Hello sir/madam
I want to tell you that, i purchased brezza vxi from dera bassi showroom, but the showroom manager misbehave with me. Actually the reason was that they commited to me that i can do insurance of car by myself, but later on they refused but i said ok because i want car as soon as possible.On the delivery day they were charging extra money approx.(3000rs) for the insurance which i refused to pay...then the manager behave...

Total loss car resold

Our ex-car number MH 12 PC 2670, was drained in accumulated water in parking for hours. Insurance did survey told us it's a total loss vehicle and can't be repaired. We were financially in loss due to it. Now after few month the vehicle is repaired and sold to someone and that person is using our car. Tread wear on the outside edge of the tyre

My name is Vikas and I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father-in-law (Mr. Sathianathan), as he had a terrible experience with Maruti Eeco wherein the outside edge of the tyres are wearing out in less than 7000 kms. Before explaining the issue I would like to let u know that our family are pride owners of Maruti, as we possess S-cross(KL 56 H 1333), Baleno(KA 03 MZ 5879) and Swift(KL 56 C 5700) apart from Mauti Eeco(KL 56 U 8229)....

When i go for third service on date 15 dec 2020 in workshop then the engineer of workshop said that your car steering have some problem so it would be changed under warrenty so you can order it
Then i order that part on 16 dec the manger of work shop said it will come in 2-3 day so you wait for it
But till today no response come come from workshop and maruti suzuki company
And i have raise many complain to toll free...

Non receiving of accessories

I purchased Ciaz Delta in the month Jan -2018 . My registration Number is - OD 23 F 8806 At the time of purchase, I paid for all required accessories including Fast tag . It is nearly 3 years I have not received the same . Though I have informed the matter several times over telephone, every time I got assurance only .They are not taking the issue seriously .

I have booked S presso vxi Red colour 23/12/20 at Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Jaikrishnaa Auto Sales, Coimbatore, Mettupalayam Road) branch. I checked twice before booking it for car availability. At the time the answer was it's available, and it will be delivered on time. A very next day I got the call from the showroom and they informed that the car is not available and there is no update on the exact delivery date. It's totally unacceptable....

I had accident yesterday with front dash of Maruti Suzuki Baleno Zeta petrol variant on High way. I equipped with seatbelt. My car had burst tyre on right side, suddenly I lost control of my car. It got front dash to standing tractor trolley. But no air bag was opened in that impact. I was surprised what kind of security you are providing to us....

In ahmednagar, maharashtra, the suzuki dealer kankaria midc, they showing new suv outside of showroom which is locate 2 km away from showroom, its just not acceptable that new suv show us ouside away from showroom!
may be that car is old one or may be a fraud,
that incidence create lots of doubts in our mind.

After that we immediate cancel our cars booking.

Kankariya maruti arena ahmednagar showrroms...

We bought a Maruti S-presso VXI on 17 March 2020 from Indus Motors Angamaly. Reg. No. KL 63 G 6939
Unfortunately the vehicle is not satisfactory as its music system got failed just after few weeks. As we reported to the showroom they repaired it for the first time. But just after few weeks the music system failed again. And they have taken it from the car on 25 Nov 2020 as we reported the issue in the showroom. Now it has been one month...
