The worst online shopping ever, very pathetic service its been 2 days and no update of order tracking or order status, it is expected to deliver by tomorrow but still no updates on a mobile phone or email or the website. Please Deliver my product by the Expected delivery date or cancel my order and initiate the refund.

I ordered Vivo y95 lcd with touch and i received my order. But the lcd is not working, it can not display. I try to refund from the customer service replacement option. But i can't do it. How can I replace the bad lcd with touch you send?

Refund not recieved yet for my order. They cancelled it but not yet refund recieved. They never give my money back it has been 1 month still I not got it. Help me fast

Placed order no 3574534 for apple iphone 6s plus is wrong . So I want to correct and place again .

They first charged for the product and ther is no assurance for getting our products or money return back
They simply using the pandemic situation to make money
When going to raise where is order and why it is getting delayed so much days the message promt apperas due to pandemic we unable to process now
That's why I am asking the same you have to follow to collect money from customer
I think my mony simply got looted by this scam methods

I order my gionee m7 power display combo on 13july and pay amount but after three days there are no message of shipping yesterday I receive a mail there are a fake shipment number which are not found on blue dart website and they not receive call I want my money back if you not deliver the package other wise I will legally CASE on company and also report on cyber crime

My previous experience from them was good. But this time delivery date was 17th july and it is under process till date.

My Order #3532502 was placed on July 7th 2021
The order has been put on a status " Delay due to Pandemic"

While placing the order the website shows that the item is available and will be delivered to your address pin code in 2-3 business days

and then the order will be put in delay due to pandemic. The company does not provide the no. of days the order will be delayed for or an expected date of delivery.

I have called the MaxBhi support team 3 times requesting them to cancel my order and refund my money but they blatantly refuse to do that and also give fake reasons for the delay.

Here is the sequence of order

9th July 2021- First request to cancel my order
Response from Maxbhi - Your order will be delivered as we are procuring your items on priority, please allow 24 hours

12th July 2021 - Second Request to cancel my order
Response from Maxbhi - The item procured was of bad quality, now we are procuring a better quality product for your order

14th July 2021 - Third Request to cancel my order
We will ask our shipping team to procure your item and ship your order

Basically the updates given to me on 9th July were completely false and the company is defrauding me by delaying the cancellation of order and refusal to refund the order

As per the T&C mentioned on https://www.maxbhi.com/terms.html . Please read the below specific clause

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund on your request.

In my case, I was never informed about the error in the goods and my order was never cancelled nor refund was provided

Also the company is not following its complaint handling procedure mentioned in the T&C and at https://www.maxbhi.com/support.html

When a user tries to raise a request it says the support channels are not functioning.

If you can't sent my ordered 3502390 cancel it and refund it into my e-wallet . Itsbeen a long time of eagerly waiting it

Lots of time i was called customer care and same information passed by them we are arranging and send soon. Almost 1 month passed not getting any respond. Please look into the matter and confirm. No response from Customer Support under the garb of pandemic situation. According to their website this order was to be delivered by 10th July.

Website not accepting complaint.

I have ordered some mobile acessories from maxbhi.com order id #3534062 on 7 july 2021 delivery by 10 july was listed there on 10 july i again visited to there site for update there is showing delay then i want to contact them but no one the contact number is working so i decided to contact them by call back support but there is also a error that not able to contact now today is 14 july till date only showing delayed what can i do now i have already pay them the money now i am not able to cancel or refund please help me out from this situation i think they cheated me i request by your consumer complaint forum please do needful

Hi, I ordered a replacement screen digitizer for Apple iPhone 6s and a toolkit worth Rs.1, 623.00/- on 3rd July, 2021. It was supposed to be delivered on 6th July, 2021. However it's been more than 7 days due past the delivery date, I haven't received any update from Maxbhi.com, their customer care support team is not operational and they aren't taking any Complaints on their website support section as of now. I, Sanjit Mandal purchased a realme2 pro touch screen ( order no 3458199) from maxbhi online shopping. I am very disappointed because the product is not working. I tried but still its not working, may be it's have any defect or something. Before purchasing this product, my expectations was very high from this company and products also but after receiving this product I am totally hopeless. So it would very better for me to take its back . I am trying for few days to return, complain etc.. but I am totally failure, because I can't get any communication service details or any communication executive to contact. I am trying to contact with the customer care but the care service saying due to pandemic situations the service is limited and so on..
Therefore, I am requesting you, kindly solve my problems and do the needful that how I return this product as soon as possible.
