitting in Maruti Showroom), they have got me strangled again. Now they say that they will not give me car until the receive full payment and the bank says that they will not give me loan until they get insurance copy from Dealer. HDFC people tried to negotiate with Dealer but they are not responding.

                                Is this the way car loan are processed?

                                If any consumer doesn't have full payment by his disposal than he will not be able to buy car on loan as per this current scenario.

                                Kindly suggest me if i can register any complaint with Consumer Court in this case against Dealer or Bank, or any other way to get my car without hassle.

                                  I have just driven my Maruti Swift Petrol 20,000 kms and till now my experience with Maruti is pathetic after buying this Petrol Version of swift it had several manufacturing complaints which I am facing till today and Maruti Suzuki have no shame at all, they close my complaint without even approaching me, service after sales is unbelievable you have to always run and in return your complaint will be taken for granted and you will recieve unnecessary excuses from Maruti TSM and from the dealer as well, I am facing a severe Issue with My vehicles clutch which has got hard and I have just driven my vehicle 20000 kms the condition of my vehicle is excellent have got it serviced on time and I drive it in a very smooth way however I am not at all satisfied with Maruti's customer service My complaint has been closed yesterday without any resolution, Is this the way Maruti Suzuki deals with Its customer Issues, I am regular Maruti Suzuki customer since 1990 and have not switched over to any other brand than Maruti Suzuki till now, however now I think I should never buy Maruti vehicle after this bad experience.

                                  I have purchased maruti swift vdi on 14 feb 2009 from seva automotive pvt ltd. nasik. I went for third free servicing on 01/08/2009 & register my complaint that the front left hand-side shock absorber is giving noise while cruising through pot holes they assured me to solve the problem but the problem still persist I have written to the dealer but they have not contacted me.

                                  I have purchased a maruti wagonr from the above said dealer, few years back.They have insured my car and assured me that they will give me proper and cashless services .I paid the premium for 6 years and availed no claim bonus, after 6 years my car body was damaged by a tempo.I went to the dealer to repair the body, they said that, let the body be more damaged then we will repair it.Again after one year the other side got damaged by truck and tempo both the sides.I again went to dealer, they said my engineer is on leave, so come after 2, 3 days, then we will serve u.I said keep my car with you and i will come afer 2, 3 days and take the receipt as it is not posssible to come again and again .Then they said u can take teh car to our workshop at panki which is about 10-12 kms away from the spot of the dealer.I went to panki, the concerned person said that it is not possible to
                                  repair both the sides.there was no other option to surreneder myself to the dealer.I said ok dowhatever is possible for u .They have repaired a small patch of one side and returned the car.And after few months one of my relative who has got the knowledge of the car told me that patch is not properly repaired, even they have not done the rubbing polish on the patch still that patch is uneven.They had also said that rest of the damaged portin will be repaired after the renewal of the next premium of the insurance.Kindly let me know what is the use of the insurance from your dealer and what is the way to repair the dmaged portion and the way to reapir the already reapired portion properly.

                                      I had purchase a new maruti wagon R CNG car from T R Shawani Motor dated 7/9/2011 after finished of my temporary regestration on date 12/10/2011 after complet of anoter one month they could provide me parmnent regestration , meanwhile i have been given all nesessary document befor dade line and also i have visited their show room several time then i spend my time and many but no body give me proper reply after all that they told me pay penalty for late fee of RS 20000 then we shall be give you and also when i ask for extended warrenty they told me the amount is not add in your bill for extended warrenty but the time of deal they have taken or add all expenditure on the ex show room price .

                                      so finally i awited their reply till now .
