My order has been automatically cancelled by Maxbhi due to unavailability of the item. It is being 12 Days, i haven't received the refund to my bank account. The Order number is 3426573. I tried to contact the customer care, but there is no contact numbers mentioned in the website. Also, the customer care portal is showing service unavailable when requesting a query, and this is the only way to contact them. The phone numbers listed in Consumer Complaints website is non functional as no one is attending the call. They also don't provide a valid email for enquiries. An online website should provide a contactable contact number and an email address. Kindly resolve my issue. Awaiting for the refund status of my order.
