I was ordered Lenovo m8 tab display combo cancelled after 2 weeks amount refunded to e wallet only message came but I was trying to transfer money from e wallet to bank account showing no funds

I have ordered Alcatel digitiser on 22nd June 2021 with the Order ID 3468984 and the amount for the product is Rs.1589 and received it on 25th June and got in damaged condition and recently I made the complaint against that but no action was taken yet so again I tried calling on maxbhi.com customer support executive so all the agents were busy. Kindly replace my order.

They are faking that they have inititated return...according to their timeline...we should receive our money betwwen 7-10 days...
And today is 12th day and still i haven't received money...

I have recently placed an order with the above-stated company for the getting the spares for my htc desire 628 smartphone as on 19th may 2021 and its been a month there is no response from the side of the company in proceeding/processing my order and in addition to this i have tried to reach out to these irresponsible ### through mail and phone calls, no response!

Now i am helpless that i have made these complaints and also thinking...

I have ordered it on 9th June 2021 with the Order ID 3409051 and the amount for the product is Rs.1829. When I gone to the mobile shop to change my display with maxbhi product, the display is not working and it is showing blue screen instead of original screen. I have submitted for replacement along with images, but nobody responding and even support channels are not even working.

I have requested many times that the product is not yet all working and I need my money back(refund). I do not see any response from there end. Please take this complaint very seriously and help me to get my money back. Thanks in advance.

Sir i have ordered my phone spare parts from 1 month.. but it did not deliver till today please resolve my issue

I had made an order for my moms iPhone 6s battery and the order was placed on 28 may 2021 and as we all know the second wave of corona hit us really bad and my mom she is a teacher and so has to do a lot of online classes and for her the mobile is her school, so it’s almost a month and still the product is not yet delivered. I tried to reach out the customer service number but no one is responding. I really don’t know what to do please help to get my money back from this scammers.

I have ordered Charging PCB on 11th June(ORDER #: 3421987) and still it's not dispatched. Every time I call them I have to wait for around 10 minutes to reach them.This is worst service I have ever seen. when I called on 21st June they told, it's going to get dispatched by 48 hours so i thought I'll wait. Again I checked on 24th(after 3 days) and they told, it's going to dispatch by 24 hours and it's 26th June today! I'll not be surprised if i get it after 1-2 months as well.

Please mention in your website that order's will get delayed and it'll take around 15-20 days to dispatch. Atleast save their time.
Hope you guys pick something from this!

I have made online purchase of LCD with Touch Screen for Motorola One Fusion Plus - White (display glass combo folder) on 11.04.2021 by making online payment of rs 3329 and my order no is 3420255. It is almost two weeks Till today i have not received any reply from the company about the shipment of the product. I have tried so many times there customer care number but it is unanswered. I think it is online fraud and i will take further Legal action against the company.

Maxbhi i ordered my product on 16th of june and order number is 3441905. Today is 25th june and yet it is not shipped. I am having lots of queries and i am asking it point wise from maxbhi.
1. customer support is worst i was trying to contact from 17 of june and finally after 1hour of wait i was able to talk on 22 of june.
2.fake promise made by maxbhi while getting order, when i was ordering the product there i was offer that if i order it within 1hour 23 minutes it will be delivered by 18th june.
3.i ordered my product only due to offered delivery date.
4.no order cancellation date even at preliminary stage.
5.where are consumers right? Once a person ordered and paid the amount maxbhi shows arbitrary face and deliver the product as per their convenience. And at this stage if someone wants to cancel their order they always repeat we don't have cancel policy.
Its my request to maxbhi either improve your service otherwise i will start a campaign against you by joining the persons who suffered due to you.
Maxbhi is dealing with mobile spare parts and i think they don't know how much a phone mean to someone and still you show your careless face after getting product order and payment

Hi I have recently purchased from this website for glass replacement so the glass placement the product has some defect I have been trying to call maxbhi support but it always says please wait or something so I just want to exchange the Product return it or give the money back

I have ordered for front display and back panel for oneplus7t of around 8k on 15th june during order they informed on site it will deliver on 18th of june.But its cheating they give false information and make us buy. The order status is still showing delayed.there is no information on the order.I called to maxbhi customer support daily and wait for 30 mins there is no agent to attend and there is no one available on online support.This is totally not acceptable and a kind of cheating.
