    I gave my car for body work on 3of March on receiving 8 of March they broken my instrument cluster and the person who working in popular maruthi retteri is Saravanan he is giving me reason it was air crack by heavy sunlight, they guy is unfit to be there and he is speaking lot of lie, this is not happening to me first and I left my car with 3 point of petrol they gave me 2 points last time I gave with 2 point they gave me with orange display of petrol, and they theft my pen drive too, after a fight I got money for pendrive it is such an rediculous.and iam very disoppinment with service centre pls do something asap.

      Sir,
      I have got my Maruti Swift car no CH 01 BU 4099 service from Navdesh Auto, Chandigarh on 06.03.2021. There are few problems that was informed to the service man at the time od delivery of vehicle. All the three problems were not ratified and still exists. They have charged me Rs.5300/- which is very high service charges. Market rate of services is very less as compare to your rate. Rate of every items are on very higher side as compare to market rate of maruti authorized dealer in Chandigarh as compare to the showroom price. Quality of service was also not good.
      The company is not taking care of the fault that was informed by only concern about the money to be charged from the customers. Some of the items which was also not required to be replaced has been replaced and charged money un-necessary from the customers.
      Now I have other Maruti Baleno car and now I have decided not to get service from this Navdesh Showroom in future.
      Now I give very poor rating. Please look in to the matter and inform me.

        Now the car body is totally getting rusty all doors are getting fully rust and damage
        How can only 3year vechile getting is there any material fault after so many complains no one responsing

          This is to inform that I had bought a car from Reeshav Automobiles bypass road Patna. my car registration No is BR01EU 6114.

          I had paid for Teflol painting as well as Fastag but both services were not been provided by the Show room. Initially the show room suggested that they will provide the same after some times but even after almost 9 months I have not been provided the Services despite prior payment.

          kindly look into my grievances.

                      Good day

                      Sir/Madam,

                      This is Yash Agrawal, I met fatal accident in November 2020, after that I stationed my collided car, Vehicle Number - MP09 CL 8579

                      at Rukmani Maruti Suzuki Showroom, 59/3 Dewas Road, opposite Bhushan Petrol Pump, Ujjain (MP) for the Insurance claim.
                      After approximately 2-3 months ( very big time ) Insurance company and the Show room's concerned authority decided that my car will go in complete loss.
                      I accepted it as I was left with no other choices, after that the Showroom demanded estimate and preparation cost also. They informed me that they will take 500 ₹ per day parking up to the time insurance company do not take the car away from showroom.

                      Insurance company told me it will take 15-20 days minimum to take the car away from the parked spot and suggested that it's better if I keep car at my own place.

                      Showroom's authority handed over the car and said that the car tyres and remaining broken items are placed inside the car. Door locks were not working so they latched them by a rope and charged estimate making amount and took my signature on receipt of car handover procedure.

                      When the Insurance company inspected, they informed me that lot of essential parts are missing from the car and now they would be deducting money from the claim.

                      Total Insurance claim of my car is valued at 2.7 Lacs and the spare parts removed by Showroom costs 1.2 Lac as mentioned by Insurance company.

                      Insurance company have car pictures which were taken by surveyor making them correct that Music System, EFC center console and other items are not present in the car.

                      When I raised this issue in Rukmani Maruti Suzuki Showroom's authority, they sternly denied and said that we had already handed over the car to you, showing me the receipt.

                      I have no expertise in Mechanics and having met a dreaded accident in which I barely escaped death left me in big shock.
                      That time, I was not in the mental frame to note down and make list of the intact and broken items while submitting my car putting faith in the Showroom's authority.
                      At the time of delivery I could only check if they kept tyres inside the car.

                      As i mentioned earlier that at the time of taking car away from the Showroom, the doors were latched by rope but inside they put car rims tyres and broken plastic parts.

                      Later, I found that same incident has happened with another customer as well, he also found that same parts were missing from his car when he parked in the Rukmani Showroom, Ujjain, but his car was in Showroom only.
                      After heated conversation and much pressure they returned the parts.
                      In my case they are bluntly denying of removing parts of my car by showing my signed receipt of the deliverance of the car.

                      Their fraudulent activities are not only troubling customers like me but many more.

                      I humbly request you to help me in this regard as I am facing big trouble.

                        [11:39 AM, 3/4/2021] Roohee Vijh: I purchased S Cross on 23rd Dec 2020 from Nexa in Gurgaon (HR98 6812).

                        It was on 15 Feb 21, the car suddenly stopped on the way back home in night around 8.30pm, there were some warning signs appearing. I then called the NEXA helpline for support. Engineer came and provided an interim solution to the problem and mentioned to connect with the workshop for permanent solution. I then contacted the workshop stating the problem and my car was picked up by them on 18th Feb. till today my car is not returned.

                        It is highly disappointing that this incident happened within 2 months of purchasing a new car from Maruti and no solution received to the problem until now (more than two weeks now), it is still lying in the workshop.

                        I am highly frustrated with Maruti Suzuki as well as its lethargic service and have doubt on manufacturing of this product. I would urge you to look into this case as a matter o[censored]rgency and get me a new car exchanged for this one or refund all my money that I invested in this car.
                        I am escalating this matter after waiting patiently till now.

                          My name Yash Agrawal i had an accident in November 2020 i put my car on showroom for claim after approx. 2 months insuranse company and showroom decided that my car will go in total loss.
                          I accept it have no other choice

                          When insuranse company come to take car they say lot of spare parts are missing from your car now we will cut money from your claim

                          Total claim my car if value is 2.7 L
                          The spare parts showroom remove from my car as per insuranse company its cost 1.2 L

                          Insuranse company have car picture which was taken by surveyor so they are correct car music system EFC center console etc items missing

                          Maruti showroom when i talk about same they say we already handover and we have receipt with your signature

                          Sir i am not a mechanic after such a big accident when i submitted car i was in big shock not see all details what break what good also at the time of delivery i see ok tires they keep but inside car how can i see or check

                          At the time of taking car the doors are lashed by rope inside they put car rims tires and broken plastic parts

                          I am racing big trouble

                          Later on i found Few days before my car same incident happen with some other customer also they also found same parts are missing from car but as his car is on showroom only

                          After big conversation and pressure showroom ready to give that parts

                          In my case they just bluntly replying me
                          We have receipt with your sign of car delivered

                          Please help me
                          They ate doing this fraud with many customers

                              I have purchased Maruti Vitarra Brezza ZX+ dual done (top model manual) from Sai Service, Near Gold Spot Andheri (East), Mumbai on 8th November 2020. After two months one key started malfunctioning. Visited the dealer, their mechanic were of the view that the key has fallen and therefore damage and I should purchase it by paying the charges.
                              I do not agree to their observation as, if the key would have fallen, it would have broken as it is a plastic material. They observed small marks on the key.
                              Talk to their General Manager, service Mr. Subhash on [protected].

                              I am of the opinion that the malfunctioning is company fault and the key should be replaced under warranty.

                              Incidentally, I would like to mention that I am also a share holder of the Company and unhappy for the service given by Sai Service/the quality of product.

                              The key should be replaced under warranty at the earliest

                                I had bought a new car called Eco and I drove around 39 km and there was a sound coming from the tire. Even if she falls in the pit, there is a sound, so I once went to Palampur in the room. Both in the motor and I complimented that and she sent the dress back to me. Later, after 4 or 5 days, I got a sound again, so I came after 2 days. I said this to Sir, I am hearing this voice. What should I do, then let me see and tell you, then he greeted and gave it back to me. When I was done for the third time, she put on the bra, then it was still closed, but after 2 days it was back on.

                                  I would like to raise the complaint against Maruti Suzuki Autovista Kharaghar, Navi Mumbai Delear.

                                  I am thankful to Maruti Suzuki for delivering unbeatable fantastic products like Ertiga CNG in the Automobile industry. I am one of the happy Maruti Suzuki Ertiga CNG customers for the last 6 years. After gaining so much trust in Maruti Suzuki Ertiga CNG, I had decided to replace my existing Ertiga CNG with the latest model.

                                  One of your sales executives called me on 21st Dec 2020 & offer Vehicle delivery on 12th Feb 2021 if I booked it on the same day (PFA booking Invoice). Platforming their commitment I had booked “Maruti Ertiga CNG – Pearl White color” on the same day which is 21st Dec 2021. Sales TL Mr. Hasmeet has also given me the same promise to deliver a vehicle on or before 12th Feb 2021 at the time of booking.

                                  Now after a two months receiving the delay delivery email is unpleasant & frustrating in terms of delay in delivery. I would have appreciated it if the true picture was portrayed at the time of booking.

                                  Delear had requested payment against my vehicle which I paid on time but still vehicle not yet delivered.

                                  Looking forward to hearing from you.

                                    I have purchased booked a Maruti Suzuki spresso vxi + ags from Maruti Suzuki ARENA(Fortpoint Automotive Cars, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai). They promised me allotment of the car in the first week of February(have written confirmation). I made the full payment by the second week of January itself. It has been more than a month, and there haven't been any updates about the car from their side. They have been stalling whenever I call them. Their customer service is pathetic.

                                      आपको अवगत कराना है कि दिनाँक 6 दिसंबर को रात्रि 9 बजे कानपुर से भरुआ सुमेरपुर जाते समय घाटमपुर कुष्मांडा माता के मंदिर के समीप स्टार्ट गाड़ी अचानक चलते चलते बन्द हो गई और डिजिटल मीटर में चौथा गियर पड़े होने का इंडिकेशन आ रहा था जो कि ना ही हट रहा था और ना ही गाड़ी स्टार्ट हो रही थी इसलिए वहीं पर खड़ा कर दिया गया और कंपनी को सूचना दी गयी व इसबारे में शिकायत की गई, किसी तरह अचानक 3-4 घंटे बाद गाड़ी स्टार्ट हो गयी और उसे 8 दिसंबर को हमीरपुर KTL सर्विस सेंटर पर खड़ी किया गया जिसमें कई तरह के काम व पूरी सर्विस की गई और गाड़ी 9 दिसंबर को दी गयी और सर्विस के नाम अनुचित रकम वसूल की गई जिसके बारे में मैं नजरअंदाज कर गया फिर मैं 9 दिसंबर को अपने आफिस राठ के लिए निकला तो एकबार फिर बिवांर के पास चलते चलते गाड़ी फिर से बंद हो गयी और फिर वही समस्या हुई जो पहले थी फिर मैंने हमीरपुर KTL फ़ोन किया और सूचना दी तो उन्होंने राठ सेंटर से मिस्त्री भेजकर ब्रेक का काम कराया और कहा अब ये समस्या नहीं आएगी मैं भी निश्चिन्त हो गया फिर मैं एक बार 9 जनवरी सुबह 8 बजे घर से कानपुर परीक्षा देने के लिए जाते समय बिधनू में चलते चलते बंद हो गयी मैंने फिर हमीरपुर KTL को सूचना दी और गाड़ी वहीं छोड़कर ऑटो से कानपुर (परीक्षा सेंटर) आ गया ।फिर 11 बजे रामादेवी KTL पहुंचा उसके बाद 2 बजे तक गाड़ी वहां आयी। जहां पर गाड़ी का चेकअप किया गया तो मुझे छोड़ने के लिए बोला गया मैंने गाड़ी वहीं पर छोड़ दी उसके बाद उन्होंने ऑटोमेटिक गियर यूनिट और क्लच प्लेट बदलने का आश्वासन देकर कुछ दिनों का समय मांगा तो मैं भी गाड़ी छोड़कर चला आया उसके कुछ दिन बाद कानपुर KTL से श्री अभिषेक जैसवाल ने मुझे काल करके क्लच प्लेट और गियर यूनिट बदलने के लिए 60 हजार रुपये की डिमांड की जिसकी शिकायत मैंने आपके TSM नितेश तिवारी जी से की जिसके बाद पैसे तो नहीं लिए गए पर उनके द्वारा भी पैसे लगते हैं ऐसा कहा गया जो कि मेरे हिसाब से बिल्कुल गलत है खैर बिना गियर यूनिट को बदले केवल क्लच का काम करके गाड़ी मुझे 10 दिनों बाद दी गयी और बोला गया अब इसमें ये समस्या नहीं आएगी लेकिन आज 03/02/2021 को मैं अपने आफिस राठ से अपने घर भरुआ सुमेरपुर आ रहा था लगभग शाम 7 बज रहा था रास्ते से घर 10 या 12 किलोमीटर बचा था अचानक एक बार फिर हरबार की तरह मेरी गाड़ी चलते चलते बंद हो गयी और उसमें वही गियर फसने का इंडिकेशन आने लगा है जिसकी शिकायत मैंने कानपुर KTL में तत्काल की जिनके माध्यम से KTL हमीरपुर से आशीष जी ने सहानुभूति दिखाते हुए करीब 9 बजे तक बातें की, लेकिन आपकी कंपनी के TSM नितेश तिवारी जी को काल की तो उन्होंने डिसकनेक्ट कर दी व टेक्स्ट का कोई जवाब नहीं दिया। एक कारण यह हो सकता है कि दिनांँक 8 दिसंबर को गाड़ी वारंटी के अंदर थी लेकिन ऑटोमेटिक गियर यूनिट अधिक महंगा होने के कारण कंपनी का नुकसान न चाहते हो इसलिए यूनिट न बदला हो। कृपया मेरी जिंदगी से मत ट्रायल करिये, यदि भविष्य में गाडी के माध्यम से कोई अप्रिय घटना होती है तो KTL हमीरपुर और KTL रामादेवी को जिम्मेदार माना जाये। कृपया तीन दिन के अंदर गाडी कम्पलीट होकर घर पहुँचाये नहीं तो मुझे मजबूरन न्यायालय व उपभोक्ता फोरम में जाकर इन कर्मचारियो और कंपनी के खिलाफ केस करके अपने नुकसान व कीमती समय बर्बाद होने का हर्जाना (वकील की फीस के साथ) वसूल करना पड़ेगा ।
