I have ordered mi 10T back panel for 1099RS. And they have cancelled my order due to shortage of product. And they have send my money to my MAXBHI E WALLET.
And I had requested for WALLET to my bank transfer on 26 th June. But my money not came till now. My order I'd is #3470706.

      I have ordered Order Touch Screen Digitizer for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017 - Black with order #3504521, Paid on 30th Jun 2021 at 11:55am
      and still it's not dispatched. Every time I call them I have to wait for around 10 minutes to reach them.This is worst service I have ever seen. when I called on 1st July they told, it's going to get dispatched by 48 hours so i thought I'll wait. Again I checked on 2july and they told, it's going to dispatch by 24 hours.
      Worst experience.

                    I'm a frequent buyer at maxbhi.com but recently 2 of my orders weren't shipped and all that shows in order status is we'll update you soon about that no way to contact them no customer service executives are available can't complaint on their own website I have paisa for those orders I can't bare it anymore I need my money back...

                              This is regarding Order No 3415514 with maxbhi.com Paid on 10th Jun 2021.

                              Product against the order, is yet to be dispatched from Vender side. Considering my urgent requirement i have been following up with their Customer care team for more than 10 days, to get the same reply i.e. Wait for next 24/48Hour to get the dispatch detail.
                              I have also agreed for partial shipment if some product is not available with them.
                              Since, Product are yet to be dispatched, I procured the product from some other site and want Order 3415514 with maxbhi.com to be cancelled and money to be refunded.

                                  Sir i made two orders on maxbhi( one on 23june & another on 25june) but yet nothing happened to my order. Promised date of delivery was 25june. Already 8days gone.
                                  Tried many times to contact them but Everytime i got the error message "due to pandemic our customer service limited".
                                  No mail id & no phone number available to contact them.
                                  Only the way to contact them through their website site which is not working(intentionally). At last the product that i ordered got it from local market today.

                                    Dear Sir, I have purchased it on 1st May, 2021 but It delivered on 30th May, 2021. They gave warranty up to 6th June 2021. I requested for replacement of their faulty product on 30th May 2021. After requesting so many times they stopped to receive my call and also they are not giving any reply regarding my product. Whenever I called them they are saying for more pictures of the product. I have sent 16 pictures, but after that, they told me to send the product at my cost within 3 days from Kolkata to Delhi.Its a cheating. Kindly see the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
