Had booked Ertiga CNG thru DSA Autopark, who inturn booked thru Kataria. Car was delivered with scratch at two place and they have collected excess money towards Insurance and Extended warranty. Maruti has not given any extended warranty card. Total Excess money is[protected] for Insurance + 15541 for EW)

Not provided Complemantary accessories promised at the time of booking.

Complaint raised with Maruti vide reference no. CRM:[protected] since May 22 still no resolution.

    I had purchased New swift just 1 week ago .this car has major fault that it's break and push start button fails suddenly .car has problem in battery and ignition.
    Very poor customer support, bad product are now common in maruti Suzuki. They are selling worst product .
    Shame on maruti Suzuki.

      I purchased new WAGONR on 23/06/2021. I asked to increase reverse sensor horn beep sound level. But dealer informed that it is not possible. Hence I request you to look into this matter seriously as it affect safety of vehicle during reverse.

        I found reverse horn is very useful in crowded area and was there in my earlier maruthi van (1977 model)and Wagnor (2009 ). I am using maruthi car since 1977.Now I purchased new WAGONR on 23/06/2021.I asked for reverse horn. Dealer informed me that it is not there in accessories list and also can not be fitted out side as it affect warranty class. Hence I request you to add reverse horn in your accessories list.

          1. My baleno 2020 delta has unusual braking sound. When hard braking its worse. I have complained about it in maruti service(kayamkulam) centre but they said its normal!? How in the world braking noise is normal?? I want a replacement since the car is under warranty.

          2. My baleno 2020 delta petrol 1.2 manual sometimes when i shift gear into reverse it gets stuck in the middle when i release the clutch brrrr sound comes from transmission. It happens often but not every time. I raised issue about this also in service centre in kayamkulam, They said its normal. Whaat?? Worst service !! I didnt hear anyone complaining about his issue i think its manufacturing defect and i want replacement.

          3. After i repainted my baleno’s rear dicky in indus service centre in kayamkulam since its authorised by maruti, the paint was all over the place and in interior too on the gear lever, b pillar, door pockets everywhere i asked them to fix this issue. They tried to remove the paint by scratching it with sharp object and a bog scratch on headlight. I will attach the photo. I need a repaint on my b pillar the service centre ruined my paint and they remove the paint from front right headlight by scratching it. I need to get my b pillar repainted and headlight fixed!!

          Since i am facing this much issue with my baleno 2020 delta 1.2 petrol manual i am planning to move to consumer court if you dont resolve this issue.

            Service done with Relan motors Ajmer yesterday it was a worst experience I ever felt with my vehicle
            They have totally spoiled my vehicle the communication with service staff was also so bad..Just because of these types of service centers maruti can spoiled there good values and ethics..
            If maruti can not promise there customers values they shoud have stop selling there products..
            So sad I m feeling same on these cheaters...

                Dear Team

                I have done my Car Ertiga (DL8C AU2360) service from Krish Motors on 27 Jun. This was normal service but still I have been charged with ₹10260 out of which ₹5140 was just labour charges which is ridiculous. If this way they charge then it's better to get the service from outside instead of any Maruti Service centres.

                I hope you will notice this and take action.

                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                  Driver of my car tried to save the lady but he was unable to control the car and my car had an accident and thereafter my car was dumped with a dry tree and then driver reversed the car and the driver ran away with the car and the crowd surrounded him and the mob started pelting stones on the top of the car. The driver somehow escaped with his life from there.

                  I got all the above information from the police station and my driver after a few days.

                  I bailed out my car on Friday (25-June-2021) and I got my car out of the police station on Sunday (27-June-2021) and I called maruti service center RKBK AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD (Basti, UP) to take the car from police station but they did not have any facility so i somehow took my car to service center but the service center did not take the claim of my car and did not take the car in my custody I took the car back to some side.

                  Service center people are saying that your claim will not be passed, so we cannot take your car inside.
                  I will make the claim to Maruti also.

                  Request you, please do the needful for the same.

Car model Spresso CNG, but not delivery yet, so what a status Car rate will increase in July month, but why I pay more from current rate, I will not pay more instead of present rate.

                        I have purchased suzuki gixxer 150 vehicle from Nine star show room - Bangalore (Hosa road) on 2015.

                        This is to notify that my two wheeler has continues oil leakage issues.

                        When we took it to the service stations, it was repaired with m-seal / anabound which didn't give a permanent solution to the problem. It's a manufacturing error and gave me different excuses.

                        We are so regretted to have this problem very frequently and still didn't reached any solution.

                        Request your help or immediate action in this regard to get this issue rectified in my vehicle.

                          Hi Team,

                          I own Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza top model and purchased on 02/03/2020. All the services were done on time and have active zero depreciation insurance.

                          Last 2-3 months I observed that car is consuming very heavy engin oil and i have handed over my car to Jhalawar Rajasthan Bhatia showroom on 30 May, 2021 but not action has been taken by showroom.

                          They are saying i need to pay 35000 to fix problem but i have fully covered my car with Insurance. Why should i pay this extra money.

                          Please find attached insurance copy and take action promptly. If I don't get response then i will use other social media platform for further escalation.

                          This will definitely question the design of Vitara Brezza. Really disappointed by Maruti services and don't recommend anyone to buy it's product.

Due to my financial credentials my lone didn't approved by bankers. So I had requested the representative of M/s Starburst Motors Pvt. Ltd. to refund me the booking amount on 9th February 2021. Since today after several committed date of refund M/s Starburst Motors Pvt. Ltd. didn't refund me the booking amount.

                              I was driving my Dzire ZXi (purchased in august 2017) on delhi Jaipur highway last Monday when I met with a major car accident. My car hit the divider and went to the other side of the road. It rolled for 3-4 times and then hit the dry sewer. In the accident my car got damaged from all the sides including the front side but both the airbags didn’t come out during the accident. I got injured on my head and I was bleeding badly because of the cut on my head. I was lucky that the localities took me to the nearby hospital and I got a proper treatment there. I have got 8 stitches on my head, from that you can judge the length of the cut. My wife also got injury on her neck and stomach. We were lucky that we didn’t get any other major injury.

                              The question here is why did the airbags didn’t work? What is the point of spending extra money to get the airbag feature in the car when they are of no use? Even after such major accident in which my car is destroyed completely the airbags didn’t work then how can we trust the safety features of this car? We just got saved by the grace of god, otherwise the car didn’t save us from any other major injury. I am attaching the pics of my car post the crash to make you understand the impact of the accident.

                              I am highly disappointed with the performance of the safety features of this car. This accident could have caused our lives or any irreparable injury / damage. I want the Maruti company to compensate me for the physical and mental damage that it has caused me and for the deficiency of services / product quality given to me.

                                I am writing this for getting your concern to the security functions of your one of the cars and probably most wanting and selling cars - maruti suzuki eco.. recently I m hearing more and nore no. of the cases of car stealing specially when the car is Eco.And i am one of those whose father' s car just stolen few months ago .In these difficult times i have a reuque/ appeal to you to please make innovations to your cars ... I have had gone through your company details and found that there are countless no. of happy customers but it only comes when the customer are really happy with the performance of company and yes the reality is true as maruti suzuki captures 53percent of markrt share. So, you are more than half century. Congratulations for this long journey success .But requesting you to please make some innovations and creativity in the relating to security of the car .As a normal person spend their hard earned savings in buying these products!!!Thanks

                                    मेरी कार एस क्रॉस ज़ीटा पेट्रोल 15 नवंबर 2020 की ली आज मैंने उसकी दूसरी सर्विस करवाई उस दौरान पता लगा उसका एक्सेल फट गया वो लीक कर रहा है उसमें कोई चोट के निशान नही है पर फिर भी कंपनी बोल रही वो वारण्टी में नही है । इतना पैसा लगा कर कोई नई गाड़ी खरीदता है बिना किसी कारण 6 महीने में ऐसा होना ये ठीक नही है ।। मेरी तरफ से कोई एक्सीडेंट गाड़ी का नही हुआ ना ही उसमें चोट के निशान है उसका रबर फटा हुआ है वहां से ग्रीस लीक कर रहा है मेरी समझ से परे है यह कैसे हुआ ।। गाड़ी वारण्टी में है कंपनी को इसमें उचित कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए धन्यवाद

                                      I have booked maruti ertiga vxi cng from krish motors G.T KARNAL ROAD SSI INDUSTRIAL AREA DELHI.AT the time of booking they booked my car at 1052000 and there was a waiting of 84 days .And now at the time of delivery they are saying that maruti has increased the prices and now you have to pay 1075000 so this is not my fault .so why should I pay increased price rather than the booking price.
