They are not able to deliver the consignment on time ... Also they don't have options in website for cancellation I have purchased what I need from shop so please refund money asap my order I'd is #3490920...

This is regarding Order No 3415514 with maxbhi.com Paid on 10th Jun 2021.

Product against the order, is yet to be dispatched from Vender side. Considering my urgent requirement i have been following up with their Customer care team for more than 10 days, to get the same reply i.e. Wait for next 24/48Hour to get the dispatch detail.
I have also agreed for partial shipment if some product is not available with them.br...

From your side refund was initiated on 18th of june (as you told) but it's not yet in my account even after 10 days.. whenever i try to submit a call back request it couldn't get through and shows some error message because of pandemic . Ao if you guys cant dispatch orders, cant take calls, cant refund money then why r u still running your business like ### ... Stop it until you get proper staff for so . My order ID -

Sir i made two orders on maxbhi( one on 23june & another on 25june) but yet nothing happened to my order. Promised date of delivery was 25june. Already 8days gone.
Tried many times to contact them but Everytime i got the error message "due to pandemic our customer service limited".
No mail id & no phone number available to contact them.
Only the way to contact them through their website site which is not working(intentionally)....

I bought 2 product prepaid...they till not ship...even not responce of my mail...

but due to some reason my order got cancelled I transfered my bank account but no money has been refunded to me till date

This just a fake site they are fooling by taking money in advance they don't have any proper CUSTOMER service even if you no one will receive and as far as mailing is concerned they are taking nice advantage of pandemic situation by stating due to corona situation your request cannot be processed then how come they are accepting sales order please don't order anything from here it's just a fake site. They are just bloody son...

I had bought mobile parts but got a defective product but when I ask for a refund and replacement and the refund its taking time to get it when they took the money from my account for just a second but why for a refund it take a long time they keep on delaying the request and I had paid it on their website which cost around 2248...

I was ordered Lenovo m8 tab display combo cancelled after 2 weeks amount refunded to e wallet only message came but I was trying to transfer money from e wallet to bank account showing no funds...

I have ordered Alcatel digitiser on 22nd June 2021 with the Order ID 3468984 and the amount for the product is Rs.1589 and received it on 25th June and got in damaged condition and recently I made the complaint against that but no action was taken yet so again I tried calling on maxbhi.com customer support executive so all the agents were busy. They are faking that they have inititated return...according to their timeline...we should receive our money betwwen 7-10 days...
And today is 12th day and still i haven't received money......

I have recently placed an order with the above-stated company for the getting the spares for my htc desire 628 smartphone as on 19th may 2021 and its been a month there is no response from the side of the company in proceeding/processing my order and in addition to this i have tried to reach out to these irresponsible ### through mail and phone calls, no response!

I have ordered it on 9th June 2021 with the Order ID 3409051 and the amount for the product is Rs.1829. When I gone to the mobile shop to change my display with maxbhi product, the display is not working and it is showing blue screen instead of original screen. I have submitted for replacement along with images, but nobody responding and even support channels are not even working.
