This has reference to to Maruti Suzuki WagonR (chassis number MA3JMT81SLM400394, reg no. GA08R7635) purchased buy me on 11/1/21 at Sai Service Pvt ltd Verna Goa.
I would like to inform you that invoice number [protected] dated 11/1/21 shows ex showroom rate Rs. 490194/-
Again down on invoice copy it mentions ex showroom rate as Rs. 518674/-
As per the sales executive ex-showroom price is 518674/- but invoice shows 490194 after GST.
Sales executive had promised me free accessories and he also promised extended warranty free that is of Rs. 8000/-
please find attached herewith the account statement given by the dealer which shows that Rs.8000/- is paid by me.
As per my understanding ex showroom price should not contain accessories amount. It only contains dealer margin, transportation cost & octroi charges.
May I know as to why accessories amount is added to ex showroom price?
As per motor vehicle act 1988 there is no provision made where a dealer can charge handling charges but break up of account details given to me clearly proves that handling charges are collected.
First when I visited the showroom I was promised all accessories free, which included matting, steering grip, seat covers, mud flap, door visors etc.
But when account breakup was asked the sales executive said that Rs. 13000 accessories was supposed to be given free, but only Rs. 6000 worth is given free.
Once payment is is done by the customer how is that dealer deviates from what he has said?
This clearly proves that Maruti Suzuki are cheating people.
Kindly request you to intervene the matter and refund the excess amount back to me or else I will be forced to take legal action.
