It's been more then 15 days and they still saying that no product is available and website is still showing the product available and delivery in 2 days. very pathetic service and very frustrating to order and contact the customer support, they don't even take queries on website

I Bought a realmi C2 Display for RS:1859 from MAXBHI.com and the product is not working..am not a service person so I gave it to the service person then he only told me it was not working...so i was going to Maxbhi site there was no replacement option I can't see...and I did Costerm support on the website then I received a text "We are sorry but due to the coronavirus pandemic, our support channels are working at a very limited capacity. Please try again after some time." I need to replace my product or I need my payment back

I haven't received my LCD Rs.1999 till now, it's been 25 days since that thing, I want my money back, I call every time in tomorrow's date, you say that you will come in 2 days in five days. Today it's been 28 days, I haven't received my money, I want my money refunded in my credit card, in any case, you cheat with customers in this way, you take the trust of customers by making online purchases. If you do not want to give my money back, then refuse so that I do not disturb you by calling people again and again and I should start my further proceedings, it is not right to disturb a customer so much, transfer it from which bank Yes, it takes twenty five days, I should get my payment by tomorrow.

My name is love kaushik, I have purchased one LCD with touch screen for samsung galaxy j7 pro. My order number is 3431593 This is my second purchase for the same order. First purchase works very well but after 7 months because of my fault the screen was broken so i trust on this site and purchase again. But this time i received a damaged product, the back button is not working after putting the screen as well as the color of the LCD is very dark in blue. I can't see anything clear on the screen. So i place the replace request. I called to execute they said we have received your request, our technical team will call you in 48 hours, but i haven't received any call from technical team. After 7 days i received a call to update the damaged product pics on the site. And i told the executive i placed that screen from the local vendor before checking that the touch is working fine. But the screen quality can't check without removing the plastic cover from the screen. So i pasted the screen on phone. Then I called to customer care that the screen resolution is not good and back button is also not working, they replied on phone to remove the LCD screen from the phone through the local shop and then mail us the photo of the screen. I said r u sure, because removing the lcd is not easy task, it have many chances to damage. Later i gave heavy amount to local shopkeeper to remove the screen. I have recorded confirmation about this. Now they are blaming on me that the seal was broken, we can't replace the order as its in our policy.
Now i have a question without removing the blue plastic cover it is not possible to check quality of the screen, only i can check that the screen is working or not. Second why the executive told me to remove the screen from the phone. If they have policy not to replace after seal is broken.
If the screen will damaged on removing from the phone who will responsible for that.

I have reviewed many customers that they complained that the quality check was not good before sending any product to customers. After that they will not replace easily.

I have requested many times to maxbhi.com. kindly replace my order and check the order.

Now i am with other users who claimed that the company was not good in order to purchase anything from them.

I had call their mention mobile numbers but did not pickup my call . So i want to confirm my order, i cannot contact company directly. So sir pls help me.

Itna bhi kya fraud krna yrr or kab tak kroge pachega nhi theek mere paise mujhe vapas do yaa mera material

I ordered Vivo Y95 lcd with touch and I received it. But the lcd is not work and it can not display. I want to replace and I try to call Customer service, but the call is not pick by customer service. Why?

This is to inform you that the order was placed on Order #[protected]/05/2021, 10:34 PM) is intentionally delayed by MAXBHI the customer support called me after one mone month when the lockdown restriction was removed by the government they didn't respond to the order status never updated correctly if you were unable to complete the order you should have directly refund the money neither hold the money for 3 months 1 st customer support called me and said your order has been then second customer support called me and said we don't have the product color you have placed should we ship I said yes then the third call came and customer support said we don't have item this happened with few hours totally bogus and fraud has been done by MAXBHI I am taking this to court a final reminder has been done to you for holding my money or 3 months of 568.00 Rs. I am going to sue you in court for misleading and telling me a lie over the phone and harassing me and fraud with my money.

I bought a Screen for my phone and it was dead on arrival. I raise a complaint and they said to send it back, they will replace. It's more than a month I am chasing with these guys, multiple call, multiple emails but not getting positive response. They are saying the screen jack was damaged and it can't replace. I already told then that it was already dead when I got this.
Could you please look into it. I spend around 1700 for this screen and got dead screen. They are not replacing it. Could you please do the needful or suggest where I can file a complaint against it. Can I logged a compliant in consumer forum.

I'd like to return an item I had purchased, but there's no return option. And whenever I try to contact a customer executive, they say nobody is available. There's no option to cancel placed orders as well.

With reference to the subject, i ordered a Samsung touch screen from the company but i received a broken glass (order no: 3526757) and for this i've sent a complaint for replacement with proper pictures of the problem, however till now i have not received any news from them. With regard to this problem can you kindly help me find a replacement from them.

since than it is about 9 days past there is no update of my order only site showing it is delayed (from 13.07.2021 this massage appears).
this is very surprising that I paid in advance and i didn't get the item to whom i paid.
Neither there customer care no. was picked up nor they allow to send mail. so finally u have no way to reach to the...

i had registered complaint just after i got the product and they delayed in reply .just asking for more photos every time. after 7 days they simply said ### off warranty expired now we don't give anything keep what we sent.

although i had uploaded sufficent images.to solidfy my issues but they now simply refusing on behalf of silly excuses.

i regret shopping with them, please do something to get my money back from them.
