I booked the Ertiga car at 10 December 2020 On the date and dealer gives me the car in 2 months so I was wondering but now I think it will take 1 month for the car again.The date and the showroom dealer will give me the car in 2 months, but now I think it will take 1 month for the car again.

    6 दिसंबर को रात्रि 9 बजे कानपुर से भरुआ सुमेरपुर जाते समय घाटमपुर कुष्मांडा माता के मंदिर के समीप स्टार्ट गाड़ी अचानक चलते चलते बन्द हो गई और डिजिटल मीटर में चौथा गियर पड़े होने का इंडिकेशन आ रहा था जो कि ना ही हट रहा था और ना ही गाड़ी स्टार्ट हो रही थी इसलिए वहीं पर खड़ा कर दिया गया और कंपनी को सूचना दी गयी व इसबारे में शिकायत की गई और गाड़ी छोड़ दी गयी अगले दिन सुबह गाड़ी स्टार्ट हो गयी तो उसे हमीरपुर KTL सर्विस सेंटर पर खड़ी किया गया जिसमें कई तरह के काम व पूरी सर्विस की गई और गाड़ी 8 दिसंबर को दी गयी और सर्विस के नाम अनुचित रकम वसूल की गई जिसके बारे में मैं नजरअंदाज कर गया फिर मैं 9 दिसंबर को अपने राठ आफिस के लिए निकला तो एकबार फिर बिवांर के पास चलते चलते गाड़ी फिर से बंद हो गयी और फिर वही समस्या हुई जो पहले थी फिर मैंने हमीरपुर KTL फ़ोन किया और सूचना दी तो उन्होंने राठ सर्विस सेंटर से मिस्त्री भेजकर ब्रेक का काम कराया और कहा अब ये समस्या नहीं आएगी मैं भी निश्चिन्त हो गया फिर मैं एक बार 9 जनवरी सुबह 7 बजे हमीरपुर से कानपुर परीक्षा देने के लिए जाते समय बिधनू में चलते चलते बंद हो गयी मैंने फिर हमीरपुर KTL को सूचना दी और गाड़ी वहीं छोड़कर ऑटो से कानपुर आ गया फिर 8 बजे रामादेवी KTL पहुंचा तो गाड़ी वहीं पर खड़ी थी जहां पर गाड़ी का चेकअप किया गया तो मुझे छोड़ने के लिए बोला गया मैंने गाड़ी वहीं पर छोड़ दी उसके बाद उन्होंने ऑटोमेटिक गियर यूनिट और क्लच प्लेट बदलने का आश्वासन देकर 10-15 दिनों का समय मांगा तो मैं भी गाड़ी छोड़कर चला आया उसके कुछ दिन बाद कानपुर KTL से किसी अभिषेक जैसवाल ने मुझे काल करके क्लच प्लेट और गियर यूनिट बदलने के लिए 60 हजार रुपये की डिमांड की जिसकी शिकायत मैंने आपके TSM नितेश तिवारी से की जिसके बाद पैसे तो नहीं लिए गए पर उनके द्वारा भी पैसे लगते हैं ऐसा कहा गया जो कि मेरे हिसाब से बिल्कुल गलत है खैर बिना गियर यूनिट को बदले केवल क्लच का काम करके गाड़ी मुझे 10 दिनों बाद दी गयी और बोला गया अब इसमें ये समस्या नहीं आएगी लेकिन आज 03/02/2021 को मैं अपने आफिस राठ से अपने घर भरुआ सुमेरपुर आ रहा था लगभग 7 बज रहा था रास्ते से घर 10 या 12 किलोमीटर बचा था अचानक एक बार फिर हरबार की तरह मेरी गाड़ी चलते चलते बंद हो गयी और उसमें वही गियर फसने का इंडिकेशन आने लगा है जिसकी शिकायत मैंने हेल्पलाइन नम्बर व हमीरपुर KTL में तत्काल की और आपकी कंपनी के TSM नितेश तिवारी को काल की तो उन्होंने डिसकनेक्ट कर दी व टेक्स्ट का कोई जवाब नहीं दिया जब ऐसे कर्मचारी होंगे आपकी कंपनी में तो क्या होगा इस कंपनी का अब तो संतोषजनक जवाब ना मिलने के कारण मुझे मजबूरन न्यायालय व उपभोक्ता फोरम में जाकर इस कंपनी के खिलाफ केस करके अपने नुकसान व कीमती समय बर्बाद होने का हर्जाना वसूल करना पड़ेगा ।

      Dear sir/mam,
      The request is as follows: My name is Mohammad Irfan and my car is Maruti Celerio, which I had made a clutch work at SP Motors Bareilly, Authorized Service Center in Maruti.
      A few days after I got to work in Clutch, there was some noise coming from my car, I checked my car several times in SP Motors Bareilly but my car was not correct nor was I given any correct response.
      Today, when I reached my car with SP Motors Bareilly, they said that they will come with the car on Tuesday and then they will check.
      I came back from there upset but my car has not been repaired yet, please take this information from SP Motors.

          I had purchased new car from T R sawhney Delhi in month of november.The Agency is not sending me number plate due to which i have facing problem. As per rule if number plate not issued. The RTO unable to send me RC . all my money spent upon car get vanished. and its illegal to use car without proper document after long time of purchased. I call many time to Ankit who is dealing person in agency. He always said that "today i will do" but he is not taking any action yet and make different personal excuse everyday. If ask for any senior person number then Ankit says that i am senior. I am not govt. & Govt will do this work. He is mentally torcher me and my family member and harashed me and also wasting our important time. Please take any action as soon as possible.

              We had booked a Maruthi Swift ZXI + AMT on 7/01/2021. Booked the vehicle from Kalyani Motors Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. Receipt No. [protected] in the name of Padma Shenoy. We were promised that the vehicle would arrive within 2 weeks. But now it is almost a month and even bank loan is ready. I called the executive today and he told there is a delay of another 2 weeks. This is highly regretted. Maruthi service is usually the best. But now unfortunately i feel it is not giving a good service. When can I expect the vehicle. The bank people are also asking as they have to release the payment as soon as possible. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                1. Required details for payment amount Rs. 6, 01, 173 which was paid by me against cost of new Wagonr vxi 1.2 for submission the form under rule 18(3) to my dept.(BSF).

                2. I have paid Rs. 6500- on a/c of learn driving and for licence. But now the driver of the school demand for 1000 for handing over the learner.

                3. After a repeated request, Refundable amount Rs. 841/- not credited to me.

                  Denied cashless facility

                  Dear sir,

                  I would like to inform that on 18th December
                  2020 a truck hit my car UP85BE0043.

                  I filed an FIR for security reasons,
                  but there was no third party bodily injury or death in the accident.

                  There is no court case in the process against me & my car,
                  but workshop is denieing cash less facility and telling me that they can't keep my car at their place for longer....

                  Myself K N Hasan writing this last email with the immense grief and pain to the key people of Maruti and Fairdeal to explain my current situation, I am in, for the last 3 years.

                  I had sold my TATA Indica Dl 5CE 0168 in July 2014 to Fair Deal pvt.ltd jhilmil shahadra delhi via Invoice Number VSL14000890, dated 27 Jul 2014 and in exchange I purchased Maruti Ertiga DL 5CJ 8415 from Fair Deal.

                  After 3 years of selling my Indica car, I received a legal notice issued on 6-
                  May 2017 in my name that a car accident had happened and two people were accidentally killed by the same Indica Car Dl 5CE 0168 and I had to produce myself in the court on 9 Jun 2017.

                  I contacted Fair Deal in Jun 2017 itself and from then I am just getting false assurance on support from Maruti and Fair deal and continuously receiving legal notice again and again

                  Now legal notice is issued stating that i have to pay amount which is ordered by court.
                  I am facing so much mental torture from all this and want this to end now.
                  Kindly reply and take action soon as legal order have been issued and no time is left.
                  I have already complaint to maruti suzuki complaint no. [protected] CRM[protected]

                  ITS LAST WAY TO APPROACH YOU CALMLY. NOW IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN THEN I HAVE TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO POLICE AND MEDIA.

                        This has reference to to Maruti Suzuki WagonR (chassis number MA3JMT81SLM400394, reg no. GA08R7635) purchased buy me on 11/1/21 at Sai Service Pvt ltd Verna Goa.

                        I would like to inform you that invoice number [protected] dated 11/1/21 shows ex showroom rate Rs. 490194/-
                        Again down on invoice copy it mentions ex showroom rate as Rs. 518674/-

                        As per the sales executive ex-showroom price is 518674/- but invoice shows 490194 after GST.

                        Sales executive had promised me free accessories and he also promised extended warranty free that is of Rs. 8000/-

                        please find attached herewith the account statement given by the dealer which shows that Rs.8000/- is paid by me.

                        As per my understanding ex showroom price should not contain accessories amount. It only contains dealer margin, transportation cost & octroi charges.

                        May I know as to why accessories amount is added to ex showroom price?

                        As per motor vehicle act 1988 there is no provision made where a dealer can charge handling charges but break up of account details given to me clearly proves that handling charges are collected.

                        First when I visited the showroom I was promised all accessories free, which included matting, steering grip, seat covers, mud flap, door visors etc.

                        But when account breakup was asked the sales executive said that Rs. 13000 accessories was supposed to be given free, but only Rs. 6000 worth is given free.

                        Once payment is is done by the customer how is that dealer deviates from what he has said?
                        This clearly proves that Maruti Suzuki are cheating people.

                        Kindly request you to intervene the matter and refund the excess amount back to me or else I will be forced to take legal action.

                          Sir,
                          I have taken NOC for my Maruti Swift Dzire bought in 2015 at Kakinada. I am now retired and moving to Hyderabad for my final settlement. Registration authority is asking for invoice copy which I don't have.
                          I have requested/knocked at all doors through emails and tele-conversation, but they all are blunt and unhelpful.
                          Could you please suggest me any other method by which I can get my invoice copy?

                            I had service of maruti baheno zeta on dtd.01.01.21 but it's not up to the mark. I had paid Rs.12404/- which is comparatively high but afterthat i am not satisfied with same and problem is there like before I.e. all minor scratches for which I had suggested painting but work done is very badly by just past white color mark, not done computerized color also consist of hidden charges also. I had experience very badly.

                              I have purchased Celerio X on Dec 17 2020 and within a month of delivery car AC is not working .
                              When I’ve been to the service centre, they confirmed Some switch issue and the soldering is gone, we need 10 days to repair the part and is not under warranty but we will try to cover it under warranty.

                              I don’t understand how a brand new car can cause such technical issues within a month, is there any satisfactory response ? And to my surprise all were treating the issue like some 10 year old car, saying dust jam 🤷🏻‍♀️

                                  Hello sir/madam
                                  I want to tell you that, i purchased brezza vxi from dera bassi showroom, but the showroom manager misbehave with me. Actually the reason was that they commited to me that i can do insurance of car by myself, but later on they refused but i said ok because i want car as soon as possible.On the delivery day they were charging extra money approx.(3000rs) for the insurance which i refused to pay...then the manager behave rudely and was saying that i[censored] wants to purchase than purchase otherwise u can cancel the deal, but later on sales boy jaswant called me and convinced me to buy car. But the behaviour of the manager was very rude with customer, so please take some action as we are the customer not employee that u will behave rudely with us.

                                    Our ex-car number MH 12 PC 2670, was drained in accumulated water in parking for hours. Insurance did survey told us it's a total loss vehicle and can't be repaired. We were financially in loss due to it. Now after few month the vehicle is repaired and sold to someone and that person is using our car. Nexa showroom team wagholi got all docs signed by us for transfer and NOC and all. And the fastag is still by my name we had recharged it, new battery was changed by us, the registration is still by my name and some one else is using that vehicle. My question is IF THE VEHICLE WAS A TOTAL LOSS AND WAS TO BE TRASHED THEN HOW IS IT NOW REPAIRED AND SOLD TO SOME ONE ? this is a kind of fraud to use...we lost our car for no reason. We paid nonsense parking charges at the nexa showroom for parking, they do not even touched our vehicle f or days . We had to run around to banks and showroom multiple time for getting this closed and to get the IDV balance back to us. The Lombard insurance team and the nexa team are not supportive and do not care for customers.
                                    Please answer my question, our emotions where attached with that car. They all played with it and created all nuisance.
