I just ordered the micromax bolt a065 battery from maxbhi of Rs. 324.83 and they have sent me the cheap battery which was not even able to switch of my phone i just sent that battery back to you now they people are saying that i have done the damage completely useless battery I tried 100 time to coordinate them by their customer care no [protected] they never pick the call sent many mails to contact me by call they never call me than i tried to approach them by mail such a poor service i am highly disappointed I want my money back as i sent the battery as it is to them because that was not working for my phone.

    I Purchase 2 number of charger from Maxbhi .com. but he sent me fault charger after 10 i try to complain in customer care but no response . after 2 hour my call is connected to customer care executive he told me they are not responsible for him. Maxbhi sent me 60 Rupee Charges in 350 rupees . everyone can purchase this charger in market in 60 Rs but they are selling in 350 rs. I request to all please do not purchase from Maxbhi.       Hi, with reference to Order #93905, still i haven't received the product on my given address, and when checked on your site for the status it says- You — Update your info ID Status Customer Date Total #93905 Completely Shipped sachin kinge [protected]@gmail.com 18/08/2015, 01:23 PM 139.00 ₹ why this wrong status is updated by your tech team, without knowing whether the product is delivered or not? i want my money back to my account refunded anyhow within 2 days, if you are able to deliver the product, then confirm me the same by today end of the day only.         On 30.07.2015 at the time of purchasing a filp cover from maxbhi.com site money has debited from my a/c with CC Avenue Ref. No. CCACG1MWS870 dt. 30.07.2015 and debited amount was 215.36. Then I again placed an another transaction with CC Avenue ref. No.[protected]IG0ALGWWX3 dt. 30.07.2015 of Rs. 215.36 and Maxbhi oder no. 80315 has genereted. As per CC Avenue, transaction Ref. No. CCACG1MWS870 dt. 30.07.2015 of Rs. 215.36 credited to Maxbhi.com with order No. 80315. It is observed that on Maxbhi order No. 80315 of dated 30.07.2015 money debited two times (CC Avenue Ref. No.CCACG1MWS870 dt. 30.07.2015 of Rs. 215.36 & CC Ave. Ref, No. CCACG1MWS870 dt. 30.07.2015 of Rs. 215.36), one time due to failed transaction and second time schedule transaction. After generated Maxbhi order no. 80315, CC Avenue Ref. No.[protected]IG0ALGWWX3 has refunded by seller due to unavailability of material on 11/07/2015 with Ref. No.[protected]IX98484347. But CC Avenue Ref. No. CCACG1MWS870 dt. 30.07.2015 with Maxbhi order No. 80315 of Rs. 215.36 refund still awaited.

        After getting many hassle from past one month, Maxbhi.com has now agree to refund this money. Previously when I contact with maxbhi sales and support team they replied( Amit Sirohi - maxbhi.com) "your order status is incomplete due to Transaction was declined by the payment processor or was canceled by the customer". But when I lodge a complain through consumer complaints forum then they refunded the money. I also verified with transaction ref. No. from CCAvenue that the amount was credited to maxbhi.com. Thanks Indian Consumer complaints forum to support me this refund issue.

          I have ordered a Micromax headset from Maxbhi.com (order id 71112) on 17/07/2015.and the following item has 1 month warranty. The item was working properly for 2 weeks but after all started problems. So I mailed the support team at maxbhi regarding my complain on 11/08/2015, So i was asked to return the item to them. Iam from Kerala and there HO is at Delhi.So as to send back the defective item back it costs me Rs 350. and the item cost is only Rs 185. So its not possible for me to send back the item..I mailed them called them but none of them is able to answer my query and no further reply from them.My warranty expires on 15-Aug-2015. What should i do now.

          I have ordered touch for karbann titanium s2 plus order number #219548 on 9 feb 2016 is not working and manufacturing defect So as to send back the defective item back it costs me rs 560.
          I ordered DIGIFLIP PRO XT811 tablet charger in Maxbhi.It delivered yesterday.When I connect tablet to the charger it shows that the battery is charging but the charging %is not increasing.So I want to return the item.and I request to refund money back to my e wallet
          I am JAGADISH KOMMURI. I ordered a mobile charger with order number: 580245 on 08/08/2017. I got it delivered on 14/08/2017, when I opened the seal and connected to my mobile phone, the product is not working. I mailed the same to costumer compliant mail but I got no reply.

            I ordered 2 flipcover. those were available in website. But they rejected the order after 2 days of placing, even though they deducted the amount with delivery charges. then I ordered 1 headphone and 1 flip cover. again they delivered only the headphone. and returned the rest in wallet. now they are not returning my wallet money to bank. I requested them twice by sending email. they are just postponing the request. Worst service from MAXBHI.com . I want my wallet balance back to my bank account. Maxbhi you return it. and also why are you canceling the order even though it is available in your website availability list and also taking the delivery charges from customer?????

We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. Well, as we came to know that you want refund for your order, we have initiated refunded the balance amount for your orders. your order have been refunded to bank.               And i have noticed still battery in stock price increased for shipping cost:

              Then i make fresh order #57162

              In this order i used e wallet rs 298 + i paid. Rs30 by debit card

              Maxbhi.com refund only rs 30 / - for order #57162

              But my order #55093 e wallet rs298 / - not cleared so

              today i meet my bank manager as you said, ,

              manager said no un clear balance in your ac.

              give cc avenue reference no.

              till today you are not mention about Rs-298/-...
              Sir, we have initiated refund of your payments to your bank. This would have been quite easier and faster if you would have done this on your own from your accounts pannel. You dont need to make a complain for your refund of payments from your eWallet to your bank account.

                I ordered Tempered Glass for Lg L90 Company send me wrong product. now they want me to send it back. You sent me wrong product it was not my fault then why should i bear the return courier cost you should arrange the pick-up like other online shopping companies, why should the customer take the pain for your mistakes? courier cost is 100-150 and product cost 175 i wont pay extra 100-150 for your fault. refund my money (not points) and take it back by your own.

                  I ordered Tempered Glass for Lg L90 Company send me wrong product when i call them they told my send me back I told them arrange the reverse pickup they told me it's your responsibility to send it back we will not arrange the reverse pickup for the product then i told them i will complain for you them told me do that.

                    I have ordered a Celkon A98 battery which was 380Rs so placed an order and payment done was done by debit card and order was accepted and processed and after 2days received an email saying the order was rejected by seller and the amount was credited in maxbhi wallet. when checked for details could find that the particular product is still available and cost was increased to 1460Rs And cannot refund the amount back to the Bank account as well and i was forced to by another product instead of that for same cost

As i can see your order First you complained that we canceled your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are a eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse. about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund, i have checked again and the amount of 380rs has been used for other purchase you made so i i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
