I ordered the mobile display on the assurance transafered a sum of Rs.2369 to Ekcotek India pvt ltd., still there is not response from them. Whether they will supply the item.
otherwise i want to return back the money since there is no response from them when they are going to supply

    I placed a ored for lenovo vibe k5 note display but it is saying that there is delay due to pandamic even after. Lockdown was not there the product was not delivered #3427048 #3495193 these are the order numbers please resolve my complaint and make refund all the money

        I'm a frequent buyer at maxbhi.com but recently 2 of my orders weren't shipped and all that shows in order status is we'll update you soon about that no way to contact them no customer service executives are available can't complaint on their own website I have paisa for those orders I can't bare it anymore I need my money back...

                  This is regarding Order No 3415514 with maxbhi.com Paid on 10th Jun 2021.

                  Product against the order, is yet to be dispatched from Vender side. Considering my urgent requirement i have been following up with their Customer care team for more than 10 days, to get the same reply i.e. Wait for next 24/48Hour to get the dispatch detail.
                  I have also agreed for partial shipment if some product is not available with them.
                  Since, Product are yet to be dispatched, I procured the product from some other site and want Order 3415514 with maxbhi.com to be cancelled and money to be refunded.
                  Please help.

                    From your side refund was initiated on 18th of june (as you told) but it's not yet in my account even after 10 days.. whenever i try to submit a call back request it couldn't get through and shows some error message because of pandemic . Ao if you guys cant dispatch orders, cant take calls, cant refund money then why r u still running your business like ### ... Stop it until you get proper staff for so . My order ID -

                      Sir i made two orders on maxbhi( one on 23june & another on 25june) but yet nothing happened to my order. Promised date of delivery was 25june. Already 8days gone.
                      Tried many times to contact them but Everytime i got the error message "due to pandemic our customer service limited".
                      No mail id & no phone number available to contact them.
                      Only the way to contact them through their website site which is not working(intentionally). At last the product that i ordered got it from local market today.
                      I think i was cheated.
                      Sir Please help me to cancel order & refund my money.

                      Today they cancel my delayed order(3473918) & the refund amount initiated to my account. They said that i will get my refund within 15 days to my acount. Thanx for the help. And one more thing No one contacted me( no phone calls, no emails).

                        Dear Sir, I have purchased it on 1st May, 2021 but It delivered on 30th May, 2021. They gave warranty up to 6th June 2021. I requested for replacement of their faulty product on 30th May 2021. After requesting so many times they stopped to receive my call and also they are not giving any reply regarding my product. Whenever I called them they are saying for more pictures of the product. I have sent 16 pictures, but after that, they told me to send the product at my cost within 3 days from Kolkata to Delhi.Its a cheating. Kindly see the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.                           I ordered honour v20 display glass they have taken the money and advance and does not giving any information about my order not picking the customer care number this is a fake website looting people hard earned money by fooling them with their cheap prices

                                I ordered lcd touch combo for panasonic eluga I7
                                but due to some reason my order got cancelled I transfered my bank account but no money has been refunded to me till date
                                and they told to wait for 10 days and now it has been almost 15 days
                                I am totally disappointed

                                  32 days back Ordered mobile battery and data cable but not shipped yet.
                                  My Order #3347532.
                                  Nobody respond with support message on the website.
                                  No customer support. It will show an error message.
                                  sent couple of emails to [protected]@maxbhi.com but there is no response.

                                  No information when they can deliver. No money refunded.

                                  I request all customers, 100% stay away from this seller. you have to visit consumer complaints again like me.

                                    This just a fake site they are fooling by taking money in advance they don't have any proper CUSTOMER service even if you no one will receive and as far as mailing is concerned they are taking nice advantage of pandemic situation by stating due to corona situation your request cannot be processed then how come they are accepting sales order please don't order anything from here it's just a fake site. They are just bloody son of a ###.

                                      I had bought mobile parts but got a defective product but when I ask for a refund and replacement and the refund its taking time to get it when they took the money from my account for just a second but why for a refund it take a long time they keep on delaying the request and I had paid it on their website which cost around 2248

                                        My order has been automatically cancelled by Maxbhi due to unavailability of the item. It is being 12 Days, i haven't received the refund to my bank account. The Order number is 3426573. I tried to contact the customer care, but there is no contact numbers mentioned in the website. Also, the customer care portal is showing service unavailable when requesting a query, and this is the only way to contact them. The phone numbers listed in Consumer Complaints website is non functional as no one is attending the call. They also don't provide a valid email for enquiries. An online website should provide a contactable contact number and an email address. Kindly resolve my issue. Awaiting for the refund status of my order.
